I can say outside of the property was kept clean. The staff were very friendly. However, I did have an HORRIBLE experience and will not utilize this property again. I woke up to my arm hurting turned on the lights and noticed bed bugs crawling in the bed. I was extremely freaked out because I had NEVER seen nor experienced that in my entire life. I was bitten all over my back and arms. I immediately contacted the front desk requesting a full refund. They did give me the run around at first by trying to say they didn’t see anything and the blood that was on the pillow was from my tooth. Ummm excuse me. First off I wasn’t just going to leave them crawling in the bed so yes I KILLED them. Second of all why would you assume my tooth was bleeding? And third I took pictures to prove what I woke up too with your room amenities in the background. At the end of the day, they only refunded me for one day instead of my full booking. Which is what SHOULD have been done. Especially after seeing the outcome from being bitten up. Book at your own risk.

Nice location, there are stores and food near by. Area was fairly quiet. The room was clean, staff was great and helped with everything I needed. They didnt bother my children and I as I had the do not disturb sign on my door and they honored that. I booked some more days and was able to stay in the same room with no ossues. Great hotel, no complaints, I would book again.

Check in was okay. Room smelled and looked clean. Woke up during the night to roaches everywhere! Switched to an upstairs room, woke up to tiny roaches in the bathroom. Although they claim to have pest control, it's not effective. I won’t be returning due to that reason alone.

The room was clean but the table had burn spots and the tub has a little rust. It was noisy my first night I heard screaming and crying smh. The banging on the door while trying to sleep for work is crazy because u would think some people have respect but I guess I am wrong

I requested a late check out at 1p via the Expedia website. On the day of check out the property staff came banging on the door at 11a and woke me and my 4 yr old daughter up saying we needed to get out. I advised the lan we had requested a late check out and he said he jad not received any request from Expedia. Upon showing him the request on my phone he said he would not honor it and said we had 30mins to be out. We had jo time to shower as planned. Very unprofessional.

I will never stay at this property again! The toilet made noise through the night I bought it to the owners attention and he told me to turn it off from the back and he would fix it next morning of course that never happened so I had to keep turning the toilet on and off when I used it. This place is trash and the room smelled luckily I had my own disinfectant spray and wipes to sanitize but never again. I had to check out at an earlier time than I expected and was still charged for an additional day which was totally unfair and unethical. My coworker referred me to these people because she’s related to them and spoke very highly of this business so I booked solely based on her referral but I will let everybody know never to book here you would be better off sleeping in your car which is why I checked out early!

The room was gorgeous, and the bed was super comfortable. The fridge was larger than a normal fridge, and they gave me two waters when I checked in. The breakfast was a little limited. Both nights I was there, the fire alarm went off around the same time, it was loud and very upsetting.

Room was clean, but it was supposed to be non smoking and had recently clearly been smoked in. Pillows were tiny. Hotel clerk was behind glass if that tells you anything. Price was fair.

Nothing is to be liked when your safety and belongings are at stake. The staff are thieves and reckless. While me and y husband were asleep, they (Accidently) rebooked our room to someone else, gave them a key, and had them entering our room while we were sleeping. Additional to that on our last night staying on the property the staff entered my room because they did not see me or my husband's vehicle on site and attempted to steal my belongings until the authorities were involved. If you care for your safety and belongings, do not boo with this property.

I booked online with hotels.com because it said breakfast and showed a picture of a bathtub. Since I can't stanup for showers and I am a fall risk due to my back. They said that is just a photo but not for that room but it was in the picture of the room I clicked on. Anyway they couldn't accommodate me and they didn't have an elevator or space on the ground floor. The shower sprayed all over the top of the door to the floor so we threw a washcloth over it and called the office so they could fix it after we left. The only thing I liked was the a/c was cold but it was loud. Their version of breakfast was little packaged donuts and cold cereal. No fruit no snacks we had to go to McDonald's just to get something for breakfast.

The rooms were really cleaned. The comfy of the bed was top tier. There is not a lot of parking space, and the exterior stairs could use an upgrade leading to the second floor.

Room was not very clean, shower door kept coming open during shower and black mold in shower. Management on duty was very resistant to addressing black mold in shower until I indicated I would report it. Then brought in another man to see it. It was addressed with bleach & some scrubbing. But had to wait for housekeeping to totally remove mold the next day. Shower door never adjusted to stay closed. Asked for extra towels but was refused until showed leg wounds needing cleaning. Management was not friendly regarding any requests

The waffles for breakfast were great! I just wish it was little more variety for breakfast. Overall i was satisfied with my stay.

