When we arrived, the bathroom had towels hanging on the hook on the back of the door, presumably left from the previous occupant. I put these used towels in a corner of the room and mentioned this to the manager at the front desk. The room appeared that it had been cleaned, so I assume that the cleaning staff forgot to check behind the door. The room was fine as a basic accommodation, and the cost reflects this level of accommodation, in a geographic area which has limited options.

Booneslick was convenient for my visit to Crystal Bridges, much more reasonable than places in town. For the price it is a good deal. It was clean and the room was large. However, the bed was VERY soft and just know that the breakfast is cereal and juice, no fruit -- not even any bananas. Glad I had my own.

I was just staying for a golf tournament. The breakfast was very limited.

Hotel was in very good condition , room clean and staff was very friendly

We unfortunately passed on staying once we actually seen the hotel. I should have read the reviews before booking the room. As soon as we got there we had to cancel due to it not being very clean.

For the cost, this hotel was an excellent value. A fair rate for a clean comfortable room, friendly staff, amenities (I.e. ice machine), & basic breakfast included. Breakfast is nothing fancy - a waffle maker & cereal, but it's included. Rooms are pretty basic but include both a refrigerator & a microwave, plus a TV. Pillows were a bit sparse but bed was comfortable. What else do you want for $80/night? Only stayed the 1 night, but I would stay here again.

Decent, clean motel. Good value for the money, but the beds aren’t very comfortable and the staff are just bearable.

The room is clean and the location is super good at the boarder of the South Missouri and close to NWA. Very affordable, however, the lobby and corridor are full of smoke smell though. We have to put the wet towel at the bottom of the room door to prevent the smoke smell though.

Clean room but smokers’ paradise. Lobby and hallways smelled like smoke. Room smelled fine until evening then it too had a smokey flavor to it—yuck! Not as bad as other parts of hotel but it was noticeable. Friendly front desk workers. Breakfast is literally cereal and waffles. Hotel is right on highway. Not conducive to those of us that like to get out and run or walk. Walmart 1/4 away.

The room was clean and the people that checked us in was nice. The down part was the breakfast. There was people in there eating and a man shirtless eating and leaned on counters was a deterrent for us

Breakfast was coffee, tea, cheerios, raison brand, milk, oj and waffle maker. Recommend getting breakfast sandwiches at Walmart. We had room 107. One of the two beds was very soft, but the wife liked that. The toilet rocked when you sat and got off but functioned without leaking. Water pressure was strong. The room next to us had a smoker in a non-smoking room and could smell in the hallway. Hope he gets charged more. Stayed a week.

Had a great time out there and the folks were extremely helpful and kind. Or room was clean and well air conditioned. The water in the shower was hot surprisingly fast, the complimentary breakfast was nice. Definitely a great value in a convenient spot.

Location close to family. Cigarette smoke is everywhere, all the time. Street people hired as staff and housed in hotel. Thin walls, very noisy until 2 am. Broken down vehicles in parking lot being worked on or abandoned. We were there a week, saw it all. Fire alarms off at 5 am. Large dog not leashed. Aggressive to people and dogs. 1 star is too good.

Roaches

Very friendly, clean Water was not very hot, heater didnt get warm enough. I was staying because we had winter storm and I needed to be close to the hospital I work at. Handicapped parking was taken by cars that had no handicap tags or placards and so trying to get to the door in the deep snow with my Walker was not easy at all I almost fell several times plus with my heart condition I had to stop several times in the parking lot was not salted or cleaned in any way so it was very dangerous but the beds was comfortable and even though I had to sleep during the day since I work nights the noise level was low..

We got checked in and parked and made two trips to our vehicle. Had someone hit on us in the parking lot. Asking us if we wanted any pot. Security outside needs improvement. Felt like we were the only women for hours. Lodge pictures misleading, not as remote. Right along a busy highway. Not many options at breakfast. The room was nice. The staff was nice. They were doing some remodeling outside. Not many eating options nearby other than fast food. Don't plan to stay again.

I feel there could have been a little more options provided for breakfast besides just cereal, waffles, milk, juice and coffee. It could be enhanced easily with fruit, boiled eggs, yogurt, instant oatmeal. Really needed some protein.

Great hotel. This was definitely the best hotel during our trip. The room was very comfortable and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was very basic and small but not a big deal at all. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend staying here!

BEAUTIFUL AREA AND CLOSE TO A LOT. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. NEEDS SOME UPDATING. REPAIRS BEING MADE ON EXTERIOR. FRONT DESK STAFF WERE SUPER FRIENDLY. CHECK IN WAS QUICK AND EASY.

Clean room, friendly staff, Taco Bell next door McDonald’s two doors down, barber across the street and Walmart at the end of the block. BBQ across the highway, and a variety of small businesses scattered around. Despite proximity to a highway the room was quiet. A very affordable stay for those looking for a simple night’s rest in the Ozarks.

The manager (owner?) is very kind, too.

