Reviews
Silver Lake Resort has received mixed reviews, with guests praising its great pool, friendly staff, and close proximity to Animal Kingdom and ESPN. However, there are consistent complaints about outdated rooms, lack of dining options, and high-pressure timeshare sales tactics.

Furniture could do with updating. Would be nice to have room cleaned but this comes with a charge and you have to request clean bedding and sheets and change everything yourself.

We have stayed at Silver Lake several times and it’s always fabulous! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very clean & air worked great! Staff are always kind. We did not like the push to do a time share thing but that’s the only negative we have! Pools are beautiful! The cafe inside the resort is fabulous! The food and people are great! Super job to the chef! We will definitely stay at Silver Lake next time we’re in Kissimmee!

The staff and hotel property were nice, the resort is well hidden and have a security guard before you enter the property so your car is safe. But the rooms themselves were not that clean. Hairs on the shower walls upon check in and room was not as clean as it should have been. Our sink also did not drain, it would take an hour to drain.

Silver Lakes was amazing. Beautiful pools, activity center much to do,clean rooms. Very spacious villas. Food for sale very reasonable.
- 2/5
That was annoying, but the place overall was pretty nice besides not a lot of insulation in between the walls I could hear everything from the people in the unit next to us. The amenities were nice however, the bar/grill shut down early with no explanation. Multiple people came up also and it was closed early and they didn’t tell anybody. Other than that it was not a bad place. As far as amenities go. It was pretty nice.

Very nice and clean. Had great things to do and the pools were very nice. For the price it was amazing I stayed for almost a week and didn't even spend a grand and it was only less than 10 minutes from Disney which was perfect for my trip.

Amenities were fabulous! The sleeping quarters were dirty, floor nasty, scared to sit on couch. We out towels down.

The property is outdated but about as close to Disneys AK and MK, as you can get off property. Room is older but everything pretty much as photographed. They had a lot of activities planned and you can hear the fireworks at MK that’s how close it is. Not terrible but I probably won’t be back.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this resort. It is clean, spacious, the staff are great, the amenities are wonderful, and the environment is overall fantastic!
- 2/5
While check in was easy and the room was clean our ac did not work and it was extremly hot in our room. we did check in very late so we did not ask to move rooms because our toddler was sleeping and by time we realized the ac was not cooling it was too late to try and move him and our stuff. we were told a manager would contact us about the issue and of course no one has. ( at this point it’s been a week) we didn’t really check any amenities out because we stayed just the night but they looed to be fine.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks as 2 adults and 1 thirteen-year-old boy. Overall, we had a good experience and the hotel was comfortable for a longer stay. If you like hotel rooms that haven't been updated since before Y2K, this is the hotel for you.
- 4/5
The room was great and spacious. The pool was fantastic. The wifi did not work properly the whole time we were there even though I reported it to the desk every day. It would also be appreciated if they supplied coffee filters instead of being told to buy them at the very expensive store in the resort. I did not appreciate having to decide about a time share presentation as soon as we arrived when I was tired from a long trip.
- 3/5
I'm not sure what the acceptable level of mold/mildew is acceptable, but Bldg 200, room 225 pushed those limits. We got there at check in and the room we initially had was still being cleaned. We went back to the front desk and they switched our rooms quickly and was friendly. The rooms were good size and comfortable, just the bathrooms needed to be better.
- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodations. Perfect for my party of 3. The place was clean and had enough amenities for our 5 day stay. Check in was super easy and I was again surprised when our room was ready at noon when we arrived. They do offer a "timeshare" presentation if you are interested, so be prepared for that when you get your parking pass. We used the pool while we were there which was clean for the most part but some napkins did make its way into the pool, probably by the wind. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here in the future.

We had all we needed for our week long stay.
- 5/5
Liked how big and comfortable the room was. Like the food and drinks onsite. It was more after the fact. We forgot our Roku and now it’s apparently apart of the room. We called to get it back on several occasions and the staff sucked at retrieving and at responding. Add in when we ran the washer you could see the water leaking in the ceiling and maintenance first acted like it was our fault (it’s the pipes!) and then they just moved someone in right after us and never took care of it. So, while the stay was great the maintenance sucked in every way possible. And, as a CPA it’s hard to think you’d let maintenance not take care of a leak in the pipes causing mold. Eventually, that ceiling is going to give. Costing you more in the long run. And add you just sold us on the Capital Vacations. Like this is just what we bought into!!

The staff couldn’t find our reservation and it took forever to check in. The amenities all close by 10 pm making them largely unusable for travelers and Disney goers. The layout was confusing and there weren’t enough handicapped parking spots. The room was hot and barely cooled down in time to sleep. I expected a real fridge and got a mini fridge

Room was spacious and clean but dated. New pillows would have made a big difference for me. I think it was a great value for what we paid just be aware it’s going to be functional but not pretty. Did not use the pool or go to any activities so can’t speak for those only used the room.

The location suited us, the room was a good size, loved that it had a fan in the room. The pool was fantastic. Spa/ hot tub was too hot though. They shower was terrible, water pressure you couldn't even was you hair in. Could do with new shower heads. Had to go chasing around late at night for the sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. Which took about 1.5 hrs to bring to us. Not good when you expect it to be there. International traveller and credit card didn't work. Was not given the opportunity to pay cash until I asked which was then too late.

- 4/5
Cons: staff were nice but not welcoming, have to get parking pass from timeshare sellers, gym equipment is dated and doesn't all work, awful pillows. Provided shampoo and conditioner but not body wash. Bottom line: if you're looking for a clean and safe place to crash near Disney, with more space than a hotel room, this might be perfect for you. It's not fancy but it's comfortable.
- 3/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful, all very happy people. ✅ Pool chairs and area was clean, parking lot being renovated was clean✅ I did not eat here so I can’t comment on the food. Shower did not drain, gross ❌ Shower tap extremely hard to to turn off had to use all my weight to get it to turn off ❌ Shower was not clean at all, shaving hairs all over the wall 🤮❌ Massive traffic after 4pm to get back to resort, what should have taken 7 mins turned into 35 mins. ❌ The rooms have paper thin walls, 4 nights I did not sleep well at all. The room that was joined with ours, I could hear their entire conversation clearly and the light from that room illuminated into our room. ❌ Hallway noise echoed into our room very loud ❌ The comforters are very thin and we were very cold all night even with the A/C turned to 76F. ❌ The blinds were broken ❌ The deck doors need oil or something they did not slide at all ❌ I would not stay here again, they have a lot to do to this resort to get it satisfactory, I’m not sure how they will reduce noise, but sleep is important to have a relaxing vacation and this is not the resort for that.

