Everything about the stay was very nice. First the deposit is better value here than anywhere else. Second the people who work here are kind and very helpful. The first person who helped me was a younger woman who was at the front desk before her boss a older woman came to finish helping with my check in. She was so kind and informative. She gave us a disability room since my mom has a bit difficulty walking. The rooms are spacious and look more up to date than most hotels in the area. Cleaner than most hotels in the area too. Peaceful no one bothering or playing loud music outside. Its so clean outside and in the rooms. The AC is super cooling so I recommend putting it in 74 or just leave it off. Its so cold its really good for hot days though. They have a nice pool. Will definitely be staying here again. 😌 My mom loved it. They also have a laundry room on site prices are better here than actual laundromats. They have seating outside for smokers to not have to stand. Its all very good. Multiple buildings no need for second floors or stairs.

Not so much. 20 us for latte check in after 11 pm , since we came to Disney, so It was very obvious. The facilities were olé and unattractive. In the middle of the night, the police came to remove someone from the next room , it was quite disturbing and stressful Very loud, is next to avenue, bad sound aislation

The door looked like it wasnt shut all the way very scary. Didnt use the room much but to sleep. No blankets just one sheet. Parts of the floor felt like it was gonna fall through. No batteries in the remote so had to change channel by hand. And i never recieved my deposit back. Like i said hardly stayed in the room. Went and slept left before sun even came up.

It is an old property, it was clean however the overwhelming amount of outside cats has the whole place smelling of cat spray, the room had beds and hot water and mini fridge that we used. Other than that don't get your hopes up Exposed wires Hanging and the smell of cat spray

Had to buy my own linen .no bucket for ice. No table to sit at to eat. Barely room lighting,the door was locked but I could see people walking by or standing in front of the room at times and the room smelled like marijuana smoke. I asked to be moved to another room but they said they didn't have any other space.

It has been 2 weeks and a half dozen calls to both Expedia and the property, and they refuse to give me my money back. They didn’t even let me in the room! How could they keep my money?!?!?

I forgot my boots in my room when I checked out and Joanna shipped them to me! Such nice people!

The room was old and not in a state that should've been rented out. The door lock BARELY worked (falling out of the lock seating) and there was a gap under the door, rust on the hangers, a large hole in the bathroom cabinet and missing grate over the light in the bathroom, full of dust and debris. It was disgusting! I didn't feel safe and didn't even stay the second night after we had no hot water and felt unsafe staying. I wish I could give a 0 star rating!

The hotel is very old and bad smell. They took the deposit of $40 for 2 night stay and they said they will pay back to my credit card after 2 days. But it’s already 4 days and I still not received the deposit back on my credit card.

Clean room, family friendly staff, accommodated late checkin fairly easy. Restaurants closeby, walkable and safe neighborhood.

Do not be fooled by the photos provided. The actual location is much more rundown and old. When I arrived, I thought I was at the wrong place because of how different it looked. When I finally determined it was the right place, I had to call for someone to unlock the main entrance door. Despite saying "check in at all times" on Expedia, it turns out that check in ended at 11pm, and the staff told me I had to pay a $20 late fee. The room I was given was old. I gave it a chance until I saw a cockroach that scurried across the floor. It kept disappearing under the bed, behind the dresser, and even climbed up the wall. I am terrified of bugs, and at this point, I called the front desk again to explain the situation. The guy told me in a noncaring tone that there was nothing he could do until the next morning at 11am. He didn't allow a refund, or even changing rooms. When I was on the phone with him, the cockroach actually started crawling towards me, and I expressed my panic. He actually just stopped responding and hung up. I quickly packed up my things (luckily I didn't unpack yet), and dropped off the keycard outside the front entrance in a dropoff box. I left this inn at 3am due to feeling unsafe and the staff being unprofessional and rude. No one should stay in a place that has cockroaches. I will be contacting my bank for my money back. I didn't even stay one night. Avoid at all cost.

If you are staying only for few days is not to bad.

These highly professional pictures make this place look charming, but in the end it’s just a rundown motel in a questionable area. There are only sheets on the bed - NO BLANKET - so I was freezing all night. Only one size towel provided so you have to make that work for everything. Cheap, but wouldn’t stay again.