We were thankful to find vacancy for stay during the weekend of BB Bbq Motorcycle Rally and a very good price! 🙂 Friendly staff,room was very clean but have complaints of very loud continual running refrigerator and air conditioner that caused a lot of stress for sleeping and speaking of sleeping the bed was Soo firm//hard good luck trying to find comfort when I got back to my home my own bed was extra invite of return-come on now provide to get a decent night sleep!!😣 the biggest plus was the little coffee shop next-door it was adorable very cozy and welcoming,gal working there was very friendly and the atmosphere was such a delight and yes you gotta try the oatmeal very satisfying and of course the coffee was divine😊 great location!

Charged me 15 a night for my service dog vecause i dodnt have papers. It says only 12 on the 2 emaols thay sent me. They need to clean the toilets too.

Room keys stopped working Three times in 4 days. Air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was a joke ! waffle's and cereal and coffee

They were doing work due to a water leak on the upper floor, but it didn’t affect us at all. The room (deluxe king) was exactly as pictured. We did expect more than cereal and mini waffles for breakfast. But all in all the girl at the front was friendly and helpful and professional and our stay was perfect for the 1 one night.

Definitely not fancy but clean and comfortable enough. Seems to attract a lot of cigarette smokers but once we got into our room the smell was mostly gone. Breakfast had very few choices none of them healthy.

Smoking is allowed within the premises and the non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our asmatic child coughed and weezed all night. Additionally, the breakfast that was included was a waffle maker and two boxes of cereal. The manager was kind enough to refund us the remainder of our stay.

That the hot tub didnt work

Great location! Very clean! We only slept there, but it was a great value for what we needed. Not that it was a huge deal, but it was pretty noisy through the whole night.

Definitely a little town with only the one hotel that tries. The door took several tries to finally register the key and open. At one point we had to get help from the front. She was very nice and did help us. No elevator. Overall tho not a bad stay, ac worked great and quiet at night.

The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. The downstairs was clean and open. The location was very convenient. The room smelled strongly of cat urine. When we arrived, the fridge hadn't been cleaned and was full of melted ice creams and stale, half-eaten Dairy Queen meals. The sheets were stained with what was either fecal matter or bed bugs and perhaps urine. We ended up sleeping in our car, since there were no refunds, all the rooms were booked so we couldn't move rooms, and we didn't have the $ to book a different hotel.

All of the staff was very pleasant and the room was very quiet. No complaints.

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, affordable, safe, and friendly. I’ll be staying here whenever I come to NW Arkansas to ride.

The filters on the air conditioner had dirt caked on. It was gross. The breakfast was 2 cereals and waffle mix that had dried batter on the dispenser.

Cant say enough good about my stay. I forgot my "dress -T-shirts" that I left hanging in closet area. Staff packed and mailed to me!!!! The room was very nice and clean. Staff friendly on check-in. Highly recommend. Close to Restaurants, Shopping, Attractions in Bentonville. Lots to see and do in Fayetteville, Springdale, and Missouri.

It was difficult to locate, coming from the North. After finally finding the place, the days to follow it proved to be handy

The air conditioner made a continuous noise, some times louder than others. Kept waking my husband and i up. He stated that he hardly got any slep, and when he wold doze off, he was instantly awaked.

It was what was expected from a hotel that wasn't like a ooh la la reservation.

The microwave door would not open and through the glass door you could see the remains of previous guest pizza. After several years of staying there, we will be finding somewhere else to stay.

It smells of cigarettes. Dingy. One of the walls had chipped paint. Carpet on stairs was torn. I actually drove home 6 hours rather than stay.

We stayed here while visiting family in the town. The building looks dated but has nice amenities and great service. Very convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, clean beds, clean towels. Hot coffee. Room service was good. Front desk was nice, friendly. Easy check in. Relaxing environment.

The room was larger then a lot of rooms, also very clean. Breakfast was another store, very slim on items just a waffle maker, cereal and coffee.

The hotel was clean. I got a smoke free room on the top floor but the cigarette smoke was seeping through the cracks of our room door. I get sick from second hand smoke so i put a towel across the bottom of the door and that helped a little. Ive stayed here a few times with no issue but i will not be back. I think it should be completely smoke free or all smokers on top floor.

The stay was great. The 2nd night the neighbors woke me up in the middle of the night being very loud. The parking is not ideal only 1 entrance so if yoir not there early you have to park in the back of the building. Staff are amazing and kind.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was nothing to speak of so we did not eat there. The property is right next to Taco Bell and McDonalds& Walmart were right there. This is not a luxury hotel but it met our needs and the price was right.

I've stayed here the last several years it's going down hill. The sheets had an order, the bathroom flooded during my shower

Friendly staff, not a great breakfast, cereal and waffles, but the price is 100% right, the room was HUGE and clean, bed was comfy, plentiful working outlets - which was great for charging phones and laptop. Smaller sized fridge, which was perfect for drinks. The decor is adorable!

I almost don't want to talk this property up, because I don't want their prices to go up, but it's just an excellent value and a nice stay.

