    My stay was nothing what I expected. The room was clean with fresh air. Breakfast had everything you will need -- eggs, hashbrowns, cereals, fruits, etc. Also they have a small shop next to the reception with snacks, which is a nice detail. The staff was exceptional and helpful. The mirror light at the bathroom turns off by itself after couple of seconds which can get pretty annoying.

    The elevator hums loudly and makes noises when riding up and down. Not sure if they are still servicing it to be proper functioning without the noise. Short of the elevator noise, it was perfect for my visit. I arrived late for the Continental breakfast which was on me. Seemed like was good as almost no potatos left. I didn't have time to eat as had to leave for business matter, and I was so comfortable and slept too deep. The sleep was solid without noise or distractions.

    I honestly did not like anything about this hotel The breakfast was trash, the elevator sounded like you are on the tour of terror about to fall to your death, house keeping did not clean the room only replaced used towels. Before I checked out of the room housekeeping opened my door and realized the room was still in use. Oh and they charged me twice and I'm still fighting to get my money back

    Love that this place is nice, clean, and quiet. They don't allow visitors, which I think is beneficial when trying to sleep at night. People generally use hotels for partying, so I appreciate the ambiance in this place.

    It took me more than 30 minutes to check in. The owners/managers who obviously live on property did not know what they were doing. They tired to tell me my cc was declined and wanted to charge me again! Rooms were dirty, debris/dirty on floors. Found two dead cockroaches on my room. Hallways had missing baseboard in numerous areas of the first and third floors.

    We had to check out early due to the man in the front being controlling and telling my fiance and myself that we are not allowed to bring in our suitcases with our clothes in it because he said our backpacks which contained our work computers and folders and my purse etc was already brought up stairs. My fiance and I travel for work and we buy and sell antiques. We were supposed to do inventory of some things we have and we planned on doing inventory then bringing them back to our car. Well he said no and he threatened to call the police on us because we wanted our two suitcases with our clothes inside. We had to go out to the car just to get our clothes before we showered. Every time we would come in from work or even a store run he would eyeball us and run out the office door just to stare at us down the hallway to see what we had. He only did this to us, our business partners were livid that inventory wasn’t completed and my work computer that he made me leave in the car I was unable to do any of my work or data entry etc during our stay, the breakfast isn’t hot. It’s cereal and bagels. They are rude and very judgemental.. the first day we were here we used the cart to bring up some stuff like food and our work backpacks, we weren’t in the room for 2 minutes before our room phone rang telling us to bring it back. I was called 5 times within a 10 minute span. I would really like my money back because being harassed isn’t cool. They went in our room and invaded our privacy

    We travel for work and we buy antiques and sell antiques and we were trying to bring some of our inventory in to post online and sell. The guy at the front basically told us no. That we couldn’t bring in our belongings. Then said he was going to call the police. I also make shirts and blankets and stickers and also sell them as well. The guy at the front told us no that we can’t bring it into our room although all we were doing was bringing in our inventory to put nicely into our other suitcases and bringing it back down to our car. He was very rude and didn’t even want to hear what we had to say. Last time we stayed here we left it as no one was even in the room. There is nothing stating what we can and can’t bring things in I have no clothes in the room.

    We stayed in room 305, our room was very clean, they are waiting for furnishings to arrive, totally understand with the tariffs happening that things arent finished yet! It will be a great hotel once that happens! Its ideal location to everything. Definitely staying again.. owner Mr Patel and his staff was very attentive to our needs and was very kind!

    Booked online and ran into problems with that. But the staff was more than patience and worked to figure out the issue. The hotel is being remodeled, so it still had work to be done but the completed part of the hotel we're very nice. There is no smoking and a fine will be applied. But pets are welcomed. There is a security fee that I didn't know about. But the staff lowered it security fee to accommodate us. The staff is really what made the stay nice they had so many problems but they communicated the entire time. I look forward to going back when it's finished being renovated. Weekly rates are also available.

    I booked for La Quinta, so I was very confused as to why it lead me to a motel 6. After 10 minutes when someone came out to greet me, I asked “is this supposed to be for La Quinta” he responded with “Any pets” and proceeded the check in process. The lobby smelled like food, and both elevator and room reeked of urine. The room was gutted out except for a bed, night stand and tv. Didn’t look like the pictures. So 12 feet of emptyness made it very hard for the room to cool down to 68 from 80. Kept it on high the whole night and still woke up semi cool. Didn’t need any covers. Rodents in the restroom. I would use the excuse that you get what you pay for. But I had a way better experience right across the street for same price. Only gave 2 stars because I didn’t die.