Location, location, location. I spent the day at Epcot and had no clue. There were a few backwards to get me to this resort. I’m very glad I found this place. Because I arrived after hours, the directions took me to an entrance that was not open. Fortunately, Apple Maps was able to direct me to the front office.
- 5/5
I had a great stay at Silver Lake Resort. It’s a clean, comfortable, and affordable option that offers excellent value for the area. The location is especially convenient, just minutes from Walt Disney World, making it easy to get to the parks without the high resort prices. The property is easy to access, well maintained, and ideal for families or anyone looking for a budget friendly stay near Disney. I would definitely consider staying here again.
- 5/5
- Staff courteous, professional, and helpful. - Location - close to everything (Disney, food options, retail, etc) - Better option in comparison to "normal" hotel room. - Large pool area, with TV's, a bar, movie theater - Daily activities. - Onsite food options (for me this was at the bar) was very well priced and to my surprise was pretty good. - Parking - easy and free. - Room - Clean, clean, clean, with plenty of space (one bedroom suite with full kitchen, and balcony. Cons: - I know this is nitpicky but I would like to see a better showerhead. - Timeshare pitch - I didn't do the presentation but it was expected (it's Orlando) Overall - I would have no quarrels about staying here again and again. Excellent Place.
- 4/5
Pool was warm.
- 0.5/5
Proximity to Disney parks Lack of security Freezer couldn’t make ice Bottom element in oven is one bake away from breaking in half Half a roll of toilet paper was given in one bathroom (we had 7 people) The sound of the a/c unit keeps you up at night Very outdated from the properties they try to sell for timeshares
- 3/5
Pools were nice! Close to Disney, shops and resturants. No ice machines in buildings. Outdated rooms. Bed was hard. Busy streets to enter and exit!
- 5/5
We had the two bedroom suite, it was amazing. The main room had a fully functioning kitchen, plenty of seating, and a washer and dryer. Having separate bathrooms came in handy for the four of us, also having separate sleeping quarters. The pools, theater, and other amenities were awesome as well!
- 5/5
Everything was nice and welcoming! Loved the space and extra blankets and fans!
- 5/5
The pool area is fantastic!
- 2/5
The building and the room smelt like mold. The internet was horrible I couldn't get a connection to my phone or the TV. resort was conveniently close to Disney which was a plus, but other than that I probably won't return.
- 5/5
Very nice property. Clean rooms were nice and enjoyed our stay safe place for the family and we will return.
- 4/5
Overall I was satisfied here, we had a great stay. Like other reviews they get you as soon as you check in. It’s a timeshare so they are just doing their job. I passed on the free gifts and they were fine no pressure. Pool area is great, gym is great, rec center is awesome. Didn’t get to go to the movie theater but I bet it was great. The room we had a 2 bedroom villa and the space was great. Everything you need is in there. The cleanliness was not bad for a room that’s been heavily used. You can see the wear and tear but if you’re not that picky it was fine. We had a great stay there.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and courteous, the furnishings were severely chipped, the dresser drawer was broken, the main living room tv never connected to the wifi and the ac did not work properly. However the water was hot and the accommodations were spacious. If all you need is a room for a night this is a good and inexpensive option.
- 2/5
Room didn't have hot water. Even after staff came to "fix" it. When i book a room for vacation, I don't want sales pitches, I don't want stress and pressure. I want to relax with my family. They imposed on that.
- 3/5
Rooms were okay with what you need. The room itself needs to be updated and cleaned. The sheet on the main bed had a huge square cut? We had to request more sheets to change it out.

The amenities were excellent there are many things to do on the property. It would however be nice if it included some sort of breakfast

How the rooms are connected like your room number door would lead into G or H which is another door you have to open in order to get to your room and the space is cramped together that your luggage can’t go in, in one go.
- 4/5
Spacious rooms and very helpful staff!
- 5/5
It was a great place to stay. Close by a lot of the things we wanted to do. Getting tickets for shows was not the best experience due to staff.
- 3/5
The hot tub was a little dirty
- 5/5
Resort was great. Amenities great. Store on site was pretty pricey. Room was very spacious, bigger than anticipated, a little dated and a couple bugs. Other than that everything went great. We did have to use Lyft a lot and would have preferred a shuttle included with the resort:
- 4/5
We have stayed many times at silver lake resort. It has good amenities. Definitely a great location if you are going to Disney parks. This was the first time we ever had to deal with the hot tub being full of kids jumping in but overall this a great place to stay.
- 3/5
It was nice BUT the fan in the master Bathroom was so loud you couldn’t turn it on and the toilet wasn’t secure to the floor, it rocks when you sit down.

This resort offers a lot of options of activities. Great for kids!

- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 3/5
The room was comfortable but overall everything is outdated and they push time share sales on you as wel
- 3/5
My issue was really with the main pool at night. There was trash floating in two of the pools that gave it an unkept feeling but the worst was all of the pot smoking going on in the hot tub area . It was blatant. . I’m. Not interested in having my kids be around it and we decided not to use the pool on the second night because if it . This place used to have very visible staff outside at night and the shared spaces.
- 5/5
Great for kids in a separate room. Great value
- 5/5
Room was very nice this visit. Reception attitude is did. Told us they would give us a ride, we had a child with us but never provided.
- 4/5
Very pretty and clean property. Good food and drink at the pool Hard to find our way around
- 5/5
This property has everything! The location is only a 10-15 minutes from Disney parks. The pool is HUGE, the kiddie pool is great and the movie theater is fantastic! SO much for kids to do while parents can enjoy the pool and tiki bar/grill. The food is great and the vibes are chill. The Marketplace is perfect for essentials you may have forgotten from band-aids to hairspray to breakfst cereal to milk. You literally never have to leave. Rooms are clean, spacious, quiet with comfy beds.
- 4/5
We went with two booked trips and both got messed up make sure you get what is on your booking
- 3/5
Dated facility, bathrooms were clean but stained, the master bedroom bed was comfortable the two twin room beds were both lumpy mattresses and unstable they had a lot of movement when turning over. Proximity to Disney was nice, kitchen was clean
- 2/5
Our room/building weren’t clean. The floor in our room turned our feet black and it was sticky. The floors were cleaned after I called the front desk. The fans had a significant amount of dust on the. Our room overall did not seem clean from the floor, tubs, and even the sheets. We would not stay here again. The staff were absolutely amazing and kind.
- 5/5

