Breakfast was not fresh and for both days the options were the exact same. Burned scrabbled eggs, oatmeal that was to dry and thick to scoop out of the pot it was in. Cook did not greet or ask if anything was needed. He stood at the counter talking to the receptionist

I tried canceling my reservation in advance and this place was no help at all; them plus booking customer service was no help so I was assed out of $300! Never again Everything!!!

Clean room, quiet

It was a very windy cold night on the 41st so turned heat on in room but it did not work. Temperature in room was 55 so turned everything off and room was 57 when we left and we were unable to shower. Let the Desk Clerk know when we came down for complimentary breakfast which also is a joke. DO NOT stay at this hotel and we were so surprised since it is a Marriptt

I was so shocked I was speechless

Room was clean, but had a minor odor. Staff was great very polite and helpful.

The only downside was the noise near the outdoor pool and terrace area. During the day it was fine, but at night there was music playing continuously, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and I would still recommend this hotel.

The vent on the a/c had not been changed since February.. it was disgusting and full of dirt and dust . There was mold around the vents and the furniture was broken . The electrical outlet near the sofa sparked when I plugged my phone charger in to it .

Every thing was wonderful. Coffee pot and basket were missing. Morning coffee is very important in my world.

We did not know that shuttle service ended at midnight. We missed out by 15 min. It took another hour before we got a taxi.

We checked out after dirty and unsafe conditions after given 3 different rooms to switch too. 1st room had other peoples clothes room not completely cleaned evidently. 2nd room had poor air conditioning and could not be fixed. 3rd room given had terrible stains not sure what it was poor lighting could of been blood or other stains not sure. So we decided to check out. Staff wrote a refund and was accommodating since the rooms were not well cleaned. Staff was mostly nice. Maid service was oddly not equipped with needed towels and so forth for the rooms and were visible near front desk and hallway and main entrance to take carts in. Seemed very disorganized and the cleaning staff was there very late in the evening 5:30pm and after washing and folding towels. The hallways had small pieces of trash that could have been vacuumed since the staff was on the floor. There was trash in the wooded area as well next to the hotel when you look out the window of the room. Couch cushion was ripped in one of the rooms. Dishwasher had standing water in it. So I ran it to see if it would drain. Detergent was not in the room for the kitchenette and dishwasher.

The toilet in our room would fill the tank every 15-20 minutes.....all day...all night.... When we arrived there was a party being set up right outside our room, and they were there until 11pm. This isn't the guests fault, I'm happy they had a place to enjoy their beers and music, but putting us right next to the spot where guests can have their fun is not considerate of those staying in those rooms. There was no fixture in our bathroom ceiling, it was a hole in the ceiling with a light about 3 inches above the ceiling line. The ice maker didn't work, There were 2 microwaves so I'm assuming one didn't work. The room was musty and "wet". We live well south of Jacksonville so humidity isn't new to us. But inside it just made for a very uncomfortable, smelly stay. We will stay somewhere else for our next trip. it's sad because We've stayed in Many other Residence Inn's and have had a wonderful experience.

The staff was great. The rooms definitely need some TLC. We had issues with a toilet leak and had to be moved. Then in our replacement room our stove top only had one working burner, the handle operating the shower wouldn't stay put and went to hot rapidly. We were told that maintenance woukd address these issues, but that never happened while we were there. But after all that, because of the wonderful staff, and knowing that those we communicated with didn’t have the ability to correct these issues, I'd consider staying again.

I arrive later in the evening for my reservation only to be given a room right next to the Courtyard where there was a party going on. I inquired when quiet time was and I was assured that the party would be done by 10:30. At 12:30 the party was still raging and people were banging up against the windows and yelling I'm carrying on so I called management three times who stated that they would end the party. By 2:00 a.m. finally the party was over and I asked management about obtaining a refund given the situation and also the fact that I was never offered another room. Management denied that the party was going on despite the fact that I have a video. In addition the room was very dirty and it looked like the floor had never been washed I wore my shoes the entire time I was in the room. No matter what you do do not stay at this location. It is dirty management doesn't care about the satisfaction of customers or how loud noisy and obnoxious guests to get. And they will lie about it and not offer Replacements refunds or credits given the fact that they are responsible for the status of this establishment. I have posted pictures and videos on a variety of travel websites and contacted Expedia about this as well.

