The TV remote didn't work and u couldn't control the tv manually. The owner tried twice but no results. He said he didn't have any other rooms to accommodate.

There was no coffee as promised, and they only had diet Dr. Pepper for sale - no water. The most annoying thing was the TV. The remote didn't work unless you were sitting at the very edge of the bed right in front of the TV. I also didn't care for the front desk being secured behind glass. I guess the area isn't that safe.

After the prepaid reservation with Booking.com, when arrived to the property they don't allow to check in beccause the property was "fully booked"

The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and has all you need for a stay. This included a cooker, a fridge,a fridge freezer, microwave, intercom phone, airconditioner, dinnng area and work/dressing table. Dennys is just a block away and offers a good feeding menu The free breakfast is a scam. U only get biscuit and tea/coffee. The room also choked with cigarette smell despite being a non smoking room. House keeping is also on request and you need to "hunt" round for the housekeeper to get new sheets and towels. Once u locate her, she is prompt and efficient to your request but be warned, she speaks no english. The location is great for the airport but terrible if u seek to explore Houston as downtown is a $50 uber ride each way. Cheaper to hire a car at the airport if staying for more than a night. A couple of bulbs were also out in the room.

Customer service was horrible Customer service was horrible the short lady was rude and the older man was grumpy because I checked the bed to be sure it was no huh and the sheets was clean he got mad at me the room floor was dirty I wiped it with the towel because I wasted water on the floor I wiped it and it was dirty asf the shower walls was so dirty I got my own bleach and cleaned up it was horrible

I did not like the place. Bad attitude, room smelled like cigarettes, no towels and toilet paper, we also had bugs in bathroom. There was no breakfast eventhought it was included in price. Receptionist said it was because of covid. Very bad attitude from receptionist, he did not want to accept my debit card, eventhough I paid with it everywhere else in USA. He also asked me to tell him my pin code. Will not come back and do not recommend.
