Na There was a stain on the bedspread, there was no elevator to get to the top floors, some of the other guest were hanging out drinking and smoking or acting as residents, the clerk was rude and unhelpful when asked to address the issue

Location was right off of highway. Hard to understand foreign clerk.

You get what you pay for, room was clean. Beds are fine, needed just for a one night stay as we traveled Coast to Coast and didn’t wanna break the bank. There is absolutely no free breakfast beyond cold cereal, crap coffee, muffins, and a granola bar. Don't advertise free breakfast if you’re just gonna have snacks.
- 1/5
We did not enjoy our stay at this Days Inn by Wyndham hotel … our room was not very clean … the television did not work … the air conditioning was set at 68-70 but felt like 85+ … on a positive note, the guy at the desk was extremely pleasant as we checked in and the bed was a great sleeper … but overall it was noisy and the fact that both the television and the air conditioning were not working properly, I felt like I wasted my money. Do not recommend.
- 2/5
All sheets were stained, even after two times of asking for clean.
- 5/5
Thanks for all you do!
- 3/5
The room was clean. The parking was adequate. Nothing noteworthy about the staff. There was a very limited breakfast (no hot food) was included. The room was worth what we paid.
- 4/5
Our room was reasonably clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very light offering juice, coffee, tea, dry cereals, small muffins, packaged crackers and packaged granola bars.
- 3/5
It work for a stopover on a road trip. I wouldn’t bring my wife here if I had one.

- 4/5
The helpfulness of the staff was the highlight
- 3/5
Very basic. Don’t expect much. No breakfast. Two cereals, coffee, boiled water. Nobody around, no tables to seat. This place is just for tired travelers who come late and leave early to keep driving. The shower was working.
- 5/5
Clean nice hotel breakfast was not hot just snacks and parking was good
- 3/5
We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. The clerk at check-in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The gentleman at checkout was completely the opposite: very unfriendly and unhelpful. A common courtesy would have been to thank us or to tell us to have a nice day. He Sid nothing as he handed me a receipt.

Room was clean, although the website said the pool was open from May/September. Upon trying to use the poop that was filled, we were told that it didn’t open until the end of the month. We were there on May 14th.
- 3/5
The location wasn’t bad. It was right next to the highway and you could hear the semi trucks most of the night. The toilet seat was broken and I had to call the front desk and ask for them to replace it. The guy try to tell me he wasn’t sure they would be able to do that. I told him to please have it fix by the time I’m back from our dinner or I expect a discount on my room. It was fixed!

It is exactly what you pay for. My bed was comfortable, my room was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. If you are looking for a fancy vacation or a bunch of amenities, this is not the place. If you are looking for a clean comfortable stop on your journey, this place is adequate.
- 3/5
The floors of our room weren't very clean. The wet floor towels proved that as we'd run feet over them during bathroom visits. I suggest wearing socks or house shoes or slippers.
- 5/5
Great one night stay!

Disgusting, unhelpful, rude, bugs, stains,
- 1/5
The front desk staff, Tim, was very rude to all guests trying to check in. There was a line of 15 people waiting to check in because the service was so slow. Multiple different guests were looking around for amenities such as water or ice machines and he was very snippy and mad they were looking around. When the guests had left he said “you would think they would be smart enough to just ask where it was” this is no way to treat guests who are PAYING to stay at your hotel. Every phone call he answered at the desk he was rude and very condescending and as soon as he hung up he would talk badly about them. 0/10 do not recommend because of bad customer service.
- 2/5
I don’t recommend staying here. There was dirt in the corners and mold around the ceiling of the bathroom. Place hasn’t been taken care of much less had a remodel.
- 2/5
Bathroom is a loose and rusted disaster.

Ease of access to the highway It was incredibly dirty. The bathroom had hair and dirt all over the floor. The AC didn’t work unless you put it to 60. The check in staff was rude and complained the whole time about how busy it was.

