Man listen that beautiful woman that works at the front I love her... And I hope she doesn't turn out like the last motel 6 employee that I've dealt with... And I don't sense that from her it seems to really care about her customers and I love that... Please don't ever change. Just the only problem I had was the toilet that constantly ran and appeared to be broken but other than that great place

They couldn't find my reservation, and then they gave us a room. That was used literally they went up and took dirty towels and trash bag out, bed was so gross, hairs and stains everywhere, we only stayed because it was already paid for and late at night, luckily for us we had our own blankets, but I wouldn't recommend this location to Noone.

The worst thing was a lot of stains on the ground. I would just suggest pressure washing the walkways because it makes the place “seem” unsanitary. Not many people would even want their driveway that stained The staff was ok, only. Friendly though!

Three rooms in one weekend. Every rm DIRTY. Burns on all beds. Broken everything. Plugged toilet. Smk alarms @3AM. No maintenance repairs. Remained armed and the smell of week all the time. Honestly, it should be closed.

It was very difficult to find the entrance to the motel. You have to drive through a gas station to get there. The office was locked and you had to confirm your reservation and get your key through a safety window from the outside. The room smelled clean and appeared clean at first inspection. I eventually found something gross on the headboard and in the sink. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The room faced away from the highway so was very quiet. The parking lot was brightly lit so I didn't really fear for my car. I am not easily spooked so my stay wasn't that bad.

When I checked in they gave me a room where it has not been clean, the bed was not made up, wet towels on the bed...i was not pleased. They gave me another room but it wasn't really up to par either.

Not only was the door broken, the room was hot, the room was not clean, there was no soap, shampoo, very few towels.

absolutely nothing. roach infested, windows to room busted, doors don’t lock they are all broken. floors have dirt an inch thick where it hasn’t been cleaned. mold everywhere in restroom. sheets & blankets full of holes & stink.

Worse place ever I reserve 3 days, but I only stay 2 and turn the keys before 11 o'clock, but stills charge me for the 3 and nobody was there when I leave the Key when I told them they told they Don't care

Very helpful staff. They have helped me out with a luggage problem where I am sure most other hotels would have cared less. Same for any other inquiry. Excellent, continue, do not change!!!

Bed was comfy. Lighting was adequate. AC unit buttons were a bit messed so i didn't know if it was cooling but the room ended up feeling warm all night. Toilet paper and towels were not stocked. There was a black staining on the edge of the bed that looked like it was attempted to be hidden by covering the area so had to sleep on the of the bedding to be safe. Front office doors were locked when attempting to check in. Also lady at check-in was kind of rude. Wasn't able to hear her through the window so had to duck down all the way down to the hole at the bottom of the window to hear.

The front door had gaps on the bottom so it was very hot. I had to go downstairs to get pillows.

Checking in was easy. Staff was friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are a refrigerator and microwave in the room. If your hungry there is a Braun’s restaurant next door. Pool, although small, was clean and refreshing. This property is pet friendly so my fur baby appreciates that. The bathroom was clean... and my room had a shower/bathtub (yay!). Rooms a/c was very cold. The surroundings and view are nothing special since this is a older property just off of Hwy12 north of I-30 and 5min from downtown Dallas. The property is clean and well lit. I would stay here again. Noise coming from traffic off of Hwy12 was noticeable but not distracting enough to disrupt. I stayed on the highway facing side of property.

Overall the room was nasty the floors were not swept or mopped when you walked on the floor barefooted your foot was going to be black the bedsheets the bed saver had stains on them ask them to replace them that night as they were in there fixing the TV that was not working me and my fiancé got nothing but attitude told us the maid service was not in and we can give you a refund but I need an answer in Less than 30 minutes I’m guessing this was a franchise motel six the next morning came we left the room thinking maid service would come in to fix the issues come back to the room with nothing fixed nothing swept nothing mopped and a bit hadn’t even been changed

The nightly rate was a little over priced for the area and condition, but the staff and cleaning personnel were pleasant.

I liked the location, it was perfect for where I needed to go. They do need to get new towels, those towels are stained. But over all it was a good stay.

Rude staff. Messed up my reservations. Mold in the mini fridge. Only given a tiny space heater for whole room in 30 degree weather. Dirty floors. Dirty bed. Dirty towels. It really sucked and was not worth 150 for 2 nights.

The door locks didnt work the tv didnt work the bathroom door had a hole in it there were prostitutes working there drugs the manager was very rude i suggest you dont stay there

No soap, no towels, no pillows.

When I checked in I had to wait outside the after hours check in window for more than 10 minutes before I ever saw anyone. The clerk never said not one single word, nor did he even smile. The air conditioner made a funny noise and barely worked. When I went to close the bathroom door, it fell over because it was just propped up to look like it was still attached at the hinges.

I completely had the worst experience ever! Never have I ever stayed in a motel this bad! All of the rooms where smoking the bed sheets had holes I asked if I could have some sheets with no holes they said that all of the sheets had them to add to my experience the bed was full of bed bugs and tried to lie to me and say the never had them. I will never stay there again !

We come here occasionally for business. Not a bad hotel at all. ESPECIALLY if you wont be spwnding much time in your room. Clean and comfortable, nothjng to write home about though. All stays here have been pleasant.

There was no key available for the room provided; had to be let in by staff. The linens were dingy at best, but it’s definitely more likely they were just dirty. Glad it was only for a few hours after my flight was cancelled.

The staff working the front desk were not very cooperative in
