Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with some guests expressing satisfaction with the spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient location. However, several guests have complained about various issues, including uncleanliness, poor maintenance, and unprofessional staff behavior.
- Spacious and clean rooms
- Comfortable beds
- Uncleanliness issues
- Poor maintenance and facility management
- 5/5
Pool not open at all. Largely the reason why we stayed here with our kids.
- 5/5
Staff great
- 2/5
The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Pool was out of order the whole time. Staff was. Friendly and accommodating.
- 1/5
Pool closed water green, 1st room assigned wasn’t cleaned, they reuse door key cards peeling, front office lady was nice but that’s about it.
- 4/5
Its was nice but had a urine odor. This is a pet friendly hotel so I believe the rug wasn't cleaned properly.
- 1/5
First, the television channels in our room were not working properly, which was disappointing. In addition, there was a strong and persistent smell of marijuana throughout the hotel, including in the carpets, and we noticed multiple guests smoking in the premises. This created an unpleasant and inappropriate environment, especially as we were traveling with a young child. There were also several maintenance issues in our room. The bathroom door was very noisy, and the air conditioning unit was excessively loud, making it difficult for us to rest. Furthermore, I am particularly concerned about a safety issue that occurred during our stay. A staff member was washing the common areas with chemicals but did not provide any warning or signage. As a result, my toddler came into contact with the wet area—he touched the water and stepped on it—which ended up damaging his shoes. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication and safety precautions. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and not what we expected at all.
- 5/5
Can't remember his name but the guy checking me in did an excellent job meeting my requests.
- 4/5
Everything was okay.
- 5/5
I stayed at Sonesta ES Suites for several days while attending graduations and family events, and it was a great choice. The location was especially convenient—just about a 6-minute walk to the Kennesaw Convention Center, which made getting to events easy and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for an extended stay, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was a nice bonus each morning, and the kitchen amenities made it easy to feel at home. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area for events or business.
- 1/5
We were disappointed in the lack of the front end staff addressing the broken TV in the room. Asking multiple times and with different people netted absolutely nothing. Would not be staying here again. It’s a shame because the room was nice for the price and the hot breakfast was really good. People make the place. Felt like they could care less. Not a way to represent a company.

- 4/5
For one night it was a great stay! Great for families planning a longer stay in the area as well.
- 5/5
Excelent
- 2/5
It was very clean. The person at the desk said it was across from the elevator. Down the hall and around the corner. I use a cane. Had to walk outside and around the building to get to the lobby.
- 4/5
Near most places to visit. NA
- 2/5
The amenities were terrible, sometimes a person may want a sprite or 7up and a pack of cheese crackers, and the prices are outrageous.
- 4/5
The property was clean and good staff.
- 5/5
Very nice close by to everything and right next to interstate There was not anything not to like
- 5/5
Didn't eat breakfast
- 5/5
We were very pleased with this hotel and the staff. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Could use a few updates throughout common areas but overall was wonderful! We loved the basketball court and fire pit especially!
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 3.5/5
A/c is as broken in our first room, had to stay in the heat all night then the next day we’re able to switch room.
- 1/5
The room was clean. The refrigerator sounded like a jet engine, staff ignored repairing it, bathroom door did not latch, shower leaked, soft spot in floor.
- 1/5
AC was not working in my room and did not offer to reimburse me for nights booked. Also, pool is not yet opened…
- 5/5
Great accommodations for a family. Breakfast can definitely use an upgrade. They ran out of waffles and fruit. We were traveling with a big sports team and those items were one of the reasons we booked here.
- 5/5
It was a perfect locatiin to stay during travel basketball events. Laundry room was very convenient. It also has a small basketball court to practice.

