The location was great distance to the convention center The room had bad signs of water damage the bathroom door didnt even close cuz the water damage .. the carpet was wet from leaking AC u iy . They also charges 25 dollars per pet per night which is absurd the guy at the counter gave a discount because that was NOT what I was told on the phone. I b stayed my time but never again

The people outside was very weird. They had broke down cars in the parking lot and to get in your room late at night. You have to pick up a phone and wait for over 30 minutes for someone to answer.

To start front desk assistant wasn't present for when we got there, the hotel looks like is being used for section 8 tenants, furniture had cracks all over the seat, cabinets are old, shower plumbing rusted, etc.

When booking I reserved a couple months ago a king with sofa bed. Didn’t get it. Even showed them the booking.Said free pets and they charged $50 and I still paid for the bigger room. Had 1 towel and they said they would bring them rest to us and never did. All the amenities you couldn’t use. The building I was in was being painted and was a mess. The smell was horrible in the hallways. I will never come back.

There is no airport shuttle. I called and asked and they hung up. I got an upgraded room for it. They rooms are definitely in need of dire refurbishment. Bathtub has rusty water dripping from the ceiling in it so it was brown.

Helpful friendly staff. I checked in early, and the clerk waived my $25 check in fee. The place was under renovation - it looked closed when I first arrived due to construction and painting. Very old, and worn. The floor in my room was very curvy. The workout room was packed full of supplies and was unusable. The complimentary breakfast was pre-packaged muffins, and granola bars with coffee. Nothing else.

It’s good enough. Totally fine for a work trip but not a vacation. The rooms were cleaned but not maintained very well. It seemed like the housekeepers did the best they could but unless maintenance either gets around to or gets the green light to make small repairs, it’s always only going to be “OK.”

Online description says they have shuttle transportation to airport but when asked I was told that it says it online but they actually don’t. Had to pay extra $100 to park my car at the airport.

Check in wasn’t to bad. I got stuck in the second building. The 1st door is broken so u couldn’t enter through it. The second door was also broken but it didn’t lock. The whole building smelled of drugs. In our room cabinet doors were hanging the shower was filthy. The hotel isn’t built great. You can hear everyone walking above you. The second building has no ice machine no vending machine which is crazy for a hotel. Hotel staff came knocking on the door at 9am asking when we leaving because they was running out of room for new people to check in when checkout wasn’t till 11. I’ve stayed in crappy hotels but this definitely ranks as one of the worst experiences. I would expect these complaints from a motel 6 or super 8 but not one that’s supposed to have such a good rating. If you don’t have kids and love to smoke drugs you would definitely love it here though. Btw the breakfast ain’t crap either it’s grab and go breakfast. It cost around $100 a night when in all reality it should never cost more than $50. All this one was missing was the bed bugs

Expedia really should do something about this place, or at minumum should not be listing it. It's turned into a long stay residence for well seems like vagrants. It smells, it's dirty. Just stay away

room was not like the pictures at all-

Waited for a while at the front desk with a line of others when checking while staff talked in the back. The room I was givin was not clean very very dirty luckily the house keeper lady was kind enough to help us get another clean room. Besides the sweet house keeper not the best stay but you get what you pay for and for a $20 -$30 difference I would stay elsewhere.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. The room stinch was unreal, floor was dirty and kitchen was sticky all over. Bathroom was extremely dirty! Did I mention the room stink?! Hall way was full of junk and crumbs. I don't think anyone cleans this place. DO NOT STAY HERE!

When we booked this property through Expedia, one of the main reasons was because it had an airport shuttled listed as being available. But it turns out that that is incorrect and there isn’t one. Room had no linens for the sofa bed. No chairs for the table. Shower leaking. Light next to bed mismatched light shade that didn’t fit and no lightbulb.

Full of cockroaches even while sleeping it will flow on you and no trash bins in room and untidy towels.

Room was a bit dirty but overall easy to check in.

The hotel is incredibly disappointing, the hallways dirty with waste from work being done, an open room that contained a garbage container that made the hotel smell like garbage, an elevator that has been cleaned in days, the access door to the hotel the entry card did not work which made anyone could have access, the dirty room, it smelled like cigarettes at times it smelled like marijuana, the surrounding rooms, the access door to the room, damaged with signs that at some point someone tried to enter, the broken door handle. It is an incredibly poorly managed hotel. It does not meet the brand standards

The location Arriving at 11 PM, I expected at least a basic level of attentiveness at the front desk. Instead, I was met with rudeness from the staff member who was completely indifferent to my presence as he counted money. Not only was I left waiting without acknowledgment, but he showed no urgency to assist the guests in front of me, including myself. When I brought up my concerns about the delay, his response was appalling. He told me that counting money was part of his job, as if my time didn’t matter. This dismissive attitude was unacceptable and made me feel completely disregarded as a guest. This experience overshadowed my stay and left me feeling frustrated and upset. Management needs to address this behavior immediately, as it tarnishes what could have otherwise been a great experience for all guests. I sincerely hope changes are made so that future guests don’t have to endure similar treatment.