Room was not in great condition/not up to what I would expect from a Marriott hotel. The bathroom (shower area in particular) was not that clean and there was extensive water damage around the shower, with pieces of the ceiling damaged and wallpaper coming off the walls. Bathroom and kitchen sink had no hand soap. The sheets on the pullout bed were full of dirt, leaves, etc., and had obviously not been cleaned. Sheets on master bed were itchy and uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult. The one positive was the staff was friendly, but there were too many negatives to consider ever staying here again.

I stayed her twice in 5 days. 1st time was for 1 night, really enjoyed the place and the staff were really nice and friendly. I asked could I pay cash for my stay when I checked out? Gave them a CC to have on file for any charges etc but my car wouldn't be debited for the 2 night's stay. Went to check out and they had charged the whole stay to my card. Ok I wasnt happy but I had a flight to catch so I left and 3 days later i returned to stay 1 night and pick up my car which I had left in their parking lot. I emailed them to ask where the hotel shuttle would pick me up at the airport? I was told pole 6,just give them a call once I'm there. I find pole 6 and I called and called and called. 7 times I called and they didn't pick up once. I eventually gave up and got a cab that cost 30 bucks. Got into reception,asked was there a problem with there phone as I called 7 times. She said "no I'm on myself" .Your a RECEPTIONIST ?Anyway I won't return. Shame as I did like the place.Plenty of other airport hotels to choose from.

Really liked thos hotel. Location was great,2 restaurants just rigjt outside the parking lot. Staff were fantastic and breakfast was good. Rooms need just a little TLC and tue pool needs the bottom cleaned but apart from that it was a really enjoyable stay. Im die back inbthe area next eeek and im staying there again. That says it all.

Hotel is in old shape and needs a fresh up. Closet by the bathrooms had no doors. Bathrooms- shower area wasn’t pristine. Bottom of the door, door frame rusty, dirty caulking in shower. Inside of the dishwasher looked old. Room felt dusty. Breakfast was okay. Lots of carbs, fresh fruit do not exits anymore at Marriot. I will not be staying in this hotel during my next trip.

Older hotel. Did not have a USB port, which i needed. That was my only real complaint. Otherwise comfortable, clean, good bed and just fine.

Ended up giving me a larger room then I asked for. Easy access. Awesome hot breakfast. Parking was full so we had to walk in the cold rain with our stuff but overall awesome.

Place needs a remodel, toilet water ran, shower water ran, black mold on the ceiling from rusty vents, rust above bathroom door, bed wasn’t very comfortable, breakfast was just OK. Not good value for money.

Convenient to airport. Excellent breakfast options considering some hotels do not offer free breakfast and free parking. Hotel was quiet and nice size room with kitchen appliances for the price.

Although the property appeared to be clean with a friendly staff. We had a live roach in the room. Would advise hotel to stay up on their pest control services.

Great place to stay. No complaints at all. Very close to the airport without all the noise. Conveniently located close to the highway and restaurants. Customer service outstanding, breakfast was good as well. I will definitely book this place if I’m in this area.

Convenient and well equipped suites. No ice machine, and both sofas and toilets are very low to the ground. But, layout is great, and there is a lot of space. Facility could use updating - some wear and tear - needs attention.

Reasonably priced being so close to airport

Staff were very friendly, Breakfast was excellent, room dated but comfortable. Not well cleaned at all and found dirty washcloths under sink counter, toilet not cleaned, and found receipts on floor from previous guests so not vacuumed properly. We had arranged a 12 noon checkout but when we came back to room at 11:45am our keys were no longer working, they had locked us out! Shuttle service was efficient. So all in all, some things were good and some terrible.

Room was very nice and clean and bigger than I thought it would be but I also liked the amenities that were available in the room.

Great Staff.

