In this day and age, there is no excuse for a big-name hotel to lack the technology to accept modern payment methods for the incidentals deposit. I booked a room for a family member, although I was not traveling with them. This hotel would not allow me to pay the deposit myself, by any payment means. Not a credit card, not a secure payment portal, not a billing system. I was not allowed to pay it. But my family members were traveling with a debit card, which the hotel would not accept. They would not accept cash, apple pay, PayPal, chime, or any other "third party" payment methods. They nearly turned my family members away even though the room was already paid for. Luckily one of the adults found a credit card that they had completely forgotten about because they didn't usually use it. For me, the fact that they were eventually allowed to check in does not resolve my intent avoid this brand in the future. Apparently they are fine with treating their customers with disregard because they are stuck in the past. Hilton, this is 2026. Would you really rather permanently lose your customers and make them sleep at the airport than update your payment options?

My room was easily accessible. The only problem was parking. The available spaces are full late evening.

Nice room. Had just missed an airport shuttle when we checked out but were reassured that another would come within 10 mins, so easy trip to airport. The previous evening we walked to a local family Mexican restaurant (good food at good prices), but we got an uber back for $8 as we were not comfortable walking the area after dark. The free breakfast spread was a bit limited, but adequate. Hotel felt a bit run-down, but price was reasonable for a one-night stopoff before a morning flight.

Breakfast was fine. I knew that the hotel had no regular restaurant, but I assumed there would be a few within sight. Instead, both the nearest fast-food restaurant (McDonald’s) and a regular restaurant (at the Garden Inn Hotel, also by Hilton) were a few blocks away and not visible from the Hampton Inn. In warmer or inclement weather, I would not have wanted to walk that distance.

The check-in process was smooth, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was amazing after such a long journey, and I was able to get some much-needed sleep before my next flight. The location near the airport made everything very convenient and stress-free. For anyone needing a reliable and comfortable stay during a layover, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It provided exactly the comfort and convenience I needed after a very long travel day.

Nothing. , it was such a disappointment from the start, there is no parking and the person did not want me to give a parking pass after I paid for it, the cleaning was extremely and did their poorly, they did not restock toilet paper and apparently I have to schedule their room service after paying over 3000 dollars for an 8 night stay, in that case I should run their whole hotel operation . Oh and the breakfast was stale , dirty and generic.

I arrived at LAX early evening expecting to find a shuttle to the hotel. Following a number of messages inquiring about the shuttle service, I finally received a response which said to contact the hotel when I was ready to be picked up and they would send a shuttle. To cut a long story short, shuttle didn’t arrive. After waiting nearly two hours, a kind driver from one of the other companies drove me to the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area with no food outlets nearby. They do have a company which will provide food through their order system but the prices are outrageous.

The check in was easy and fast. My room was clean and plenty of space. The staff was very helpful.

A pleasure to interact with all of the staff. The room was spacious and I was even greeted by the television upon entering. Parking fee was reasonable. There was a nice fenced dog relief space around the back of the hotel which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely stay there agin if I need to be close to the LAX. I checked in at 9:30 pm and didn't get to spend very much time at the hotel since my daughter had a morning international flight. We could hear some of the plane traffic but that was expected so close to the airport. The breakfast was offered only at 7:00am on Sat and Sun but during the week it was available at 6:00am which would have been better.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpful. We weren’t crazy about the location. It was very noisy from all the traffic and the interstate. We had some trouble with the shower doors, and I tripped over the wired curb coming in.

we stay here because of a concert we attended at SoFi Stadium and it was perfectly located to walk back from the stadium and avoid all the traffic of 80k people 😂😂 it was clean, great customer service and the breakfast were very good.

This hotel provides free shuttle buses going to the airport. The room is clean and of good size. The staff is helpful and friendly providing all information in detail. It has free coffee all day in the lobby and the breakfast is free to its guests.

I love that place has renewed room. New furnitures. Except that shower kept dripping water all night. My room was dirty, the floor had peaces of peanuts everywhere. Hair on pillows. Floor very dirty, nobody ever mopped it. Trash bags were super tiny. Bathroom trash can was not closing, smell was everywhere. Shower kept dripping water. But the worst thing is staff. Very rude, unhelpful, a Latin girl on reception couldn’t even speak properly English. She was very unhelpful, incompetent, unreasonable. I requested a crib in my room and I waited 3 hours for them to install it, because the worker didn’t understand how to put it. When i called reception, a girl told me there is nothing she can do, so if I want to leave it’s fine.