Walking into the property I thought I was walking into a condemned property. There were wires hanging all from the ceiling dust and dirt everywhere with a small sign saying excuse the mess due to new cameras being set to. Keep in mind this is 8pm no one three working on the “mess” just left it unsafe and I had small children with me. Had I been told of the situation I would have found a cleaner place and definitely safer place to stay.

There is a front counter staff. Black young lady who's very professional and accommondating. She's dark skin with glasses and braids. Thank you for being awesome. You're the reason I gave a 3 rating overall vs. 1 This hotel is very worn down. I was in room 216 in the main building. It was duck tape around the kitchen sink. All of the furniture, cabinets, and fixtures were damaged and worn out. The carpet has large stains all throughout the suite. When I lifted the rubber mat inside the tub, it had so much hair, dirt, and filth under it. I couldn't believe the baby roaches I saw in the bathroom. I said never again, "Will I stay at any extended stay hotel. Then, when I asked to speak to the manager on duty (Kareem), he never came out of the office for my request. Although. I learned his name because corporate was there, and he came out to greet him, and I watched the interaction was friendly as well as professional. But when I requested to see him, he never came. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A PLACE LIKE THIS AGAIN EVER!!!!!

We brought our pet, so we got a pet room..the smell was unbearable. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies and it wasn’t able to mask the smell. I was charged $200 extra for my pet, although I don’t know why when the room odor was horrid, and the floors were so dirty my pet refused to walk on the ground for the entire stay. Some staff was friendly, other staff led us to believe that asking for toilet paper was too much…even though we had a total of five guests with us, a roll a day was too much. The original woman who checked us in was fries well as cleaning staff.

Room was not ready apon arrival, 45 mins after check-in started. Was told they were cleaning our room, came back an hr later as instructed. Room still not clean. They tell me they upgraded my room at no charge. I walk into a smelly room, stains on the sofa(leather sofa with what looks like seamen). I go to use the restroom and about fall off the toilet due to an extremely loose toilet seat. Tub is nasty, has soap scum and burn marks. Ceiling above the shower apears to have a missing sprinkler head with a washrag shoved in the hole. Glass missing between rooms in the upgraded suit. 1-10 wouldn't recommend!

There was a group of mexicans sitting outside under the tree between the 2 buildings and drinking beer. The inside of the hotel was horrible. No cleanliness, no vending machine in the second building.

It was a trip to see family and Iiked that it had a sofa bed so everyone could be comfortable..I did notice a baby roach the day we were leaving...but I guess that will happen when people live there on a daily basis. Front desk lady was extremely nice.

Repairman will knock on your door saying ‘front desk’ over and over again until you open, then proceed to be in your room for 5 mins while you try to act like someone isn’t there fixing something that could wait until I’m checked out.

Nice area. Close to airport with easy directions. Room was small. Older property. Staff was super nice and that always helps. Felt at home and was safe. You could tell some people were residents there but they were all so nice and clean and treated it like home and not just a place to stay. Homelessness is on the rise so I’m glad they have extended stay as an option for housing.

Stacy is very helpful and goes the extra mile to be sure that the guest are taken care of.

It was just run down. The toilet moved forward when it was sat upon. The front desk person was not personable....didn't speak to me until I spoke. Just walked to the front desk and looked at me with the "can I help you look" and anything I asked for was a big deal and acted like it was very inconvenient.

The property booked rooms that were not available due to needed repairs. We were finally put in a room and it was in poor shape. Damaged molding, cabinets, looked old and worn down. The door lock just spun and didn’t work. There were roaches. This property does keep the dishes and coffee makers in the rooms. You have to request them. There was a loud beeping alarm for the elevator that was never addressed. The final night, the entire floor shook at 8 and again at 9 because the dryers were being run a floor below. The shower head whistled the entire time and spewed water all over the ceiling and outside of the shower area because the shower head was broken. Beds are not comfortable.

We came in late on the 27th! From the way the receptionist addressed me gave me a red flag. Her demeanor was very cold and unpleasant nevertheless I brushed it off because I don't let bad energy disturb my good energy. Walked in the room and it looked decent at least the floors looked mopped and linens appeared clean. Ha! wishful thinking! walked in the kitchen and immediately saw tiny bugs in the sink.. looked closely and saw the were roaches! I don't want to go into details but we checked out asap!

