I saw a roach immediately after checkin, there was a sign that no breakfast would be served. The elevator seemed like it was on its last leg.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed There were bugs the whole place smelled like weed the staff was no existent never at the desk never could find anyone to help constant parties in the hotel and when you did find someone, they said they didn’t have any other rooms to switch to or no one a manager would be on duty.

1st of all the T.V. didn't work right the phone services were unavailable. The Internet service was unavailable and though they broadcast breakfast, it was far from a breakfast. Only 1 ice machine worked. Customer service weren't helpful at all.

nothing Horrible customer service. As of today the phone number to the hotel does not work, you can't contact them. I have not received my deposit back. When calling general guest relations they are not able to do anything and I am out of money. Be very careful with this place and your deposit refund.... This response does not help me, there is a serious error with my refund. The receipt shows a card number that is not mine. The number to the hotel is not working, customer support and guest relations can not help. I need this issue addressed, and I need someone to contact me regarding this matter. This is not a wait on the bank issue, this is an error on the part of the hotel. Again the number to the hotel does not work.

My hotel room had cracked tiles in the bathroom, the office chair was falling apart, the lounge chair visually looked so dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned ever, my door was missing the cover to the peep hole, carpet was so dirty my white socks got black

The smell in the rooms. I checked in the first night I think #131, I immediately ask to be removed, I was put in room #217 which was not bad. Went down to get air outside, pool was dirty. Look like #2 in it. I relaxed with my legs in jacuzzi. Breakfast not satisfying. I come and got a room sunday to Monday and was given room#224, toilet didnt flush well. The shower drain popped out of place me stepping on it and again the smell in the room not great. Pillows and beds not to comfy as well I doubt I would return for another stay..
