We enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was very nice and charming. The intercostal waterway with the connecting bridge was such a nice addition to the area.

The reason we rate staff the highest 5 star rating is because they make you feel important and treated you as family. The gentleman behind the front desk(Bill) remember our names, offered suggestions for family excursions along with several different dining options depending on what he thought we would enjoy. Bill's kindness will always be remembered, It was late in the evening when we arrived and we needed some additional hangers. Bill informed us that house keeping had already went home. Bill new we were attending a wedding and the how important it was to hang our clothes up. During his break he went home and bought us hangers from his own closet that would allow us to hang long dresses, suits and evening type clothing. WOW what a guy.

Location was convenient. Facility was tired and worn looking from pulling up to parking lot, walking into lobby and the room. It was not clean. Hair on clean towel, dirt on lamp next to bed, stains on carpet, hair on bathroom floor. I wanted to turn around and find another hotel but I paid in full.

Parking was great. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

Very convenient location and clean. We just didn't expect the property to be painted while we were there so our windows were covered with plastic the entire 5 days. We would not have booked if we'd known, since it was very claustrophobic and dark. Breakfast was fine, but they were out of fruit on 2 of the days and we ate around 8:00am.

Very nice location, close to the beach. I was also impressed with the rooms (big, comfortable and updated), and the breakfast is quite good too. All in all, this Best Western offers a great value.

Can’t say I liked anything in particular other than access to the riverside walk The room smelled really damp, the window had been frosted out, the air con smelt, just awful dark dingy room. Zero positive vibes. Don’t be fooled by the photos!

Probably would’ve given a better review but when we got there, we realized they were doing a lot of work at the hotel windows were covered with plastic. We couldn’t even see out of them and I don’t think anybody use the pool. I think they could’ve let us know before we booked that they were doing all this work.

Everything was great except check out wasn’t until 11 and housekeeping came knocking 3 times before we checked out to clean the room

So ve3ry disappointed in the condition of our room ~ was it because we made our reservation through hotels or are all the rooms like that? Broken lock on door we had to push a chair next to it needed a good cleaning, bathroom hook of- on door looked like was removed and never replaced same with towel bar all bent curtain only opened a little bit the main thing it was not very clean - thing could be old but it is creepy when things are dirty

The sink in our room didn't have much pressure and the refrigerator didnt keep cold well. Other than that the stay was great.

Very clean, recently redone rooms. Hotel right on the Riverwalk. Close to all restaurants. The staff is very friendly, especially the older gentleman at the front desk. He was kind and very informative on local things to do.

Breakfast not bad for self serve, Poor shower drain flooded the bathroom. had to change rooms, The 2nd room was not cleaned properly, incidentals left from previous guests in drawers and bathroom. Had to get staff to clean.

The Hotel is well kept. Staff were great, Bill at reception was extra nice and friendly to us. The halls & rooms were clean, the elevator was quick, the AC worked great, the place was neat and the parking was plentiful. Just a short walk to a wedding we were attending, so a great location. Breakfast was average, could be improved. Why not offer a customized omelet to valued guests?

The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful. Beds were just OK. Sheets were not comfortable. Liked the shower. Did not like the breakfast. Loved the walking trail next to the hotel.

Th riverwalk was the best to walk to dive bar and Harbourside. the rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast option was excellent to have to not have to go out for coffee. The a/c in rm 124 was very muggy the a/c even adjusted did not take the humidity out of the room. Bad hair because of it. Also the pool was. A great bonus but there are not enough chairs out and the ones out in need of a little repair. For the price it should have been better.

Location was fine to visit beaches, etc. The breakfast was mainly packaged cereal, bananas and some hot food that was not edible such as potatoes and meat. The coffee and juice were fine. Our first room was so moldy smelling we couldn’t stay there and were moved. Our new room was fine except a queen instead of king bed. They had to close the pool due to a wildlife issue that was difficult to resolve.

If the pool looked more inviting, more people would probably use it. We liked being able to walk on the boardwalk over to Harborside for drinks or meal.

It's very important for people with allergies or asthma to know they shouldn't stay here. There is mold and mildew throughout the property and they are covering up the smell with awful perfume sprays. I stayed here because it's one of the only hotels in the area that don't allow pets and I am allergic, but ended up getting sick from the mold. Had to cancel my reservation and ended up staying with a local colleague to came to my rescue.

Bed was firm but comfortable

Went to the vending machine at midnight on a Friday night and there was no water and the whole thing was sold out. I went down to the front desk and he told me they had none and to try from the coffee pot. That did not work and I told him that and he said it has to be cleaned and didn’t bother to say anything else. Our front desk person was amazing and a nice guy. The room was a bit musty, but the bedding was clean.

Overall a decent place for the price paid. Our room was clean & my only complaint was the toilet didnt flush right. Their breakfast is useless since it start's way too late. Anyone traveling through or working is unable to eat since they start it WAY too late.

Was a great place ,just wish you could get an early check-in when you flight arrives at 8 in the morning but the make you wait until 3pm to check in ,also would be nice if the front desk had change so you could use the vending machines

My stay was literally 20 minutes. The smell of mold was so bad!! But the smell of bug spray in my room was worse!! There was no way I would ever spend the night. It was a horrible experience. Never again. I will be calling the manager in the morning because he was there today. I’ve already alerted my CC company. I had to go back to where I was originally at! Thank goodness they had a room.

Thankfully, the front desk clerk, Bill, was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Once the issue was resolved, check-in went smoothly, and I was able to settle into my room. I stayed in Room 104, located right off the main hallway. It was a spacious double-queen room—clean, comfortable, and perfect for my business associate and me. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and well-rounded, offering everything from cereals and muffins to omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage links, patties, hash browns, and potato cuts. The highlight of the property was definitely the riverwalk with its beautiful views of the bay—a peaceful and scenic place to unwind. Overall, this was an excellent stay. Despite the initial hiccup, I’d gladly return and highly recommend this property!

