Nice breakfast Being woken up in the early morning to construction in the room right next door. The limited amount of lawn chairs at the pool and 2 we did find had broken legs. The pool towels were so small and rough. The shower door came off the track while trying to open it. I was very disappointed and was over charged.

The breakfast really needs some work, the sausage links we gray and there was no other meat option like bacon to replace it. Maybe look inro doing a themed breakfast to change it up daiky then having the same options for a week

Clean. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast Temperature control was challenging. Cold when we walked in. Then, so hot we couldn’t get it cooled down.

The room itself was very nicely appointed and clean. I would give the room a 10 It was under construction. Not a huge deal since only the lobby. I always book to include breakfast and shuttle. The oatmeal was stone cold I went back to get yogurt. It was all gone. Had to pay for breakfast at the airport since we had to then rush to the airport- see below. The main problem was I booked this property for the airport Shuttle access. I called about the shuttle at 9:50 pm and they said no shuttle. It stop ped at 10 pm. Had to pay 70 with tip to go the 4 miles to the hotel. There was a sign at the desk that said the hotel shuttle ran every half hour from 7 AM until 10 PM. Great so we booked a shuttle for 8:30 AM. When we get went to get the Shuttle they said no it only runs on the hour. We were obviously furious. We then had to book another Uber. Luckily, that one was only about $32 with tip. When I I pointed out to the desk clerk, it showed it runs every half an hour. She simply took the sign away. I feel I need reimbursed for the Uber back to the airport. The desk clerk seemed very uninformed. This stay cost $300.00 with a Ubers for one night.

Location was the reason why I booked this stay. But the breakfast was the best surprise even considering the remodel going on. I didn't experience anything I didn't like.

Overly impressed!

The room was nice and comfortable. The lobby and halls were under construction and it wasn't mentioned in the booking. Strong chemical smell throughout the halls that gave you a headache if you spent to much time out in them.

The room was nice, however the accommodations were not good. No one cleaned our room, the shuttle service (the reason why we booked) we were told that it did not run on the weekend. Not happy at all, some of the staff appeared to not like there jobs at all. Demeanor was not nice at all.

Nice beds, clean rooms, staff was great. Only thing I would say negative is the couch was hard as a rock. But I would stay again. It will be really nice after remodeling is done.

Friendly and informative front desk staff. Room was good size, spacious. Kitchen was great, very nicely done/decorated. Room clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Appreciated the large shower and Dove bath supplies. We enjoyed the breakfast. Great variety of choices. Would definitely stay at Staybridge again.

Room had been refurbished to very good condition. I like that they replaced the tub with a walk-in shower. Bed was very comfortable. Spectrum cable tv was not easy to access programs, but I figured it out.

I was really looking forward to this stay based on the beautiful photos online but unfortunately the experience didn't match the presentation. The property had a strong musty smell upon arrival and it is clear that the hotel has not been well maintained. There are visible Nicks and wear on the furniture throughout the room and common areas. The refrigerator in our room made constant noise throughout the night and the toilet seat didn't even match the bowl. Small details but they add up. Overall the hotel feels like it's an older property that was renovated quickly and without much attention to detail or comfort. Staff was polite but not really friendly and the condition of the property really took away from what it could have been a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Sugar-free dairy free, gluten free it was very frustrating to have my dresser drawers fall open all the time weather full or empty I asked housekeeping, two different people today to do my room and it was missed I didn’t get it yesterday and so after a 14 hour day last night, I would’ve like to come home to a clean room

The area was conveniently by the highway. The room was a good size. We had an issue with the ac but it was fixed quickly. The pool area needed cleaning. Good selection of breakfast.

My bed was alittle squeeky/loose (the frame), but otherwise the room & bathroom & shower were really great, and very roomy - even had couch and mini-kitchen. Wish the bathroom lighting could be adjusted to brighter.

It was very good and comfortable. Home away from home.

Great hotel confirm beds and cleaning

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast had a good selection. The place was pretty quite considering the renovations that were taking place at the property. The complimentary Shuttle service was a plus for us as we were allowed to use it within up to a distance of 5 miles from the property for free, which was within the clinic we had an appointment with.

