Clean, organized hotel.

This property is super old. This property is not very clean. The bedding is very old and the sheets were stained. The door knob to the restroom fell off. It was broken and a safety hazard. The staff was not the friendliest. The hotel is very old and outdated. I would not recommend this hotel.

I was surprised that in our six day stay there the room was never cleaned, and the towels changed only when I went into the hallway and asked the housekeeper for clean towels and garbage bags.

The staff was very helpful and professional, made check in a breeze . The room was very clean , spacious and well organized. Will be staying here again

I was disappointed with my stay. The internet was not good at all, and even after asking the staff for help, the connection never really improved. The TVs also weren’t the best, and the TV guide seemed outdated, which made it frustrating to find anything to watch. It would really help if the hotel upgraded the TVs and made sure the guide was current, especially for guests who are from out of town and want to relax without dealing with technical issues. Overall there’s definitely room for improvement.

Furniture is old and peeling, shower is dingy and has no water pressure, no usb ports for charging.

Beds! Very hard and uncomfortable. Wasn't able to sleep more than a few hours. Breakfast could have been better with low carb options and dietary restrictions. Apparently the city was having a water issue, coming out of tap with a dirty color

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the hallways were not heated. When asked at the desk about the hallways, the person didn’t know why the heat was turned off and didn’t have access to the controls.

The Beds were very uncomfortable. I always stay at Hilton and Marriotts for their amazing Beds and these were like laying on a Bumpy rock. The breakfast was not good at all. I felt like I was staying at a Motel 6 The facility was clean.

There was food in the microwave from a previous guest. The AC unit was very loud and made whirring sounds. The fixtures were a bit dated, so bring a charging block because they don't have any USB ports in the room to charge anything.

On 11/15 we returned since the night before the service was amazing. However, I guess while the boss is out the employee will show their true colors. I show up to rent a room again and from the lobby area the receptionist ask me what do I need and I tell her that I’m there to rent a room again and the look on her face looks annoyed! Then when she finally gets to the front desk I tell her it’s a possibility that I may need to rent for two days but wondering if Sunday is the rate of more. She then responds with no and immediately asks me for my ID all while she sighing the whole time. Since she never gave me any information on the next day rental I asked her about a roller bed. Not only did she sigh again but also rolled her eyes. She wanted me to follow her to the laundry room so that I can get the linens for the roller bed. She takes up stairs I go to the room to the leave the linens she follows and sees the suite has a sofa bed and tells me I don’t need a roller bed because there’s a sofa bed. I explain to her that both my kids to fit there and that’s why I need the roller since it comes in the suite I rented. She gives me an attitude and wants me to follow her to wherever they have the roller bed. I tell her that I can’t get it due to issues with my body. She then looks at me and say well get him! I told her that he wasn’t with me right now that he was with family but that I would have him get it. She looked at me with a frustrated look and walked away.

Coming from out of town for a family funeral, is always a good feeling staying at a hotel where it feels like home. A comfortable clean environment with good food and great service as if you where visiting grandma house for the weekend. Totally satisfied with the stay that makes you want to come back.

I liked the pillows The bed was too firm, there wasn't a Bible in the room, the extra cover in the closet had too many holes in it to be effective, and the water didn't get hot.

The room was big and lovely but I can't control the temperature so I was cold and cant do anything about it. I slept comfortably and peaceful . The breakfast was good.

The hotel facility was overall in good condition. The light in the bathroom over the mirror did not work and the TV channel listings did not match the channel numbers when using the TV. Teh pool appeared to be in need of cleaning.

ERICA IS A WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE!!!! SHE IS PERSONABLE AND WILLING TO BE OF ASSISTANCE. THE FOOD WAS VERY MUCH ABOVE THE OTHER HOTELS I HAVE STAYED AT RECENTLY.

The property was close to everything for a work trip Needs updates badly. Has mold issue. Couldn’t stop coughing the entire time there. Not clean. Dirty.

I was there for one day and it was faboulous. The morning breakfast was the usual. We could not get into the pool.

When I checked into my room, there was a roach crawling on the bedside table. I told the staff at the desk, showed her pictures and she switched my room. The night staff was nice about it and accommodating, but when I complained to the manager the next day he didn’t seem to care and shrugged his shoulders. To add to this, the walls in the rooms had stains (both rooms) and lots of dust on the furniture in the hallways by the elevators.