The staff was incredible.. went out of there way to get ahold of me when i left my wallet in the room. Was returned with EVERYTHING still in it. So honest!

This hotel is in a surprisingly fun location. The walkway to the marina was a delightful little discovery.

The self serve breakfast in the morning was easy to prepare and tasty. We stopped here on our way up to Orlando and will definitely return on our next visit to Florida.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is close to everything, even the riverwalk is right behind it, breakfast was good, but it was a bit of a small area where to sit specially when it was busy and everyone wanted breakfast at the same time. Also the vending machines need an upgrade to one that takes credit cards and apple pay, not everyone carries cash anymore. Other than that great little hotel.

This property is very nice and convenient for me when visiting family in the Jupiter area. The breakfast and outdoor door pool is a plus!

Bill at the front desk in the afternoons is a great ambassador for the hotel and the entire area!

We have spent vacation time at this Best Western many times and we always love it. It is close to everything including less than a mile from great beaches.

It was a convenient location. First room given smelled terrible. Thankfully they had another room. The breakfast was good. The bathroom remodel was nice and the beds comfortable. The vending machine was very inconvenient, only took ones and was on the second floor.

The staff is fabulous, breakfast is average but at least it comes with hotel price. Rooms are clean. Hotel its self is at a good location with a nice walking options. No frills. The soda/water machine only takes dollars no credit/debit cards which is so antiquated. They could have a little snack bar area like other basic/moderate hotels do.

The view was beautiful but I have to say I get cold easily and the blanket on the bed itself was so super comfortable and kept me warm as my other family members like to keep the AC at negative 2 lol

Everything was great except the room was noisy. Upstairs flushed the toilet and it sounded like a water line break. Hallway noise easily came in the room and my room was close to the front desk traffic. I would stay again but ask for an upstairs room away from the desk and elevator etc. Beautiful view of the pool and intercostal .

My daughter liked our stay. I only have two slight issues. The girl on the phone said she will note for our reservation to add a shower chair in our room, i said great I can make the non ADA room work. I'm mobility disabled. The entire room was musty. It felt damp all the time. My daughter looked at the bright side and said it's near the intercoastal and the room is old. Afterall, we still made it a good time. Never got the gentleman's name, he was wonderful.

Nice hotel in a great location. Just what we needed for our trip. We could do a morning jog around the marina. There were dinner options there as well. Nice walking trail on the pier and sidewalk. Felt very safe with the kids. Pool was great and the tiki huts were perfect to keep if you cool if needed.

The hotel had a great free breakfast. The pool area was nice. We were right on the water with views of the Intracoastal. There were lots of restaurants and attractions nearby.

The property itself was nice, despite the stained carpet. I was really looking forward to breakfast, that's why I always choose Best Western. The waffle cups were too small so you can't make a full size waffle, they come out kind of gnarly looking. The potatoes that they use are seasoned with some kind of cayenne pepper, maybe a buffalo sauce. It's not just black pepper, my mouth hurt for multiple hours. The egg patties seem to have all been put out at first, and were dried out by the time we had our breakfast around 9. The next day they had scrambled eggs, they were just awful. Tasted very watery like they had been boiled. It was like dehydrated egg pie. One of the drawers in our room was broken/off track and a microwave would've been nice

Spent one night in Jupiter with my husband and 2 kids, and this hotel was perfect. Close to everything. Pool. The walkway on the intercoastal is right outside the hotel. Clean. Quiet. Great choice.

We enjoyed the location on the walkway. The pool was nice but not heated. The only complaint would be the room smelled musty. I thought it would go away after having the air condition on but it lasted for our entire stay.

For the price we paid, the popcorn ceiling was flaking , the smoke detector was mulfunctioning, the sink faucet was leaking, and the towels looked like old rags. The front desk staff was less than friendly. The breakfast was average. We would not stay here again!

We stayed at this property in February. The highlight of our stay was meeting Bill at the front desk who gave us a very warm welcome along with ideas for dinner and things to do. The staff works very hard as the rooms seem to have a high rate of turnover. The breakfast is prepared daily and very convenient. The location is great, right on the riverwalk with access to bars and restaurants. Very close to the beach and Love St. nightlife. We will definitely be back when visiting the area.

We stayed here a couple of time. The property is nothing fancy. Then again, it’s Best Western. From desk guys are great. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfy. Pool area is backing to Intracoastal and a beautiful walkway. It’s convenient. Has everything you need. Parking is free. Perfect place to sleep.

Overall hotel was pretty good. Nice little pool in the back and great location to all the local shops, restaurants, & beach. The wifi basically didn’t work at all during my stay. If you plan on working remote while on vacation or work travel stay away for this hotel.

The location was great, excellent views of the intercoastal. Plenty of parking and free breakfast every morning. Only drawback was the elevator stopped working the next day. We had to lug our luggage up and down the stairs. The man on front desk kept on yelling at us because we told him our room key stopped working blaming us for the issue when a different guy was able to fix it by giving us a new card.

Breakfast offering does not change. Pool is not heated. A decent value for the cost.

Just finished a 2 night stay. The hotel is very small, only 2 stories byt has plenty of parking. It was VERY clean and had friendly staff. Beds were comfortable but rooms warm at night, even with the air running. Would stay here again for a quick work trip but not for a family vacation

I arrived the hotel at 2 am due to a medical emergency on the plane. There was no night manager at the front desk. After 20 min I called BW Cust. Svc. They were wonderful. The manager appeared about 50 minutes after I arrived. The key to my room kept disarming I had to replace it 3 times during my stay and I have several bug bites either from the room or the pool area :(
