It was close to the airport The room was dirty. Bedsheets were dirty. There was hair in the sink, there was hair on the floor. I stayed there just because it’s close to the airport.

The room was spacious but there was a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. Overall it worked as a place to lay our heads for a few hours, but wouldn’t recommend staying long term.

The room we received for approximately $100 was huge, spacious, with two extremely large beds. The bathroom was also big and spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary toiletries—gels, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, and clean towels. There were no specific odors in the room; it was clean. The room had had a TV, an iron, a microwave and an AC. The microwave was extremely dirty, so we couldn't use it. Our room was on the 2nd floor and because the building does not have an elevator we had to carry up and down our heavy luggages by ourselves.

Great location, room was decent and clean, no bed bugs, great kitchen area 2 refrigerators in the room and 1 was unusable due to it having black mold. since the a/c was off when we arrived the room had an odor that was unpleasant. Breakfast is not provided.

I need my money back. This is not fair when I have a 70 and 75 year old sister and brother inlaw that could not stay in that hotel. We had to drive an hour to find another hotel. I need my money back inmediately

We didn’t have breakfast. We chose to sleep in. We liked having a cool room to relax and watch movies on our 40th anniversary! It was nice to have a refrigerator, but didn’t use the kitchen. The shower water pressure was terrible and the bathroom towels were rough and cheap. Also the ceiling fan did not work.

The lady at the front desk was rude. She acted nice but the looks she was giving my children and myself told it all. She was very judgemental and in the case of you skin is your sin. She needs to do something else than post judgement on people because they black. Just because im black doesnt mean we are drug addicts, dealers or anything. I have a remarkable background and never ever had any issues. My family just moved to Texas and just needed a place to rest until our place was ready. I still showed forms of respect even though she was rude.

Only good thing was the management and staff they were polite and helpful EVERYTHING IN THAT BUILDING WAS DUSTY,STICKY AND SMELLY

No coffee in the lobby.

Room was clean. Had just the basics. No tray in the shower so everything had to be set on the floor. No place to get or make coffee or ice. It was okay if you just wanted a bed for the night.

We did not expect much from the motel but the fact that we paid nearly $100 for what we received was ridiculous. We will never go back.

We're excited to see that we had a jacuzzi in our room! Not so excited when we realized it didn't work. Call the front desk to ask for instructions on how to make it work and was told it was broken.

No bedding for the pull out couch—asked for bedding and was given 1 top sheet only. No blankets or pillows. Only three towels for four people—was given a bath mat when I requested more. No breakfast as advertised.

Theses people are the worst I dealt with in a long time especially during a time in need. After going through hurricane Ida. This place refused to give me a room knowing that they take the fema registration. Then when my registration goes through he tried making me pay for the room. While smiling and laughing at me because I was being so polite. So after I figured out the bad vibe he throws my paper and tell me find somewhere to stay. Like wow so I picked my paper up and left thank god I did. I hear they have bed bugs and insects in there room. The place looks dirty. Also I told them I had someone that’s pregnant and I need a non smoking room. He told you get I give you. At that moment it was time to go. I’ll never book or even look up a hotel with this name and btw this was in Houston Texas the day after hurricane Ida. Sad place very bad experience for black and white people there smh

The rooms open on to the parking lot, not into interior hallways. This presents security and noise issues. Also, I was not expecting a heart-shaped jacuzzi in the room.

The jacuzzi is so big. This room is really nice actually and has a full kitchenette.

These people charged me twice for one night, this was 2 months ago. Expedia has contacted them 3 times but the manager is never there and never returns my calls or Expedia’s. They are thieves making me have to fight to get my money back. There was marijuana all over the table when I walked into my room, the front desk lady is rude and this place has bed bugs from other reviews I’ve read. I was too scared to look but would not recommend anyone stay here.

The stay was ok. Even though they were told how many people were coming there were not enough towels in the room and we had to go to the front desk to get more. The breakfast left a lot to be desired so we had to go shopping to get breakfast food for the next day.

I was able to get a room quickly on the day-of, which was much appreciated. However, once I got in the room I understood why. The room was generally very dirty and when I went to shower a dead bug fell out of my towel.

Easy check in and check-out process, room was lovely and comfortable! Fast wi-fi, great TV, close to the airport and an easy Uber ride into the downtown Houston area!

Our room was quite large and was equipped with a rather large refrigerator and microwave which was nice. My only complaint would be that they left the air conditioning off in the room which made it feel like a sauna with a musty smell when we entered. Due to its size, it took over 12 hours to actually cool it down. Also, the water never got above a tepid temperature which made it unpleasant for taking a shower.

The man at the front desk was so helpful when our principal room smelled like smoke. He gave us another better room quickly.

I arrived pretty late after a crazy day of losing my other hotel reservation. I found this hotel and at check in the hotel staff was very friendly reassuring.

We were in Houston for the Super Bowl. So we didn't have much of a choice for the few hotels available for the Super Bowl weekend. There wasn't much desirable about this place.

Some of the problems we had with this hotel: no continental breakfast as advertised included; no coffee maker in room; even though there were four in our party, we kept getting only two or three towels, we had to keep asking for additional towels in the mornings.

Enjoyed the stay, like the kitchenette, it was wonderful to cook. When i was in need they provided. No problem. The bed was really hard but we survived

Would not stay here again. Room was not properly clean and bugs were found in and under kitchen areas. Room was also strangely updated with areas clearly not brought up to date, including furniture. My door never properly closed and daylight was clearly visible from inside the room. Brought this to the manager's attention, but was never addressed. When I asked for clean towels, there was hesitancey to fulfill my request.

Ok for the money service not so good

We stayed here for the night and it was very nice, would definitely stay here again.

The room was old and outdated ,the bed was very uncomfortable I had to turn the mattress to get to sleep, the carpets were so dirty that I had to wear socks to bed, the towels and pillow cases were dirty and paper thin, the towels were also so stained that I did not use them (I bought my own. It would be a nice motel if they would spend so money to upgrade and get it cleaned up.

What a pleasant surprise. Upon arrival I noticed how clean the lobby was and the hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Once I arrived at my room I was again very pleasantly surprised. My expectations were rather low because I had booked the room purely based on the cost savings. The rooms were spacious, very clean and was happy to learn the room came with a kitchen. Full sized electric stove with oven, microwave and an apartment sized fridge. There were no pans, dishes or utensils but having the option of a kitchen was something I hadn't expected. Although dated, the rooms were very clean. The refrigeration for the room was ice cold ... something I definitely appreciated. The bed were a bit too firm for me as were the pillows but overall,not bad. I will definitely be staying here again for the convenience and savings. I went Memorial Day weekend which was my sons graduation and happened to be a historical flood in Houston and needed a late check out at the last minute and the hotel staff was quick to say no problem. NO QUESTION,I will be saying here again and again.

On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning unit did a good job. The internet was initially intermittent, but eventually more than adequate.