Breakfast
- 3/5
Make sure the desk furniture isnt so dusty and the inside of commode ring is clean
- 4/5
There was only a half a tube of lotion and only 1 shampoo. Normally there is 2 people on average. The ac was on fan and although comfortable, when it gets hot outside it won't get really cool. Parking was a little wonky but luckily not alot of people there. We missed breakfast since it was over at 9. I think a little long would be great. Our hotel shuts breakfast down at 10:30. Just a thought. If needed too, I might stay there again.
- 4/5
The outside of the building, mainly the balcony walkways to access the rooms are rather rough. The room itself was in pretty good and clean condition. The door had a chain latch, the deadbolt didn't seem to work. The beds were comfortable. There was a small microwave and a coffee maker. I didn't see a refrigerator. The bathroom was adequate and pretty clean. It advertised a breakfast, but it was extremely minimal. There was coffee, orange juice, cereal and some muffins. The best thing is the convenience of location if you are doing anything on the NE side of Knoxville. Easy on and off Interstate 40. The zoo is just minutes away. The price was reasonable. Not a place I would book for a vacation, but a suitable stop for the night.
- 5/5
Had a nice stay. Room clean and big. Staff friendly
- 1/5
They asked for a cash deposit when I arrived because they said I live too close to this hotel (1.5 hours away). And would not let me use my card for this. Then I went to take a shower and shower head fell off & broke. Then they processed to tell me it was my fault and I will not receive my cash deposit. It took an hour of me telling them it is not my fault and also them talking to higher up to finally, with reluctance & aggravation, to give my deposit back. They weren’t customer minded and it really felt very scam like. It was a horrible experience.
- 5/5
Room was attractive and comfortable. All good..
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
The room we had was clean but breakfast don’t really have anything
- 2/5
This is literally a pit stop!
- 1/5
We had roaches in the room. Also, the front desk clerk was very rude.
- 5/5
Our front desk agent it was her 1st day. She was great. What a lovely young lady
- 2/5
Dirt and hair in bathroom. Stained towels. Breakfast options consisted of Froot Loops, Granola bars, and ore packaged muffins and that's it.
- 1/5
Pool was not opened.
- 1/5
Not clean kind of run down
- 3/5
Place was adequate for the price. It is right on the highway and faces the highway. So it is very loud at night with road noise. Room was not the cleanest when we arrived. But it is a low cost place to stay. You get what you pay for.
- 3/5
very close to highway and thus very noisy. No hot breakfast food. convenient to highway exit.
- 5/5
This Days Inn by Wyndham gave me what I was in Knoxville for the Big Ears festival. This venue is about ten minutes from downtown. I had a good breakfast of tea and cereal each morning also grabbing some peanut butter crackers for later. I slept well all three nights. It was very quiet except for your normal interstate buzz, but my sleep was excellent. Thank you…
- 2/5
Parking was fine. Couch in room was dirty.
- 2/5
First place I’ve stayed where I was worried about bedbugs. Toilet was dirty, walls were rotting out, faucet in tub was hanging half off, dirty towel on bathroom floor, an old fortune cookie on the floor, dead bug above the beds, stains on the bedsheets with black specks and hair. Welcomed by a man with a booze bottle sitting outside. Noisy highway right outside room. We booked last minute because we couldn’t drive anymore.
- 1/5
The dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Mold on the shower curtain water on the floor wiped it up and the white towel turned black. Ants in the sink and the bathroom floor well lets just say I didn’t let me service dog follow me in there. Got there around 8 pm and checked out at 5 in the morning. Disgusting don’t let the name by Wyndham fool.
- 5/5
The front desk clerk was super friendly and really welcomed us in for our stay. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Knoxville!
- 3/5
Parking felt safe and well lit but there was a large gap around the frame of the door so we could hear and see everyone that walked by.
- 2/5
Cons, noise from interstate traffic & other guest. I arrived to check in around 1145p.m. so I was exhausted. The toilet was dirty inside & out & there was hair in the tub. Which leads me to believe they may have skipped cleaning other areas. I skipped breakfast due to lack of sleep.
- 3/5
The room was cleanish. The sheets had stains on them. The washroom had no fan so smells stayed in the room. Unless you opened the door to air out the room. You can also hear traffic noises in the room.
- 4/5
Room was nicer than the outside of the property, so that was a relief. Clean room and no bed bugs. For the location and price, it was satisfactory.