When have stayed here 3 previous times and have liked the accommodations and how the rooms have a separate seating area. The rooms had been renovated to say they had cleaned up the bathroom tile and caulking but everything else in the rooms seemed the same. One thing that has most notably not been addressed are the couches in the living area. They are old and have a fabric cover over them and they are just not very comfortable. One of the reasons we have picked this place in the past is the kitchen with the full-size fridge/freezer. The first room we were assigned the freezer did not work and we had to pack up and move rooms as I needed the freezer for medications I travel with.

Booked this hotel because it was advertised to have shuttle service to/from the airport. Found out the hard way that the service is only avaliable Mon-Fri. Very disappointing. We stayed somewhere else.

I have always chosen this property when visiting the Dallas area. It is conveniently located near dining, shopping, etc. and safe.

It was a perfect location for my stay. Close to many restaurants and easy access. Would definitely stay again.

Check-in was easy, stay was good. Room was recently renovated, clean and nice. While checking out the lady was rude for no reason. We were all paid off and just needed to drop off the key cards.

This property is convenient for me when traveling for business as it is right next to the gym and 20 mins from either of my stores. However, the last 2 times I've stayed their have been roaches in my room. They also didn't tidy my room when I was gone for the day.

Nice property and well maintained. They did have some on-site construction going on so there were a few amenities not available but overall the stay was good.

Staff was great noisy due to construction they are dog friendly so me being a human with dog allergies it’s crazy they didn’t disply pet allowed anywhere noisy in floors above you can here everything walls and floor very transparent

Thw property is a little bit older but was clean and well kept. The breakfast had a cery good variety of options, the quality was acceptable.

Front desk associate Jonathan was very professional and patient with me, because it took me a long time to find my credit card. Thank you! Breakfast server Mayela was very professional and had everything full of food and clean till closing time. Thank you! Jacuzzi was hot and clean, but there were some giant harmless mosquitoes of the season. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was very pleasant! Thank you all, we will come back to this Staybridge location whenever we come to visit my brother and sister in Dallas, Texas!

Love this hotel! I stay here every time I’m in town.

Maybe if they wasn’t remodeling it would have been ok. But my room was right in the middle of the construction area. So it was loud and couldn’t sleep

We were so lucky to snag a room here when our flight out of DFW was cancelled and rebooked for the next day. We loved that Expedia showed the hotel advertised an airport shuttle service. However it does not run before 7 AM, and this is not made clear on the Expedia listing for the hotel. (It's on the hotel website, just not on the Expedia listing). This should be clear wherever someone is going to learn about staying there.

Made a reservation and they didn’t have it. So wanted two queen beds. It wasn’t available. Front seat great but the assistant general manager not so much.

We paid for a two bedroom suite and I was very happy with what we got . Middle area was a nice little common area n kitchen with bedrooms off to the side opposite each other with bathroom attached to each room . Beds were comfortable . Each window has a view of the pool area . I believe once the renovations of the hotel are done the place will be even better

We had to change rooms because the AC wasn't working. It took awhile for the front desk to send someone up to check it out. We then had to wait to get a new room. The first replacement room the AC wouldn't even turn on. Finally found a room on a floor that was being remodeled.

Suttle service was great. Good breakfast.

I planned my trip weeks in advance and when I checked in they wouldn't except my debit card as a deposit wanted major credit card lost out on 200 and had to pay for a different hotel

If you’re vertically challenged you won’t be able to reach the dishes in the kitchen. When we were there the evening appetizers weren’t served, bummer. We would stay again. We like Staybridge.

This property is great, and close to everything. It’s very quiet, and clean so I like that the most, and the guy at check in was so nice he upgraded our room. The area feels so safe, so I would highly recommend for solo trips or family trips. This was my second time staying, and I’ll be back again for my next stay soon.

My stay was good i have not one issue with it, but my concern was the usage of not taking the money off my card till 3 days after i was home from my trip. Really wasnt a huge deal but the money should have been taken right then.

