Having the convention center attached to the hotel was great. It may go to my conference very convenient. Being able to go downstairs also and have a delicious breakfast was wonderful again. Everything was super convenient. There was an odd smell downstairs, not a pleasant smell however it was not super strong.

I loved this stay! The lobby is clean and welcoming when you enter. The check in was quick and easy. You had to use your room key card to make the elevator go up so they take safety seriously. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The tub was clean with no mold or mildew. Don’t get me started on the breakfast!! It was so good!! The fried potatoes were fabulous! There were so many choices and it was free!! We used the gym every day and loved it! The pool was indoor but nice and clean. We didn’t swim because it was crowded but it looked nice. Overall we loved staying here. I highly recommend this hotel. There’s also an onsite restaurant!!

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. The chef making the omelettes was fantastic! My only concern was that we had booked a handicapped room and the toilet was a standard toilet, not a higher handicapped toilet. Also, there was a handicapped bench to use in the bathtub that was too large and cumbersome to put in the tub. Also the food was excellent but because the hotel was so full, it was hard to keep the food no stocked. They ran out of juice and bacon. And the pancakes were just out of the freezer! But I will give the staff some leeway - they did the best they could under the circumstances and they did it with a smile.

Close to arena for ASU graduation. Two graduated on the same day but different ceremonies. Walked over for first. Returned to hotel for lunch. Walked over for second. Never had to get in my car and fight traffic or long lines for lunch. Stayed three nights and enjoyed the grandchildren’s graduations. A mini stay-cation!

We always stay at this property when we travel and I was disappointed for the first time that we saw Men underwear in our closet and the sheets had stains in it. It made us question if the room was clean at all. I’m disappointed

Great place to stay if there for Arkansas baseball as the parking lot touches the baseball parking lot. Two complimentary free drinks per night was also fun. Bar was busy and enjoyable.

I enjoyed my stay at Embassy I will be back. First important things was hot showers…for Ladies if you love boiling hot water this is the place lol. Second the room and facilities was very clean and comfy. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

There were also not enough towels provided for two guests, and due to limited staff in the morning, I was told no one was available to bring towels to the room. I had to go downstairs in my pajamas to retrieve them myself, which was disappointing. When I shared this feedback with the front desk, it was acknowledged, but no resolution or follow-up was offered. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The breakfast was great. The lobby smelled like sewage, our room smelled like damp laundry that had been kept in the drier for too long (it was the shower curtain) and it looked like someone had previously peed next to the toilet and it was not mopped up between stays. The hand soap container was hanging on to the wall by a thread.

We love staying at the Embassy when we're in town. It is always a very clean and cozy stay. We love the breakfast buffet. We usually like to soak in the pool and hot tub, but it was down this weekend despite us calling ahead and them telling is it was open

Pool was closed both days because it had to much chemicals in it. So they had to drain the pool and refill it. So we were disappointed about this. But everything else was great.

My first impressions was not great. Checkninntime was 4 pm and i had a dinner to get ready for and be at across town by 6. I was not able to get a room until 5:15 and that was only because the angel working the front desk. I believe her name was Krista. She explained thatbtheybwere shirt staffed with cleaners which I totally understand. Other than that the stay was great. The property is beautiful and very clean. The room was cleaned in a rush sonit wasnt perfect. The bathroom had a urine smell but i was rushing them. The breakfast was great I would recommend a little more a fruit option but it was not bad at all. I am sure I will stay again in the future

Staff was great. Rooms were great. The only issue was the pool. They closed it to clean it; which is great but it happened more than once within our weekend. It makes more sense to clean it after hours esp with several kids ball teams staying at the hotel and using the pool for entertainment. Nothing huge. We will still book when in town. We always enjoy this hotel.

My sheets had stains on them. I called the front desk and housekeeper never showed. Front desk called back an hour after to confirm and offered to bring them up herself but I was already in the bed for the night. I just placed a towel down

From the time of check in to happy hour to breakfast and check out. We had a 10/10 hotel experience. We haven’t had that in a long time!