- 5/5
Room was great quite
- 1/5
Each day with the exception of check in day, our room was not cleaned, beds not made, floors were not cleaned. The 26th of February only had clean towels but the bath mat was not replaced with a clean one so I called the front desk asking why our room was dirty and the guy said he didn’t know what the housekeeper does or doesn’t do in a room because he was just there that night. He would put a note for management. The rest of our stay we only had clean towels. Very disappointing especially from a Days Inn!
- 3/5
The Bad: The room had an odor of cigarette smoke upon entry. Room was much more noisy than was expected. Not Days Inn fault but a construction crew was staying there as well and started their diesel vehicles at 0530-0600 in the morning an left them idling outside my room for almost an hour before departing. Loud conversations could be heard from the room as well. Motel advertised breakfast but only consisted of high sugar content cereal. The Ugly: Local travelers (within 100 mile radius) are charged a $200 CASH deposit that was not advertised when the reservation was made. You are not allowed to put the deposit on a card, it MUST be in cash. I stay in Knoxville 2-3 nights a week for business because I don't always want to make the 70 mile drive home after 12-14hr shifts. Had the deposit requirement been disclosed at booking, I would have opted for a different facility.
- 3/5
Bed had stains on the sheets and the room was dirty in some areas. Not going to complain for what I paid, but it would have been nice to do without the stained sheets
- 3/5
.
- 1/5
The room was infested with roaches and the heat didnt work. So the moved me to another room that smelled like smoke amd the heat didn't work.
- 1/5
Amenities are out of order washer atm etc no warning about a $200 deposit if your within 100 miles breakfast was literally only cereal and coffee heat barely worked bathroom sink didn’t drain parking lot covered in ice thin walls when alarms went off you could hear everyone’s
- 3/5
They have some roaches but it really was better then some other stuff i have seen at that price. Quiet
- 2/5
So i like how it is quiet and most of the staff is friendly. However there is this lady at the desk that is incredibly rude and ran my card for a second time without my permission after i already paid for the room she tried saying it wasnt with the right card even tho eveything on my end was showing things were correct. Every time i wemt to make my payment (we stayed a couple weeks and paid a few different times) she would have some snarku comment toward one of us who went to pay. If they would get rid of her it would be a decent place.
- 5/5
Very cool
- 1/5
The room could have been much cleaner. The breakfast should have been called a grab n go on the description, as I have seen at other cheap locations. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but regardless of the cost, I do expect the bathroom to be free of other people's body hair. And a shower that doesn't clog would be nice.
- 4/5
They didn’t say you had to Have $200 in Cash not on a Credit Card. $ 50 for Incidentals. $200 Cash 3+ times the Room Rate. Crazy for anyone who lives within 100 miles. Don’t think people Vacation closer to Home.
- 1/5
sheets were dirty and both rooms i received had roaches. terrible hotel. Daus inn shpuld he ashamed and hire a exterminator. i wont be back. i moght make a report
- 3/5
Shower didn't work. Staff were friendly and room was clean for an older facility.
- 5/5
It was a quick check-in in the room is nice. This is the third time someone in our party has stayed at this hotel.
- 2/5
The room is old and there were insects in the bathroom, such as cockroaches (a very unpleasant experience for my wife and children). The acoustics are not good, as it is possible to hear all the external noises (trucks and people).
- 5/5
Thumbs up.
- 2/5
Rooms were clean but my family complained about having a rash and itching after sleeping in the beds.
- 3/5
The guy who checked me in talked WAY too much. Lots of bugs in the room.

