It was a perfect stay. Exactly what we were looking for the weekend. We were just driving through L.A. and needed a place nearby. The concierge was amazing 👍 saw that I had made my reservation through hotels.com, it was quick and easy. Also the maids brought me extra towels and were extra nice and sweet.

Very old and poorly maintained hotel. The refrigerator was broken, broken drawers and air conditioning did not work well. Located in sketchy neighborhood.

During my stay the room was dirt the room needed to be swept, there was a lot of dirt on the floor. The bed was really uncomfortable and the mattress springs could be felt.

The price was good. It’s a very sketchy location. They only accept cash for the deposit. The parking is open to the public from multiple angles, including a back alley.

Parking did feel pretty safe but we brought all luggage inside so as not to risk it. Floors were sticky. Don't take your socks off. Condition/quality of yhe room are about what you'd expect for the bargainp price. I also saw a giant cockroach and killed it. I didn't see any others so I don't believe the motel "has" roaches. The one may have wandered in searching for food. I wanted to mention it because it's a bit difficult to have peace of mind knowing there may be critters. I tend to bring a lot of food with me when traveling.

Parking was convenient, the air conditioner worked but here are the deficiencie. Bathroom floor not clean - either two small clumps of dried blood or poop on the floor. The shower stall leaks big puddle of water on the floor making it very slippery. There is no desk/writing surface in the room. There was no ice bucket but the front desk handed me a plastic bag that was almost impossible for one person to hold and push the button at the same time. The room itself was very run down - paint on walls dirty, furniture very used etc. Bed was ok, and the place was reasonably quiet. I will never stay there again

Parking is very limited. You might want to park if there’s a spot and then Uber to your places of interest.

Staff was welcoming and friendly, I had clean sheets and towels everyday. But the room itself was run down. Furniture worn out with graffiti on it, walls are paper thin, staff was arguing with someone in the middle of out which didn’t let me sleep. There was even nails poking out of a board that had a huge crack in it, which I scraped my hand on when I was going to turn on a light switch. Location is iffy too.

The bed sheets had visible stains, which was very disappointing. During the night, I was bitten by bugs and showed the manager the bites the next morning. When I raised the issue and requested a refund, the manager became aggressive and unprofessional during the discussion, and my refund was ultimately denied. Overall, a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

This hotel requires $100 CASH ROOM DEPOSIT. Please add this to the listing. They give it back after the room is inspected, at checkout, but I was not prepared for that. ALSO, the linens and surfaces were clean; however, our room was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The walls has splatter spots and smears from luggage. The bathroom door needed to be cleaned or replaced. The door frame needs to be replaced. There was no drain plug for the bathtub. The shower curtain and the curtain clips need replaced. The furniture is old and damaged. There were no tissues, no phone, no lamps, no pictures on the walls, the sink faucet was extremely loose and will easily break. We checked out before 2am because the mattress and box spring are beyond worn out and miserable to sleep on. I will NEVER go back.

And just on a note, the area is entirely hispanic, but I never felt scared or anything, the neighborhood folks were always friendly and smiling... So much for the bad hype of LA's neighborhoods!

Parking was minimal but I expected as such, the room it’s self had a few issues, and on the second night there was bugs, the staff was friendly, the mattress had a cigarette burn in the blanket, as well as stains all over, there was a cute little porch for smokers or to just relax outside.

Wouldn't recommend it if you want to sleep. Someone plays mariachi music all night and early on a Saturday morning. Hotel had false advertisements there is no desk or chair in the rooms and I work remotely, very disappointing and I comfortable for a 10 hour shift

Front desk clerk was respectful. Good personality. Clean room, can upgrade the tvs. Over all good price on Expedia.com deposit is $100 got it back. About a month ago didn’t ask me for deposit… I do recommend staying here. (In N Out) few blocks away. .

The pictures of the room of my choice was nothing like it in person. Their bath towels where stained. The bed sheets were stained. There were no hand towels, shower drain was exposed, no shampoo or shower gels.

Will not be staying here again. We did not get the room that looked like the photo on Expedia. The room we got was much smaller and not Disabled accessible. The room did not even have a chair. The location is in a sketchy area. Parking is overcrowded. Disabled parking spots are not respected. Outdated furnishings. Small shower stall.

There were multiple gnats and flies in my room during the night. And when I woke up I stepped on a cockroach. I have previously stayed at this hotel before and had no issues but my one night stay this time made sure I will not be booking them again.

