The hotel room was spacious and very nice. The coffee table was damaged and needed to be replaced. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The entire hotel is well kept up and beautiful. It just needed a new coffee table.

Everything went well

One of the nicest hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Beautiful room with high end bedding. Full assortment of toiletries. Very clean with high end finishes. Top rate amenities. Several restaurant choices all great and reasonably priced. Plenty of staff members all friendly and happy to help. This place is a gem!!!!

The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and rude. Check in girl was wonderful and the casino floor wait staff were also nice.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel! We always stay here before flying out somewhere. Spacious rooms, very clean, nice toiletries, clean smell in hall ways, great food, huge bathroom with both bath and shower (separate). Nice helpful staff.

We had s great night stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the big bathroom with separate shower and tub. Beds and pillows were very comfortable slept so well. We loved the affordable arcade games and free bowling for guests was a awesome benefit as we had our 9 year old with us.

We were really surprised how beautiful and clean this property is. Dinner and Breakfast was great at very reasonable prices. We'll stop in again when we blowing through the Durango area.

Now open 24 hrs and available food until 1am. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are clean and properly stocked with some basic items. Overall a good experience. Floor staff are awesome, very friendly and accommodating. ?? Can't think of anything.

This was the cleanest, nicest, best stay ever. We had the best honeymoon. Everything was perfect. The restaurant was amazing! The bed was so soft and cozy. The room was so nice and super clean. Everyone was so nice. I was not disappointed.

Everything was good except after paying Hotels.com online for my 2 night stay the Sky Ute Casino Resort charged my credit card for the room at check in. When I told them I already paid Hotels.com they took the charge off my card. Then about one hour after check out the resort hotel charged my card a second time for the room. After calling about the over charge they took the charge off again.

Fun arcade, bowling, mini golf, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable.

At checkout, they charge a lot of extra money that they don’t tell you about. They lie about what the fees are going to be. They keep the deposit for no reason and add resort fees that are a lot more than listed. They never have a manager available to talk to and the Internet is horrible in the room

I was hoping with the time change I would be able to request a late checkout… I was denied. Otherwise, the stay was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean welcoming room.

The room was very nice. However the TV was old and the picture was very blurry and we were unable to watch the hockey game in our room we had to watch it in the lounge. The bed was very uncomfortable and the heater was very loud. The casino was small with limited gambling available. A few tables were on the floor but none were open. We would not stay here in the future.

Front desk staff worked with me to book my room after a reservation app did not reserve the room and they honored the rate I paid thru the app. Overall had a great experience from checking in and out.

Front desk staff was rude and lied and made a family tragedy much worse. I don’t recommend staying here.

Just wasn’t a friendly place. No one basically was smiling and the mostly men working the casino acted like they could care less if you were there. No help if you wanted info to leave the property to go sight see. The room was nice though. I would not, and would not recommend staying here.

This time we paid for two days from the start and got the deposit back with no confusion! Very nice pool and hot tub plus the free bowling awesome

I was overcharged for one. They charged an extra $25 a day that they don’t tell you until you get there. Also, they charge a $20 day deposit and they kept my deposit for no reason at all. In total, I was charged at least $90 extra to stay there for two nights. This place is overpriced and extremely expensive. The Internet did not work in my room the entire time I was there.

The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the staff was amazing... however the person snoring in the room next to me or above me all night and the alarm in my room that went off around 4am was a bit overwhelming.

The rooms were amazing, comfortable, quiet. The hotel had lots of fun things to do for both adults and kids. Food prices were very affordable. The pool was great, bowling was fun.

They gave us a dirty room at first. For the gym, both treadmills are broken. The servers take a while getting to you for breakfast.l

I was contacted the day prior to my scheduled reservation and advised that, due to a system glitch resulting in overbooking, my reservation was canceled. This cancellation occurred on short notice and caused significant inconvenience.

I booked a room for new years and was called a day before getting notified that there was a glitch in the system and the room was not available. Had to look for a last minute hotel as I had booked my ski reservations in purgatory.

Room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and lazy river were great! And, you can’t beat free bowling. Although the casino wasn’t so favorable for us, we still had fun gaming.

I was disappointed that even staying 3 nights there was no room service. I had to ask for towels and hated that the garbage cans in the room were overflowing. The pandemic is over. Go back to real customer service.

2. the key/card system worked sometimes, never new if our door / elevator key would work, often did not 3. the food was mediocre at best, for high end meals ($75/person) the evening meals left much to be desired 4. the employees acknowledged there was no GM and most were extremely lackluster about their jobs. I do NOT blame them, this is clearly a lack of mgmt issue. 5. very, very, very convoluted system to buy a drink (and this place has a casino) 6. the whole place seemed very discombobulated. 7. the bedding was very Good 8. the hot tub lacked power bubblers, and seemed dirty 9. the 'resort fee' was as usual just another way to increase the price We will not be back, I suppose if you NEED to be in the general area, there's not much to choose from; however Durango is only 17 miles away.

The hotel was just amazing. The entire staff was so helpful and so polite! The dining experience at each one of the places to eat was really good. The casino was so much fun. We had a very good stay and are already planning our next trip back.

Our room was amazing! It was very large with a tub and separate shower. There is a phone in the restroom next to the toilet in case of emergency. Separate sink/bar area with nice highball glasses. The rooms are quiet. I like the idea of when you get into the elevator you have to use your room key to activate the elevator.