Horrible customer service
- 5/5
Bugs in room
- 1/5
This motel is trashy. The floors are filthy. The linens are dirty. The bathrooms are so gross that we opted not to shower. I saw a bug that looked like a little cockroach. There was a guy standing outside our room in the middle of the night smoking and talking loudly on his phone. We had to yell at him to go away. The trucks all use their jake brake at that point of the highway, so it’s ridiculously noisy all night. It was impossible to sleep and I did not feel safe. Avoid this place!!!
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. Room was good, but bath & toilet area could use a good cleaning & repair. If you like cereal & coffee, you might think breakfast is sufficient. Poor nights sleep from all the noise of traffic from the highway.
- 1/5
Staff was amazing unfortunately the roaches in the bathroom and lack of heat upon entry had me running.
- 1/5
Room was aweful.. there was BUGS in the bed and Roaches in the floor and in the bed... they gave us another room and there was bugs in that bed also. Looked like they tried to spray them. Guy at desk didnt speak great english and never even offered me a refund. I will NEVER recommend this place for anyone to stay.
- 4/5
severely limited breakfast. broken chair. Very noisy (couple hundred feet from interstate. Toilet not secured properly to floor, but great price, access to I-40, clean and the most comfortable hotel bed i've ever slept on (up there with 5 star) parking just outside the door = easy load in. Easy check in too. I will stay there again, but ask for a room on the side of the building away from the highway. No elevators so ask for ground floor.
- 1/5
Staff was rude, sheets were dirty, baby cockroaches all over bathroom. Asked for new room was ignored. Paid and slept in my truck.
- 1/5
Absolutely filthy room. It hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The toilet, sink, shower and floors were so gross. My son was walking on the floor after his shower and the bottom of his feet were black from all the dirt. The sheets had stains all over. We switched rooms and the second room wasn’t much better. Super noisy from the freeway. The room is not soundproof. It was almost midnight so we had to stay there otherwise I would of gone to a different hotel.
- 3/5
I was charged twice.. And now having to fight with them.. There was a problem of German roaches in the bathroom noticed some in the bathroom.. most lightbulbs weren’t working or even in the room.. smoke detector was pulled out of the wall..
- 1/5
We were moved to a new room, but denied a refund. Do NOT stay here!
- 2/5
The room had no seal around door could see right through it. Noise from other guests late in the night. Cigarette and marijuana smoke through air conditioner/heat vent all night and day. Toilet had shim and was still wobbly. Desk chair arm broken. I didn’t sleep one good night on the three nights I was there. Felt unsafe
- 3/5
Days in had me check in online prior to arrival. Took picture of drivers license and my CC information, to make the process faster. When we arrived I still had to do everything like usual to check in. What is the point of prior check in if I have to do it all over when I arrive??
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Refrigerator didn’t get cold at all.
- 3/5
Location good. It’s just nothing to brag about.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Recommend not getting a room by the stairs; they are metal grated and make a lot of noise (as do some guests) in the middle of the night. Breakfast was spare but I was there to sleep and move on so no big deal.
- 1/5
Both had a roach in the bathroom my wife killed it .keys didntt work 2nd day the office worker didnt check us in for 2 day had to go back to the office to get keys redone . Heater didnt shut off.

Roaches. Lots of roaches.
- 1/5
Dirty. Called and checked out 2 days early and said I would get a partial refund and still have no received that. Also said the hold would come off my account and that has not happened either.
- 2/5
We had bugs, not sure just what they were. We had to come home and keep all our belongings outside till they were washed. We didn’t want to chance bringing any home! Also 3 people for 2 nights and we had 2 towels. The shampoo and conditioner was half full, so not new for us. I am still waiting on the reverse on my card for the $50 fee, one week later! I will say all the staff were good.
- 1/5
Room was filthy and had roaches. Lost my money because I wouldn’t stay in those conditions.
- 3/5
There is no recycle bin. There were small cockroaches. It is very noisy not only because near highways but also they were removing leaves at 9 am
- 3/5
Check out was 11am, got locked out of my room at 10.