The resort was amazing and staff too! My only complaint is that the bar closed at 8pm 2 nights during the week and the hours were posted 11 am to 11 pm
- 2/5
When I arrived I was stuck at a gate because I had no access to compound befure check in and no one came to help us I had to abandon car walk on foot beg maintenance personnel to drive me to Lobby. Finally at lobby instead of helping me I was put with a sales person to sell me marketing . No one cared I abandoned my partner outside the gate. No one wanted to drive me back again very rude and unhelpful staff. This turned into a nightmare. The check in was traumatic and the worst I ever experienced.
- 3/5
The condo I got reminded me of section 8 housing. The condo was dirty and the area around the building trash filled. No shower curtain in bathroom. There is a much nicer part of this property.
- 4/5
Had a couple issues with our room. Smoke detector was going off, when we got to our room. I was fixed an hour or so later, at 4:30 am. Then found out house keeping came into to our room and left all the kitchen doors and drawers we wide open. Very, Very weird!
- 4/5
Was given a room that was occupied. There was a scream as I opened the door. The towel policy was burdensome. Had trouble figuring out the handheld remote for room temp. Rooms were clean and spacious. Price was very reasonable. Got the standard pitch to attend the 90 minute time share presentation but my schedule didn’t permit it. Excellent hotel for families.

The staff The staff was the only reason, (well that and the fact I could not get a refund) I didn't freak out when I arrived. All I smelled was marijuana and loud, obnoxious people...the building, elevator, and room looked horrible like all that was done was a quick paint job! Cheap work