- 3/5
They had a decent selection of breakfast! Eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, fruits yogurts, juices, cereal, etc
- 1/5
Room smelled bad. The sofa bed was horrible.
- 5/5
Nice room, quiet and spacious!
- 5/5
The quiet location near restaurants, stores, US75. Exceptional rooms! The bed was divine Nothing
- 5/5
The breakfast was fresh and had many options to choose from. Thr room was very spacious, full size frig which was real nice since we were traveling across the country. Beds were very comfortable.
- 4/5
Nice rooms Having to walk outside to get anywhere such as the lobby or kitchen! If it’s pour down raining or Extremely cold i wouldn’t stay here
- 4.5/5
Didn't get clean towels without request for second night.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! A lot to choose from and very clean.
- 5/5
Great bargain. Very comfortable. Decent breakfast.
- 5/5
We were in Atlanta for a ballgame. The hotel was close to Truist Park, but far enough away to avoid the crowds.
- 3.5/5
Inside was fine, wasn’t there that long. Not enough lighting
- 4/5
Great stay as usual at this location
- 1/5
We've stayed here many times and ever had any issues however this past weekend was terrible and we will not be back. The room was exactly as described and clean however the room never really cooled down, someone was smoking pot, likely under our room, and the smell was terrible for most of the evening. My son tried to use the pull out sofa but it he could feel all the springs so we put it back as the couch but it was so lumpy he ended up sleeping on the floor. Then Sunday morning, the elevator was broken. There was no coffee at 6:30am. Such a shame- we have liked the property in the past.
- 5/5
The room was great. It had 2 separate bedrooms with bathroom and a pull out sofa and a full kitchen with dishes. The ice maker in the freezer never made ice but other than that had a good experience. The complimentary breakfast was good. Has a basketball court, pool (that was getting cleaned during my stay) and a nice sitting area with a firepit (that wasnt working at the time) will stay again when in the area
- 5/5
Conveniently located, and very clean and comfortable. Quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was not stocked up very well when we went to eat.
- 5/5
Front desk receptionist was very nice and made checking in very easy. Property was clean and quiet. Hotel is also close to a lot of food places
- 3/5
My room was not cleaned properly but my linens were fresh. The mirror was spotty and there were grains of dirt and maybe crumbs on the floors and everything was so dusty, especially the clock by the bed and on top of the fridge. The computer chair was old and had a big hole in it. But if the room had been cleaned properly I would have fully enjoyed my stay.
- 4.5/5
We couldn't find the check in desk and had to call customer service to find out which building to enter. Wasn't told that there were multiple buildings. The woman at the front desk wasn't very friendly. It would have been helpful to have some kind of directions on what door to enter, where the elevator was in that building and where to find the luggage cart to bring our suitcases to our room.
- 3/5
Cookware is barest of minimum. The bathroom door swings within a half inch of the toilet. The couch was completely sunken in the middle, luckily we didn't need it. My biggest issue was the barely warm showers. The water just didn't get hot at all. I'd definitely pick something else if I were travelling to the area for my kids, but for my spouse and I alone, we could deal. Price was too good for this property to be great. It was fine for a short stay.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Rooms are very spacious and clean. The TV in living area and in the bedroom did not work but Sharletha at the front desk was helpful and found me another room
- 5/5
Clean place, comfy beds, nice staff N/a
- 4/5