I didn’t realize it was RIGHT NEXT TO THE HIGHWAY….and you could hear every single car and truck. There was a huge gap under the door. Breakfast was granola bars and Raisin Bran or fruit loops. It was clean but waaaaaay too noisy. Won’t stay again. I need my sleep.
- 3/5
The shower was great, best one ever. Breakfast time needs extending. Wall photo was beautiful. TV needed more channels but worked well. Beds too soft and found a cockroach when entered into the room. Staff friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
We ended up asking for a refund and found another hotel. The room was dirty and had bugs. Housekeeping checked the room and agreed. The desk clerk was very helpful and we got a full refund.
- 5/5
Very professional and accommodating staff.
- 2/5
Discourteous check-in staff. No one cleaned the room. Bath faucet was stuck on shower. Bath was clogged. Sink was clogged. Only tho g good was location.
- 1/5
The room was nasty when I walked in room they had roaches on the bed and a loud noise in the bathroom when you turn the light on never again
- 3/5
Amazing shower pressure 10/10
- 2/5
Parking area was safe and well lit. Unfortunately upon checking found a cockroach and another unknown bug in the bathroom. Grabbed both alive with some toilet paper and flushed them. Facility is very worn, but otherwise clean and functioning.
- 1/5
Resort has no elevators and very dirty. Our room had hair on toilet, the bathroom floor, the bathroom counter and even on a folded clean hanging up towel for us to use (not one small piece either, had a piece of women’s dark hair extension folded inside)
- 1/5
ROOM HAS ROACHES , dirty towels and floors make socks and feet disgustingly dirty in seconds. Told staff and they just smiled. I will never come back here again and no one should try it until it's disinfected. COMPLETELY!!!!! NO joke.
- 5/5
The room had bugs in it
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable
- 2/5
Safe area but noisy due to proximity to interstate
- 1/5
If I could give this hotel zero stars I would! First off, we arrive to our room, I turned on the AC and it didn’t work. I called down to room service to let them know about the situation. We waiting for roughly 20 minutes for someone to arrive to fix it but no one came. During this 20 minutes we had bugs crawling out of the AC unit itself. So, I went down to customer service requesting that we get a new room. The man that checked us in told me that there were no rooms available, but as I was walking down from the third floor because there are NO ELEVATORS, I counted how many rooms were available at 9 pm. And there were over 15. I then told him I wanted my money back and we would be leaving. Somehow a room became available. We get to the new room. There were bugs on the ceiling and walls. The breakfast was all prepackaged muffins, granola bars, and cheese crackers. NO ACTUAL FOOD! They also had one single garbage can for the whole room. If you request a queen size bed, you will be getting a Full bed for the price of a Queen. The pool was also closed. The hotel rooms are also out of code due to the outlet situation for the AC.
- 3/5
My room looked clean, although the HVAC system was off, so it was a bit muggy. It didn't take long for the system to cool the room quite nicely. As I unpacked for our 4-day stay, I noticed the low vanity counter. It was more barstool height than counter height, which was awkward putting in contacts, brushing my teeth and washing my face. The mini-fridge and microwave were very useful and worked great! The desk area had ample charging options, and there was even a portable desk/table underneath that could be moved about the room. Lighting was bright over the vanity and in the bathroom, and the water pressure was amazing. However, the curtain rod was tilted downward, and the curtain kept sliding toward the center, causing water to spray out the front and back. There also wasn't an exhaust fan, which made the room rather steamy. Several caulking and seal areas looked dingy or cracked. Insulation between the rooms was fantastic, but the door and window need better insulation. Noise from the highway and voices in the parking lot could easily be heard from inside. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, and the window curtain blocked most of the light. All in all, an okay stay at a cost-saving price.
- 1/5
Since we had driven so far, I made sure our belongings were not left out where the roaches could get to them and we stayed. The next morning, I asked for housekeeping to mop the room. The lady came in and halfway swiped at the floor with a barely damp mop and left. The floor was still filthy. When we were about to shower, I let the water run for abiut 10 minutes and it was still cold, so I called the desk again. The manager and came to the room with someone else (I assume maintenance), and by that time the water was heating up, and he rather rudely said, "it's hot, turn it off so everybody else can have hot water." When we checked out Sunday morning, I saw that I was charged 2 pet fees for each day. (I only brought one 8 lb. dog) When I asked for it to be fixed, I was asked who checked me in, and then was told, "the computer did it. It would have fixed itself." Overall, I would not stay here again. EVER.
- 1/5
Live bugs, black mold along the bathroom, stains on the sheets, dust and dirt along the shelves, live bugs ugh I couldn’t wait to get out of here never again
- 3/5
Overall not bad but we did find 5 live roaches our room. So that was very stressful.
- 4/5
Not bad for price...
- 3/5
Air conditioning wasn't even working. Luckily it was cold outside and we could manage. Imagine it was hot outside and it didn't work. There we shield bugs everywhere, dead, under the bed, in the nooks and crannies where it was never cleaned, bugs on ceiling, counters etc. So noisy that we could barely sleep all night. Breakfast is mediocre with just two cereals, cupcakes, cereal bars, coffee. That's it.
- 5/5
I wanted a problem free night's stay at a low price and that's what I got.
- 5/5
Room was decent for the price.
- 1/5
Staff was great and understanding but saw dead stinking in corner and live roach moving across floor
- 1/5
No parking was not lite. The pool was out of service.