Mold floors are very old coming up roach's they're complimentary breakfast is expired pastries from the grocery store lot of homeless and drug addicts pool has nothing but cats all around it

Improve the facilities, avoid stained bedding, deformed mattresses, and the smell of humidity, but it is very well located, close to everything I needed, the staff is very attentive and respectful.

Shower was not good for hot water & front desk did nothing about it. Also I made the reservation @9 pm local time . I was 3 hours away of driving to it and the motel charged me a late check in fee that was not disclosed in their website. Nothing about extra charge if you are far away from it .

You have to trade in your towels every day they would not give you for the entire trip and this very inconvenient most time no one was at front desk.

I liked the location of the property.

Considering all of the rundown hotels on US-192, this motel was very well kept. It’s a simple format, so don’t expect the Atlantis Resort. Considering the complications of a Disney World trip, this motel kept things simple.

Too noisy at night, lots of drugs smelling, people outside of their rooms lurking, loud people at all times. Roaches of all sizes every day. Staff are nice if you can find them. No housekeeping unlessbrequested. Good wifi

It was very close to Disney, a 10 minute drive at the most. The room was also clean which was nice. The room itself was falling apart a bit especially the shower and toilet. Additionally there was no blankets on the beds nor anywhere in the room. We checked in late and there was nobody at the front desk after we discovered this, leaving us without blankets on the first night of our stay.

UPON CHECKOUT ALL THIS WAS BROUGHT TO YOUNG CLERK’S ATTENTION, WHILE HE PEELED & ATE HIS BANANA. ASSUMED HE CALLED HIS MANAGER, WHOM INSTRUCTED HIM ‘TO APOLOGIZE & CALL MAINTENANCE! WHILE TRYING TO GATHER MORE INFORMATION REGARDING MAIN CONTACT PERSON FOR FOLLOW-UP ON OUR ISSUES, I WAS TOLD THE PERSONS NAME WAS ‘WE’. MAINTENANCE SHOWED UP EXTREMELY DISHEVELED! I WILL NOT BE SATISFIED UNTIL I RECEIVE MY REFUND!

There was no hot water at the hotel. The issue was brought up & no one fixed the problem at all. The people at the front office attitudes were like ok what do you wznt to do about it. No real interest in fixing the problem.

Came in for our vacation and decided to do something different and stay at this hotel and they had no clue of what they were doing as I booked on your website and we left it was such a horrible experience we left two days early and we never received our deposit back and I've tried contacting many many times and still no one I've heard from not a single soul

Did not match the photos. Room floor was puckering in spots from previous water damage (or humidity) with several areas where the floor was soft and would dip down. Room had an odd odor to it. No comforter was provided only a sheet and as of now (two weeks post stay) I still have not received my deposit back and the room was left clean.

Absolutely beyond Horrible. Do. It let the photos fool you. They looks nothing like how this place really is. Disgusting dirty. Run down old and horrible service. The room options were 2 doubles or a king. I booked the king. Somehow. I got a room with 1 double for me and my wife. The electric didn’t work in half the room including the wash area and bathroom. So couldn’t even see while using the bathroom. Only 3 channels worked on the tv. The pool was under maintenance but no notices of this on the website or in the office. Oh yeah and no blankets on the bed. The office is only staffed from 9:30 till 10. Ya know in Orlando where every body is up and out at 7:00 to start there day. So I couldn’t speak to anyone in the office about my issues in the morning. When I got back and spoke to someone. Of course the owner was long gone and the person at the desk couldn’t help. I asked for a call from the owner the next day and didn’t get any calls back. 0 0 0 -0 stars

First my reservation was for a king size bed, got double beds and when i communicated that to husband in the evening, he was not happy about, went to inform front desk and they said they were booked to offer me a king size bed room, which i don't understand as i placed my reservation over a week ago, heated argument with husband but i convinced him it was ok to stay where we were, come Monday i asked front desk if housekeeping was coming? She said no, maybe tomorrow (Tuesday) i told her we needed clean towels because my husband was coming from work and i didn't want him to be upset with no clean towels to bathe, she said she could send clean towels, it was 4 pm and no towels, so i went around the place and saw someone cleaning a room and asked them for my clean towels, not happy at all, Tuesday came NO HOUSEKEEPING and checkout time came on Wednesday, out of all the times I've done reservation this one was horrible and a waste of money, i was truly stressed with the whole stay

This was the most disappointing, unsafe, disgusting hotel I’ve ever had the unfortunate luck of visiting. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values cleanliness, safety, or quality service. My room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, reeked of cigarettes and none of my room doors locked. I asked for a second room and that door too, wouldn’t lock. Stay away, it’s not worth the deal at all. You truly get what you pay for. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

It’s advertised as a hotel when in reality it is a motel. Full of roaches, scary, dirty, Expedia you provide false advertisement.