My stay was as great as last time. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, though pillows are a bit small. Shower was nice, water was hot. Pretty quiet area minus the freeway noise. Overall all 9/10 stars, will stay agan

Run by a very nice and accommodating family. Housekeeper was very nice and helpful. Super clean for a 2-star motel. Surrounding area feels safe, but it's right on the highway and not near anything, so if you don't have a car, you have to do a lot of Lyfts/Ubers. Nice, litttle breakfast in the morning with cereal, waffles and a basket of treats. All in all, a very good experience for the price and I would stay there again.

Really normal nice hotel for a quick stay, and for the price. Compared to other affordable options in the area, this one is great.

Didn't like other guests hanging out over the top floor banister talking and smoking cigarettes. Did not like guests just sitting/loitering on stairway. Parking was a challenge due to the very huge trucks parked in parking spaces.

January was quiet and safe. The grounds could’ve been approved. Breakfast was very limited and they ran out of coffee before 9 o’clock.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was exactly how it looked online. It had a microwave & mini fridge. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and would start again.

I went in a little concerned but once I saw the property in person I felt way better. The front desk saw I was using a walker it would have been considerate to ask if I needed a handicap room close to handicap parking. He didn’t speak or ask how I was doing. Yes that’s very rude when you have paying customers. There are blotches of paint on the ceiling that should be fixed. There is a small incline as you go into the bathroom area I would encourage them to put something there to avoid someone front tripping and busting there face opened. There is no coffee pot in the room I would rather have a coffee pot than complimentary soap. The outlets are extremely outdated they are yellow that’s how you can tell. The room was extremely clean and dust free which I loved. The door has a small gap which concerns me that someone can break in the door needs to be fixed. There is no tv guide in the room and then the guide doesn’t show when you select it on the remote.

I love my stay

I felt very uncomfortable about being there. I am a single woman and I just needed a get away night for myself and via this website it had good reviews so I took the chance and booked the room. Once I arrived to check it it was a little sketchy. I saw a woman in scrubs waiting outside her car and two men walked up to her and went inside a room.

The outside of this motel is not much to look at but my room was clean and very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Recommend as a great choice for a budget minded traveler.

Real breakfast doesn't exist

I do not like to give bad reviews and very rarely do I do so but I have to be honest. This place was not as expected. The smell alone was awful, the room was not clean well. To cut it short, it was not worth the money paid.

We enjoyed our stay however, they were very strict on giving the same set of towels for two. The breakfast consisted of sweets only (pancakes, cold cereal, honey buns &muffins) milk, coffee. Which is good if you have a sweet tooth. However, yogurt, eggs and toast would have been great. Overall the stay was pleasant.

It was convenient and close to everything. Some of the staff were welcoming and understanding. Others were very impatient and argumentative when asked a simple question for clarification.

The continental breakfast consisted of honey buns and coffee. The hotel manager was rude when I came in and told me rudely "go over there and wait your turn" There was someone in front of me that told me to go ahead which I did and this was the manager's response.

Where do I start, first off the front desk staff are very rude. Mold in the bathroom when they knew I was traveling with a baby. Holes in the wall and a broken telephone plug. Ordered a non smoking room but the room smelt like cigarettes. The front desk clerks called and harassed me about a review I never wrote. Threatening to kick my family out unless I deleted the review, in the review it was stated that the front desk staff was rude. Which they are very rude, calling me a liar and talking to me like I am a child, calling me rude and disrespectful when I am the opposite . They also tried to steal $50 from me but quickly refunded it after the phone call we had. I wouldn’t recommend going here, they’re very unprofessional, spend the extra money and go somewhere else. I wish I had a place to summit screenshots and photos. This establishment was a huge waste of money, please spend the extra 10$ and go somewhere worth it. They’re very unprofessional.

I understand that you get what you pay for, but I will never stay at this hotel again. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room, but when we walked in, it smelled like smoke. There was about a 6 inch burn mark on the desk, so it’s evident there has been smoking in the room. There were bars over the windows, but they would not lock properly. Some of it looked updated like the pictures but there is a lot that has been worn down or cheaply fixed. The front desk person (it was a guy) was not overly friendly and when we asked for an extra blanket for my daughter, he said no. He wasn’t outright rude though, just not friendly. The walls were paper thin, and there were a couple instances with others staying in the hotel that made us consider leaving in the middle of the night at 2am. There was a police officer there when we showed up, neighbors slamming doors and rattle others doors, and a loud argument that started in a hotel room and continued outside. Like I said, I understand you get what you pay for but I looked at the reviews before I booked this hotel and they led me astray. I would not recommend a family staying here.

Shower was wet and hair was on floor as if someone had just showered befor we got there! Everything else was great!

I arrived the linen was still wet, while it smelled clean, it was still damp. The pillows were tiny. I asked for another pillow the staff told me that i already had pillows and there would be no more.