We loved that the hotel was near stores and restaurants. Walking into the lobby was a very bad smell. There was only 1 towel in the room and no toilet paper. The swimming pool was so disgusting. You couldn't even see the bottom of the pool it was dirty. It had a brown/foggy color to it. At one point we were told we couldn't use the bathroom because they were having drain issues. That was NOT ideal at all.

Front desk people were averagely nice. Although, we were not told the pool was not working. We got all ready for the pool and then asked if they had any fresh towels. The front desk guy then advices us of the pool being maintenance. Also, they did not tell us they had breakfast included. I had to read it on the emailed receipt. They need to be a little more informative. These are things people need to know. The room was not very clean. Thank God I brought my Clorox spray and wipes. Won’t be staying here again.

Also, had requested seperate shower from tub due to their age, but did not happen.

There was no room service the room was not clean for 3 days they came by an ass if you wanted room service the last day of our stay

Arrived checked out the hotel pool was closed was told 2 differnt stories on why then went to take a shower that night and the water was luke warm more cold than warm. Pull out bed in sofa was horriable no blanket sheet didnt fit the bed. Room had a funny smell was nothing like advertised would not recommend to anyone.

They charged us two times for the stay and the property manager tried to say there were no other charges made I had to call Hilton customer support to find out what was going on.

The property is nice, but the thermostat was not working in our room, and the mattress coils could be felt.

Front Desk Staff either not friendly and or not present; rooms are showing lack of upkeep (i.e. toilet moving; not hot water; spider webs throughout rooms; mildew/mold growing in the bathroom; AC unit continuously running; no more firmness in the mattress; hair in the "clean bath towels". Overall unpleasant stay and would not recommend.

We were in town for a music festival. It was located in a very convenient spot. The breakfast was delicious and always well stocked.

Breakfast was very good. But there weren't any usb plugs in the room. I'd prefer a comfort height toilet.

Our stay was decent, I’ve been to better Hampton Inn’s. We arrived at the hotel around 3:30 and left next day around 10:30. Since we got there until we left one of the elevators had what seemed dog dookie on the floor and was never wiped down. Breakfast area was clean, but most of the food trays were empty. We had to continuously ask the lady for them to be refilled. It seemed like they only had one employee in the whole breakfast area. She seemed annoyed when we kept asking for food and she would just say, “you have to wait”.

Excellent hotel and location to downtown businesses, restaurants and highways. The morning breakfast area is large and quite cozy. The food set out was clean, hot and tasty. Adequate parking area. Do yourself a favor and book a room here.

Check in was good, quick and easy. Room was poorly cleaned and maintained. Excessively sticky tile in entry way, paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom. Woke up in the morning to find ants in all of our snacks. Did not stay the second night. Hotel manager refused to speak with me. Refused to provide refund for the second night. Only point of contact is an email address. Not what I expect from a Hilton property.

We had a security light shine in our room. There is no way to block it out. Rifridgearator did'nt work.

Breakfast was very good with wide variety of food. Coffee was very good. room was great except too dry. both of us felt very dried out through the night and both got headaches, which is not normal for my wife. Some humidifying capability during winter is suggested.

Overall it’s a solid Hampton inn. The service was great as well. The main issue is that there’s a train that runs almost every hour at night for all you light sleepers. So beware.

The staff were great. Friendly and helpful. The condition of the property was above average. The beds werent pillowtops which I prefer and the tv was iffy. Besides those two things it was a good stay.

Needed a hotel close to Hutto (northeast Austin 'burb, near Round Rock) for a multi-family Thanksgiving gathering. Didn't want to break the bank. The Hampton in Hutto turned out to be a great place to stay. Comfortable beds. Coffee bar. Tasty breakfast spread. Close to 79, the toll road, shopping, and a much needed car wash.

Bed Bugs!!! Went with softball team. 3 rooms had bed bugs. They were very accommodating to me with a refund and all but not too the rest of the team.