Stayed in the 900s room smelt like mold stayed for 4 nights bedsheets, pillows, and blankets, All smellt like mold. I also didn’t like how they tired to make me buy a timeshare even after saying no to multiple people. I didn’t stay at this resort to buy a timeshare I stayed to relax. I think you should let people know that it is not a complementary breakfast like I was told 90 minute presentation of the resort and free breakfast. ALL WRONG.
- 3.5/5
Location , pools , amenities , nice rooms , helpful staff Needs hot tub at serenity pool area , no propane grills , no mini putt .
- 4/5
Family friendly
- 4/5
Avoid at all costs the time share presentations.
- 2/5
I was not looking for activities for all ages, however they did have daily activities for children.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
It was a clean place to sleep.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly, unfortunately room wasn’t very clean, brown substance all over the blinds and doors almost like it was cleaned very dirty water, old crusty molded food at edge of the bed. A/c stopped working in the middle of the night. The bed was extremely worked out about 4” thick and goes completely flat when layed on. (For reference I’m 200lbs) very dissatisfied with the quality of this hotel, the price is cheap but almost get motel vibes vs high end hotel vibes
- 5/5
We had a great time. Stayed an extra day!
- 5/5
Excellent stay with the room very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful at check-in. Excellent swimming pool and hot tub along with other facilities. We will definitely stay here again without any hesitation and thanks for a great stay.
- 4/5
The location is great. The facility seems good but I just spent a short time there going to the parks so really didn't do much at the resort. The room was dated but it was clean and I felt safe.
- 3/5
The room was decent, not much different than a typical condo.
- 5/5
Loved the spacious ,clean 1 bedroom villa. There was no noise around. We had all the amenities needed, washer/dryer,stove,fridge. Large bathroom. Would definitely recommend! Only disappointment was that room was not ready and had to wait over an hour and a half.
- 5/5
The place was great. We loved it. Clean, spacious and quiet.
- 5/5
Honestly a really good resort, lots of activities to do, pretty close to disney for a reasonable price for how long we stayed, really nice pool and hot tub. The room was relatively clean. Pretty happy with the stay.
- 4/5
Clean room and close to everything
- 3/5
Room was dated and unfortunately I got a call 20 mins prior to my arrival that my reservation was cancelled due to overbooking, not exactly the call I want after a 12 hour travel day, oddly enough I arrived and there was no issues with getting my reservation, don’t understand what the call was for other then to raise my blood pressure
- 5/5
Room was great yes clean. Love that everything you need is available. Pool area is amazing
- 5/5
Everything was really nice. The AC unit was a little loud for sleeping but thankfully it was cool enough at night we could sleep with the patio door open and fan on.
- 5/5
Great pocation, amazing staff! Highly recommend! So close to all of Disney resorts!
- 3/5
The unit itself was clean and felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, which may be great for longer stays. However, for a short one- or two-night trip, it wasn’t the hotel experience I was expecting when booking through Hotels.com. The pool area was nice, which was a plus. There’s also a restaurant on site, but it closes at 8 p.m. and appears to be independently operated, not managed by the resort. I did have an okay sandwich there one night — nothing amazing, but decent. A few inconveniences stood out. The TV in my room did not work. All of the vending machines I checked were out of water, and I never did find an ice machine (there may have been one somewhere, but it wasn’t obvious). The bedroom windows had poorly fitting blinds that let in a lot of light from the very bright parking lot lights, which made it hard to keep the room dark at night. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay — just not what I was looking for. If you’re planning an extended visit, bringing groceries, and cooking your own meals, this place might suit you well. But if you’re staying a night or two and want more of a traditional hotel
- 3/5
Now, the things you need to know: 1) when you first check in, you'll be told to go to another desk to get your Parking Pass. These young men (one was named Alan) are trying to get your credit card to reserve a 'free' breakfast or lunch. I've been thru enough time share pitches to know what was going on, and we asked him 3 times to just give us our parking pass so we can be on our way. Finally, seeing we were not interested, he was really nasty. Avoid this man if you can. 2) no one answers the phone here! At one point, my wife and i took turns dialing the number to see how long the front desk would leave us on hold. After a half hour of calling and calling back, we gave up. This happened right after checking in and again a few hours later. Avoid calling the front desk, you always have to go in person.
- 4/5
Location to animal kingdom can’t be beat!
- 5/5
The room was clean staff was great overall the experience was awesome will definitely be back
- 4/5
Clean room, attentive staff
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Room and everything was spacious and clean!
- 4/5
The staff was great. The amenities were good. The room was suitable. In wasn’t luxury but it served our purposes.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay , wish we could spend more , next time will come back for sure !
- 5/5
Delicious breakfast
- 1/5
I checked out early.
- 3/5
The meh - my room was pretty shabby. Furniture was not in great shape, mattress was not great, every noise from the road was heard. I did not alert staff because another room wasn’t going to have thicker walls or nicer furniture.
- 5/5
Room and staff were amazing
- 4/5
The actvities there were awesome but the only problem was that the room was a little underwhelming. Besides that it was a great spot and will likely return in the future
- 2/5
There were someone's clothes in the room! The furniture was old and there was not a single chair in the room. They gave me a new room, which smelled terrible!!! This room also had old furniture, not a single chair!!
- 4/5
Rooms were very nice and clean staff was great and helpful overall we enjoyed the stay and we are already planning to go back
- 4/5
Amenities were fantastic. Great little food and drink bar. Daily events to participate in. Only thing that kept it from a 5 was the room was a bit dated and loud, could hear neighbors upstairs and nextdoor.
- 5/5
and staff was courteous. Food at the bar was cheaper and seasoned better than the cafe inside.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Resort is awesome, staff friendly and ready to assist. The only issue we had was wifi not strong but on vacation so didn’t mind too much as we had data on our phone.
- 4/5
The pools were the best! Relaxing , affordable food and drinks.
- 4/5
Nice property. Had no issues
- 3/5
I will say this place we very difficult to find. Googlemaps took us to the back entrance and we had to scan a QR code at the locked gate to find the front entrance. Apparently during the day time, there is a guard who can let you in, but sadly, we arrived long after dark. Lastly, be forewarned, you will get a pitch for a time share when you check in. I didn't realize when I booked the place but it makes sense considering how little I paid for our unit. They weren't overly aggressive, but I found it odd that the guest services rep who was supposed to give me a parking pass was questioning if I came with my husband. Apparently they won't pitch you too hard if your husband isn't around to make the financial decisions ...
- 2/5