Room had roaches and the furniture had stains. Disgusting.
- 1/5
The room was disgustingly dirty.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
The room was clean. I parked in front of my room.
- 1/5
This property is very run down and is not clean. We have stayed here a few times over the last 7 years visiting family and it’s getting progressively worse. This time, the bathroom was dirty, there were bedbugs, and it was a loud and rough crowd of guests at all hours. We will no longer be staying. Wyndham/Days Inn needs to investigate and take their name off this place.
- 2/5
The room was dusty, the bathroom floor had had black hair all over it. The bed was very comfortable.
- 1/5
Roaches roaches roaches
- 5/5
Room was so clean , beds were extremely comfortable

We had so many bugs in our room, stained sheets, and moldy shower. This property shouldn’t even be allowed to be open
- 5/5
Very reasonable price for a clean comfy stay. Very helpful reception.
- 1/5
Roaches crawling on the wall and in the bathroom. Smelled of mildew, mold in the shower
- 5/5
Clean rooms, close to main highway economically affordable
- 2/5
Not clean. Bathroom door would not close. Tub dripped. Pillows were three different shapes. Just used up a lot of Lysol spray in order to sleep at all. Thank god for our own pillow and car blanket.
- 3/5
Had a fight in parking lot across the street. Fussing and cussing. Sheets had blood on them and roaches everywhere. Will not stay here again.
- 2/5
Not up to Wyndham standards. Bugs. Chipping paint. In need of maintenance.
- 3/5
?
- 3/5
There was no cold water and the shawer handle wasn't working correctly.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, check in staff was very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking. Great quality for the price we paid.