Room & service was excellent. The common area of the hotel need some attention. The carpet in the hallways need professionally clean and the breakfast was very slow to be replenished.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Overnight business stay. My place to stay in Kennesaw. Close to a lot of things.
- 4/5
The studio was good and clean but not a lot of cutlery available. Also, limited options for the breakfast
- 4/5
clean room
- 3/5
The room was spacious and clean. The walk to the room, not so good - dirty carpets and debris in hallways. One staircase had a bowl of milk for 2 days with cat vomit next to it for 2 days, I did tell someone in housekeeping but it was never cleaned up and I was there for 3 days. Breakfast - fair -watery oatmeal.
- 0.5/5
room was dark and outdated. Had internet issues almost everyday. The A/C unit and the refrigerator were very noisy. The room smelled like someone smoked in it and tried to mask the smell. The toilet water runs constantly had to jiggle the toilet flush handle to stop the toilet water from running. your customers PAY for that lack of maintenance. A leaking toilet is an easy fix! They charge for PARKING!! WHY??? this place is NOT in the city. which is also not listed or disclosed in the lodging agreement until after it's signed and to add insult to injury they charge 1 day rental fee for cancelling. so you're basically screwed. In my experience on all booking platforms anyone CHARGING a 1 night rental fee for cancelled reservations usually means customer sat problems and or they're usually hiding something.
- 5/5
Stay once a week! Absolutely love this location and will continue to stay there! All staff are very welcoming and make the checkin process super quick!
- 4/5
Adequate for the money Had to pay for parking - ridiculous Check in clerk was unfriendly and had about as much personality as a bug
- 4/5
Good stay for one night
- 5/5
It was cool
- 2/5
Garbage left for greater than 12 hours in hallway. Floor of our room was moldy and turn in numerous spots. Tv kept refreshing often. House keepers were friendly and kind. Pool was discussing. Breakfast was fine.
- 4.5/5
Coffee flavor not good.
- 5/5
Excellent property in a very nice section of Town. Easy reach from a 75.
- 5/5
Nice size room. Clean.
- 4/5
The room was great, we loved the fact that it had a kitchen. The Wi-Fi kept dropping at a particular time each day on our phones, and unfortunately the cable was out for a few days due to a storm.
- 4.5/5
The front lobby is not a good first impression. One lady was working on a Saturday evening at 9:00. Also, the hallways to the rooms are not a good first impression, but the hotel itself is convenient, comfortable, and worth the value.
- 4/5
It served it's purpose.
- 5/5
The only downside was my outer layer window couldn’t be shut and freeway noise wasn’t not bad and not super quiet either.
- 1/5
Two weeks ago when I stayed there, I had to switch rooms because the refrigerator was making a loud noise that you could hear down the hall. My room was clean, but the hallways leading to my room are dirty and they smell. Not a positive experience. Never again.
- 1/5
Stayed a week with no Tv. They gave us free parking for the inconvenience, basically charged us for something that should be free anyway and took it off the bill. Tv went off a few hours after we checked in. After complaining to the management we were asked how they could make it better, they were told discount a day they said they couldn't. What they did do was take off 50.00. From a 7 day stay without tv. Which doesn't come close to making it better.
- 4/5
Room was very clean and adequately stocked.
- 5/5
Great staff nice area clean rooms
- 2/5
Rooms are clean. No covered walkway to enter the building while unloading luggage. Multiple building entrances and you have to go hunting on two stories to find a luggage rack. They do nothing to make sure they are returned. No ice machines or vending to get water or any drink unless you walk back out into the rain and go back to check-in. When you exit elevator signs pointing to the room number directions are behind you and on the wall down one corridor. Poor layout/design and amenities but overall clean and comfortable beds. Hope they can improve the check-in experience.