Rooms are not as pictured, they are not up to date. Staff is friendly.
- 3/5
Every employee at the desk had on a name tag that says “ Hospitality specialist “ there wasn’t anything hospitable about the experience from any of them. The room wasn’t even ready 30 min before check in. The 400 building sounds like it has the Daytona 500 behind it. The dishwasher was running empty to appear as tho something was being cleaned. The front bedroom has hallway & parking lot lights so bright the room is lite up and can’t sleep. No trash cans in the vanity area of the bathroom. Only thing great about this was the location.
- 5/5
It was a good resort
- 4/5
pool facilities were excellent
- 2/5
Room was dated and not clean. This was a bad apt and not a hotel. And there was a push to watch a time share presentation
- 5/5
Check in was smooth, staff was courteous. Our 2 bedroom villa was spacious.
- 2/5
Old needs to be refurbished. Living room couch had all kinds of stains on it. Would never stay here again.
- 3/5
Room had a musty smell to it and TV was not user friendly! Good location for the parks though!
- 1/5
The room was decent for the price , location was ideal and property/pool was well maintained. Our issue was that we checked in late on arrival day after spending the day at Disney world, our bedding was soiled. Fitted bottom sheet had a large stain, and the comforter was stained with blood spots. We were very disgusted . The next morning the housekeeping manger came up and changed bedding and offered assistance. But the damage was already done , besides that we would have enjoyed our short stay. It would have been nice if they offered us a discount or some compensation for arriving to a dirty bed as this shows minimal efforts by the house keeping department .
- 2/5
Unfortunately the resort is not what the pictures show. We booked a last minute getaway and although it’s close to all things Disney the resort itself it is outdated. The resort only has one food place and a very small pool side bar. When we got to our room there was a burn mark in our sheets in the bed. I do not recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Everyone was stupendous! Comfy beds and clean!
- 4/5
The Villa was very clean and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Rooms were great. I will definitely choose this place again.
- 4/5
There was a jacket in my room. Other then that room was clean. Workers were kind. There was a squirrel they named Susy that was trying to be a little friendly. Weather was not as warm as I would have liked to enjoy the pool.
- 4/5
Front desk staff is always the best. Really love staying here and they start us off on a great foot. Room was clean and very nice. Only concern is lack of parking close to the entrances to some of the buildings, and coming back from the parks, have to walk a little bit. Not a big issue, but I'd like to walk less after a long day. Avoid the timeshare talk, they'll hold you hostage.
- 3/5
Nice place and clean. Enjoyed my stay however wish it was easier to get pool towels. We were clear across the property and had to go to the front desk to get towels and we had a pool right by us.
- 5/5
Room was very spacious and clean. Quiet area and close to everything. Will definitely stay again!
- 3/5
The carpet was wet in the room. Also, after check in you have to go to huest services to get your parking pass where they try to sell you a timeshare.
- 5/5
How bigger the unit was that what I expected. Very clean, nice big kitchen and bathroom's. Comfortable bedrooms and living room. Will be doing again in a couple months.
- 3/5
Broken shades. Used earplug stuck to the phone, other bits of trash
- 4/5
Girlfriend caught an eye stye from the pillowcase. Made a visit to Dr and some eyedrops fixed it quick. Buildings do have some age, but best location for quick access to Animal Kingdom.
- 1/5
The room was like a low end motel. Fridge was broken, shower head had mildew, and the floors were gross. They offer you a “free breakfast” for a 15 minute presentation which took 2.5 hours of pushy sales and they charge you $40 if you leave early. Offered free week as a gift which is did not receive. The staff were ok. The amenities were subpar at best. The “restaurant” by the pool closed before 8 pm which left only the food in the gift store. No transport at all and far enough to need a ride share. All in all it was by far my worst experience at a “resort”.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Employees friendly. They should somehow put a walking trail around property it could be done. Overall a good place to stay. I would stay there again.
- 3/5
There’s a lot of things broken that needs to be repaired like the shower drips non stop , if you turn on the water in one room and shower in the other you would get cold water, bathroom cabinets squeak, and don’t close properly, For the most part it was clean and spacious but can tell that has not been updated in many years
- 5/5
Front desk was very nice, room was clean.
- 5/5
Great stay! My kid had a great time. Entry and exit was smooth everyday and we were left alone. The timeshare company took no for an answer at check in. If I had a bad thing to say, it would be that the toilet paper could use an upgrade.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly, but the room was very outdated and dingy.. not to mention my room door was ajar when i first arrived which i thought was very odd (had my partner check out the room, closed closet, and bathroom before entering)
- 5/5
Was a really nice stay and affordable
- 5/5
Clean room. No heavy foot traffic. Close to Disney parks!
- 3/5
It's a time share property, three nights no housekeeping, had to take out our own garbage and the female attendant was really pushing their presentation and not kind.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Yes the room was spotless i stayed in buikding 10 although a little worn!
- 5/5
Did not use amenities as it was too cold and we were busy. Will definitely stay again
- 5/5
I enjoy staying at this resort! Perfect spot to parks and always clean. Tons to also do at resort!
- 5/5
Staff
- 5/5
Very accommodating
- 3/5
Staff were courteous, amenities are okay except those mischievous people at the Capital Vacation Club.
- 5/5
Beautiful resort with amazing staff! Will definitely be staying here again
- 3/5
The Units not as well kept.
- 5/5
Cole at the front desk was efficient, respectful and very helpful at check-in.
- 5/5
Extraordinary room size.Beautiful too!!
- 3/5
The room was ok. Very large! The carpet in the bedroom was extremely dirty. Visible stains even with the dark color of carpet. The spa tub was dirty so we did not use. Also, there was a dead cockroach on the floor in the living room. Also was not a fan of trying to be sold on a vacation when getting my parking pass.
- 4/5
Beautiful pool, the own downside is everything closes early on Friday and Saturday even the game room. Other than that it was great
- 4/5
Staff was great Beds was uncomfortable and worn out Great place to stay still great
- 4/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff, quite secure, gatet
- 5/5
Everything was great, staff, amenities and food!
- 4/5
Rooms are well stocked with cooking utensils. Room was ckean stayed in 900 building 2 bedroom very comfortable for 6 people. Stayed in building ten also a little older model but very comfortable. Very close to fast food and disney. Great stay!
- 4/5
The room was dated but clean
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Good location.
- 3/5
It was a cute room and there was a nice balcony but the hotel is under renovation. other than that I’d was a nice stay and very quiet
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
The room was not as clean as it should have been.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended
- 2/5
Room was dirty the bath tub didn't drain. The AC leaked water all over the tile floor and slider was broken or off track
- 5/5

