The hotel is generally perceived as clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. However, some guests have complained about outdated facilities, uncomfortable beds, and noise issues.

Room was dated, but clean, spacious and comfortable. Good sized fridge and table. Staff was friendly and location was perfect us.
- 5/5
Nice stay. Thank you to the staff.
- 4/5
Nice basic, comfortable room.
- 5/5
Manager was very accommodating. He stored our luggage since we arrived early and changed our room to accommodate our updated needs without question.
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, older hotel but still a great value, microwave didn’t work properly but staff was attentive.
- 5/5
The best price closest to see the Ducks play. Was nice to take a nice hot shower after being so cold in the rain.
- 5/5
Fine value
- 3/5
The room smelled a little stale and a little like a smoker had stayed there before us. The window to the outside was unlocked when we entered the room. But we slept well, the shower had great pressure, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Pet friendly. Clean rooms.
- 3/5
Service friendly
- 3/5
It’s an older motel looked nice inside, location seemed good, close to stores and 12-15 mins from airport. Bed was good. Looked like a flash back to the 80’s - 90’s vibe.
- 4/5
Had to jiggle the toilet handle to make the toilet flush work
- 5/5
Very nice staff and very clean room.
- 4/5
All in all an decent place, it's in a small town. There aren't any bells and whistles but it was clean and they were helpful. The beds were very hard, so a little discomfort there. But for the price it was good.
- 2/5
About what expected but bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
The bed was terrible.
- 5/5
Everything was very nice.
- 4/5
No breakfast offered
- 5/5
Very nice staff and room was a nice size and comfortable.
- 5/5
Very clean. We were in a room facing a busy road. And the mattress was very firm, which I happen to like.
- 5/5
Good value for the price
- 3/5
I booked a Room with two Queen Beds. I arrived and they gave me a Room with one queen bed for three people. We checked in a little early and got charged extra 30 Dollars and another 10 Dollars for the extra Bed. This was totally wrong. I would never stay there again. I could of stayed in a Hilton Hotel for that Price.
- 2/5
Would not recommend this motel! We stayed one night for OSAA high school softball games in the local area and the reviews seemed OK till we got there. Booked a King bed room and almost walked out once we looked inside. Room was good sized but VERY outdated. The mattress was super hard and and you could hear the innersprings vibrating when you moved upon it. There were only two very small pillows and one had dried blood drops on it There was dried what I think was Pepsi soda dripping down the wall at the bathroom vanity area. The shower towels were very thin (only got two) and tattered at the edges. There was a 3/4 inch open gab under the room door to the hallway which you could easily slide a cell phone under. The view from the room's window was the backyard of a house that was full of trash and debris..plus the lady resident was kind enough to start yelling and fighting with another person around 2am for everyone to hear. In other words....the housing immediately behind the property is super sketchy. The one positive was that the front desk staff were very friendly.
- 5/5
Beds were very comfortable. Very spacious room size and the shower was amazing. The only down side is ice machine was out of order and pillows were super hard. However I take my own pillow everywhere. Would definitely recommend!!!!
- 4/5
I liked the staff, and the location was good to get to the airport. It was an older building; outside could have used some new paint or a good pressure wash. It was clean inside; it was an older hotel. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Fine for an overnight stay. Very dated.
- 3/5
Game weekend in Eugene AND Corvallis so all of the usual hotels were super $$$. Had an event in junction City, this was close. Big gap under door (3/4"-1") meant we could hear everything in the hall including phone calls and sports teams coming and going both late (after 11:30) and early (6:30 or so). Room was old but clean, some wallpaper edges coming loose. Otherwise okay.
- 4/5
Staff is friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check-in time and they let us in. Looks like they recently updated the walls, ceilings & floors but much of the decor looks like it’s from the ‘50s. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work (not uncommon, unfortunately) but everything else was functional.
- 2/5
Rooms by the highway are unbearable
- 3/5
The staff were very nice. The room was very spacious, has hard floors and was pet friendly. There were no real amenities, just a vending machine and an ice machine. The property is old, the decor outdated, the bathroom grout was old and the shower head very low.
- 2/5
Sadly we booked 4 rooms in this hotel for a family wedding. I was "coming home" and was very disappointed that the rooms were in such disrepair for the kids. My adult children had some of the other rooms and one had plumbing issues my daughter had to fix herself with no help from the front desk and there were bugs in another room. I booked the hotel in junction city because I am from there and wanted to support a local business, but next time we Will commute from Eugene, north gate area, or Corvallis instead 😞
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and adequate room space. Hotel is old and outdated. No breakfast and no elevator to 2nd floor. Beds uncomfotable and noisy in the evenimg hours
- 2/5
This property was in a good location, but no breakfast, but we knew this, bed was hard and noisy like old and squeaky the room was clean, pillows were hard and uncomfortable and only two of them, the check in was good and friendly the check out was ok did not ask if I needed a receipt or email but friendly
- 3/5
The property failed in only one area, but it was critical. The pillows are so thick and firm, it was impossible to get comfortable with them. I had to stuff towels in a pillow case to try to get comfortable. It helped, but when something spoils the most important element-- a good night's sleep-- it's hard to give a place a good rating. If you stay here, bring your own if possible.