We had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle coming from the airport. We saw hilton and many other hotel brands arrive about every 10-15 minutes. We wiil being staying at LA airport in about 6 weeks and we will choose a differnt hotel due to shortage of shuttles

The room, clean and confortable. The reception area and breakfast area were dirty, sticky floors, and I have never seen in other hotels serve in paper plates and plastic utensils. Bad doe the environment and looks cheap.

There is no direct access to pet relief area. To get there, you need to walk outside of the hotel to the back, which there is no lighting around. The floors where not cleaned regularly. Some people left food by the elevators and the staff did not remove until the next day.

Upon arrival we are unable to get in contact with anyone for shuttle pickup. This morning departure, we almost did not make it to the airport due the shuttle again. Do not stay at this hotel if you want a dependable shuttle service

Overall the hotel was nice and comfortable, I don't have bad points but it only felt too expensive for just 1 person and being so far. Otherwise the hotel was nice, check in staff was great and overall I had a good night sleep.

The room,breakfast, and staff were exceptional. We only stayed for one night due to coming from out of the country. They arranged pick up from the airport and were able to get us back to the airport the next day. The bed was comfortable and allowed for a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend. Never heard any of the outside distractions. Only problem was that the hotel does not carry cash and I needed to break a large bill to tip the outstanding shuttle drivers.

Front desk staff-beyond super friendly and accommodating!! Always greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to assist. Wish I wrote down their names because they deserve the kudos. Armando-maintenance-came and fixed our sink drain, as promised, while we were out. Housekeeping-amazing. Since I kinda lived there for 4 days, I was observing all. Hardworking crew for sure! My only complaint about the cleanliness is the breakfast. Not the breakfast itself, that was fine, same with the staff-all good. It’s honestly the guests. BUT I bring it up because maybe more garbage cans? They fill up so quickly!! However after breakfast, early afternoon, everything was clean again!!! Not that I’ll be back there as I won’t be in CA, but little creamers for coffee, not just the coffee mate pump which is just chemicals, oils and sugar. I did go out and get my coffee everyday. Thank you for giving me a comfortable and inviting place to stay while I had to deal with some family stress. ❤️

Everything was great EXCEPT they didn't program the TV Guide to show what was coming up next. It's a small thing if you don't watch TV, but I wanted to relax in the room and that was really annoying. But I'd stay again. It was very convenient for what I was trying to accomplish.

Nice hotel! Great for us as we had early flight the next morning. Downside is shuttle only ran from 6am-10pm! So we couldn’t avail of this service. Besides that it was a great stay!

The room was comfortable but very noisy from road traffic. The breakfast was poor, no plates to eat on and over ripe bananas made us less than average for me. If you're taking their shuttle to the airport, expect 30-45 minutes due to traffic and multiple stops.

I went to breakfast a half hour before it was over, so I don't know if things were not restocked or if they were just not available.

Room was clean, updated, and quiet. Hotel was in a quiet area. Breakfast was great, workout room was great. There was an incident with the elevator. I went to work out early and became trapped in the elevator for clost to 40 minutes. The elevator panel was out - including the help button - and I ended up calling the front desk from my cell phone. Maintenance was unable to open the doors and had to call the fire department. Staff was professional and handled this well but it was a challenging situation as I felt very claustrophobic and panicked a bit. Jaynae (SP?) coordinated with the fire department, Armando and Monse were also helpful and should be commended for calming me down. I overheard staff telling other staff members to avoid the elevator once I was out ... I was in room 505 and ended up taking the stairs a number of times, including taking my luggage down when I checked out. This was disappointing and I didn't feel safe using the elevator. The front desk told me that the elevator needs to be replaced and that they had a quote for $1M for the repair ... wow.

Everything was great except I was totally surprised the hotel charged me for parking even as a hotel guest, i wish i knew about the charge before booking this hotel with expedia, nothing mentioned regarding parking fee, very disappointed.

Staff does not give me parking pass when I check in hotel around 12:30pm. Before i go to bee at 10pm. I see hotel required to pay $35 for parking. I go to front desk to ask for parking tag. If I don’t have parking pass, my car will be towed then tomorrow I will miss flight since I have to leave at 6am

I had booked the hotel as i saw the airport shuttle facility as i had a parent with wheelchair. I was surprised to learn the wheelchair only operated from 6 am to 10 pm, as this would be unfit for people who have an early morning flight. I felt disappointed as i could not use the services enlisted.

We had an issue with the shuttle driver at the airport, took for ever to pick us up, we got soaked and wet, he passed us by the shuttarea without stopping or anything. Great place. There is east acces to sofi via private buses that will take you to and from the hotel. For 35 bucks a person. Very central location.

