For a none smoking property I felt like I walked to a cigarette’s chimney because of the smoke smell. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to be checked in and not because it was busy but because there was nobody available. When the guy at the front desk finally showed up, there was no apologies, no greeting but a simple do you want to check in, unprofessional service at its best. Woke up in the morning, there was no hot water in the room at all, called the front desk to find out what was going on, all I got was “oh yeah we are aware of the situation but maintenance won’t be here until morning can’t give you a time though” so I left. The room was clean though. I guess they have good housekeeper but terrible front desk staff.

Internet was so slow that it was unusable. First night was starting off on the wrong foot as I booked a room with a roll-in shower and was told that "somebody else has the room". It took some pressure from me to get the correct room for the second and third night. Tip of the day: Not all disabilities are visible.

What I liked about this hotel was the price. It was also conveniently located near a shopping center which had a lot of different shopping options and places to eat. I did not like how the staff was very dissmisive and almost rude on the phone. I also did not like that the two pillows in the room was dirty with some red substance. The toleit would not flush and although the room was smoke free, it smelled really bad like cigarettes. I also did not like when the power randomly cut off and the tv was broken when we arrived. The television would constantly go in and out as if it had been damaged.

The location was convenient for our destination We asked for a top floor room and made our reservation well in advance. When we got there, they put us on the middle floor. I asked about a top floor. They said that they were all reserved. so I asked about a bottom floor and again they told us they were all reserved. The room smelled very strongly of smoke as did the lobby when I first walked in. There was a smokers outpost very close to our door, but that didn’t appear to have been used by anyone. The shower had extremely low pressure unless you turned it all of the way too hot in which case it was scalding . The room itself was pretty dirty. You could tell that no one had cleaned in any of the corners for a very long time as there was a buildup of dust and dirt. It was also very small. Additionally , the pillows were not a standard size but instead they were the size of pillows that would be used on a couch. When we went to get coffee, there were no cups whatsoever to put the coffee in. And the only cups in our room were made out of plastic. The lobby staff were not friendly. The Internet hardly worked at all. I couldn’t even send a text. I had to turn off Wi-Fi in order to send or receive messages on my phone.

NOTHING! WE STAYED FIVE MINUTES AND LEFT! WE BELIEVE THIS WAS NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. SMELLY, DECREPIT FURNITURE. WE WANT A FULL REFUND.
- 3/5
There was homeless people or hookers hanging out on the stairwells after hours. You could hear the bar/restaurant playing loud music until 2 AM. When you took a shower the water didn’t stay at one temperature. It fluctuated the whole entire time as if every room was tied to the same boiler. So one minute you were hot the next you were cold. I was there for two nights stay when I came back after work in the first day I couldn’t even get into the room. I had to walk the whole way back to the office to get my card reprogrammed

Room was clean, hot water and good water pressure. No soap/shampoo in dispensers. Fine for a quick 1 night stay
- 0.5/5
Absolutely nothing. I feel in the shower because of 6"of standing water in the tub. I complained about the loud music being played the desk clerk ignored my complaint and told me that there was nothing she could do about it. When I asked to move to another room the desk clerk tried to tell me I had to pay an additional charge and therefore I was forced to keep the room where I was being disturbed by the loud music. The maintenace of this facility was so bad that I was surprised to find out that they actually had a maintenance man on site.

Check in was easy and pleasant. Room was clean, well-equipped. Exterior could use a little sprucing up. Conveniently located, good restaurants and amenities nearby. The management should really encourage the town to clean up the street leading to the evidence, it is full of trash.

The hotel housed homeless individuals. People were smoking and drinking all around the hotel. I felt unsafe. I didn’t feel comfortable being on the first floor and didn’t want to leave my car unattended. I observed drug use and sales in and around the hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay. The room smelled of cigarettes and I had bedbugs.

Basic accommodations at a great price point. Room was clean, staff is friendly, housekeeping does a great job there. If you're looking for simple, affordable, and clean, this is the place to stay.

Friendly staff and a clean room. Basic accommodations at a reasonable price, which equates to an excellent value.

Fast food all around.

One of the best Red Roof Inns there is in terms of cleanliness. Front desk is friendly and efficient, room was clean and well maintained. Linens and towels were clean, the housekeeping staff do a great job here. Overall a pleasant stay.

