It's an old hotel that hits your nose with stuffiness and an odor as soon as you enter. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is moderate.

No complaints- this room didn't seem to have any cosmetic issues but the smell again (4th floor has an odd odor u til you turn the AC up).

Sometimes I do find cosmetic things wrong with the room and I just let them know so they can fix it before the next person comes in.when you walk into the 4th floor rooms (I stay frequently) they have an odd smell at first but if you turn the ac up the smell tends to die down

The noise was so disruptive that I woke up several times during the night. Unfortunately, this made for a very uncomfortable stay. I expected a much quieter and more restful experience.

Shops were nearby and movie theater as well. Gym waa well equipped. Indoor pool but not warmed.

The indoor pool was way too cold for our kids and it was also very cloudy. The reason we booked the hotel was for the indoor pool and great reviews, so a little disappointed.

The room was perfect very clean very happy. The only thing is that this time. I was very unhappy. You can literally hear every thing from next-door and I’m talking everything we were moved to the fourth floor very grateful to the lady at the front desk but the the fourth floor had the same issue a little less but you can still hear the tv. They really need to work on reducing the noise between the room!!!

Parking was great. Breakfast was yummy with good options. Only gripe is in the indoor pool was unbearably cold. We assumed it would be heated. Bummer but overall great hotel and would stay again.

The shower tub was plugged up and backing up water. The mini fridge was not working with it cranked up to full 7, it freezes up. Turned it down to 5 and it works. Room was clean.

Very nice and clean. The front desk staff was amazing as was the housekeeping staff!!!! My only complaints would be that the beds were not firm enough, the pillows were definitely not firm enough and there really need to be detachable shower heads with more water pressure. Also, the air conditioning was crazy! We had to have the air conditioning at 67. Anything above that the room was a sauna.

William was so welcoming and did his job so well. Best hotel welcome we had our entire trip. The room had a weird smell, but was otherwise fine.

The breakfast was good nice variety its in a good location no issues there...the biggest problem was the indoor pool that water is extremely cold so my grandchildren really couldn't enjoy but other than that I would stay here again

I am very happy with the three days that me and my family stayed in the Hotel. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly. A big shot out to Mr. William, who did Amazing taking care of us. The parking is great. The area is great. The service is great. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.!!

We had an amazing stay over the weekend. We were in town for a 7v7 football tournament with a group of 15-17 year old boys. The staff at the hotel were beyond accommodating for our boys; keeping the pool open later so they could enjoy after playing in the heat all day, making accommodations for their breakfast and ensuring they had plenty of juice and fruit, ensuring we had what we needed to wash their uniforms at night. All of the hotel staff were nice and pleasant. They gave excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a one night layover. Hotel located just off the freeway which was easy access. The room had horrible water pressure. Oddly, the floor had a sizeable dip in the floor which is an odd sensation when walking on it, rather an inverted speed hump. I was told the beds were new but they were way to hard for my comfort. The breakfast was fine.

The one thing wish could change is ac/ heat fan control it won’t go to constant and needed a fan circulating.. woke up both nights not able to breathe good.

My recommendation- ask for an odd number room as you can hear the highway on the even side; as well as a higher floor as you can hear the people walking above you.

It was good for our situation but the elevator didn't work.

We chose this property because it was close to Ft Worth and had airport shuttle. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The property is well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

The shower water pressue could have been stronger. The conditioner in the shower was either empty or broken. I lovedvthe fact that the market in the lobby had microwavable meals. I also appreciated the complimentary packets of toothpaste. All in all check in and checkout was a breeze. The shuttle to the airport was early and ready to go. Will definitely stay again!!

Kind of a hidden gem where it is…. I used to live 2 miles away and stayed 2 nights for medical treatment at North Hills hospital… Fridge and microwave were a plus… lots of food options very close

This property was impeccable. Halls and lobby smelled great, room was spacious and very very clean. Breakfast was great. Customer service was great. We will definitely be back!

I don’t write reviews very often but I had to for this stay. We were in town for a funeral and the hotel was conveniently located for us. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean although when walking into our room there was some strange odor but it went away quickly. The only other issue I had was that one of the blankets in our room was stained but again - minor detail. We will definitely stay here when back in town.

Staff is nice, room was good, but it sounds like a box and everybody on the floor above us. You heard everything when they walked when they flushed the toilet, her water running down the wall.

The property was very safe and quiet, out of the way from the noise but close enough to jump on the freeway to get to anywhere easily. The staff was awesome! Nicole at the front desk made our entire stay fantastic :) Definitely will stay again!

First, the staff here are excellent! They were ALL super friendly and very helpful. Our room smelled odd to us when we checked in. We thought someone had been smoking and asked to move. The second room also smelled the same, but it became unnoticeable after being in the room for a while. We could never quite place it though. The pool may need a good drain and clean, but every thing else was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple but hot, and the gentleman who took us to and from the airport was very patient!

We only stayed one night, but the staff were friendly and the check-in was easy. It was extremely quiet. Maybe not the place if you prefer a more kid-friendly environment.

When traveling, I try to always find Fairfield Inn because of the indoor pools. This location was wonderful with a hot tub as well. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great as well. My boys also loved the fact there were 2 tvs in our room. Ill always choose a Marriott suite over anything!

We liked that it was a small property with all the amenities.

The front desk staff was very nice and greeted us every time we came into the lobby. Our room was comfortable and clean. Location is not the most convenient to get in and out but was close to our event.

Staff was friendly and responsive during our stay. Nice facility and well-maintained even in a not-so-great area. Stay was fine until we received notification of a $50 charge for a damaged alarm clock which we did not use or damage in any way. I replied to the email asking for more information and have not received a response from the hotel.

This is our go to Hotel when in the DFW area! The staff is super friendly! We love William at the front desk! He is always so kind and extremely helpful! The ladies that make the awesome breakfast are always super friendly! We love them! The hotel itself is in a great location, always really clean and the rooms are really nice! We always enjoy our stay here!!

Super friendly staff! I do think that the beds need to be replaced and the shower curtain needs to be longer The beds were uncomfortable compared to other Fairfield’s we’ve stayed in. Other than that we had a nice three day stay.

This hotel was amazing! I have absolutely no complaints! The location was peaceful and quiet, all the staff members were very friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and clean, as well as the room. They made sure to keep the breakfast area stocked up during breakfast hours. Great place to stay! I would stay here again for sure!

It was a decent stay. The room was spacious and great for my family with the pull out couch no one was fighting. When we got into the room there was trash in the window and under the pull out, also hair in the shower. We also requested extra pillows the first night and when housekeeping came in the next they took them back and I was not able to get more but the time I got back to the hotel it was late. The breakfast was not very good. Not a good variety but it was free so can’t really complain about that. Everything else was very good. The service was great so overall it was not bad.