I will give them 0 stars. My mom passed away and my moms funeral I knew I was going to see family I haven’t seen in a long time.I knew I would be late.called that day of check in told the day person didn’t get a name that I would be checkin in very late. We arrive at 2 am no one is at the front desk guest approached the front desk to and none is there I called the number that was left on a sign on the counter. That number goes straight to front desk.I called Hilton they called several times and no answer we wait 2 hrs in the lobby front desk clerk never arrived. Than we go wait outside she arrives at 5 am. She told us that we were a no show and that they sold our room. They charged me 170 they said there was nothing she could do about it. they said they were I asked her if I can use their restroom she is yes than she said please leave the property as soon as you are done. I stay at hotels all the time never have been treated like this. It was the worst feeling.to being treated that way.. I was never rude to her in any way and she was so rude to us.I was already feeling down missing my mom and to get treated like that the worst. where does this front desk lady disappear all night?

Very accomodating to what i needed

It seems something always goes wrong, after returning to the hotel a little after midnight, we found that we were locked out of our room. The nightclerk was very helpful and explained that we were. In the wrong room, even though we had been there 2 days. It took over two hours to straighten it out while all of my items were still in the my original room. The management staff was inept at being able to actually sort out the issue and do anything for us.And just kept blaming the girl at night.Who was new even though she did nothing wrong. Stay here if you plan on having no one too complain to and a staff that doesn't know what they're doing.

Overall the area is great and has a lot of options. The staff was good; however when we asked about pool hours we were provided with the times but no mention the pool was closed for some reason. Our entire stay it was closed and no mention of it was provided.

Pee on our walls in the bathroom. Food on the walls in the room. And since I was sick and puking in the toilet- I unfortunately saw where they don’t clean under the lid… 👍

Absolutely LOVE this hotel! The woman that checked me in both stats was beyond awesome! She was friendly, quick, great at her job and deserves a raise! She had everything ready to go and was very helpful. Even got to meet my mutts, Thor and Luna and made them feel welcome too! Thank you! Highly recommend!!!

Property was clean but needs updating. Slow checkin due to confusion with other guests checking in.

My one complaint is the lack room darlening curtain. I was on ground floor and property flood lights eluminated my room and only had privacy shades.

Our room was clean when we stayed there but the bed was hard and it was very uncomfortable it made my back hurt. Even the fold out couch was uncomfortable. The breakfast was good. The only thing was the bed were hard as a rock.

Stay was pretty decent. Wasn't too happy about the pool not working/open the first 3 days I was there. Gym was ok. Breakfast every morning was good. Room was clean and the AC ran cold so that was a big plus. The last day I was there, we had a hiccup on booking but they extended it with no problem but i wasn't charged the same price as the other days. They said they couldn't honor that price because I went 3rd party. That wasn't in my budget but it wasn't totally their fault. Only issue I really had was every time I called front desk, nobody answered. All in all the stay was ok. I probably won't stay there again though.

The agents were very helpful and friendly. I didn't like the lobby area or the hall area very much. The carpet isn't attractive or warm or inviting. The room wasn't cleaned daily; the beds weren't made daily. We didn't expect that.

I was hoping for a hot tub, but had a swimming pool, and the breakfast was amazing, the bed was so comfortable and clean. I will stay there again when I am in the area.

Now I remembered why we don’t stay here anymore. Front of hotel looked good, go inside and it is run down. Front lobby’s floor is worn out. Get upstairs and hallways are old and worn. Room was in decent shape. Sink clogged, no toilet paper on the roll and we find out there is no daily cleaning service. Also the drapes were torn. Had to use a hanger to keep them closed. In laws were in another room the mini fridge was out. Him and I had to move it out and go to another room to get another room. At clerk’s request. Will never stay here again.

I chose this place for the convenience while visiting family, and I'm so disappointed with my experience. After being informed that I had to request housekeeping services, Ms. Patel added my room to the sheet on her desk. I arrived back in my room close to midnight, ready to shower and lay down on fresh linens to return to an entire room. What was the purpose of requesting cleaning services if I had to return to the front desk to get towels and pillowcases? The guy was not friendly and helpful. Overall, I wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

My son and I stayed here one night for his baseball tournament and found this hotel perfectly acceptable. There are not a lot of frills, but that’s to be expected. It’s clean, convenient, and well priced. I’d stay here again.