We stayed here for a wedding that we were going to in Watauga. The staff checking in & out was extremely friendly. They are renovating but we stayed on the 3rd floor and don’t have any complaints. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had. We will be staying here in the near future.

Hotel is quiet from traffic noise but doors slam very strong and AC is noisy. Breakfast is ok, it starts a little late on Saturdays (7:30) if you have an event at 8 as it was my case

Experience was great. Front desk associate rendered great hospitality. Our only issue was no hot water for the 2 days. Water in shower/sinks barely like warm, but everything else was great so it wasn’t a deal breaker. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had during a hotel stay. Nice pool/ basketball court. Rooms comfortable and definitely the cleanest that I have encountered. Also in great area for dining and shopping. I notified front desk associate of hot water issue, states another customer had reported, but would add our room to list. I will definitely return

We were put in a room that obviously had heat/air conditioning problems. It was very hot outdoors so air conditioning was a problem. We tried to adjust the air in the room and it started pumping out heat until the room was in the 80's and very uncomfortable. We went to look for the one man on duty who we could not find. Finally, he turned up and we told him the problem. Oh yeah, he said, try the control on 68 and see if it improves. So, he knew there was an issue in that room. The situation did not improve. We had to move to the room next door which had an odd layout and crazy, misplaced furniture. We were very put off by this hotel. I would suggest you select another hotel.

The staff weren’t welcoming and were rude, the outside extremities didn’t work and had no lights. The lounge chairs by the pool were ripped and unusable, and the door to the bathroom outside by the pool will not open all the way because of the cement. Breakfast was okay. Literally spent too much money for a place that falsely advertised their building and rooms. Pretty angry about it. The pool also had too much chlorine and wasn’t purple like it shows in the picture. Wish I could get at least some of my money back since we hardly left our room since everything was broken or unusable.

I stayed at this airport due to airport shuttle ride to and from airport. When I called for hotel pickup at airport I was told there is NO airport shuttle service on the weekends. I could have paid the extra money at Embassy Suites and had shuttle service to the airport instead of paying over a 100 for Uber service.

Friendly environment and very clean!

Property was under renovation. I would not have booked if I knew that. ALot was broken in our room. Water stopped working. Pool chairs broke couldn’t lay out. One elevator had a lot of issues. Breakfast was good though.

AC was the problem they came 3x to th to fix it but still not resolved w finally just gave up and left it be. It would not go down cooler than 73 degrees . Also shuttle should be 7 days a week it feels a bit deceiving that Monday thru Friday only when a lot more people travel on weekends. Room itself was good and staff friendly . Breakfast average.

The staff was very accommodating

The shuttle had limited hours so I missed it due to a few minute flight delay. The day I left I needed a ride to the airport and had to wait 20 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk only to tell me the shuttle did not run on weekends. One of the reasons to book the hotel in the first place was because of the shuttle.

Excellent, house keeping needs to improve

It was an ok stay. I was not happy about the excessive monitoring of guests by cameras everywhere, which gives the vibe that the hotel is unsafe. The smell of that inundated the corridors during guest's cooking time, well, it wasnt pleasant. The room was more than adequate. At the rate paid, i expected more.

The property was under construction, which was not advertised. Construction workers were on various floors of the property, even though construction was not being done on those floors. The rooms, even though recently remodeled, had furniture and decorations that were in poor condition and appeared to be unclean. The area surrounding the hotel has an old abandoned commercial property, and as a single female, I did not feel safe staying there alone.

Average stay, renovations in progress. Hopefully cleanliness improves after renovations.

The property was under a little renovation, so I am sure it will be all 5 stars when the renovation is complete.

Cockroaches in the hall way

The suite was clean. One of rooms heat did rise past 74 degrees. The toilets need to be replaced as are there better water saving versions at a $100 rate from Lowes or Home depot. Holding down the flush is not pleasant to do everytime.

We booked the room because happy hour and appetizers were advertised. There definitely was no such thing. However, the room was gorgeous and great for the price. Just wish there was actually a bar. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for extended stays! Our room had a full size kitchen and a separate bedroom. It was gorgeous. Staff was not the most friendly, but those things could b overlooked.