    This stay was horrible when I arrived the front desk attendant didn’t greet me at all. He didn’t explwhere my room was I had to find it myself. Then when I got to the room there was a trash can under the sink because the sink was leaking when I turned on the faucet. My second couldn’t get into the room because the front desk guy was being rude and wouldn’t let them in it was an all together horrible experience.

    Everything about this one is dirty, and the said to be owner doesn't care about the property nor the customer's. The place need an inspection date. Don't waste your vaction here, you will be sorry the moment you drive up, then very disappointed once you walk into the lobby. The room I had for the moment was a view of a dirty pool. So, if you had room 207 on Tuesday evening. You got a clean room because i cleaned it, then was put out over front desk giving me a roll of toilet paper. ALSO, they won't let me add the pictures, I guess because it's going to make hotel.com look bad to.

    First off, yes you get what you paid for. But this was beyond disgusting, the lobby and halls were smelly and dirty. The elevator had dried blood on the walls. When i got to my room, i found mold on the ceiling and in the shower, as well stains all over the sheets. I wanted to check out a day earlier than expected, and the front desk lady refused to give me a refund for the unused days.

    I truly do not understand how this place is not shut down. Minimal cleaning, everything is broken and they have not replaced. Cardboard covering windows, and the pool that looked clean and functional in the advertisement... yeah it works, but its green. As we were checking out, another customer was asking for clean towles and the lady at the counter told her to clean them in the coin laundry if she wanted clean towels because the lady who does the towels wasnt there today.

    As soon as I walked into the hotel room and smell old and stinky, and then there was only one housekeeper, and I asked for some extra towels she said she couldn’t give me any and she was the only one I had to wash them. We had three people in a room and we’re going to get one towel per size and that’s it for three people. Also, the pool was brown and cannot be swimming in and homeless people hanging around the property and staff was very rude and the toilet kept having problems .DO NOT STAY HERE!!

    Room cleanliness is not clean. They never came and clean the room, I booked for 5 nights, they never came once to clean my room during those 5 nights. When I checked out, nobody was at the desk to properly check me out and when I rang the bell a few times, they came out like I was annoying them and point to the desk that I can drop the key there, never say thank you even when I checked in. Customer service is bad and room cleanliness is bad.

    Horrible, this place should be shut down by the state and federal government. Doors don’t close are open properly, tv remotes don’t work at all and staff could not help me. Ice machine broke down. Mental institution, I almost called the Houston police department, I heard a man on the floor above me beating another person or himself. Screaming 1:00 am horrifying. Put me in a room with broken glass dirty towel’s on the floor and then move me to an another room. I want my money back, Expedia. Com should not do business with this horrible place

    Checked in and it was not a La Quinta like it was listed but a motel 6. Got checked in and the first room was filthy. Looked like someone had gotten a haircut in the room and left the hair all over the floor. There was dead roaches in the room. Did not look like the room had been cleaned at all. Spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and helpful. Put us in another room on another floor that was cleaner. The rooms are run down. The manager said that they just renovated but i guess the people that stay there keep tearing the rooms up. Will not be returning at all. Only positive note was the manager was very helpful.

    There is a no smoking signa everywhere in the building but the whole building smelled like weed and cigarettes. We got up to our floor and there were 2 men outside the door just for no reason. We got to our room and 1 bed was full of bed bugs pillows and everything. We didn’t even check the other the bed but i quickly went down to reception and got a full refund. We were only there for about 30 mins. Worst experience ever. We also prostitution is doing on there as well. (The 2 men in the hallway were customers waiting)

    My room was not swept. There’s no carpet but a vacuum still would’ve made floor cleaning easy. There was hair everywhere. One bed had hair on it when you pulled the covers back so we ended up sharing the clean bed. There was also no soap in the bathroom.

    There were Hoodlums hanging around in parking lot, witnessed several hand to hand drug deals. The first night i couldn't get into parking lot due to heavy police activity. Halls and Elevator was very dirty, The room we had to clean and sanitize ourselves, we had to purchase Lysol, Fabreeze, Bleach, and Air freshener. We cleaned the toilet that someone had used. The overall stay was terrible, I've stayed at Motel 6 Brand numerous times and have never felt disgusted before. Motel 6 really need to check up on this location.