The room smelled musty due to mold in the bathroom. Accessible fold down seat in shower was pulling away from the wall. The desk chair had food ground into the upholstery and the desk itself was broken and ready to fall apart. The mattress was uncomfortable and linens were scratchy.
- 3/5
The woman at check-in wasn't pleasant. Room was good for what I paid.
- 1/5
This property comes complete with roaches, mold and attitudes from desk persons. Amount of drugs and addicts on property is ridiculous, prostitution is at a all time high in this location, cant smoke outside your room without someone trying to buy you for services.
- 1/5
The place was dirty, a huge hole in the bathroom wall. We did not spend the night.

I got 6 hrs/night in the room, it was fine.

The Room WAS ROACH Infested

We left to get some things & came back an hour later (after looking around to see if other hotels had vacancies- they did not, due to the holiday weekend), were able to check into our room. No apology/explanation for what happened. There was a couple having a domestic dispute in the parking lot & yelling back & forth. The front desk was informed and appeared wholly indifferent. There was an apparent prostitute walking around the hotel for most of the night. I attempted to reach out to hotels.com several times about the situation & they were also completely apathetic. Perhaps (but doubtfully) this gets their attention. This property should not be listed. Stay here at your own risk! (literally)

We needed to change, freshen up to go to a party. When we returned at 10:30 pm to check in, we had to wait for somebody to get to the desk. After unpacking the car and getting ready to sleep, we discovered the toilet would not flush!!!
- 5/5
Office chairs are pretty old, but overall everything is great.
- 3/5
There was a ton of car traffic in and out with no one ever going inside. There were several aggressive dog staying there. I had my show dogs with me and they were almost attacked by a dog that was standing by the front door. I had requested a ground floor room due to a knee replacement but they did not hold one for me and the elevator was not working. Very strong smell of weed everywhere. Room was clean, the bed was terrible, and the shades did not keep out much light.
- 2/5
I’d recommend spending a little more if it's within your budget to stay elsewhere because the property photos and description are pretty misleading.
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you have to go to Baltimore hospitals

They were roaches in the room. A few In the bathroom and shower and and some under the lamp shade and on the desk.