- 5/5
View was spectacular! Check in super easy. Great stay.
- 5/5
Way better than a regular hotel. Great pools, gym and tennis court.
- 5/5
Room was comfortable. And cleanvery close to parks
- 4/5
The only thing i did not like is that upon check on i was given the hard sell to sign up for a "presentation" i reall
- 4/5
The stay was fine but not all rooms are equal. We had 2 2 bedroom units. One was great, but the other had very worn furniture and smelled musty.
- 2/5
the pool I let them know that there was things floating on the bottom of the pool in the one off to the side and it was there for 7 days My room had no internet all week In the building I stayed in the floors in front of the elevators look like someone had spilt on the floor and did not get cleaned the 7 days I was there. Main floor and 2nd floor. The pressure to become a member was unreal. and made me want to leave the property as I did not want to run into those people again. I was thinking of being a member but after talking with people about their stay I would be think even harder
- 5/5
Clean & convenience in location
- 5/5
This resort is amazing. The activity room staff especially were great! We stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed every minute of if.
- 4/5
The resort was very nice..
- 5/5
Clean rooms, spacious and quiet. The location is superb. Leave out the back gate and you will be entering Animal Kingdom in 5 minutes
- 1/5
This place looks nothing like the pictures. Our room was extremely dirty and smelled like cigarette. The furniture was outdated and the sheets were dirty. We checked out early and booked somewhere else for the remainder of our trip
- 3/5
Jacuzzi not working for first 2 days of the 4 day stay and they fixing after our stay one day of my vacation gone in that
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay with three of our teenage children. It had a nice swimming area, spacious living quarters, and other activities.
- 5/5
This is a timeshare resort but the staff were not pushy at all. Very central to all of the things we wanted to do. All they ask is that you take out your garbage and clean up after yourself. If that's too much to ask then this place may not be for you.The room we were in was HUGE! Essentially a condo. When we come back to Florida for the parks, we will definitely look at staying here again. Wish we had more time. Probably would have bought.
- 2/5
Wanted to sell timeshare. We were not interested and they got an attitude about it
- 3/5
Run down rooms. Needs to be refurbished. The furniture is banged up and worn, walls were dirty and scuffed up, window coverings were dusty, I could go on and on. Also, I didn’t when getting the room on Expedia that it’s a timeshare property. When you check in they start pressuring you to go to a presentation. Won’t ever go here again.
- 5/5
Clean and very comfortable
- 5/5
Friendly Staff
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Good food options.
- 5/5
The room was nice and we had no problems
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, and spacious villa. It was perfect to travel with another family because we each had our separate rooms and could share common areas like kitchen, dining, and living rooms.
- 3/5
Tub didn't drain good
- 5/5
thanks for a nice get-away
- 3/5
The A/C worked great. The room has been renovated and has a full size microwave and a mini fridge. Our room was missing a shower curtain. The food options are few and over priced. The idea is that you bring your own to stock the kitchenette. You will definitely need a vehicle to get around the area.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 2/5
The room and hotel was a dumb don’t stay here
- 3/5
This is a beautiful resort, however, this is the second time i booked a "hotel room" through expedia that was actually a time share resort i don't appreciate being repeatedly asked to attend the sales pitch breakfast. I really wish expedia would say up front of the room is in a time share/ vacation resort.
- 5/5
Room clean and staff was friendly. Not enough pillows and they were too small
- 5/5
Enjoyed be back shortly
- 4/5
It's very close to the theme parks, restaurants, a Walmart, and CVS, but you will need your own car. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa. The layout was great, especially for a family of 4. (Having a washer and dryer was GREAT!) The kitchen was very clean, including the stove and microwave. The only downside was the pullout couch. That was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever come across. The one-bedroom villa is set for four people with a King bed in the bedroom, and a queen pull-out in the living room. That pull-out should not be considered a bed. We were only staying for two nights, so my littlest one remained in the bed with my husband, and my oldest slept on the couch (which wasn't very comfortable either). I did say something to management, but I'm not sure whether that was just our room (19402b) or whether it's the same throughout. Other than that, it was a charming place. If we go back, we will ask for two full/queen beds instead.
- 1/5
The room we were put in had roaches everywhere. The staff was super friendly but when we checked out they seemed disinterested to know due to their system being down. The amenities were nice but didn’t make up for the fact they have a bug problem in the unit.
- 5/5
The staff was exceptional!!! The property was was beautiful
- 5/5
Great stay, everything was so clean, the staff was exceptional and so close to everything Disney! We can’t wait to stay again.
- 2/5
Room on first floor first next to elevator felt heavily neglected. Hair, underwear, cigarette buds and ash on the balcony. Huge concern was walking to the main door leasing to the two suites being ajar. Very unsafe. Will provide photos if this review allows. Maintenance parking in handicap spots meant for the handicap! I mean the list goes on. The pool was ok. There is a timeshare SCAM to obtain your parking pass. Don’t understand why i had to speak to a rude lady not the hotel reception who didnt even bother to hear me say im here for a special park after hours event (Orlando Informer after dark unlimited food/ride access for a reasonable price i cannot post for some reason* in case a fellow Universal park goer is reading this) she proceeds to try to box me into a timeshare presentation the next morning & afternoon to get some rebate of nothing on the dollar could make me sit in there and miss the Florida sun and park tickets that i already had! Got rude when i said no multiple times I dont need it. Said very smart comments along the lines of “oh well, we give to someone else, your missing out” that muggle almost got my attitude wish I remembered her name she looked like an Olga maybe. Blonde hair. Desk right at the front. Bad taste in mouth. I hope that Grinch has a very nice life as her job is to sit there & watch other people enjoy vacation & suck the life out of them with scam run down Silver Ghetto Lakes suites. I had to redo this review numerous times taking out prices
- 1/5
Saturday morning we got up to find a ceiling leak around the light fixture in the master shower stall. Within 15 minutes water was pouring out of the ceiling in 3 spots. We immediately called the front desk at 0700 to report the leak and was told they would alert maintenance. I gave permission for entry to our room for them to work on it. We didnt hear anything back until after 2:00 in the afternoon at which time the front desk said that maintenance couldnt get it fixed. I asked about moving rooms and was asked if we just wanted to stay in there since we were checking out the next morning. I did not like trying to be convinced to stay in a room where the ceiling in the shower could fall down at any moment. I also requeated the same type of room to be moved to. When we got back to the room after being at disney we immediately called thw front desk for our new room cards. The front desk didnt act like they knew what i was talking about even though we had spoken about it several times. They sent security with our new key cards but were given no explanation of where our new room was nor offered any help to move our stuff which we had to do in the rain. Our new room was a down grade. The floor was dirty and the room was old and didnt have central air. It had mini splits for air which dont cool very good. Also the door was wide open when we got to the room which was scary. The ice maker had no ice and the 2nd bathroom shower had no cold water so i almost got burned. We want a refu
- 2/5
Very outdated room which is not a huge issue but the bedding both pillows and blankets were awful. Blanket had clumps of stuffing all off to one side and the pillows had the same issues. Could clearly hear the neighbors through a door inside the room that separates neighbors. Also, I didn’t see any elevators and we had to lift our luggage’s up to the third floor, if there’s an elevator then it’s super hidden. Idk, overall it was just ok.
- 5/5
Room was perfect, staff very helpful and nice. Good location close to main attractions.
- 4/5
Really spacious! Very nice staff
- 3/5
The guy who checked us in was super nice! All staff we encountered were polite. We only used the pool 2 days but one day it was covered in leaves due to wind and not cleaned. I did appreciate the quiet and location of the smaller pool in proximity to my room. Hate the vertical blinds!!!! They need to go! Air ducts and probably whole system needs to be cleaned….room air felt stuffy. Could have used more toilet paper for the amount of days, and regular coffee mugs would be great. It was great having a microwave and fridge and especially a coffee pot.
- 3/5
The staff seemed in a hurry. I could not understand much of what they were saying. Then they sent me to another person to get my parking permit. That doesn’t make sense. I don’t remember having to check in twice.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable and staff pleasant. There were no coffee cups in the room. The pillows were exceptionally small and access to amenities required driving to a different building (this is not convenient later in the evening). The water pipes made a loud whining noise when showering.
- 5/5
Best