Staff had difficulties communicating. The hallways smelled of smoke, even in non smoking areas.

Quiet and convenient and very good value

This was just an overnight stay and this property was perfect for that, clean, quiet, comfortable bed and reasonably priced. They served a breakfast but we didn’t go to that this time.

We did not appreciate that the owner laughed at us when we asked if they offered a military discount. My husband is a veteran and it was very insulting! The room smelled like mildew. And sheets had burn holes in them even though even though it said it was a non smoking facility. Outside of those few things the stay overall was satisfactory.

Our room was clean and served our needs. It had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was cold cereal and waffles. I'd stay here for a night or two.

My two daughters and I just needed a place to stay while on a long drive. The Booneslick Lodge was perfect. It was affordable, clean, and comfortable. It does not have all of the amenities of larger chain hotel, but it also didn't have their prices. Highly recommend for anyone just needing a bed for the night.

Our stay was good. Room cooled nicely and having on site laundry was convenient.

The property was understaffed and i had to wait to check my family in after a long day of driving. Our room had an odd smell and was not as clean as I would have liked. There were small bugs flying around the ceiling. We made a point to sleep and leave asap.

Breakfast was your basic waffle or cereal & watery orange juice. We passed & went down the road..

Room was clean. Bed comfortably. Pillows very hard. One half roll bath tissue. Was out all day on a river float,came back about 7:30 pm and the shower did not work . We checked out early. Husband requested a night refund but I'm sure it won't happen.

Great esp for the price

Breakfast wasnt great. It was just coffee, juice and make your own waffles an 2 kinds of cold cereal. It was enough to get us on the road but that was it. Room was clean and smelled good. The bsthroom was clean and had complementary toiletries. It was just fine and we were happy overall

This property is outdated. The staff was friendly & accomidating, but the air in our room did not work.

Clean room & Breakfast starts at 5:30.

Let me start with the good: -The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. -They offered HBO channels, which is much nicer than the basic cabel channels most places offer. -Unless someone is YELLING or banging around in their room, there was no neighbor noise Now the not to so good: -Breakfast is only raisin bran, cheerios, and hotel Waffle makers. -Room smells like when clothes are left wet in the washer too long with undertones of pee. -Possible mold on the bathroom ceiling. -Bed has a mattress protector, but mattress feels like it needs to be updated. -Walls in room and hallway need to be washed. -Hallways smell like cigarette smoke I would have asked to switch rooms, unfortunately based on the state of the halls i didnt think there would be much improvement.

Musty smell

Do not expect the property to have all the bells and whistles of bigger named hotels, however, it has everything you need for a good night sleep. The front desk clerk was very nice. The property was very quiet and I slept better than I have at other hotels. Overall, it was a nice stay and would stay again.

Previous reviews had indicated previous insect issues and odor issues, either by corrective action or new ownership this has been resolved. No noticeable smoking odors and after thoroughly inspecting room found no signs of current insect issues. Only concern was the coffee maker, lime residue. Ran several pots of hot water and resolved. Basic cable. Fairly quiet, no issues with other guests. AC unit good but could use a cleaning, some mold and a bit noisy like a aircraft in the distance. Attended concert at Tall Pines Distillery six miles away and since it was 'off-season' for tubing down the Elk River only lodging accommodation local. Will stay again if required.

It’s a great inexpensive stay! There were no pests found - clean & comfortable. Close to Walmart for necessities. Easy drive to Bella Vista & Bentonville.

I like the hotel but i asked for a one bed with early check in and it wasnt available but they got me in a two bed room which was ok.

Clean, maintained, quiet. Great stay for the price. Only downside is the building is Smoking/non smoking. You do not notice it in the non smoking rooms because they have individual ac/heat units but you can smell it the moment you walk in the main doors.

From early check in to check out everything and everyone was wonderful.

Nice motel looks like 5 star level

This is a nice place for what we were in the area to do. It was literally less than a mile from the storage unit, no more than 5 miles to my family's house, probably 10 minutes to downtown Bentonville so we could make the Saturday farmers market. They were good about housekeeping and kept the room clean and stocked, the vending machines and ice machine were right outside our door, they had a laundry facility and the make your own waffles were delicious!

This hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly. You can tell this hotel is trying to clean and improve itself. Breakfast was standard waffle or cereal but clean and well kept.

Owner said they only had 1 room non smoking that was reserved (not for me). He called someone and said “can I cancel your reservation?”i guess he was hoping I would say I would take the smoking room. Hallways smell like cigarette. Front office smells like cigarette. Late at night guests were arguing. We opened the window to get fresh air. Not a happy experience.

Close to my outing. Lack of early bird eateries (before530am) breakfast.

Got no sleep from people above us. When i was leaving i was going to ask for someone to speak to but no one was was at the service desk for me to talk with.

I would have given a 5 star, but the continental breakfast was only carbohydrates, no protein options or fruits afford.

Our toilet was cracked and silicone together but was not leaking. You could smell weed from another room all night and morning. But this is our go to for when we float the river. It is always clean!!