The second room also smelled of smoke. The whole hotel smelled of vape, pot and cigarettes despite all the signs for no smoking.
- 3/5
A little noisy and a littje cleanup around the place would do a lot of good
- 1/5
The photos of this property are misleading. It is not in a safe area. The person who checked us in was kind. The room was ok. However the outside area, stairwells, balconies, shared spaces were unclean and the property did not feel safe. There were people lingering outside, trash and dirt as well as what appeared to be dried vomit on walkways.
- 1/5
Not enough staff and not professional look and services ( could not print out receipt). The laundry machines was in poor condition, dirty public area. Linen and bedsheet are clean.
- 2/5
Place was good but I had to climb 3rd floor to the Room which I did not like as I had bad knees.
- 2/5
Security door lock snapped and not working. Around 11:30 PM 4 women gathered outside my door, talking loudly and smoking. F them I’ll kill them let me near them I’ll stab them when I pulled the curtain back. One of the girls yelled at me that I was ugly, I closed the curtain after another hour of vulgar talk. I called the front desk and the young lady there broke up. Thank you to her.
- 3/5
Staff were difficult to understand. The hotel seemed a little sketchy and had a few residents talking on the phone or walking their dogs around outside. The room smelled like pot and seemed like it was cleaned in a hurry. There were Matchbox cars under the nightstand that has obviously not been moved for cleaning in a while. The shower was cracked and dirty so we were glad we didn’t have to use it during our quick stay. Overall, it was fine to rest for the night but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. I’ll spend the extra money and stay at a nicer hotel.
- 4/5
Property is pretty decent. Rates are really affordable. only issue was my bathroom wall above shower head had big patch of black mold.
- 1/5
There was no hair dryer or iron in the room. The bathtub in the bathroom did not look clean at all. The smell in the room was bad
- 1/5
The really quiet guy in a casual t-shirt at the front desk [BEHIND A GLASS WINDOW] moved me to an “ungraded” room, without charge, but I still opted to check out after spending the whole evening out in my car, locking myself in my room after it got dark, and trying to sleep there for one night. I didn’t even bother trying to get a refund so please DO NOT spend your money, for me! There were cigarette burns everywhere, the fridge wasn’t even cool - let alone cold, the chairs were all ripped up, the bed might have been 20 years old, there was trash everywhere outside - including a shopping cart full of it, and the smell was absolutely nauseating. Didn’t even bother using the microwave because it was dirty. I don’t get out much but I guess I should have known, it is a Red Roof Inn after all. Lesson learned!
- 2/5
Room smelled like smoke and was a little dirty. Didn’t feel super safe
- 1/5
Staying on the property has been bad due to prostitution and drugs here. Ive been here for awhile and all you see is staff working then quitting. And its so inconvenient when you have to beg for towels. I don't use the same towel or washcloth twice.
- 2/5
If you don't mind drug use in common areas and noise all night, this is your place
- 1/5
Didn’t honor room choices listed and paid for made me change dirty sheets at check in and had to move by 830 without consideration to another hotel due to bug infestation and didn’t care about any of it unsafe unhealthy should be shut down!!!!!
- 1/5
Air conditioner not working, cockroach everywhere, really bad place
- 1/5
There were flies all over the room. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in that dirty room. We had to change rooms and both were equally unpleasant.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and smelled nice, the people staying there looked sketchy. I think they lived there, and I think one of the rooms someone was selling drugs. Idk but I wouldn’t stay again. When we were unpacking and everytime we got in and out the car ppl were just standing on the balcony staring. No one bothered us but it definitely felt unsafe.
- 1/5
First off the pictures on the website need to be updated to the reality dope that it is!!! Soon as I turned on the light I recognized a couple of bugs on the floor. Then the bedding had stains on them. The hand towels looke like they were used! Turned on the bathroom light and roaches scattered everywhere!! It was 2am Saturday morning so we had to just stay until another hotel had a room!
- 1/5
Steph management are not On one page I had to staff.Tell me that it was okay for me to pay for the Current day later in the evening As long as I was communicative After three days of coming in and paying for the current day's reservation after nine o'clock They tell me that this is my last night. And I can't stay there any longer While i'm in the process of gathering Payment for the current day All of this. It's fine.I can easily get room elsewhere.Especially being as though.I'm not going to give them the money I just raised However , they took things to another level when they Decided. To hold my dog's hostage to extort money. Yes living breathing members of my family being held n the room. no food no water Over money that they Would have had had not been for them forcing me to make other arrangements If they Want to Refuse my business for whatever reason I don't care But they have a responsibility to mitigate their damage And inform me Early in the day so they can turn the room.
- 3/5
Very busy area with a lot of people in and out not staying in rooms. Couldn’t have the air conditioning on and iron at the same time.
- 1/5
The room service was provided only if you were staying three or more days. Stairways were blocked by a quest sitting on stairways. No security or supervision on the premises.
- 2/5
Its not a family place for sure. There were drug dealers and prostitutes doing their business out of the rooms. The rooms and especially the mattresses are all trash. I felt springs in a cheap mattress on a thin/cheap frame. The add for the room alone should cause a criminal investigation. False advertisement at its finest. Then had the NERVE to charge over 100 dollars STAY AWAY!!!
- 3/5
We have been staying here for four months and so far most of the time it’s been very nice. There were two girls that were dayshift to evening shift in the office that were awesome and very helpful they have since quit and the gentleman that has taken over isn’t quite as friendly nor is he helpful The hospitality business is obviously not his forte. The housekeepers and the maintenance gentleman are awesome. They do wonderful job. Still concerned that after four months, the sign that says elevator is out we’re working on it is still up
- 3/5
I booked there because it was convenient but they have roaches
- 5/5