Clean room and spacious
- 3/5

Amazing
- 5/5
Staff friendly, comfy beds, place was clean, nice ammenities, fantastic location. Be aware they will try to get you to the timeshare presentation. If you don't want to spend your time that way, don't do it.
- 5/5
Room was clean and well stocked . Property was well maintained .
- 5/5
The location was pretty good - the main thing was it was quiet and we were able to sleep well.
- 4/5
Nicely decorated lobby, staff were great. Spacious, comfortable, and very comfortable.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Very convenient to Disney parks and close to a number of restaurants.
- 2/5
The most positive thing about this place is the price. The pool is also good. They have activities every day to keep kids occupied. Other than that, there were a lot of issues. The internet didn't work, which meant the TV didn't work. They don't offer room cleaning. The walls are super thin & other guests were always loud, so it disrupted our sleep. Also there wasn't a blanket on the bed and we had to call to get one. But the room phone was broken so that made it harder.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Great place to stay excellent bar the the pool delicious food and drinks
- 1/5
Aggressive timeshare property. They will tell you they are not aggressive and then continue to ask you to if you want to participate no matter how many times you tell them no. The room, smell like a month old ashtray, the towels smell like vinegar, and the food at the pool bar is cheap, but the food definitely reflects that.
- 5/5
My first stay here at silver lake over satisfied will be returning next November
- 5/5
Great nice and clean
- 4/5
Nice for a family.
- 5/5
Everything was more than I expected! Two single beds for my big kids, a king size bed, a couch with pullout bed, laundry!!!, and jacuzzi! Wow! Thank you!
- 5/5
Back door was unlocked when we arrived, but staff was great and place was very nice!
- 5/5
Wish I could off stayed longer too enjoy the rom.
- 5/5
Clean room, easy access to everything on property, staff was very attentive during checkin and throughout stay.
- 5/5
Clean room and amenities.
- 4/5
The Staff is superb, they went above and beyond for us, the rooms were clean, the master bathroom shower needs a little TLC and the twin beds need a firmer mattress that doesn't spring me up every time I try to sit on it. Other than that, I love Silver Lake!
- 2/5
They are in association with a time share who are aggressively trying to sell to you if you agree to the breakfast or "free gift." They claimed to have a restaurant but it was more of a 7/11 inside of the hotel. Nowhere to sit down and enjoy a meal. Overall, disappointed. Would not stay there again.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing. The only thing I can think of to improve on is instructions for checking in. I made several loops of the property before finding check-in. After that, room, building, etc was super easy!
- 5/5
Great all around
- 3/5
"No's " you tell him

the air conditioning in the king room is an air split. it’s okay but the ceiling fan helped out a lot more. The room didn’t feel clean. Actually found a roach in our folded towels. i didn’t even feel comfortable after that to take a shower. I even found hairs in the shower that were left on the shower wall. I also didn’t really feel comfortable because our room was in front of the pool and there are no curtains only blinds and they didn’t even close all the way I had to individually turn each one I still didn’t feel comfortable felt like people were looking in. I arrive late originally on our first night and got a text from the lobby welcoming us to pick up our parking pass and welcome gifts upon arrival. It just seemed like they wanted an opportunity to give us a sales pitch to become a member and in fact, there is no free gifts.
- 4/5
It s a very convenient location to go to the parks especially animal kingdom!very spacious rooms and overall a good experience
- 5/5
I choose silver lake often. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The rooms are very nice and some of them are really good if you are staying longer or bringing family. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a kitchen and living room. It also had a nice little screened in patio. We were very close to the pool and main building. This is the best.place to stay of you are going to Disney. I absolutely love it.

We really our stay at Silver Lakes, the resort is beautiful and well maintained. The reception staff went above and beyond to assist with things like our scooter rental, questions in general. Even the time share guy was not awfully pushy as some time share sales staff can be. The food was amazing at the hotel marketplace and food making counter. You must try the Teriyaki Chicken platter it was better than any 5* hibachi place. Groceries on site were not too outrageously priced. The bed was amazing, as a person who has had 5 spine surgeries I am always weary of hotel mattresses, but I slept so very well. What the hotel was lacking was more a of formal dining space, the huge meeting room that looks like it was hosting time share staff meetings was quite empty a lot. It would be nice if it had some dining room ambience, that said we would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others
- 5/5
The suite was cleaned and had everything we needed. Close to Epcot
- 5/5
Nice resort in good area
- 3/5
I also think the room needs blackout curtains. The blinds are not sufficient to hide headlights from cars that are parking directly in front of the sliders to the room at ground level. What were you thinking? The headlights from people leaving at 6:00am woke us up beaming brightly directly through the blinds.

My 3rd staying at this property and I’ve never had any issues. My kids love it here!!!
- 5/5
I can’t say enough from staff to bartenders I had a few request and they were spot on. I would definitely stay again. Both bar and other place to eat had many choices and were good
- 5/5
The place was very nice, big room, the tub was amazing. The only issue I had was to get a parking decal you had to sit with a salesperson trying to get you to watch one of those time share presentation. If I want to sign up for that, I’d sign up for it. I shouldn’t have to argue with someone about why I don’t want to do it in order to not risk being towed.

Love this place

It was great
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean hotel, Geral good stay.
- 5/5
First room had some things left behind like personal things which makes you tend to believe room wasn’t clean. Front desk moved to new room and everything was resolved
- 1/5
Room was good at first look. Shower head was damaged and sprayed water everywhere. Tv in living room barely work. Bedroom one didnt at all. Bed was uncomfortable and sofa bed was worse. Bugs in kitchen even though we hadn't eaten anything to attract them
- 4/5
Nice area
- 5/5
It was fine after we moved. The first unit smelled horrible and the toilet ran constantly. The newer unit we were assigned to was much better but the view was not good at all.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 4/5
Very nice resort.
- 3/5
Our room was very outdated and we were not prepared to be pressured into attending a 2 hour sales pitcjy
- 1/5
It’s for old people

It was a great stay.

Silver Lake Resort is clean, quiet, and conveniently close to shopping and dining. But that's where the "resort" feel ends. The place feels nothing like a resort- it's more like a cheap apartment complex. The atmosphere is flat, with no sense of relaxation or escape. On the top of that, the room we booked was not what was advertised on the website. What we walked into looked far more basic and worn than the polished photos online. It felt misleading and disappointing, especially when you're paying for a "resort" experience. If you just need a place to sleep, it's fine. But if you're expecting a true resort stay, prepare to be let down.

We are from NJ and We love this place. The villa is always so nice and spacious. We had the 2BR/2BA. They need to upgrade the units a bit but still nice and clean. The staff is always great. We tend to go in August and it's never over crowded because the FL kids are back in school. We spend majority of times in the pool. We see they made the pool heated. Not sure If I agree with that change. But it appears to work according to the temp outside. We were offered a $200 gift card to be used Anywhere which is a plus if we go to a 90 minute presentation to a Vacation club. It's exhausting but they kept their promise with the gift card. We always have a great time.

My family and I had a great experience we will definitely be coming back.
- 1/5
The room was dirty and must, dead roach in master bedroom, faulty front door - family locked out for over an hour at midnight, no maintenance to assist, security guard had to assist with fishing the lock open whilst attending to a live altercation next door, which made my kids scared, visible mold in the kids' bathroom
- 5/5
Been to the resort more than once for a weekend stay! It feel like home.