Room was fine but hotel claimed to have a shuttle. No one at the hotel.seemed to know when it would arrive ot how long it would take to get to the airport. There was a sign with QR code i waa told to scan. This was useless since it showed positions of a few shuttles but not my location or what routes they would take. The Hampton did not even show up as a stop on the app. After waiting about 40 minutes we decided to take an uber.

Stayed there tto attend a concert at SoFi stafium. A Convenient location. Only had coffee in the AM and it was good. Purchased a Soda in the evening from lobby area and it was $8.00.

The front desk staff was great and attentive at making sure we were checked in when the rooms were ready and I appreciated that a lot. I got there really early because of my flight in, and had no expectation of an early check-in. I asked if it was possible, and they let me know at their earliest possibility with no extra charge. I also liked how they kept track of guests in order of how they came in as well. Very friendly and organized! Thank you.

Nice hotel and Great stuffs

Breakfast was ok. Stayed for 5 nights and did not receive any housekeeping (even when requested). When parking lot was full, was told to park on the street, even though I was being charged for hotel parking.

Staff at check in did not give any details about property. However staff at check out was great!

I felt the moment I came, the entrance was really small and tight but then once I got to my room; the room was nicely done and I felt at ease, had a hard time figuring out the cold and heat on the temps but was able to manage, WiFi was ok could’ve been better and also the food it was decent to get you by but if your vegan and all, I don’t think this is the place for you if your wanting that free breakfast buffet. The dining hall was literally outside of the breakfast room and your facing the check in desk. The thing I got surprised on was the fact we had to pay a deposit I hope that deposit comes back to me after I checked out today. The outside it’s on a busy street so it’s hard to really go out for a walk to enjoy the area, will I use this hotel again? Maybe , but there are better places around the area.

Stayed 3 nights, stay was ok. Had a faulty window that didn't close property which made it so noisy! We reported it but nothing got done about it. Other then that the room was good. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff were nice.

Rooms were clean and a good size with 2 queen comfy beds. Rooms had microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast was limited as we went the last 30 minutes in. Oatmeal was empty. Only offer valet at $29/night.

The place was a dump. The elevator crapped out a few times last night when I was going to my room. There’s nothing to do around there.

The rooms were clean but not cleaned on a daily basis unless requested. The room was quiet for most of my stay, unusual due to the closeness of the freeway . On my final night there was traffic passing all night.

Close to the airport but parking is a bit rip off. We got charge $30/ night for parking and yet they want us to valet the car coz no parking available.

Llegué de un vuelo largo de 5 horas a la 1 am, llego a mi habitación a dormir y a las 6 am empiezo a escuchar de otra habitación musica regueton a un volumen excesivo, hablo a recepcion nadie contestaba, todos los huespedes estabamos diciendo "shhs, shhs," 2 horas sin poder dormir, una noche horrible cuando bajé indiqué lo sucedido y me dieron en compensación no cobrarme el parqueo, pero mi sueño nadie me lo regresa. Fue horrible no me vuelvo a quedar en ese hotel.

The property was very clean staff really nice . Would like it better if we didn’t have to pay for parking and the breakfast hour would be at least till 10 am

We checked in around midnight and the man at the front desk was so helpful and kind! Our room was very clean and quiet. So glad breakfast was provided! We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel in a very sketchy area. Definitely will never stay there again. We had to keep asking for towels and had to empty the trash can which we font care but if I’m paying a resort fee that should be included! Staff not really friendly.

Hotel was good, room was well appointed. The AC really blasts, so it might get intense if you’re sitting near it. The area is fairly industrial, so it gets a bit noisy, but not enough to be too disruptive. (Totally what I’d expect staying by the airport)

Over all stay was great. Room was nice, spacious and clean ! Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Was close to Sofi so easy to get back to from the show. Only negative TV didn’t work and I would say parking was a little hard getting into when returning back in but guys working out there were nice and worked fast ! Would definitely go back !

Parking fee on website said $25, uppn arrival i was told it would be $29, because they only have valet parking or i can park on the street. Not very accommodating.

I do not usually leave comments, but I encountered 2 front desk agents. A nice lady upon check-in last night, and a nice guy when I left early this morning. They both had such great smiles and seemed so nice and friendly. Smiles are contagious. Great job to both, and the made me smile.

I like the spacious room and the walk-in shower. They're modern and elegant. I also like the breakfast, it's really good. I just hope the staffs are more friendly and give the guests a warm welcome.