Well first off the toilet doesnt work well then checked out may 6th and glad i was checking out cause out came a cockroach wasnt happy about that if that was friday when i checked in i would have left
- 2/5
The room was nothing like the picture. A lot of traffic in and out . The trash was over flowing when I arrived. One room had the heat on so high and you can’t control it and the other there was no heat. I changed my sheets and pillow cases myself.
- 2/5
Old shopping carts from Ollie's have littered the surrounding area
- 1/5
room smell like cigs and towels had hair on them
- 1/5
We always use Red Roof on long travel because we have a dog and their free dog policy is great. However, this had to be the worse Red Roof I have ever stayed at. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee, noisy, dirty and while 3 stories high, out of order elevator. Ugh - stay away, there are other Red Roofs north and south of this on I95.
- 1/5
This was the worst experience ever. Condition of property was horrible. Shame on red roof and expedia to even list this place!!!!!
- 2/5
Bare-bones and run down… used to be a good value for quick over-night stop, but now things are old, out-dated and not working. Price is low, but should be lower. Elevator not working, window a/c unit was filthy, heat was sort of working.
- 3/5
Location is good. But too much noise from cars at night, at least on my side.
- 1/5
Will not be back.
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet , staff was nice
- 5/5
Loved it
- 1/5
It’s a dump….should be cited for its uncleanliness and over charging for below standards.
- 1/5
Room smell like smoke and they couldn't change our room. Tv was broken , draws broken, not enough towels , no linen for bed ,
- 4/5
Was quiet most nights but was noisy a few nights especially weekends overall its chill just wish they had breakfast.
- 2/5
This location was very dirty and rodent infested. Bathroom had mold in it, and very unsanitary.
- 1/5
My stay was a worst nightmare for the two days.
- 2/5
The dresser was literally broken. The towels looked clean, but had a lot of the white cotton fluff that came out of them. Bullet proof glass at the reception office; not a good sign. You can hear everything through the main entrance door to the room. You can hear the sounds of racing car engines.
- 1/5
Nothing but the price
- 1/5
The property is trash the trash cans are overflowing with trash on the floor beside them my room had holes in the wall from where a safe was taken from the wall and the room smelled like smoke once I turned the ac on. I informed the front desk clerk who said he had no other rooms for rent even though I saw a few that were unoccupied (I guess they required service) it was almost midnight so there were not a whole lot of options and I was only there for one reason so I was able to complete my missions but once I was done I definitely went home.
- 2/5
Despite non-smoking policy in the rooms, first room I got smelled cigarettes.
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel selection mistake I have ever made! At check-in, the desk clerk was missing. I called out just in case the person was in the back, I called the hotel phone (no answer) and I ended up standing there for 15 minutes. It took the maids to come by the Front Desk and go in the back to find the desk clerk before I could check-in. The room I was assigned was clean, but the clothing rack was falling down, the TV remote was missing, and the telephone did not work. I went back to Front Desk and asked to be moved to another room; the clerk refused to move me, but he gave me a remote control. I went back to the room and the remote did not work. I went back to the Front Desk and the desk clerk gave me a second remote which did not work with the TV either. During my trips back and forth to the Front Desk, I started to notice a few unsavory characters going into rooms and decided I better just leave this place. Even though I was only there for less than an hour and my room was deficient, the clerk said he could not refund my money. I did not even fuss because my safety and well-being were worth so much more than the money I lost on the hotel room. Please do not make the same mistake I made -- DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
- 2/5
Check -in was smooth and easy. The room was clean for the most part. The sheets were stained and the towels had dried toothpaste on them. There was a homeless couple who slept in the middle of the walkway next to my room. They would wait until 9:00 pm, then come to the second floor hall to stay the night and fight with each other until 10 am. I t was difficult to sleep with them screaming and banging the walls. The problems weren't just at night! It was very uncomfortable even leaving my room during the day , being as though they would hear my door open, and come up to me asking for money or if I had any extra food or cigarettes. I did make complaints at which they stated they were "un aware of the situation and they would look into it". Nothing was ever done about the problem for the length of my stay. Upon checking out one of the long-term residents had told me these people live in a tent behind the red roof inn and they frequent the area and that the saff just doesn't care they are there. Definitely not what I was expecting. Choose another place!

This is undoubtedly the worst hotel I have seen. Extremely dirty. Smelly rooms with worn off broken furniture. Shaddy people all around, including check-in area. Please find another place to stay.

- 1/5

- 1/5
Property owners and facilities are horrible
- 2/5
First, when we arrived the rooms weren't ready. There were people waiting for 5 rooms to be cleaned and it was already 1.5 hours past check in. They also wouldn't allow anyone to use a restroom while we had to wait for rooms we were actually already paying for. I wonder what I would have been charged to check in 2 hours early or check out two hours late? But no discount is given for having to wait two hours after check in to access our rooms? But the biggest issue and I'm not sure if you can blame this on the property or not, but possible customers need to know. This is not a good area and both the parking lot and even the motel walkways and balconies are occupied by people not staying at the hotel. People asking you for money and cigarettes, possible drug dealing going on. At one point Saturday night there were six gun shots, either in the parking lot or at the club next door. There are signs up everywhere in the walkways warning you that you're being recorded, probably to be a deterrent for the non guests harassing (or worse) the actual guests. The employees were cool, it's not their fault. But this property likely needs security.