It was a basic motel. I am unhappy that they charged me a $50.00 additional security fee which was suppose to be credited after maid service. I was there 1 night. Did not shower...no damage...left all soaps and towels there. I only slept. The be was nice. There is no reason for this fee. I expect it to be refunded. Otherwise I will be complaining.
- 3/5
The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the fridge wasn’t working they brought a new one wasn’t cold
- 2/5
Right next to interstate exit you heard tractor trailers and cars All night long people walking and talking around a parking lot all night long in a room had several holes in the wall that they patched but never finished they usually run down
- 2/5
There was a gap at the bottom of the door, where a mouse or any small varmint could have came in and bugs were just flowing in. We shoved a bathroom towel under it. Our socks were black from the floor and the toilet had waste all over the side. The highway noise was loud. The Breakfast area was dirty and smelled and had nothing more the cereal and rolls at 6am.
- 1/5
Horrible conditions
- 1/5
The front desk clerk was VERY rude! Unaccommodating, not welcoming at all! Very poor service! Would not recommend!!!
- 3/5
The experience I had was ok. The air conditioner was very loud and when you go to turn the bathroom light on it made a very loud annoying sound the whole time the light was on.
- 4/5
Wi-fi was weak and room in ok condition
- 4/5
It was okay, doable for this particular week. Wi-fi was weak.
- 1/5
The floor had blood droplets in the bathroom area and hair all over the bathroom floor, toilet, and tub. The tub had black foot marks in it. The shampoo bottle was half full, the phone didn’t work and was so dirty I had to clean it before using it. The sheets had stains on them and I wasn’t sure if they had been changed out. The iron and blowdryer is very out dated. I didn’t see any bedbugs, thankfully, but I won’t stay there again. If you stay bring your own sheet, cleaning supplies, iron and blow dryer.
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 3/5
Average hotel
- 1/5
Inexpensive hotel, but noisy. I was awakened twice in the middle of the night with loud voices outside of my door. Very dated accommodations. They also charged a $50 deposit for the room when it wasn’t stated when I booked my room. Luckily, I lived over 100 miles away or it would have been $200. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
- 4/5
The stay was just fine and our room was clean. The free breakfast was very lacking and nonexistent.
- 5/5
we check in and gave us a nice room, clean and comfortable. I recommend it to any one looking for a good place to stay.
- 4/5
I loved that they allow dogs, beds were comfortable. Fridge wasn’t cold enough and bathroom door didn’t stay shut.. there was also some feminine hygiene items in the drawers so not throughly cleaned out but it was ok aside from that
- 2/5
Very bad road noise. The room wasnt very clean. The bathroom floor was dirty (hadnt been swept or mopped) and had hair from past guests. The ac unit worked well butI can tell theres mold in the unit. I have bad allergies and have had a very sore throat since i left.Breakfast consists of cereal, a granola bar or a small muffin. Not what i was expecting.
- 2/5
Staff was unpleasant upon check in took over 20 minutes to check in. Room smelled of mold and visibly had mold in several places including the air conditioning unit. Water leaking from various different units in hallways. Staff banging on door before checkout time.
- 2/5
Basic run of the Mail Motel nothing special for the price they charge a night, old appliances, shaky outlets and dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom
- 4/5
$200 cash deposit is kind of ridiculous
- 5/5
Friendly people. Good 👍 place to stay.
- 5/5
This site should be the standard that all other Days Inns should be judged on. The rooms look just like the pictures in person. Staff is very nice. Light breakfast is served. I don't do hot food in the summer so that's fine with me, besides there's a waffle house across the street. KUDOS
- 1/5
Upon entering the room immediately seen roaches in bathroom floor & walls. Roaches around beds and bedroom walls. Immediately went to front desk reported it and requested a refund!
- 1/5
I asked for non smoking room instead I could smell the smoking inside the room we had no choice but to use the Air freshener 15min prior to get inside the room. There was also a funky odor coming upon investigating we found a wet towel hanging behind the bathroom door seems someone has taken the shower prior of we getting this room #108. At 7 in the morning there was so much noise I couldn't believe it. I lady smoking outside our room and doing the chatting with someone. We also found mildew inside the tub all over and sink would not drain water there was no sink drain cover so you could see the dirty pipe inside as water draining I highly suggest everyone avoid this hotel. And please do not be mistaken by seeing the 3 star in my opinion it should be one star.
- 1/5
Property is in a state of disrepair, room was dirty. Mold in the drawers and bathroom ceil.
- 2/5
Fair
- 3/5
Room was ok, I did however see some roaches here and there. They allow locals to rent. I’m not a fan of that. But other wise it was a good place to stay for a night
- 5/5
Quiet, Clean, Comfort and It feels safe!!
- 4/5
Good breakfast
- 4/5
It was safe and affordable.
- 4/5
It was nice
- 5/5
This is what exactly I was looking for. Bed was very comfortable very clean. Not far from the casino had a grill and bar right next-door. Had an amazing Reuben there. Definitely recommend. Especially for the price.
- 5/5
We had a very nice stay staff was great shower was good and hot and bed was comfy
- 3/5
Confortable bed
- 4/5
Convenient
- 4/5
Its a little older and could use some updates. The bathroom door was hard to operate.
- 3/5
We could have used more towels and some shampoo. Noticed a couple of spots on the bed clothes, and some floor dirt. Wish Days Inn could add some yogurt to the breakfast. There was only breakfast bars and muffins. The coffee was good.
- 3/5
Very noisy with freeway nearby. Bathroom toilet was shaky. Sink very low. And soaps really small.
- 2/5
I, unknowingly, had to pay a $200 cash deposit since i live within 100 miles. I was told to pay it our they could cancel the reservation. And the ATM was broken so i had to go across the street to a gas station.
- 2/5