- 1/5
At 11:30 pm she was still questioning us and saying I booked 4. Maybe Expedia messed up but she was insistent that I booked 4. At that hour we just wanted a bed to sleep on for a few hours.
- 3/5
This property is quite old. It’s clean enough but bolster pillows were ripped and wallpaper had stains and trim was peeling in areas in the room.
- 5/5
I love Guest House Inn very friendly people and excellent staff
- 3/5
Served its purpose though. Wouldn't stay there again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room and hotel, convenient to the airport.
- 5/5
It was a pleasant stay complete with privacy, quiet, safe surroundings.
- 4/5
But it was quiet and staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
The room was large and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property is older and no frills, but it is fine and I would stay again
- 2/5
Just a place to rest you head. Nothing fancy. Very spacious room. We had the double queen. The bathroom smelt funky, and stale. The floor are updated, no carpet. The coffee is awful, but there is a little coffee stand right across the street.
- 5/5
convienent
- 5/5
It was convenient for a quick weekend trip. Beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
O
- 4/5
Safe and clean older hotel. Big rooms could use new towels and bed linens. But reasonably priced, quiet and comfortable.
- 5/5
It was great to be able to bring our dogs with us while we were traveling.
- 2/5
While the staff were kind, the room itself was moldy/musty and smelled like it. The area around the window wasn't clean and there was visible mold on the upper window sill. It did not give me a good overall feeling being in that space.
- 2/5
Hotel and room was dated and musty smelling
- 4/5
Staff was very kind. Facility was very clean, just needed a little updating.
- 4/5
Room was clean, floors could have been a little cleaner but not bad at all. Had clean fresh towels every night we came back to the room. Felt safe knowing the outside doors were locked and only those with a key could get in.WI FI was good. The mattresses could use an upgrade for sure. Nice location, close to restaurants, busy hi way but couldn't hear anything in the room. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Oregon. Junction City has a very nice little home town feel.
- 5/5
Staff is amazing come back every year and stay
- 5/5
Our room was bigger than most you will find today. They also made our beds and gave us clean towels each day without having to ask. You dont find that much anymore. It was a very nice visit.
- 5/5
Very friendly check-in, clean room with frig, coffee, microwave and hair dryer…very nice stay! Thank you.
- 2/5
Hard mattress. Front desk personnel pretty much useless.
- 3/5
Cons: The bed was not very comfortable and very noisy. The refrigerator in the room was noisy. Area around the property was not not great, we didn't notice any cameras around the property which didn't make us feel super secure leaving our car for the night.
- 5/5
Great spot to lay your head for the night.
- 2/5
The man and woman we interacted with were very nice. However, we paid $212.00 for a filthy 2-star hotel room
- 3/5
Too much air freshener! We had to open the window and leave for a couple of hours.
- 2/5
The exhaust in the bathroom dont work. The person on the fron desk does not understand the concept of exhaust in the bathrooms. Horrible place to stay. Dont even recommend a single star.
- 3/5
Plunger was required for plugged up toilet
- 3/5
The bed was very comfortable. Receptionist was friendly, though she needed to be called from the back room (via phone) each time we needed to speak with her. The room was quite cold when first entered. Booked room for two nights. Came back the second day to find the room cold again as the heater had been turned off. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker provided. No breakfast of any kind - just the coffeemaker in the room. At $110 per night - before taxes - the price seemed a bit high given the lack fruit & pastries for a continental breakfast.
- 5/5
It is very spacious and clean. Thanks!
- 5/5
Front desk person very nice, very helpful. Note that this property does not serve breakfast, but food and grocery are close by.
- 5/5
Very nice owners. Would definitely stay here again
- 1/5
1. Cloying flowery scent in the lobby. 2. We were charged $25 more than we signed up for. 3. We entered a very cold room. 4. Heater clacked and roared like a freight train. We took turns through the night to turn it off and on. 5. Clearly heard the activity next door. 6. The bed caused backaches. 7. The best thing? We found Pop’s Diner for a great breakfast!
- 4/5
Convenient to airport
- 2/5
Not the best, but the flooring is new, the room is larger than expected and the mini fridge is taller.
- 4/5
Best night's sleep at a motel in a long time! Comfortable bed (I like firm) and comfortable pillows. Room not too small. Quiet (we were on backside front maybe less quiet due to highway). Nice that they are pet friendly. Where to park should be better indicated. Several signs say "Customer parking only" & that you'll be towed if not customer but it doesn't say whose customer. It should say motel guest parking or parking for Guest inn, etc. It was very late, we gambled and parked there and in the morning the car was still there. So, I guess it was the right parking lot. We'll stay again when in the area too late to make the 2 1/2 drive home.
