Staff very helpful and friendly.

My TV was basically useless as it had a replacement remote that didn’t quite match up with the functions of the TV. Then again, I wasn’t there to watch TV. The breakfast was not as good as other hotels in the same price point. I didn’t go early, but I didn’t go late either. Everything was just slightly off as far as quality and temperature. I really didn’t have any contact with staff, so I can’t provide an opinion.

Close to highway and very convenient.highly recommend. Swimming pool water temperature can’t be adjusted. The water is very clean. Breakfast is ok

Room was ok but a recliner or comfortable chair would’ve been nice. Bathroom and shower was great. Parking was horrendous. But finding a bottle of “Hybrid Lubricating Semen” on floor beside TV stand was really disgusting. For $200/night one would expect better! Would not stay here again.

The internet was out in the room but was fixed within 24 hrs. All else was great was great.

This is a new Hampton Inn and the rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast is as you would expect - basics - fruit, eggs, cereal, waffles, etc... The staff was very helpful when we checked in and were able to answer questions during our stay. Conveniently located to Kernersville, the airport, etc...

The entry door of room #317 has an open space between it and the frame, the lock and the floor.

All was fine, our room was blocked by the Hampton sign so we were unable to see outside. We were so tired by the time we arrived that we didn't ask to change rooms. We liked the size of the room, it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

We found the Kernersville Hampton Inn during Market a few years ago, and it has been our go to ever since. The staff isprofessional, happy and so friendly. They take great care of the exhausted Market goers.

Hotel was clean & of course my room. Staff was definitely friendly and courteous. I enjoyed my stay. Will consider next time I'm in need of a place. Did have an issue with the heat, yet the maintenance came up and fixed it.

Check in was flawless, receptionist (I didn't get her name) was phenomenal. Very friendly, informative and helpful in every way. I give her 5 stars. Room was clean, spacious and shower was awesome. Hot water and soap and gels was top notch. Bed was extremely comfortable. As always Hampton delivers.

Other than the first person that I saw named Robin. Every other counter person was down right rude. My television in my room didn’t work. The woman running the breakfast area was constantly correcting people. It was very uncomfortable. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

We should have had a king bed. Our room had two doubles instead. The front desk said they didn’t have the room we reserved. The pool was closed for the season which we didn’t know about. Disappointing overall

I loved they had on site laundry so I could do it any time. The breakfast was fresh and hot everyday. The beds were very comfortable. We brought our little dog for the first time and she was treated just like a human guest. Such a great location with alot to walk to. To top it off, they made fresh cookies every nite, as a treat for guests.

Front dest service was excellent. Notable, August 10th desk personal in early evening went out of his way with help and assistance. Most appreciated

Was okay overall. Had to ask a few times for towels for the pool. Was a pretty basic king bedroom. The bathroom had a dirty shower floor and there were drips near the toilet, like a pee dribble.

Check in was a little challenging. Some employees were amazing while others not so great! You know what they say. One bad apple can spoil the bunch

I didn’t like that there is no microwave in the room and that the pool is closed in June and they didn’t post it online. Also one of the ladies that works at night in the front desk on June 9th was very rude to me and my kids. The coffee was not hot during the day and it was not good either. They only had one microwave by the front desk and only had two carts for luggage for the entire hotel.

Breakfast was great on Saturday morning, lacking on Sunday-less variety of food available. Love staying at this hotel r/t location.

Great locations, I didn't like no microwave in room, four packs of coffee all decaf, don't drink decaf also brought my 5 lb Yorkie, charged $75.00 plus tax dog not able to sit on couch with us and couldn't warm food. I understand charging 25.00 and a refundable deposit if no damage. My dog was in crate. Also found a pair of socks, so room not checked very well when being cleaned.

The service was terrific. The room was very nice and clean. The only issue was that the placement of the bed was such that the AC blew on us all night. I like it nice and cool when i an sleeping but the air was blowing right on us. Otherwise everything was great!

The water pressure was awful for this particular room. Trash in stairwell and hotel smelled like weed.

I was told my reservation did not exist even though I had the confirmation from Expedia. The ladies at the front desk were very rude.

Bathroom door was a sliding door and when you rolled it shut, by the time you turned around the door had rolled open. Bad design and not good for privacy at all. And the room phone did not work.

Wonderful 3 nite stay. All of the staff made our stay even more special. They’re very kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable with a refrigerator in the room. We used the microwave down in the lobby also. The breakfast was hearty with many choices every morning. Clark’s BBQ & Amalfi’s Italian were 2 great restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We will come back to Hampton Inn in Kernersville again!

The staff was great. I have cleanliness 4 stars because I found a previously used wash cloth hanging from the top of the shower curtain rod. As a short person, I totally get how something like that - white, high up, and against a white shower curtain - could be overlooked.

They really welcomed designers and participants of the Fall HPMKT! They were lovely. From signage to free snacks. They had a reception one evening and had wonderful Fall/Halloween decorations. Rooms were clean and breakfast was nice.

Our flight was at night did not sleep well we drove to the hotel for 2 hours. We arrived earlier than check in. Robin was so nice to accommodate us and was able to find us a room for early check in so we can rest in the room instead of in the car to wait til afternoon check in . We were able to relax in the room before 1100 am. Excellent service and checked on us.if we need anything . Thank you very much.

Clean and had a nasty looking streak. 2nd time!!! We found that the rooms are cleaned, but someone was turning sexual tricks in the rooms. That was suppose to be taken care of now. Hotel is in a very nice and quiet location. Front desk clerk and breakfast attendant were very welcoming. Only complaint was the shower drained slow so water puddled while taking a shower. Also there was quiet a bit of stay hairs on the bathroom walls.

Stay was great. However, I paid for my stay twice. I was told I would see a correction for that in about 3 or 4 days.

Staff was awesome. Super friendly. Only problem was the soap wouldn't pump in the shower. TV didnt work but I called and they came straight up and fixed it