    I checked in the lobby was nice. Went to the elevator and noticed that side was being remodeled. Got up to the third floor and had a horrific smell of cigarrette smoke. I asked one of the cleaning ladies if there was something they could spray she was very nice. Later went outside and there was dog pee outside by the front doors. The beds were a little stiff but not too bad. Later on in the night the neighbors were going at it talking about beating up someone for something. The next morning we were startled by the fire alarm and kids running up and down the hallways. At around 11:10 we got a phone call from downstairs that we needed to hurry up and check out. As we were leaving a lady said that kids will run up and down the hallways pulling the fire alarm which to me is a HUGE safety problem. Probably wont go back. There were also a lot of shady people hanging around the hotel. Hot water was honestly the best part of the stay.

    Found at least 5 roaches & I was only in the room 10 minutes. I couldn’t even sleep there I was so disgusted finding more. When I called I was told “they’d speak to the manager & call me back” & I never heard anything back. Very disappointed.

    Property wasn’t that bad just need extra deep cleaning it was mold in bathroom other than that is was nice. The staff came and cleaned up the rooms, put new towels in the room every day I stayed there

    I am not sure if it was just due to the property being under construction, but the motel smelled like illegal drugs, and it was not very clean. There were also questionable characters who tended to frequent the parking lot, front door, and side doors. I was also surprised that the housekeeping staff did not take out the garbage during my 5 days stay nor did they seem to come by at all. There was one bar of soap in the room and the toilet paper was just placed on the back of the toilet no holder. Maybe once renovation is completed it will be better?

    The entire hotel was being remodeling which was okay but one we enter the room it had dirty sheets and the air conditioning wouldn’t turn off so the front desk attendant accommodated us with a different room. The doors had wholes in it sheets again we’re dirty and it had roaches. -10 for me!

    The property was clean and the rooms were clean but the towels and sheets were dingy. We only stayed for a couple hours because we received a call from downstairs while making love asking us to keep it down. I thought this was disrespectful and rude considering firstly, it's a motel not a 5 star hotel and secondly, there was a barking dog next door.

    The hotel Lobby was the cleanness part. Elevator was even nasty My husband and I booked here for the weekend 2 day stay. We literally checked out the very next Day. Our room was filthy reaked of a Urine smell. We went out soon as we arrived for cleaning supplies because we absolutely could not have stayed the 1st night without wiping everything down and lighting candles. Safe to say i will not go back EVER. You know it had to be bad when the room is completely paid for you leave early and don't even request a refund .

    It was disgusting. Not at all as advertised. Trash everywhere. Dirty diapers, food trash, you name it. Got high off contact from neighbor. Sheets and pillows were stained, room wasn’t properly cleaned, never cleaned or asked if we needed towels entire stay and in the end stole an iPad charger.

    The front desk was helpful. We did have to go through four rooms before settling on one. There was a bloody booger on the bathroom door, roaches running about, very loud music throughout every night, the sheets were terrible, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, it smelled wet. We bought a candle and air freshener as well as cleaned ourselves but it wasn't enough. The no refunds or transfer policy was the only reason we stayed. The elevator went out, the air conditioner barely worked and a random guys followed me down the hallway. If you just need a place to stay it'll do. Just don't expect anything more than that. Oh and bring your own towels and toilet paper.

    The sheets and 2 of the pillows had black and brown stains on them The door had no door lock Floor was dirty Tac had a big black spot on it that’s messed with watching tv Just overall not good Thankfully the AC was super cold We just stayed there because our lights were out at home because of the storm Tuesday night But never again

    The hotel was extremely dirty. There was roaches in the bathroom and the towels had stains on them. The air didn't work and the door had a very loose lock that didn't make you feel secure.

    Very good location on FM 1960. Free parking and wifi. Staff was average. There was no late check out option which i asked about the night before. They called me on the phone and even had a cleaning lady knock on my door to find out why i didn't leave yet and it was 11:05am. There was zero sign of construction. The place is dirty especialky the corridors. The elevator stank and the rooms had damage to walls, mould in bathroom and my daughter pointed out a small german roach to me. You get what you paid for and it my fault i didn't listen to the other reviewers.