- 1/5
The motel was quite dated but clean. There were four problems that made me give this property a poor rating. First: the beds were rock hard.Second: no breakfast. Three: the internet would connect but was too weak to use. And Four: The smell of the room made me sick to my stomach and gave me a horrible sinus headache. I have never been in a place where the smell of patchouli was so strong that I woke up sick. My husband woke with back aches. We couldn't get out there fast enough, and honestly it was a waste of $120 for the two queen room.
- 4/5
Overall clean, comfortable, and very spacious! Property is older and the decor reflects that, but it wasn't an issue. It's right on the main road so the lights and noise from the road were noticeable, and the fridge was humming pretty much nonstop. Great budget friendly option if you need to stay in the area.
- 5/5
The management was readily responsive and kind in all the interactions. I would stay here again!
- 4/5
Great and friendly enjoy staying there.
- 4/5
The management that runs this hotel is awsome we go back yearly for my high reunions and golf tournament close to everything it’s older but clean and close to walking everywhere
- 3/5
quiet, good black out curtains, big refrigerator
- 4/5
Staff was really friendly, we had an issue with our tv and they couldn’t fix it so they moved us. Good customer service, checking in and out was easy
- 4/5
Pleasant. Spacious rooms were big.
- 5/5
I liked our stay very much
- 5/5
Overall property was nice.
- 3/5
THe refrigerator in the room was noisy and ran continuously. It needs repair.
- 2/5
If you are looking for just a bed and a shower this is the right place to stay.
- 5/5
Nice, spacious room.
- 5/5
The room was big and roomy. The staff was very nice and it was right by the high school where our tournament was. I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Cleanliness was okay. Beds were not at all comfortable. Quite noisy.
- 4/5
Just needed a room close to the airport and this served the purpose. Rooms are very large, but somewhat out of date. No elevator. Close parking.
- 5/5
The place was clean and tidy.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
Not many options in Junction City, and they know it. Switched rooms because a partial cigarette was in the heater vent in the first room. Asked for an upstairs room and the selected a downstairs room. It’s ok for a night, wouldn’t want to stay longer.
- 5/5
The owner was personable and happy. It made for a pleasant visit.
- 1/5
There were sugar ants in the bathroom
- 2/5
Room smelled horrible, strong mildew, mold smell. Stains on carpet. Unwrapped Styrofoam cups provided for coffee pot. Gross and will never return.
- 5/5
I really liked how quiet this property was. No complaints, the staff was awesome, they helped with anything we asked. Only issue we came across was ants, but they took care of that immediately.
- 5/5
excellent hotel for the price and the staff was extremely helpful
- 3/5
Place hasn’t been updated since the 80s. Tub was dirty. Front desk attendant never there. Decent location. Should have been a $60 motel.
- 5/5
Nicely kept property. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
Older place. Very quit. Clean and cozy.
- 4/5
It looks like they are cleaning this place up, very polite at the front desk, showed me our room before we signed in. We only came down to have lunch at Junkyard burgers, so just needed a place to sleep. But was happy with this booking.
- 5/5
Other than food on a decorative pillow or a toilet handle that kept falling off and my husband had to keep fixing, we enjoyed our stay. There is also no breakfast. The rooms are roomy and usually in a clean state and working order. Ive stayed here before. HOTELS.COM DOESNT RESERVE A ROOM AS A PET ROOM OR LET YOU KNOW THERES A $15 PER PET PER NIGHT FEE. I called on the way there to confirm we were coming and double checked and they had no power find left. Luckily they let us have our dog in our room.
- 4/5
Nice and clean
- 3/5
Room door and walls were thin, I could hear conversation in lobby. Bathrooms were clean but dated, toilet didn’t flush properly. The room was large and decor was very dated yet functional. In room sink was gorgeous granite. Mattress was fairly comfortable, older style. View was blocked by large metal shed in disrepair. Area two blocks southwest was lined with charming manicured lawns and Victorian homes.
- 4/5
Pleasant experience. Would stay again.
- 2/5
Old, dated and the bed was like sleeping on plywood with springs poking you! There was mold around the shower and windows and the carpet was so old it was rippled. Won’t stay here again!
- 4/5
Very clean quiet place in good location. Would go back
- 2/5
I wouldn't recommend staying here however. The room is only marginally clean. Lots of build up around edges, stained bedding covers and towels. None of the outlets will hold anything plugged into them. I couldn't plug in my phone or my laptop in any outlet except the one by the sink. All the others the cord falls right out of. There was no security lock on the door, it looks like there used to be one but it is gone. Just the marks from where it was are left. I also needed to get work done while I was staying here and they may as well have had dial up for internet. For a few bucks more I will be staying at a hotel in Eugene for my future trips. It would have felt safer and cleaner at a Motel 6 to be honest.
- 2/5
The room was great but after a horrible trip there missing dinner reservations and appointment for glass blowing we were hoping to turn our valentines day better. The tenants upstairs were horrible sounded like a heard of elephants thru early morning before they were done.