We stayed at this hotel to attend the Hard Summer music festival nearby. Booked 2 rooms and arrived a few hours before check-in. The hotel staff allowed an early check in for one of our rooms for $100, which was fine. However, we were on our way back to arrive before midnight to check into our 2nd room and the hotel canceled it before we returned! Then told us they were fully booked. The 2nd room was held with a credit card.

This hotel was just average and rge fee fir parking is observed, especially for what yoi thought to expect. Glad we only sray one night.

My room's door couldn't keep opening, and the floor isn't fully hardwood floor.

Very good breakfast, lots of choices. Clean, parking is safe, the only downside is that the containers for the conditioner and body wash are empty.

We were disappointed with the hidden fees that were added when we arrived at the hotel. It was strange because there was no mention of a parking fee, a deposit, or taxes. Additionally, when we first entered the hotel, we were surrounded by gnats outside and inside the vestibule, which was a sign of uncleanliness. The TV didn’t work, and even when it did, it only had one channel that worked, which was fine for the time being since it was Judge Judy. However, despite these minor issues, everything else about the hotel was average and decent.

Hotel was clean and adequate. Rooms were a little dark with inadequate lighting. Staff was courteous and helpful. Weekend valet parking was a joke. Literally handed me my keys and expected a tip.

Josh, the GM, was conveniently nowhere to be found, leaving his overwhelmed staff to deal with the chaos. No apology. No concession. No accountability. Just a complete failure of management and customer service. We’ll never stay here again—and we’ll make sure others know to avoid it, too.

Great staff, location and free breakfast

Our stay was for 2 days. We checked in on Friday. Saturday we came home and the toilet was overflowing and the tub was stopped up. Spoke to the front desk we left again came back sink and toilet fixed however dirty towels were left in the tub…… discussing

Cleaning staff was apparently all off or had been fired. So a lobby full of people waiting for over an hour to be checked in. The receptionist was AWFUL and extremely rude. The second person that came to help was much nicer and patient and apologetic to the lobby. However this place is awful. There is no self parking you have to valet which is not a problem but when you can’t even pull into the parking lot because valet is not parking the vehicles it’s a problem. Flies were everywhere.

Nice Gym. No Pool

Everything was great except 1 unhappy employee and surrounding area was loud because the airport and freeway. Breakfast was nice and room was very clean. Valet on the weekend was nice as well.

We requested housekeeping to clean our room multiple times. They said they would clean our room the next day but surprise surprise they didn’t clean our room at all. We’re also requesting for additional stuff like towels but they didn’t provide anything at all. Our door also doesn’t lock. You can literally open it without the key card.

Everything was fine but the room smelled like pot very badly and there were no curtains for the window, which had a street light outside of it. Hotel is showing its age.

I had a concert to attend at the Forum and this hotel was a perfect distance for me. The room was very nice overall. However, the microwave didn't work and I don't think that the shower had been cleaned as there were several long strands of hair stuck to the walls. Other than that my stay was quite comfortable.

Ample parking and rooms were recently renovated. Staff was courteous and very nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Was nice to start the day with a good breakfast and come back to sleep well rested.

Hotel is close to Airport and well connected to road network.

One thing I didn’t like is the bathroom didn’t have a fan for moisture.

The stay was great! It was very busy because of concerts, parking was limited because it was sold out. The room was fine, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The staff was friendly and it was convenient to get an Uber to our event. I would stay here again!

Ice machine out of order. Too many unruly children in pool to even get in pool or hot tub. Food was good snd better than usual hotel breakfast.

Overall, it was good. However, the second receptionist was rude and instructed us to remove our belongings from the room by 2 pm, despite my clear extension of the stay. The first receptionist had already charged my card during check-in. He was very rude, and when I talked to him in-person, he was unapologetic.

On a more positive note thank you to the front desk staff made up for the lack. Very kind, welcoming, and seemingly willing to support/ tend to the guest experience as best as possible.

Staff is nice, lobby clean, but the carpet in the room was filthy.

We booked two rooms, but was put in different floors. It would be helpful if the rooms were next to each other. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room itself was great. Very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated breakfast in the morning. One of the downsides was any time we called the front desk for help with something they either didn't answer or took forever. We also had some issues with room service. It ended up being more of a hassle than the convenience we thought it would be.

Really the only bad thing about this property is the parking was really cramped.

The breakfast was good the first day, the second day was ok. The parking was overpacked, there were not enough parking spaces for all the guests

I really appreciated the hotel serves, they were able to get us into our room early. Which was good cause my friend and I had to get ready for a concert that night. The added amenities such as makeup wipes and nail polish remover. Were a welcome surprise. Breakfast was decent, the usual hotel breakfast options (waffles, sausage, eggs, muffins, etc). over all I would recommend.
