This is an older property and the age really shows. The doors had staining and the office chair was ripped. Property definitely needs a lot of work. I booked this hotel due to the high guest rating (9.6/10) on Hotels.com and was deeply mistaken. I would not rate this property any higher than 5/10.

The stay here would have been nice if we were given all that we booked. We booked a room for the night through hotels.com and it said right on there that this booking came with a free continental breakfast. There was NO breakfast at all. Also the rooms smelled like cigarettes and there were police all around the parking lot to the hotel next door. It was very noisy in our room and the AC unit was extremely loud while running so we had to turn it off and just sweat at night to be able to sleep. The bathroom tub was not up to par with us being comfortable enough to even shower. Thank goodness it was only overnight that we stayed here. Definitely wont be staying here again.

The hotel is old and offer very little comparing to all others in the area. They misleading information about free breakfast is on most hotels websites. There is no breakfast and you also pay extra 6 dollars for the service ( that is not provided)

There were little ants crawling all over the room. I read another persons review thst said the same thing. The rooms are in bad shape. The sink was cracked in 5 pieces, broken. The toilet barely worked. I had to use the ice bucket to fill the tank, repeatedly. There is NO complimentary breakfast as advertised on their site. The bed was actually comfortable but the pillows, sheets, etc were filthy. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at but very close. Definitely would NOT recommend

The room smelled like mold, they advertise they have hbo but its only in the lobby, pool closes at 9 not 10 like advertised. Breakfast is gross, powdered orange drink and disgusting tasting waffles and stale bread. Its like a high class crack motel.

Overall all was good but not exceptional like other hotels. I would stay again due to closeness to Disney parks.

Check in was effortless. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I had mentioned a request and it was granted immediately, to my surprise. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Not so good. Was looking for a quiet getaway for R&R and reflection. This was not it. First room, the door had a gap between the frame and door itself were insects could come in, no security chain, and couch was questionable. It made me feel uneasy. The front desk lady was nice and changed me to the room on the opposite side. It was better, but door still had somewhat of a gap. Placed a towel under it to remedy it. Microwave was a tad rusty and refrigerator was not cooling as it should. That first evening, people were outside drinking and being loud. Next day all day long, there were kids running up and down the hall and yelling. It gave me the impression that this is a motel where people actually live in. Staff was nice, but I would not recommend this place if you are looking for R&R and quiet time.

It definitely "No Frills", but if your just looking for a place to sleep at night then its fine.

Hotel is right next door to a rundown apartment complex where loud music and disturbing the neighbors is the norm. This atmosphere has rolled over into the hotel. People hanging off the the catwalks. Shoutung and blasting music. No regard to others. Felt like I was in the ghettos, which is not what online says about this place. My family and I checked out literally within hours of checking in due to Front desk refused to answer phone when I called, multiple times, and the noise just got worse and worse. Not a place for any respectable families.

Upon trying to check out there was a note posted on the door saying they were out. Finally 15 minutes later someone showed up. The room was clean but there was cut up and missing carpets. The bathroom shower had holes in the wall. We were not able to charge all of our electronics due to some power outlets not working. We had to call the front office and complain about the noise levels after midnight.

Very musty odor; no tissues, blower, iron; the registration area poorly lit and heavy smell of curry

No toilet seat. Television was making an ugly buzzing sound so it was hard to enjoy the program.

Needed a cheap room for an last minute one night stay. Make sure your check in before 9 p.m. because after that there is no one in the office we almost missed being able to check in. Room was large with new floors and wall paint everything else was old. The air conditioner was loud and wold turn on and off all night. Very annoying. The king bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The faucet and showerhead in the bathtub were not attached to the wall. A Lot of mold and rust on the ceiling and doors. Parking lot was full of garbage. Pool looked clean but pool deck had broken cement and looked very neglected. Was fine for the one night at what we paid and for an emergency stay but wouldn't stay there again.

For the price it can't be beat, microwave and fridge in the room, flat screen tv, room was clean and staff was nice. If you're expecting the ritz for $40 then this isn't for you but if you're on a budget and not picky this is perfect.

We were looking for a clean, space to sleep since she's were out 90% of our stay. Never went in the lobby, all transactions were made through a small teller window. The rooms were very dated. Only good thing was the pool. It was average sized.

I don't think it was worth the $ for a couple. MY Main issue was the musty smell that permeated the room. NO phone in the room. (that i couldn't believe) ...so no I would not go back.

I stayed here with my family so we could go to the park the next few days, well our stay got cut short. When we checked in it was fine that was until we got to our room. There were bed bugs and the room smelled, the other guest that were staying there said there room wasn't cleaned, the sheets had stains on them and it smelled of mildew . I had gone down to the front desk and to my surprise we couldn't get a new room . Needless to stay I will not be coming back. BEWARE don't stay here ever. Staff was rude on top of it

I was a bit nervous to stay reading reviews. Since we only needed the room for one night on our way out of town. Nothing was that bad as others claimed. Room was spacious and clean. The guy at the front desk was cool and the price was great. If you're looking for a cheap place stay here!