My room type was changed from a one-bedroom suite to a studio because they were sold out. The studio was comfortable but no adjustment in price was made for the downgrade. The front desk and breakfast buffet staff were fantastic.

In spite of receiving a confirmation email for our stay, when we arrived, we were told there was a computer error and the hotel was full.

Everything about this place was everything that we needed. Thanks for the rest and recharge!

Found a dead roach in the bathroom. Shower head broken. They provided minimal toiletries. Room was musty and my allergies kicked in full force. Bed linen for pull out bed was worn out. Disappointing experience after paying $170 per night

My name is Emily Doehne. Good evening, I wanted to say something while we was saying there Friday night and Saturday night we was disturbed multiple times by the people in the room across from us they were up all night going in and out allot of people plus they would play music so loud on there phones. Saturday Night I was getting my 6month old to sleep the people had so many people coming in and out there room two boys tried opening our door good thing it was locked then they starting banging on our door and I look out the peep hole it was two boys so I didn’t answer. They stayed up till 3-4am being loud and standing in the hallway being so loud my baby woke up 4 times in one night so me and my child’s father was up half the night!! This was supposed to be our vacation and I feel like we was disturbed the whole stay there no hotel employee said anything to the people because they kept going in and out and being loud outside our door. You can roll y’all’s cameras back and see what we had to deal with! I’m so tired from a vacation I was supposed to enjoy. I’m so upset about this. It was me my husband and my 6month old son we was in a suite room 114.

The check in process was simple. I always enjoy the accommodations. They have everything that you need as if you were home.

Was just looking for a comfortable room to stay in. Wanted to relax with my kids before dropping one off at the airport the next day. Got a complimentary room upgrade which was greatly appreciated.

The room was clean and comfortable. It had all we need - including a kitchen, living room area, bed. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly and addressed our needs right away. There was another room that was noisy late in the night/early morning hours - and one phone call to the front desk and they knocked on the loud room and the asked them to quiet down. They did immediately.

Clean, comfortable room, and a nice breakfast. Best of all, you can walk to a Ruby Tuesday or a Longhorn Steakhouse in less than five minutes.

we flew into jacksonville and arrived earlier than check-in, the hotel was fully booked the night before so the staff made sure to get us a room as soon as one was cleaned and available :)

Chose this location because of it's close proximity to I-95 and its' good reviews and I'm so glad I did! Check in was quick and painless and staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean. I was amazed by the value of this hotel, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Proximity to the airport, shopping center and easy access to the high way. Easy to lcate with several restaurants near.

Compared to other MRI’s we’ve stayed in, this is less than average. The best description is that it’s adequate. The lobby is practically non existent. We stayed because the ones where we usually stay were already booked. We have dogs, and never have an issue with staff because of this. It’s not bad, it’s just OK. We never could reach housekeeping or the front desk by phone, so had to keep making trips down there when our keys kept failing.

Everything met my expectations which were based on stays at Marriott properties around the US. We picked this property because it has easy access to Interstates 10 and 95 and is dog friendly. Room appeared to have been recently updated and was outfitted for working travelers, but with an odd deficiency in USB ports. Excellent lighting and large work surfaces. Staff was friendly and efficient. We did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on it. The property is adjacent to the business park where Mercedes Benz is located and close to the airport, but never noticed jet noise.

It was pleasing place to stay, and that's all I have to say.

checked in late, quick and easy. was very disappointed to pull out the sofa bed for my niece to find it had never been cleaned from the last stay. a dirty blanket and sock, and popcorn filled the bed. and when we went to the front desk for a new room we found Noone. because we got there so late we were clear we would be checking out near the checkout time. that didn't matter to housekeeping. she knocked 6 times and every time I told her we were not checking out until checkout time. very disappointing experience.

The Inn is very close to the airport, which is nice after a stressful flight day. The lobby is currently under construction, However, the staff has created a workable check-in station and it was fine. Nice staff people welcomed us warmly. The breakfasts were awesome and freely provided. The rooms were incredibly convenient, quiet, nicely decorated and spacious.