- 5/5
The room was a great size and there was so much to do around the hotel.
- 5/5
This is my second time staying here in 3 years. I happened to be back in the area. It’s a great property in a great location. I have loved my experience both times and will stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice. Good stay.
- 3/5
While the hotel was clean, it is an older hotel and our room definitely looked old. While the bed was good the bathroom needed a refresh with paint and fixtures. The main building has been updated but the buildings with the rooms looked worn down.
- 4/5
it's good for the money
- 3/5
Property was a bit worn. Property required $6 parking fee and parking pass. The front desk asked for credit card for incidentals. Normal, but when I tried to put snacks on the room I was told the credit card was needed in case I messed up the room. Staff very unfriendly. Morning clerk could not smile or speak to you,
- 5/5
Perfect room
- 5/5
Everything was great...except the price😄
- 5/5
The staff was friendly.
- 2/5
Hotel and room had consistent smell of cigarettes and cannabis smell. It almost as if it was being pumped into the room through the ventilation. There was no mention of an overnight parking fee. Also the duration of my 5 day 4 night stay there was zero house keeping services.
- 2/5
I stayed for four nights and each night the hotel and specifically my room had an awful cigarette smell and the occasional cannabis smell. It was almost like the smell was coming in from the vents. There was no mention prior to booking of a nightly parking fee. No house keeping services were available during the entire duration of my stay.
- 4/5
Quiet, good breakfast
- 5/5
Would stay again. Great location and staff.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Great value. Nice staff. Regular guest.
- 5/5
This room was amazing! It was big and was not expecting having two bathrooms and three tvs. Staff was very accommodating and friendly! Breakfast was awesome
- 5/5
It was a great stay with nice staff.
- 1/5
The booking is extremely misleading... maybe Expedia should advise that we check with the hotel in reference to deposit. I wasn't able to check in at all. $104 down the drain
- 4/5
Great breakfast staff was helpful and friendly rooms are good.
- 4/5
Nothing stood out. It met our expectations based on the amount of money we paid for one night’s stay.
- 5/5
Room was great! Nice & big. Enjoyed our week there. Staff was nice. Didn’t have one problem or complaint.
- 5/5
The staff was great. Amenities were good for my stay.
- 5/5
Nice big room and easy access.
- 5/5
Staff has been wonderful!
- 3/5
Pretty much as expected. Only issues were carpet was frayed where bedroom and bathroom connect, so tack board was poking thru. Wife stepped on tack. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed without lifting door to secure latch. Door hinges were rusty. I notified staff when checking out
- 5/5
We checked in late night and the staff greeted us with a smile and made check in easy and quick
- 2/5
was told I could get made to order breakfast, eggs or omelet etc….. there were burritos three days in a row, nothing remotely close to made to order.
- 4/5
All good
- 4/5
It was quiet and comfortable.
- 3/5
Courteous staff. Room was clean, nothing specific. Just ok
- 5/5
Clean and a great size for my family
- 4/5
The only issue is that we request for cleaning on the second day there.
- 5/5
breakfast was wonderful.. The cable box in our living room room needs to be replaced and the pull out couch. Wonderful and quiet area
- 5/5
CLEAN
- 3/5
Did not eat breakfast in or from the dining area. Looks like same same everywhere.
- 5/5
the staff was so nice, i loved the room…thank you for a great two weeks
- 5/5
Great stay and very nice to have the 2 separate bedrooms and a common room. We will definitely stay again
- 5/5
Fantastic stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would stay again. Stayed was leisure to visit family.