-the water in the shower was either scalding or cold. -the AC in the room turned off during the night so we would wake up sweaty. - two of the pillows on the bed became a flat nothing when the pillow case unfolded. - the TV did not provide a listing of programs, just a list of channels. Therefore had to spend lots of time watching commercials to find out what program was on each channel. -the evening dining option to bar hamburgers is an overpriced restaurant offering "fresh" mussels and other seafood. "Fresh"???!! This is the high plains in Colorado. The cafe with only acceptable food closes after breakfast. The Hotel is priced right there with the large hotel chains but with very little consideration for patrons.

The property was great, beautiful, but the mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I did not get a good nights rest due to the mattress being so uncomfortable. It felt hard and lumpy. The pillows were extremely hard as well.

The manager of that night was straight clear saying he thought my accent was the reason his other employee had a racist atitude towards me. It was a nightmare the only night my family and I stayed there, he stopped threat me only when my brother showed recording the situation. He was trying to kick me out of the hotel and being aggressive in words because I was in the front desk by myself. Again, they are racist and I do not recommend this hotel. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life!

Clean place to stay. The rooms are very nice with big bathrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. They accept dogs which is a plus for those with fur babies. Had a low tire light come on in my car and security got me arranged with Blake from maintenance to get my tire aired back up. I would recommend this place to stay. Nice walking trail for walking your dogs around the hotel too.

The beds are murder on your legs - we had 2 people have injuries from pointed wood corners. The pool was not very clean. Slow service in cafe food was fair to good. Lijecamenties very nice housekeepers and front desk.

This was a last minute booking for our final day of a week long vacation. To say this hotel was a blessing would be an understatement! It was clean, comfortable, and QUIET. The only issue was the pool because a family didn't read the 'no running no diving' rules when it was clearly a spa pool not a play pool. Besides that we had a wonderful time. I lost $20 at the casino but that's normal for me lol! I will say that the hotel entrance could have better signage since I kept walking into the casino from the outside, but I suppose that's normal as well. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a remote area. We booked this getaway because it had a few options for dining. Once we arrived, the hotel did not have many people and it only had one choice of dining which wasn’t safe for someone with food allergies. It was disappointing. The casino hardly had any guests. The hotel is clean and check-in was great but didn’t really find the experience met our needs of a vacation.

We felt mislead, when the website listed gaming tables. Would never stay or recommend anyone to stay there again.

They were working on the parking lot during our stay so we had to walk way around to check in. No signs posted to let you know where to go? But other than that very nice.

This Native American tribe takes great pride in their heritage and it shows throughout the property. Very impressive.

Clean nice room

Room was not as clean as when I stayed there before. Beds were made but furniture and flooring needed cleaning. Mold in the shower and stained shower floor basin looked like it needed thorough cleaning. I did not use the shower again after I used the shower once. Most of the restaurants were limited open. Mostly closed during day hours if not closed for good from posted signage. The one restaurant that I ate at was terrible. Staff were not experienced in service industry for restaurants. Poor quality of food. High dollar hamburgers. Waited 50 minutes for food plate and 45 minutes to pay for food. All in all not a resort experience.

Had a bad experience at the 49 lounge. Bar maid missed placed my credit card. Bad service

Everything is amazing but make sure you don't have to extend your stay. I got charged so many times because of the hotels mistakes and they still won’t take the charges off my account.

We like staying here at the Casino. Front desk could be a bit friendier when when dealing with customers. Bathroom had empty boxes instead of shower cap, shoe shining rag, sewing kit. Room was not cleaned while we stayed 2 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. Thanks

This hotel was a little gem. It was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were polite and friendly. It is a little bit of a drive to Durango and seems far out there but traffic wasn't bad going and coming. The flute music was also so relaxing. We did use the pool and jacuzzi. It was nice they are open late and indoors. The pool was a bit cold but we warmed up in the jacuzzi The person checking us in gave us a room near the elevator that takes you to the pool knowing we planned to swim. That was kind and considerate of her. We enjoyed our stay. Also note there aren't any food options if you arrive later in the evening.

When i arrived to check in, there was no one working the front desk. There was a sign that said "Be back in 30min" but 30min went by and still no one could check me in. i waited almost an hour just to get my room and by then the pool already closed and there were no available food options either. There are no vending machines or any type of food items available after 10pm so bring your own food if you're staying here. In the morning the housekeeping staff just walked right into my room with no warning or reason to show up in my room. It was not check out time and they had no reason to use some key and walk into my room. I felt completely violated and uneasy about that incident. very disappointed to say the least.

We had an amazing experience filled with fun, learning and pride being an Indigenous Woman.

This is our second visit, and each time just fuels our excitement for the next one!

Love having the amenities in the room such as microwave, mini-fridge, sink, tub/shower and large bathroom. The room we originally were assigned had heating issues. But we were taken care of immediately to another room.

The check in process took over an hour! Our group was split on different floors and couldn't access each other. Room keys didn't all work which made access harder since you needed them to operate the elevators too. Pool was neat and rooms were surprisingly quiet.

The property was really nice and clean. Our only surprise was the 3 drink maximum at the resort. That would be the only deterrent on returning back to the casino.

It is a lovely hotel and very clean. Best of all, our room had zero smell of cleaning products! Many places I’ve stayed I had to open windows and leave, but not so here. As to condition, a few things were worn- the folding luggage table was missing a strap and the clock had an issue with making noise. Otherwise this place is great. Beautiful bathroom.

Travelled there for my husbands birthday. I think they should have a disclaimer with that information so you know before you travel there.

checked in a little late about 11pm and nothing was open. Only 3 drinks a day allowed at the casino which is unheard of. Durango 20 mins away has a lot more options with food and entertainment.

Location was perfect to visit family over the holidays. All team members we encountered were fabulous and so helpful! Bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The only downsides - room and furnishings are showing wear and tear. Also, somehow lots of flies were getting into the room. Not sure how, but there were a lot in the bedroom.