Unfortunately, our experience with the pool was very disappointing. On the first night, the pool was closed and did not reopen until 9:00 p.m., and then it was shut down again about 15 minutes later. The next morning the girls were able to swim for about an hour before we stepped away to let others use the pool. When we returned later that evening after spending the day in town, the pool was closed again until 8:30 p.m., and once it reopened it was shut down again within about 30 minutes. The engineer who came to address the issue was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the reasoning behind the closures, which we appreciated. However, given the price of the room and the fact that the pool was the main reason for our stay, we were still very dissatisfied. It may also help to have staff monitor the pool area more closely. During our stay, we noticed several individuals using the pool who did not appear to have rooms at the hotel. Overall, we were disappointed with the inconsistency of the pool availability, especially since it was the main reason we booked the stay.

We took our kids for there birthday the love the pool and breakfast… now the pool did get shut down for chlorine check but the next day I asked the front desk if the pool would open early so we could enjoy extra time and they were so very kind to open it early and give us an extra hour for check out. I highly recommend the embassy if your staying in Jonesboro they really go the extra mile for there customers

Very clean, nice place to stay. Breakfast was very good. Only complaint I would have is the bed was hard and lumpy, and creaked every time you turned over. Even with this said, I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

We love staying at the Embassy every time that we are in Jonesboro, which is about four or five times a year. The staff are always so eager and helpful. We love how spacious and spotless the suites are. The breakfast buffet is the cherry on top, with the omelet bar being amazing.

The Evening Reception & Breakfast are fabulous amenities. We love the true suite with the bedroom separate from the bedroom by a door.

Great place to stay! A little higher cost but I feel the value was good. Our suite room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I was surprised the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust vent. Having the restaurant and bar on site was perfect for our New Year’s Eve stay. The free drinks were very appreciated. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and good food. We only stayed for a short overnight on our way driving from Texas to Illinois but this would be a great place for a longer stay. Highly recommend!

Rooms were clean as usual, friendly staff, convenient restaurant downstairs, little pricey but overall great menu. Tvs are linkable to your phone if you want to stream movies from your device. I like the broken up room layout in the double queen bed rooms, with the pull out couch and big tvs in both rooms.

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend on our way through from Tennessee to Oklahoma for the holidays. We enjoyed our visit so much that we intend to stay again on our way back home next week. The room was incredibly clean, the entire staff was so friendly and patient with my three kids who had all been cooped up in a car for 8 hours, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. We called ahead as we were arriving about an hour and a half earlier than expected for check in, but they were so quick to accommodate us. The pool was clean and the towels provided in the pool area were actually large enough to wrap up in. The hot tub was also a really nice. We unfortunately missed the complimentary reception, but we heard others talking about how good the snacks were. The shower was a little confusing to figure out, but once we did, it was quite enjoyable. We will definitely be visiting this hotel when we make trips through Jonesboro.

Bad: Some kind of party in convention center so lots of drunk people wandering the halls trying to find their rooms. Stains on couch cushions. Beds were too hard for my family's liking. Never any linens for pullout couch in room.

The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary happy hour in the evening as well as the hot tub and pool area. It was nice having a restaurant connected to the hotel so we didn't have to drive anywhere after getting settled in.

The hotel was clean, the employees very courteous, the restaurant on the premises has the best tomato bisque and everything was better than expected.

Breakfast was the same way. Such amazing potential, but the service was rough. Except the lady making the omelets! She was delightful. But the ladies working to keep the line filled have no business serving people. Breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30, we showed up at 9 and they had stopped putting some of the food out. The second day, they were pulling the curtains on the serving area at 9:15. Too bad if you wanted some more coffee, you were faces with annoyed employees that reluctantly allowed you to pass through. We felt more like beggers rather than guests. Such a shame!

The room is very spacious, the rooms are clean, but some of the carpets could be shampooed, one room had a big iron burn in the carpet in front of the tv and the protective cover of the tv was cracked from the top to the bottom. This didnt effect the picture quality though. Overall good experience!

The room was clean and comfortable. However, every time the air conditioner came on there was a loud noise that startled me. This kept happening through the night and day. I stopped by the front desk to tell them about it and was told that there would be someone to check it out. They never informed me if they did and it kept waking me up 2 nights in a row.