It was run down and almost scary. It was so bad in fact that the guy running the hotel itself was hidden in the "lounge" by himself. We communicated through a little slot which was sealed by duct tape when it wasn't in use.

Bedroom was outdated, bathroom door broken. Shower controls where loose at the door. Service desk always closed and u had to call for someone to help u. Due to spring break we was limited to our selection. Wouldn't stay eaven if it was free.

Disgusting... Stains on the floor and walls, smelled musty, dirty. The bed covers had a white stain on them that looked like dried up seman . I'm not even kidding it was the worst thing Iv ever seen in my life, I felt dirty just standing in the room. It was 2 am when we arrived and we didn't even stay 10 mins. We left to another hotel. They need to close this place down ! Gross !

I checked into the hotel. Went to my room and to start it smelled terrible. Then lifted up the bed sheets and there was this nasty yellow stain on the sheets. Went into tho bathroom and it looked like it has never even been cleanded since this nasty place opened.

Got awaken with bugs over me in bed which the manager got his staff to change right away. No coffee making facilities on sites which was a let down. Would I re book this on proably not.

Stayed for 3 days. Overall not to bad. The condition of the hotel could have been better. It's definitely in need of an upgrade and the free WIFI worked in the parking lot but not in the room. The room itself could use some new carpet. However it was clean and free of bugs, insects and rodents. The area was fairly quit and close to several entertainment spots off of route 192. If you need a spot to stay for a few days, for a reasonable price then this will do. Just a side bar although it was ok, if I had kids I would probably look else where.

Great 1 1/2 or 2 star hotel but definelty not 3 star hotel. Stayed at others that are a lot nicer and less star rating . Room was alright. Rug was dirty. Smelled a little muamustyty. Fine for the most part for something quick and late night decision.

You get what you pay for. Simple hotel with bare basic necessities (a place to sleep) We booked this hotel just to sleep one night after our Disney trip and then got up early to drive home. The only Inconvience was we were checking in very late as this was a holiday weekend and we left Disney at midnight. The front lobby was closed so we had to ring an outside doorbell and call the person (maybe the owner of the hotel?) to check us in. The checkin person (the owner?) was extremely nice and made all the difference in our stay here. Also we had spent another night at a resort and interestingly enough this small hotel had toiletries items that the more expensive resort did not supply. Would only recommend if you just need a place to sleep and be out all day. (Shower was good too).

The cancellation policy is laughable. Coming from a long distance it is hard to preview a room. Once the cancellation date has passed there is no recourse for a room that was so lacking as this one was. We were stuck paying for the whole stay. No working bathroom exhaust fan. Stains of questionable origin were very scary. Smells were more powerful than the spray they used to try to mask them. Refrigerator and microwave a nice touch. Coffee maker in the room would have been nice. Very hesitant to use this booking service again.

Booked this room on Hotels.com and when I got there they did not have the reservation. I gave them the information from the email I received from Hotels.com and they still said there was nothing they could do to give us a room until they received a fax. Told them I called to cancel the room with Hotels.com and they were very rude and still would not give us a room. Very unprofessional and should not use an outsource booking company if they can no handle it properly. This was at 3:30am and we were tired and drove all the way to that hotel because of booking it with Hotels.com.

I didn't expect much due to the price and location. If your looking for a place to lay your head then this is the it. Remember there is a reason why it's cheap. I was barely at the hotel therefore my stay was worth the price.

A dead roach was our first sight. There was no phone or hair dryer or tv remote.. The toilet developed a leak and we had to change rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the buildings were no like the pictures on the web.

This is the worst experience i've ever had at a hotel. There were burn marks on the bathtub, Holes in the curtains and the doors weren't secure. The room was filthy. I'd never stay there or recommend ayone to stay there.

We stayed here for the memorial weekend. They actually came into our room and only did one of our beds (we had a double) HOW ODD. I've never had that in another hotel. When you go into a guest room to clean I would assume they would do both our beds. There was some cleanliness issues. Dust, marks on the wall, and just an odd smell. The owner seemed very nice and I wish him nothing but the best but I think he still needs to address some issues.

The Hotel was very close to our destination, however the state of the hotel needed improvements and general maintenance. Staff was very friendly and the rate was great for our budget.

When we booked our trip Expedia rating was 3.5. When we checked in I knew it wasn't good. No coffee maker no place to hang clothes. Will never go there again. Also reserved a king size bed and was told it wasn't available. Asked if there was a queen available was told no. So received a room with 2 singles. Expedia should not use them. I will think twice booking through Expedia in future!