- 4/5

I am allergic to mold and there was mold there and I was so sick for 2 nights with pressure on my nose and headaches. I have never stay a hotel that has mold in it. The ice marker didn't work, either. It is nice hotel, tho but there was mold in it and it made me sick. Good breakfast, tho.
- 2/5
Room had severe water damage throughout the room. Wall paper peeling off. Paint bubbled. Holes in drywall next to tube. Room stank of mold. In the hall the had these air freshers that filled the halls with perfume. Made it almost impossible to breathe. It actually took away your breath some mornings it was so strong
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Nice staff, breakfast was great!

TRAIN.....NO HOT WATER!!!
- 5/5
Enjoyable breakfast as well.
- 4/5
Nice staff. Decent breakfast. Kitchenette was convenient
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff

- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
They need to make it so you can use the card on file to pay for the deposit. When you travel for business and the business pays for the room. Why should the worker have to use their card for the deposit ??
- 5/5
Clean room amd spacious
- 5/5
Room was, as always, exceptionally clean and comfortable! Staff welcoming, accomodating and professional.

- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Was perfectly satisfied. I am in a wheelchair and the accessible room worked great. Bathroom and shower worked with no problems. Plenty of space in the rooms. Would recommend to anyone needing true accessibility.
- 5/5
Great location to attend KSU events. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, friendly staff.
- 5/5
@
- 3/5
The staff was great, except for one person, Zaniah, who had a terrible attitude and was less than personable to customers. The other employee, Seniah, was awesome and smiled as she helped customers. Sharleta was working very hard to accommodate people. The manager, Mel, whom I spoke with regarding Zaniah, was very understanding and handled the situation well and offered apologies for my inconvenience and his staffs actions
- 4/5
The thermostat was in the other room. When we went to sleep it was hot.
- 3/5
Fire alarm went off 2 nights
- 5/5
Grrat Stay. Reception was very welcoming and friendly.
- 3/5
Terrible staff. Very unpolite and not helpful.
- 3/5
But, here's where we are going to be nitpicky. 1. The couch and chair in the common area are AWFUL. Slippery-slidy pleather with the couch cushions "leaning in" to the middle of the couch itself unless you "perch" on the edge of the underlying metal bars. The chair cusion does the same thing off the edge of the chair. Just weird. 2. NOT the fault of the hotel, but didn't make for a great stay: one evening the fire alarm was pranked 3x, going until 1:30 AM. 3. I know this is a personal gripe... but 2 mornings in a row, the breakfast bar egg option were egg-and-cheese omelets. I hate cheese in my eggs, so, it made for some less than stellar. Pair this with a pancake maker that produces hard-as-nails pancakes... ew.
- 5/5
Super chill place. No complaints other than someone pulled fire alarm 3 times in 2 hours.
- 5/5
Very kind receptionist, clean space, easily accessible and accommodating!
- 5/5
Amazing stay. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The desk staff was great as well.
- 2/5
The room could use an upgrade. The sofa was sunken because of the old worn mattress and when i told sthe front desk I was offered an air mattress to sleep on the floor. UNACCEPTABLE
- 5/5
Great place! Lots of room and comfy beds.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It was very clean, comfortable, & set up very nicely.
- 5/5
The ladies that were at the front desk when I checked in were amazing! Thank you for a smooth, professional, kind, and happy check in experience!
- 5/5
We had to come to town for medical reasons and enjoyed our stay. Lots of room and clean. We upgraded to a suite so it was nice to have a bedroom! We had our pup with us and it was a bit pricy for her for 2 nights. Also there are 2 drawers in the closet that can not be accessed because of a fixed mirror. I loved having a huge desk for my lap top and nice little kitchen. Breakfast was not so great on Friday (not stocked and who eats tacos for breakfast?) Saturday was real nice and stocked. We have to return for a 3 week stay and I would have stayed here but cant leave the pup alone so have to go elsewhere. I would stay again
- 3/5
Staff was pretty nice,
- 5/5
Very nice hotel! Staff was very nice as well! Very good hotel if you have pets! Comfortable and clean! breakfast was great! The hotel was very close to good food places!
- 2/5
There was a lot to be desired. This is no frills at best. The TV needs updating. We couldn’t get Netflix. I had to unplug it to completely shut it off. The breakfast was ok. Literally ok and I’m being nice. It was clean and the staff was friendly but the staff doesn’t clean well while you’re there. For the price I can’t complain.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed my stay here! It's in a great part of town, convenient to so much, including food options and the highways. It's quiet and has a decent dog area. Customer Service was great. The breakfast was a little tired, but good. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom really clean. Some crumbs under the bed and in the corners of the room...my dogs found something on the floor and ate it. So need to pay attention to that a bit more.
- 4/5
Please put more bleach in the shower or on the bathroom floor; they had yellow dirt. And Lysol on the couches. They'll smell better that way. Thank you 🙏
- 5/5
A great experience at a very reasonable. I will definitely hope to stay here again
- 2/5
I wasn’t able to make the trip due to a last minute medical issue with my child
- 5/5