Gave away the room even though I had reservation that was confirmed. Also lobby had leftover food sitting on tables.

The wood flooring is uneven and has dips. There are water stains all over the ceiling. There's a large square imprint on the wall where a mirror used to be. The beds have 2 different mattresses at 2 different heights. They only provide a sheet and no blanket. One out of 2 bulbs is missing from the light fixture at the vanity. The room smells weird and it's very humid. They placed us nextdoor to a unit that's under construction and I had to deal with loud banging, so loud that it felt like an earthquake, while I was trying to sleep after a long flight.

Upon check in, was asked to downgrade reservation from a King room to a double (husband is 6’ 6” so we refused this). There are stray cats all over property. There was a broken down car double-parked in front of our room so if we returned after the people next door to us we had to park further away from our room. This vehicle is in the pictures from when this listing was placed online (clearly years ago based on the condition of the buildings now) and the plates on it have not been renewed for 2 years. Floors were dirty, there were boogers on bathroom door frame and food splattered on artwork in the bedroom. Shower was tiny, and floors and walls of the shower felt spongy. Shower door leaked. Towels were not big enough to even wrap around myself (and I’m not a big person) let alone my husband. It took FOREVER for the water to warm up and the temperature would randomly get colder or scalding hot in the middle of showering.

There were no blankets on the beds and the pillows were very firm and deep. Beds were very comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and drugstores/groceries. The shower water faucets were difficult to figure out but very hot water in sink and shower. Flooring has much to be desired as far as what might be underneath but they were clean.

Alright for quick overnight stay. Needs lots of love. Needs major upgrades

The bed was ok , BUT no one answered the phone when we called, just rang and rang, no phone in room, no blow dryer in room OR office, poor help, dirty and in need of repairs, no remote for TV , AC didn’t work first night and it was over 80 in the room, AND a broken down car was parked outside of our room so we had to park three stalls down! Then to top it off the last night there i got twelve bed bug bites!! Horrible experience!!! Don’t stay here EVER! Oyo hotels are all the same!! I have pictures to prove my claims!!

Great price. Staff was very nice. I had trouble getting in and out of the hotel door to my room. I had some bad luck. There were a few roaches but not enough to worry about. I felt comfortable sleeping on the bed. The microwave and refrigerator worked great. I felt comfortable walking around. Everything was accessible.

Advertised as a hotel, but it’s a Motel… rooms has the strongest mold smell! Got a headache, Had a terrible experience, got locked out of my room at midnight, they changed my room, but the ac smelled like burning, so between the burning smell and mold I couldn’t sleep. Toilet not flushing, just an horrible stay. Had to book in another hotel.

We get there to check in and they check us into someone else’s room, we walked in on them in the room. They reassigned us to another room and we go to it and the A/C didn’t work very well so it was very hot in the room. There was painter tap on the top of the door to seal it from the outside. Only a tiny trash can on the bathroom so we didn’t have anywhere to put the trash but in the grocery bags. Very small bathtub. The sink had food down the drain which gave the room a smell. I was charged a deposit hold and it took them 2 weeks to finally refund me the deposit, been constantly calling them regarding it and kept getting told to call back after a certain time to speak with one of the employees about it and when I would call back, they weren’t there and to call back again. Will never stay here again.

I like the place located very accessible.

They were long hairs in the shower on the walls and dust balls on the room floor. I came in later in the evening and tired from a long drive or i would've asked for a different room. The bed was so soft it was likey trying to sleep in a hmmock.

I stayed there for 6 nights and not one time did we get housekeeping. Not sure if I had to request it, but they never entered the room to change linens or towels. Liked the laminated flooring instead of carpet.

There is a little tinny inconvenience there was no hot water ! Other than that I will recommend this place