People just took over place very nice fixing place up. inconvenient ice machine set up (have to go to front to get key). Noisy because of fixing up room above us.Will check back in a few months .

it was alright. their were alot of sketchy characters hanging around but no one robbed us or killed us. we always took our valuable belongings with us when we were out for the day. i mean you get what you pay for. the service was nice but the room smelled like incense and the lobby smells strongly of curry! good for if you need a cheap place to crash.

I don't know where they took the photos that were posted for this hotel, but they were not representative of the place. EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY AND RUNDOWN. Our room had a broken lock on the main door, a broken bathroom door, a huge hole in one of the walls of the bathroom, the furniture was falling apart, etc. We had to go ask for towels and toilet paper, because they never cleaned while there.

People obviously live in this hotel as there was furniture on the balconies and I was awakened very late twice to people arguing outside. As I had already paid I felt obligated to stay but no better rooms were offered to me upon my complaint. it seemed like welfare central lived in this hotel and not regular guests. I would never recommend this place to anyone. broken cars in the parking lot and un-mowed lawns, no pool, nothing to offer anyone but cheap rates. I recommend spending more before staying here.

The toilette seat fell off while we were there. A piece of trim came loose when bumped. We had to request to have the room cleaned. Overall it was clean, but I wouldn't stay there again. Pay a little more for some place a little nicer.

We just needed a place to stay to continue our trip and not drive at night. When we got there it was freezing cold and the lady at the front wouldn't open the door to let us in and check in. She wanted to do it all over the glass. We finally get our room. Looked and smelled dirty! There was no safety lock on our door like it always has in other hotel rooms. And then there a big hole on the wall right by the bed being covered up by a piece of wood. The bathroom had rust. It was the most disgusting hotel i have ever been to! I sleep with one eye open and all my clothes on. didnt even shower because it was so disgusting. They need a major renovation. DONT STAY THERE!!!!!!

Well for being an old Hotel and with the rate I paid it was an amazing experience as it was so clean, confortable, it will be my favorite spot to stay for my frequently trips to Orlando. Plus is near all the Parks and activities

There was a musty/mildewy smell in the room. If you take your shoes off the carpet felt damp. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and I went to ask for a shower curtain and they made it seem as if they need to see if I could get one. The owner brought the shower curtain and stated that it does not smell in the room and proceeded to saturate the room including the curtains with a spray air freshener. I had to open the door because of the overwhelming smell. At 9pm I was looking for an ice machine and stopped at the office, he proceeded to give me a key for an ice machine on the second floor. Of course I was on the first floor and would have had to take the key back. I was very dissatisfied a about the smell and figured that it could possibly have been coming because in the shower where there used to be a handle there was nothing but holes in the shower wall.

The hotel was alright, but not anything to brag about. the hotel manager/owner didn't speak very good English and was not very friendly and difficult to understand.

Book this hotel if you are only going to sleep there and not spend any time there. First morning, I went to the lobby for breakfast and it was all locked up. Furniture was worst than garage sale stuff. Ice machine was on second floor, but you had to go to the lobby to get a key for the padlock. Very limited TV stations. Lucky, I brought along a DVD player & my own movies. Internet was easy to log on. Mini refrigerator large with good freezer. Microwave so small couldn't fit my travel mug in it. No coffee maker in room.

There are people who live in some of the rooms full time and the smell is over whelming. The room was clean, but it did not feel safe. My husband did not even want to leave our belongings in the room when we weren't there. I would not stay at this hotel again. I would tell all others to avoid staying here if at all possible.

Pulling in the parking lot their was a family outside fixing their car. Getting out of the car a big woman with lots of drama hollering. Talking about knocking someone out. I was to tired to switch hotels so I said lets just go to sleep. NOT walking in a nonsmoking room of which I smoke but not around my daughter. Smelled like crack was just smoked in room. My husband is trained in drugs (Ie where he works) so we do know the smell of crack. Hair every where. But the price I paid I guess what did I expect?? Silly me for thinking 40 to sleep for 5 hours was to much!! O and wait 2 towels for a 4 person family was bull too.

This is a run down motel not a 3 star Inn as advertised. We arrived at 4 to check in and were back in the car at4.28 having checked out. I use Expedia a lot and am very disappointed that they should feature this type of property on their website. Accommodation shabby, rusty fridge, strange plastic shower enclosure with a variable trickle of water. Area made me feel unsafe.

The low cost of this hotel was the reason we stayed at this hotel during a drive northward to visit family. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and included a microwave, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi ( and gladly with no need for a log-in password). The front desk personnel were genuinely friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and would recommend it to others - and particularly so on account of the great value found here.