Lot’s of dining options for all meals. The room was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was a breeze and the location was central to our needs. Also, a bus stop was just in front of the hotel if needed.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
The suite was some what dark. I could not read a book sitting on the couch. also why should I have to pay to park? Otherwise it was very nice.
- 3/5
Very disappointed that the pool was closed and the elevator broken. It would have been nice if they would have let people know this before I booked or given a discount.
- 2/5
There were ants in the room. The couch bed was broken, so it took 2 peoples places to sleep away. The pool was broken the week we were there
- 4/5
The pool was closed the whole time during our stay as well as a broken elevator in our building. We did make use of the bbq area for a family event. The suites were perfect for a few nights stay.
- 3/5
Overall our stay was good. The room was clean but it has not been maintained very well. The refrigerator had dents in it, both showers leaked and one of the toilets constantly ran. During our stay the pool was closed for maintenance, the elevator didn’t work, and the basketball hoop was down so the amenities that we were counting on for our kids did not exist.
- 5/5
e have stayed here before and I would stay here again
- 1/5
Room was dirty saw a big roach , pull out cos h was dirty & the mattress was trash Visited from NJ @ only booked because of the so called beautiful pool online… well the pool was broken & they never notified me !
- 2/5
The AC unit didn’t cool. The smell of wet dog wreaked in the room we had. 228 in B building.
- 4/5
Pool was closed for maintenance.
- 5/5
We have never stayed at a Sonesta Suites, but moving forward we will always stay at one if they are located where we travel. The set up of the 2 bedroom suite is ideal for a family with children.
- 5/5
Liked the setup and employess very helpful.
- 4/5
The couch cushions were sunken in. I was in room A105. You really could not sit on the couch without feeling like you were going down in between the cushions.
- 2/5
The property is really run down. The pullout beds were so uncomfortable, we used the couch instead. The rooms have terrible smells of past cooking and the carpet smells like wet dog. The AC unit would turn on and off randomly disrupting sleep. In the middle of the night, the refrigerator or the freezer would make a sound like an airplane taking off...but it would keep going. The best part about this property is its staff. They were really attentive and helpful.
- 5/5
Very spacious and good customer service.
- 3/5
The location was nice. The breakfast was average. The room was mostly clean. We loved the room setup. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was clean and stocked. The carpet was damp. We assume they had to shampoo the carpets due to a pet being there before us. There was pet hair in some spots and we didn’t bring our pets. The couch pillows wreaked of animal pee. And we only figured that out after we relaxed across the couch and the odor smacked us. It was horrendous. The pool was clean but there was a group there taking up majority of the pool playing football in the water. Wasn’t very enjoyable and there were others gathering around and also complaining amongst themselves because they wanted to enjoy the pool too but couldn’t. The gas grill wouldn’t light so we didn’t get to grill like we’d intended. They should really set the rooms up for pet only rooms so that those of us not traveling with pets aren’t placed in rooms that others pets had been in. I didn’t notice until after the fact the other reviews on their site of people complaining about pet urine in their beds. Other than that it was an okay stay.
- 5/5
local stay, nice property and area
- 4/5
Excellent location
- 2/5
The hotel is promoted as a Newly Renovated hotel, however nothing is new in the rooms. Air conditioning was not working for several rooms (talked to other guests), bathrooms had mildew built around the shower. Additionally, the Front Desk service was terrible. They wouldn't let us finish our sentences before providing an answer or comment. When we checked in theybsaid if we wanted thebroom cleaned we needed to call thebjight before. We requested the service 7 days but the room was cleaned only 3. Answer - Sorry.
- 4/5
Rooms are great set ups w kitchenettes . House keeping is lacking . Pool walls need to be scrubbed better but otherwise satisfied with our stay and we would stay again. We have stayed here multiple times .
- 3/5
Decent stay, but a few letdowns. I was told at check-in that late checkout was available for a fee, but when I asked later, they said it wasn’t — very frustrating. No EV charging, the bathroom was tiny, and the shower felt unstable. Clean room, but poor communication and lack of amenities were disappointing.
- 5/5
The room was large. I would stay again.
- 3/5
Very dated, dirty carpets. Not a place I would return to.
- 3/5
I had an extended stay at this property. The staff attention were really good. The downside for me were the breakfast options pretty much the same everyday. I did not care for the coffee, it was very week in flavor, more like hot dirty water than coffee. For ice, it was a daily inconvenience as I had to get it from the receptionist since the fridge ice making wasn't working
- 3/5
Had a problem with bug bites not sure if they where fleas or bed bugs!!!
- 5/5
Great place, very large rooms
- 5/5
Room was amazing. Place was very quiet. Bed was very co.fy. breakfast was wonderful
- 5/5
Everything was great except the breakfast. Tacos for breakfast was a terrible choice. Don’t know who made that decision, but this was BREAKFAST. In the north or south, tacos are not served for the morning meal.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Nice and clean staff are friendly. TV's need to be upgraded.
- 3/5
Outdated. Room smelled like dog pee. (All 4 kids said it as we walked in) Overpriced
- 5/5