Room was dirty and i found a live roach running around. Lights did not work and in the morning housekeeping came in while i was sleep and did not knock prior. She left after i yelled at her to get out as i was naked. Unsafe as the door lock was faulty. Do not recommend.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything. The doors are so heavy they slam shut. If you are looking for a place to rest don't stay here. There was a roach in my room but i just stepped on it and threw down the toilet. Theres scum in the shower. Its not worth the money or the headache.

Quality is questionable, but the customer service was good

I last left a 2 star review because the curtains had holes in them and they didn't close all the way. They replied to my comment saying they would fix the issue. Gave them a shot again and they actually did get new curtains! When I first arrived the room had a low battery in smoke detector so it kept beeping. As soon as I let them know they immediately switched me to another room no problem, very friendly.

My room was disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It smelled terrible and there was crust and dirt everywhere. Cockroaches in every corner. I didn’t last two hours before we just had to leave because it felt hazardous to even try and stay in there. Was not refunded. Never stay here, no matter what.

It was a quick last-minute choice of stay. It was out of conveniency and close to the venue of the concert I was attending. Fast and welcoming service. The hotel room was very spacious and it was clean but the fumes of the cleaning agents they used was so strong we had to leave the door open a bit to air it out. The only complaint I have was that there were no tables or chairs in the room, the toilet was MOVING every time we used it. It was nerve racking lol. The shower faucet was leaking and had a strong drip too. Other than that, the bed was spacious and comfortable. The microwave and fridge worked. The TV worked and thankfully so did the air conditioning. The sirens throughout the night was loud and very constant though. Not too bad for a very last minute hotel choice. I would not recommend it to solo females or all girl group just because it seemed like an active area for crimes. If a group of friends then this wouldn't be too bad.

Don’t stay here. It’s gross, it’s sketchy, it’s just awful. I can’t believe this place is still allowed to be in business.

The front desk worker was really kind! Our room was missing a remote & he came as soon as he could to ensure we had one. Theres limited parking although we were able to always find a spot. The restaurant connected to the motel has delicious food! Tacos were delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.

It’s exactly what you pay for clean room, bed, shower microwave, refrigerator tv, quiet neighbors and simple. No hassle, cleaning staff was friendly and the prices cut and dry. Only issue is not a lot of parking and outdated but perfect if you don’t plan on staying in the room too long.

love the washing machines but don’t get anything u need to heat up there’s no microwave in the vicinity. lowkey ominous but that’s what i get for waiting last minute to book a hotel. not bad for last minute. also no bed bugs but they definitely didn’t clean the sheets before me ngl and there was hair in the shower before i even used it. the last lady seemed clean so i didn’t say anything also i’m a chronic people pleaser so the odds of me saying anything without it feeling like it’s my own fault was slim. staff was nice and thet have no problem replacing your key card bc that hoe deactivates so fast. mini fridge smelled weird.

To start the reception guy was blaming us for something we never did, then after he blamed it on the system the rooms AC was very low so the room wasn't the best either.

Drive 5 miles and get a better place to stay at

The rooms on the pictures are definitely enhanced from the actual property. Look it’s a lower budget hotel more of a motel, but the dirty walls, dirty showers, paint peeling off bed are covered with hair I saw 2 different rooms makes this less than acceptable. We checked in and saw two rooms and then checked out in 20 mins. Spend a few bucks more and go somewhere else.

Dirty! Fallen for the cheap price and regretted my decision.

Called ahead of time to make sure we could check in late they said yes before 5am, I made the reservation for 2 rooms, when we get there the power was out, the front desk guy didn’t want to give me my rooms because he said we hadn’t pod for them even after I showed him my receipt, I am almost 9 months pregnant, tired and mad that he had such an attitude and it seemed like he didn’t even care, he told me to call Expedia and get a refund and after arguing back and forth he gave me the keys, should of gotten a refund and stayed in my car, it was ridiculously nasty, dirty and roaches in the bathroom, I would not recommend this place even in an emergency.

This property was disgusting! As soon as you walk in the room you get hit with the stench of weed. The bed sheets were caked with muddy dog prints and all sorts of gunk. When we told the staff about the issue he wasnt surprised and when we left the room he just remade the bed again to give to the next people! The windows didnt lock and when told staff said none of them do. It was truly the most disgusting place ive ever had the displeasure of visiting!