Suite is good overall. Housekeeping is bad. Found chips on sofa. We stayed two nights and Housekeeping did not come in the morning before our second night. We ran out of towels of had to get new ones by ourselves. Breakfast on the second morning was almost empty when we went there. Omelets are good.

From the free drinks Manager special happy hour to the excellent free breakfast. Is top notch. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Bed is so comfortable for my wife and I we love it. My one and only complaint/suggestion is open the hot tub early in the morning. 10 AM is too late to enjoy it before we get back on the road.

Staff was friendly. Lobby looks great for first impressions. Cleanliness of the room was lacking. Counters weren't clean, trash from previous guests was left full in the trash can. Previous guest items (a bag) was left in the room as well. Carpet was not vacuumed. They changed the sheets and made the bed.

This was a great stay except no working ice machine on several floors and one of the elevators are down so it made getting to the rooms s little slow. Other than that another great stay!

Room 125, replace mattresses! You sink in and can’t roll over because of the lump/divide in the middle! Rough night sleep!

It’s a standard embassy suites, which we always love due to the spacious rooms and free breakfast with a variety of options. The omelet chef was the best! The cleanliness was lacking. Random food and such on floors in hallways and just a general lack of tidiness. The room wasn’t stocked properly for the number in our party. Twice I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels because we didn’t have enough for my family of 4. This was our 3rd time staying and the first time I’ve not given a 5 star review.

This is the first Embassy I have stayed at in the past few years that felt like a preCovid hotel. All services were available daily. The text feature where they checked on me made me feel very special!! I can’t wait to stay again!

So they brought out a casserole that was horrible. The biscuits and gravy had to much pepper in it. Sunday morning theh had bacon and sausage and again breakfast was just ok. The bacon was great but everything else not so much. Beds are supper comfy and its a great place to stay.

The pool area was disgusting. Hair everywhere in the pool and on the floor, also food, mud, and a hospital bracelet among other things scattered across the floor in the pool room. The outside lounge area was also dirty, it is the only thing I got a picture of because it was the view from our room. The fire pit was full of cigarette butts and the area was not cleaned at any point while we were there. The entrance room to the pool and workout room smelled horrible, as did the middle elevator, musty and hot and just gross. The stairs look like they haven’t ever been cleaned. We have stayed here before and loved it, but, as with anything decent in Jonesboro, it has gone downhill. Beds are so uncomfortable, A/C barely worked in the room, and we got a complimentary pubic hair in one of the two towels that were in the room.

One night on the road

This was a top tier hotel, probably one of the best places I have stayed at. Costumer service was friendly and outgoing. The amenities such as Starbucks coffee was a highlight. Didn’t get to a chance to eat at the restaurant but would have if we were there longer. The breakfast was unbeatable and you won’t want to stay anywhere else if your in Jonesboro just because of it.

Excellent stay, only negative, no coffee in Houlihan’s restaurant, staff said machine has been broken for some time.

I expected the room to be clean and the sheets not to have stains on the side. Bathroom was dirty and chips in the carpet. As a Hilton Honors member I expected better.

Staff did ask for feedback during the evening and quickly replied to my observations but there was really nothing for them to do at that point. Although I didnt ask, they did offer consideration of adding points to my Hilton Honors account. (I havent checked on that yet.) After staying at many Embassy Suites, in several states, over several years, this was definitely NOT the Embassy Suites experience we were expecting.

We were traveling from Houston to Wisconsin and stopped at Embassy Suites Jonesboro, one of 3 stops along the way. We have made this trip many times and we always look forward to our night at the Embassy Suites because it is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel that is fairly convenient from the main highway. It is much better than the usual choices when on a road trip.

Will only stay here when we come to town

Checkin was quick and easy. Front desk staff pleasant and efficient. Felt safe even with a lot of activity in the lobby. My plans kept me away during social hour so didn’t get to enjoy the two free drinks- would have been nice to have a coupon to cash in later that evening, though (just a suggestion) my room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was more firm than I’m used to but I still slept well and enjoyed the pillows. I already have another reservation, so I will be back.

Pool are not kept up and hot tub was not working any my bath water was warmer. Maintenance tried to fix without luck.