2nd time staying here and we loved it!! Family fun!!

I am super impressed with this resort. A hidden gem. Being coming to Orlando area for years, and its perfect for families.

I always enjoy staying at the Silver Lake Resort. The maintenance team is quick to fix any issues.
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 4/5
The mattress are very uncomfortable. In the living room there is no ceiling fan over the slipping sofa. The condition of the windows are terrible, we had heavy rain and all the water was leaking in to the room. Beside this the apartment was very convenient for 7 of us and definitely we will be back.
- 5/5
Close to disney world and restaurants and shopping
- 2/5
When checking in, they send you from the main desk to the desk to “retrieve your parking pass,” which is a time for them to push their resort preview, all while the family was in the car. The typical, “what do you do?” “I bet you make a lot” and “would you want to visit here all the time” questions when I hadn’t made it past the front desk to even see the room. Nope. Not returning here and not sure why anyone would timeshare here.

We had a fantastic time at Silver Lake Resort! Although our trip was planned around visiting Disney, we found ourselves enjoying the resort even more. The property offered so many fun and engaging activities that it became a highlight of our vacation. Booking a unit with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was a total game changer—so convenient for traveling with family. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
- 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay here. They had lots of fun games/ activities for the kids.

- 5/5
It was peaceful and quiet. Didn’t get a chance to check out amenities
- 2/5
It has been 5 days and I haven’t received my security deposit
- 3/5
Very disappointed after calling several times with a specific request, not only was my request not fulfilled, but I think I ended up with the oldest, darkest room on property!
- 3/5
The room was much s.aller than the pictures. The wifi was very week and the bed was soft and springy with bloted pillows. The good side was super air conditioning and a full kitchen with quiet surrondings and frendly staff.
- 5/5
The place was clean, spacious, and quiet. It's conveniently located near Disney parks, Disney springs, restaurants, shopping etc. We liked that we were able to purchase Disney park tickets at a discounted rate. The Pool area was clean and there was more pool area for all to share and a hot tub. We didn't like that they allowed people to play music at the pool. The staff was friendly and they responded when we needed something. We would go back to this place. It's great for families or individuals. There are so many good things we could say about this place.
- 5/5

Hidden decently priced gem. Safe patrolled property with lots to do. On site restaurant and convenience store. Wanted to extend my stay and is was no problem. My toilet had an issue and they sent someone up immediately to fix it. Would and probably will stay again.

The room was huge for a 2 bedroom. Bed comfortable and kitchen had everything you would need. Washer and dryer in room was a huge bonus.

Fabulous family resort with plenty of facilities for kids, 3 pools, two options for dining and friendly, efficient staff. Perfect for a reasonably priced family stay. USD 7 to animal kingdom and free transport to other parks from there. Very easy to access Disney and the Old Town. Perfect holiday, will return! Ask for the mattress topper if using sofa bed.
- 3/5
The hotel staff were amazing . The property was well protected and easy to navigate. The only unfortunate thing was that there was a female underwear in my room checking in . Im sure it was a mistake on housekeeping part but unacceptable nonetheless
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
It was nice the only thing i did not like is they push you to try to purchase a time share
- 3/5

- 5/5
Very nice

We love the Tiki bar at the pool.

My weekend was amazing here
- 3/5
The resort is very nice, I liked the amenities and the staff were friendly. My biggest complaint is that the room was dirty, it was not cleaned properly. Although the room could use some updating, that didn’t bother me as much. The dirtiness I couldn’t stand!! I complained to the front desk and was told my complaint would be given to management. I don’t think it was because no-one came to the room or even contacted me period. My partner and I cleaned the room ourselves, the floors were not swept, food stains on all the chairs and tables and counters, freezer was not cleaned, tub was dirty, mirror was dirty and the kitchen sink was not cleaned. Just overall ridiculous!! On top of that, the bed was not comfortable and the pillows are way too small and uncomfortable as well. The sliding door to the patio was hard to open and close and the patio table had cracks in it. Upon checking out I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager was not available. So I addressed these issues again with the person who checked me out and he said that was a not acceptable and even asked if someone came to the room to clean it and I told him NO! So he said he would pass my complaints along to management and have them contact me. So I’m still waiting!!
- 5/5
pool, room and facilities were great
- 3/5
Great price. Good location. Nice staff. Basic pools. Rooms are just okay.
- 5/5
The pool was well maintained and there were a variety of activities offered. The room had some helpful supplies and the staff was friendly and responsive.
- 3/5
Close to parks, stayed in 1 bedroom with pull out couch for 2. Came back from Animal Kingdom. No sheets or blankets for pull out couch. Went to office they sais security would bring. Ended up calling hour later. Was told not sure if they have any available. They will have security check. 2 hours later after we went to bed at 130 from waiting. Security finally dropped blankets off.
- 5/5
Silver Lake was very nice. Room, pools and gym were great. Staff was great. The only negative is the pushy/rude timeshare sales person. But that was a small hindrance considering how great everything else was. I would definitely go again.
- 4/5
The hotel is a great option for visiting Disney—Uber rides to all the parks are just $10–$11. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. However, be aware that there are aggressive timeshare pitches. I recommend declining any meeting offers related to that. This was my second stay, and I still love the place for its convenience and comfort, but I strongly prefer to enjoy my visit without the sales pressure.
- 2/5
Very outdated.
- 4/5
Just didn’t like we had ants in the kitchen.
- 5/5
We absolutely adored our stay with you guys! Such hospitality! Beautiful resort! Love all the amenities and things you offer. The bed was absolutely comfy in the rooms were cozy. Thank you for helping me spend an emotional 32nd birthday that my soul really needed, there with you guys at this fabulous place and it was absolutely beyond expectations! 💙 Devin at the front desk set the tone as soon as we walked in Friday night for check-in and he was fabulous and the stay turned into be even better 😊
- 5/5
No breakfast and no near by places was the only downside. The apartment was great.
- 3/5
There were no pillows in our room, so we called front desk and was told they are out of pillows. So we had no pillows are stay
- 3/5
This is also a "Capital Vacations" property, so expect a sales pitch upon arrival.

My family enjoyed themselves the staff was nice
