Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle-Issaquah

The rooms were such a great size, hot breakfast each morning another bonus! Our big family group utilized the lobby lounge each night for our get-together and to meet each am for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location for access to stores and restaurants.

Stafff was very helpful and accessible for any questions or any services needed. Rooms had plenty of space. Exercise room very good. Game room, laundry room very good. Free breakfast menu was good and changed somewhat every day. Plenty of room to eat and socialize.

We had 30+ family members from out of state stay here to attend our son's wedding. The large common spaces allowed ample room for us to gather and share meals and converse. Pool, hot tub, exercise room, and game room were all great spaces to enjoy as well. Having in-room kichenettes also gave us a lot of flexibility for meals. Desk, kitchen, and housekeeping staff were all very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay — excellent staff, great room in a quiet district, very clean and well kept. Definitely our future go to.

The variety offered was great. Some of the food was not hot-only warm. Some items were not easy to locate, plates under the counter. Incomplete instructions on locating what to use to put waffle batter into the waffle iron. I had to ask an employee how to do it. I was shown where someone had actually left it since there seemed to be no designated location for it. The table where I sat one morning actually had a strip of bacon on the floor underneath it.

We paid for a walking shower king suite and got a hearing accessible room. No other accessible rooms were available due to renovations. Created a safety hazard for my wife. Who is wheelchair bound and could not shower in the tub shower combo.

I like the amenities, the cleanliness inside the rooms. The kitchenette was very nice with a dishwasher and equipment already in there. The night I stayed, in the evening I walked over to fitness room to check it out and hop on a machine. Sign on the fitness room door was locked & closed, although according to the hours- it was open until 10:00pm.

It’s probably hard to cover everything, but the outer sheet of the paper towel and the top of the stand had ketchup stain on it. Other than that everything was immaculate; I was very impressed with the whiteness of the towels in the bathroom.

We had just a one night stay in a suite with our 3 cats and son. It was a nice room with plenty of space and facilities. Breakfast was pretty good too. Staff were welcoming.

- Front staff was very helpful and tried to accommodate our requests. - Parking is free, plenty of space available and nearby - Location right off I-90, easy to get to the hotel and easy to get to other locations in the area - Overall feels quite safe - Room was acceptable overall - Free breakfast - Nice view of the surroundings from the room - Construction going on in the hotel woke us up (around Thanksgiving) - Room wasn't completely clean (stains, fingerprints, fuzz/dust) - One of the air conditioning units had an odd smell - Poor sound insulation (could hear snoring from the room next to us)

Staff was knowledgeable and helped to provide me with driving directions to Swedish Hospital.

The room was clean and nice and big the breakfast was delicious, however not a 5 star because the game room was out of order and the jacuzzi was out of order, was really looking forward to those two amenities.

However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The carpet in the room had visible paint stains, which detracted from the otherwise clean appearance. More importantly, the heater in the living room area did not blow hot air. While the bedroom heater worked, the temperature difference was noticeable. I informed the front desk and was offered another room, but it had the same heating issue, so we chose not to move. The staff did bring up a small portable heater, but it was not sufficient for the size of the room, and the kids ended up being cold while sleeping in the living room. Another disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order. I specifically chose this hotel for both the pool and hot tub after a long day playing in the snow, so this was a significant letdown. Breakfast was adequate, but the sausage and meat items were overcooked and dried out. Overall, the staff and crew were very helpful and genuinely tried to address the issues, which I appreciated. That said, it seemed that many of the problems were related to the condition of the facility itself, which appears to be in need of maintenance and updates.

We had to find this and stay last minute because of local flooding prevented us from getting home. We were pleasantly surprised and had a very comfortable stay. Loved the happy hour! Kids had burgers, fries and soda and I had a great salad and glass of wine. Our stay here turned a stressful situation into a very pleasant evening

The staff was great. I was in town to hold an annual auction for a non-profit. We are from the Issaquah area, so my adult disabled son had a couple of his lifelong friends over to enjoy the pool & game room, which was a huge hit with them. I had everything I needed while I stayed & breakfast was delicious each day! The room and grounds were kept very clean & safe.

We had a great stay! The king studio was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed wasn’t very comfortable and having a mattress topper for the couch bed would have been very nice - the kids slept on springs. The lobby and breakfast served was AMAZING. The kids loved the pool and the arcade room. We would definitely return.

Front desk person helped us get a room to meet our preference, very kind of her. Nice property, very well put on breakfast, clean suite with kitchen was very spacious. Staff helpful and kind. Game room needs a little updating as most things were in disrepair, but my kids didn't notice that. Overall, great stay!