Professional service, great breakfast and courteous staff.

Property is in a decent area. The smell inside is obvious that pets have been in the building. When it warms up there is a strong dog smell. Nice if you are traveling with pets, otherwise find a different hotel.

Very nice…we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean and well taken care of…rooms were very nice. Would stay here again.

If you can stay somewhere, ANYWHERE else then do that. This place is roach, mold and mildew infested. They told us they’d come clean the rooms on Monday and Wednesday. Monday, they came and just took the bedsheets, I didn’t expect a full clean but at least restock the toilet paper and tissues as needed and bring new towels. Wednesday came, they didn’t even clean! Didn’t take the bedsheets or restock towels or anything. I had to go to the front desk and that was another nightmare. No one was willing to help or they just didn’t care. I ended up going to the store and buying my own cleaning supplies to keep the room clean. The pool has visible mold in it which no wonder no one was even swimming in it. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast either, it’s chorizo and egg every morning and the chorizo is just seasoned taco meat. It’s gross. The price I paid for a hotel that’s similar to a motel 6 in a drug infested location.

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Great stay.

the room was fine, but the toilet seat was dirty, the kitchen utencils were dirty, the bed was hard, there was only 2 spoons, 1 fork and 2 butter knives and no do not disturb sign to hang on the door. The lady that checked me in was not pleasant

The room, staff, and free breakfast were all perfect! We'll be back the next time we're in Kennesaw.

love the place

The fact that they allow pets, but the bathroom walls weren't wiped down made it feel gross. The overall staffing seemed to be lacking. Check-in wasn't friendly or welcoming, I actually felt like I was interrupting a personal conversation between staff and a boyfriend. Breakfast area had plenty of seating, and lots of food/beverage selections, but the area to get the food felt very cramped. The room was large and well set up, but the couch was very uncomfortable and had a curry smell to it. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen/bathroom were well sized and stocked.

Pretty clean hotel, nice and cozy.

The room is spacious and I like the full kitchen which is very convenient for some families like us who want to cook during traveling.

Breakfast staff exceptionally nice AND helpful and efficient. Need more parking, especially Handicapped. Ridiculous to charge $6 for parking. TERRIBLE cheap 1-ply toilet paper. I went to supermarket to buy my own!

Front desk morning staff is terrible, requested an early check in week or couple days before stay no answer from staff, did inform will be arriving at 8:30 in the morning. Did arrive at 8:27 am was told no room was available front desk inform me that I should’ve book for extra night knowing that if I didn’t show my reservation would be cancel. After driving 8 hours from Florida had to wait until 3 pm to check in . Yeah definitely didn’t like my stay . Room was clean property very nice.

Really bad customer service, and the air conditioner didn’t work! The room was extremely hot! Front desk people didn’t help at all!

Would stay here again. Would not use Expedia to book room. I had an emergency and had to leave a day early and they would not refund my money. Hotel was great and would book directly through them!

Loved the size of the room for the price we paid. Hard to find a good hotel to accommodate six. This place was the best!

Easy in and out. Room with 2 bedrooms is rare and worked for us. Fridge had been beat up, at least 15 dents, made the room look a bit worse than it actually was. Price was a bit high for what it was, joever, overall it was fine.

Our room has plenty of space, it's in proximity to tons of restaurants and stores, and there are walkable places to eat. It's quiet and clean. Great spot!

I like how the room is set up that it has a mini living room and kitchen. And the space is clean and stuff with basic necessities.

Right outside the window, screaming kids playing basketball, some noise ok, but these were extra annoying. Room is ok, but fridge has at least 15 dents in it, looks real sloppy. Its ok, and one of the few options for a family of 5

Very nice staff and great accommodations!

Everything was nice except the barking dogs the first night of our stay. The dogs barked on and off all night. We had an end room so when the dogs would bark the people would take them outside and walk them next to our window. Thankfully they left after the first night.

The front desk staff were always inside their office, so had to wait or call them to come out. I asked for one hour late check out from 11am to 12pm. They charged $15 for it...

Property needs a major update. Rooms smell horrible. Carpets are so dirty. Rooms are dingy and old. Everything is falling apart. The horrible yellow lighting does not help either. Feels old and rundown. Only thing nice about this place is the lobby and the exterior. Never again. We slept on top of the sheets and as soon as daylight hit we were out of this place