I call the hotel to let them know that I would have a late check-in they told me that was fine but when I arrived I was told it was to late to check- in and to call my booking agency for a refund. After driving all night I was tried and sleepy with no choice but to go somewhere else

This was by far one of the worst extended stays I have ever been in. First the keys kept deactivating and we couldnt get into our rooms. Then they did not have a coffee pot in the room. The shower looked like it had not ever been cleaned and there was zero water pressure. The staff was unfriendly when you asked for something it was as if you were annoying them. Additionally there was an annoying beep the entire stay in the hallway.

Place was run down. Has two buildings. With another building to the side that is also named Extended Stay but is not the same motel. First time in a long time that I really flipped the mattress up to check for bugs. Did not feel safe.

They had no toilet paper for the 2 weeks I stayed. Loud noises from the third floor from midnight until 4 am told front desk nothing was done. I didn’t get any sleep for my business meetings. Kitchen and bathroom not updated. Windows in room were leaking water when it was raining in the room.

The room itself was quite nice for the price point. The door to the outside of the building kept getting stuck. Parking lot was far from clean.

After the trouble checking in, the room was dirty, the air conditioning unit blowing air in low speed only, and the worst of the worst was ROACHES everywhere and the smell to marihuana inside and outside of the hotel. Never again.

They explained that their system was a mixup in their system which left me without a room for the night. After telling the young man that I would essentially lose my 90$, he assured me that there would be a refund and I could just book with them again. I waited for almost an hour and a half while he tried to get me into a room. Only be left with 90$ less and the feeling of getting scammed by this app now a second time.

When I entered the room after checkin,full room smells cigar.i couldn't able to sleep throughout the night.

The main thing was the room didnt match the pictures. It was old it was dirty and run down and the toilet won't flush.

Clerk told me to speak to managers 10-2 next day, would already be at airport so no. AC in room set on 60, took hours to warm up to reasonable temperature. Actually shampoo in room this time, half empty like using someone else’s leftovers. Toilet seat broken. No cups in room so couldn’t even put water next to bed. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone and in fact want a full refund equiv. to one night’s stay…..

Once in room, found no soap or shampoo in shower. Staff able to find soap but I had to head to the airport the next morning not having washed my hair.

The cleanliness of the suite was a disappointment. There was a huge nest of hair left near the shower, the sofa sleeper had a used sheet and there were edible noodles all over it. You could tell that not much detail was given to preparing the room for the next guest. In the hallway it had an odor as if the carpet was humid and stinky. the ceiling was falling off. We had stayed at another site before and this was was a BIG downgrade to the ones we had been in before.

I should have read other reviews before booking this but I was in a hurry. The staff was friendly on the phone & at the front desk. The surrounding area is nice enough but the room itself was horrible. The foul stench of human body odor was overwhelming. The carpet felt greasy & I had to leave my socks on. Even the clean towels didn't feel clean. Bathroom light was out. Had to flush the toilet twice. I arrived at 11 pm so I stayed the night. Although I paid for 2 nights, I couldn't take the smell for another night so I found another place. I will never book an Extended Stay America again unless I see the room first.

I have stayed at other Extended Stay properties and this was by far the worst experience. With the front desk person telling me to yell for her to come up to the desk to check me in to a smelly hallway to the room that smelled of marijuana, if I hadn’t paid for the room I would have left to try and get another hotel! As for the room, it was disgusting. From the moment I stepped in, it was dark, with limited lighting and one of the lamps didn’t have a lightbulb. No hairdryer or anything that a standard hotel room has. The toilet seat was sliding off when you sat down, and in order to flush, you had to take the top of the toilet to the tank off and manually push a lever to get it to fill the tank back up with water. Hotel was sold out. Travelocity continued to sell non refundable rooms, the lobby was chaos.

I have enjoyed my stay so far. I keep renewing each week. I woukd have to say that this Extended Stay is yhe nicest location I have stayed at. It is quiet so I am able to sleep through the night with no worries. They accept pets. It is a good location in DFW.

This place is a dump. Everything is all nice and friendly at the front desk. but when you get to your building, it is a whole different situation. Everything smells like marijuana, people yelling slamming doors, running in the halls at 2 am. A strange followed me into my room and proceeded to harass me for an hour. I did not feel safe there. As soon as the guy left my room, I darted from the hotel. Now they won’t issue a refund being that they permit.

This property needs a complete overhaul of repairs.