Stayed in 1 bedroom King bed suite with our dogs. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Suite kitchens have all the basic essentials you need. Dishwasher and full size fridge was a plus.

Nice hotel. However, the woman working at the front desk when I arrived to check in was not a very pleasant greeter. I felt more like an inconvenience to her when I arrived and approached the front desk. I’ve experienced better customer service elsewhere (the hotel next door) and will consider that when choosing to stay in Issaquah in the future, which by the way, I stay there very frequently.

Bed was comfortable, but pillows were horrible. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other Hiltons that I’ve stayed out. We got to breakfast an hour before it closed. The waffle batter dispenser was almost empty, fruit and other stations were not refilled. Not much choices.

We had an excellent stay! Bed super comfortable, pillows awesome, room was clean. Adequate kitchen supplies. We brought our dog & she loved her stay also. We forgot her food n the freezer & staff held onto it for us to retrieve several hours later. Much appreciated. Staff also just super friendly. Free breakfast was also a nice treat & way above average to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend & we will definitely be back!

Got there and my grandkids found some lip moisturizer under the bed and a Cheeto. Wanted to play in the game room but most of the games didn’t work. Pool was good other than really cold. Ended up leaving and coming home. Didn’t even spend the night.

Perfect location, rooms, staff.

I booked this property for my daughter and grandsons for a Christmas present. Both boys are in swimming lessons and love to swim. However they were told someone put chlorine in a saltwater pool. There were told it would be fixed tomorrow however I think they had been saying that for awhile. Very disappointed that I wasn’t told the pool was not working. I would have rescheduled. The pool was the only reason I booked at this hotel. Very upsetting.

The staff are very welcoming. Place is clean and well thought out. Simple, but does the job. Kitchen area a plus. Bed is firm (that could be a plus or minus depending on the person).

Rooms were nice and the employees were very nice. Free breakfast was good. Only complaint was the smell of whatever food was cooked in our room from prior guest. It never left the room the whole week we were there. The beds were comfortable too.

We stayed during a huge power outage from the bomb cyclone. Staff was great and very helpful. Room service, breakfast and internet were still available to some degree, which was wonderful! We loved all the amenities offered and the quiet atmosphere. We'd stay there anytime!!

Had very bad weather. Power was out for 2 days, no hot water. No hot food.

Front desk staff rude, mean, I stayed for 10 days and they were out of power, I couldn’t shower, unavailable to charge my phone and I requested at least a flash light and I was told they didn’t have any, they seem bother every time I call the front desk, no polite or pleasant at all I won’t recommend it.

Good area and amenities

The suites are really nice but the kitchen needs decent sized coffee mugs rather than the tiny ones provided. Also, why not provide wine glasses rather than only the juice-like glasses that we had to use. Bed and bedding were comfortable, the suite was well equipped with furnishings and nice tvs in the LR and bedroom. Parking was free and right outside the front door. We would definitely return!

The guest laundry was very useful after spending a month in the USA we needed to do some washing. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel.

Very nice property - no issues

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We were expecting the maids to come in at least once. The room was never clean while we were there. At one point we had to ask for new towels. Not very satisfied.

The rooms are great and there is a lot of parking. The pool wasn't all that clean and breakfast wasn't as good as expected.

Hotel room was great. It’s a very expensive price for a room. Was suppose to have housekeeping every 2nd day but had none and called 2 days in a row for more coffee. For the price of the room it could have been alittle more attentive to amenities

I found the tile in the bathroom and in the shower to be way too slippery! I had to buy a plastic bath mat, so that I would not slip. And had to lie down towels from the shower all the way to the bedroom, to prevent me from slipping. I am classified as a "fall risk" and chose a handicapped room.

Homewood Suites in Issaquah was very clean and comfortable. Everything looked new. Breakfast had great variety! Staff were courteous and helpful. We felt very comfortable there.

This hotel is spacious, not overly crowded and has a great breakfast selection. We love playing at the pool and the rooms are clean and nice. Having a kitchen is very helpful too.

Friendly staff, clean room. One area to work on was making sure all shower dispensers are full. Ours did not have shower gel. Also, on our last day, we had to eat our breakfast with a spoon. There was a sign out that said “Sorry, no forks.”

I liked how insulated the building it is from the highway but on the other hand I normally like staying somewhere off the beaten path or with a nice panoramic view

Convenient stop over as we made our way south to Mount Rainier.

We spent 2 nights. Suite was fully equipped, breakfast very busy and good except for eggs and line at waffle machine, broken elevator and no television. Otherwise, Beautiful hotel.

Loved this property. They have 24/7 mini store with items that work well for the kitchen in the room. Breakfast was good, but staff seemed slim and both mornings we requested some refills on some items that ran out. The suite is a good size