Bathroom floor was dirty and ithe place is old but it was what we needed for a few days so we'll possibly stay there again. The staff at the front desk seemed friendly and check in and check out was easy. They texted to give us the wifi password so that part was super easy. The pool was small but people seemed to enjoy it. The room noise was a lot of interstate sound be sure it backs up to the interstate but it didn't bother us as much as it might some. Easy access to the interstate so that's always good. It's close to a lot of stuff on that side of Knoxville and we drove to Bristol in about an hour and a half so not a bad drive!
- 2/5
The bedding felt damp, the floors were dirty and sticky, the bed wasnt comfortable. Good enough to sleep for 1 night while road tripping but dont recommend for any longer stay. The guy checking guests in and out was friendly enough.
- 5/5
At check in they wanted to give me second floor but i dont do stairs real good and without any problem they gave me first floor. Thank you and i liked the room
- 1/5
The bathroom floor was horrible . They never sweep or mop behind the door . Lots of dirt , dead bugs and worst of all public hair . Not one or two but multiple. No bedding for the sofa bed in the room as I was told . Then no pillows for it either . I was told by the desk worker he can’t get any because he’s at the desk and gave me a sheet to use for a pillow . The sofa bed was nothing but springs . I know they are not known for comfort however why have them in a room when you can put a bed there instead if your not replacing broken mattresses .
- 3/5
Decent place but lacks good wi-fi which is utterly important for business travelers. Cannot stay here due to this unless they fix it. Bummer.
- 2/5
The room didn’t feel clean and my son’s pull out sofa was uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Close to everything. Ok for one night
- 3/5
My room had hair and dirt all over the bathroom. There were dead bugs on the stairs. Bed was comfortable. "Free breakfast" consisted of 1 variety of a granola bar and some peanut butter crackers. Most Days Inn and their affiliates provide a hot breakfast. This was horrible and extremely disappointing. Not even a banana or juice.
- 2/5
The room was dirty and not fully clean. We found a note with a list of the areas that were dirty. We checked, and some of them were still not clean. The sheets had yellow stains and a sticky on them. We also heard there were bed bugs.
- 1/5
Stains on bed sheets. Dirty remote.
- 2/5
Booked online. Got an email to register and skip front desk (just have to pick up key). Went in and front desk employee asked for the same information I took the time to fill out online to avoid doing it in person! Why send email to bypass at fro t desk if you just have to do it anyway? Rooms was extremely noisy. Someone walked by our room talking and it sounded like he was in our room. Wasn’t the most pleasant smell in the room
- 5/5
Good and clean rooms
- 4/5
Perfect for a quick night. It's not luxurious, but you're not paying for luxury.
- 4/5
Very good value!
- 5/5
Great value for an overnight on a road trip. Very clean despite being an older property. Bed was very comfortable and all linens of good quality and clean.
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful! I needed to stay an additional night than planned, and the staff helped me ensure I stayed in the same room so that I would not have to move everything to another room. The area was very quiet and safe!
- 4/5
I had a great stay at this hotel. It was very safe and quiet. The staff were very helpful!
- 1/5
This place was absolutely atrocious! My employees had trash in the rooms from the moment they got there. When I called the front desk to complain, they asked if the guys had notified them when it happened. I told them no, they did not because they had worked an 18 hour day and they were exhausted and all they wanted to do was go to sleep. The front desk lady hung up on me. The customer service was almost as atrocious as the rooms. I have pictures. I would not recommend someone stay at this hotel room for even one dollar.
- 2/5
If you just want to spend a night somehow, then only book this place. Not recommended for a family.
- 5/5
Property was okay, nothing special but not bad at all.
- 5/5
Only downside, credit card charged $50.00 for " incidentals". Havent had this in years. Yes credit in mornimg, but up to 10 days ?
- 1/5
At check-in I had unexpected fees totalling almost the original cost of the room. My room was dirty. The pull-out mattress had a blood stain and the fitted sheet was covered in crumbs and hairs. When I called the front desk, they had someone come spray the mattress (which did nothing to remove the stain) and put on a new fitted sheet. They did not provide additional bedding beyond the fitted sheet even though we booked the room for 4. Luckily we brought extra blankets and pillows. We also had to go to the desk for more towels since they only provided 2. Breakfast consisted of raisin bran and an almost empty container of fruit loops with an empty milk jug in the fridge, along with prepacked chocolate chip muffins. The area was noisy, with traffic and cicadas going all night long. The hotel pillows were lumpy, the sheets were scratchy, the bathroom was dirty. I can't think of anything that went right for this stay. I will never book with this hotel line again. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
- 1/5
Homeless encounter at front lobby. Complaining of discrimination but employee handled it well. Key wouldn't work and had to return to counter again to resolve and homeless still in lobby. Air conditioner had mold of vents. Bathroom toilet seat not cleaned thoroughly and bolts loose on floor. Shower curtain so stained wouldn't dare shower. Behind the bathroom door looked like it was never cleaned. Back of door was dirty and tub was horrible. Light fixture was hanging from wires from the cabinet. No updated electrical to accommodate USB phone chargers. Coffee was stale and creamer was unusable. Breakfast only consisted of two cereals, wrapped muffins, granola bars, and coffee. On a side note the beds were comfortable, but the top bedding was stained. Will never stay at another Days Inn after this experience.
- 3/5
This hotel was ok. The bed was comfortable and what I needed for a good nights sleep. The room had a little to be desired. The adjoining door was broken, some of the towels were dirty, there were no plugs in the drains, and the bathroom could use a better cleaning.
- 5/5
Muy buen lugar por el precio
- 5/5
Perfect
- 1/5
This facility has breakfast just in name. They even do not have any bread. On our day, juice was not available as well. The only serve one cookie and one cake.
- 5/5
Nice overall
- 5/5
Wonderful staff.
- 5/5
I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I come to town
- 3/5
I did like the newer laminate flooring, and everything worked as it should…
- 3/5
When first arriving it did not seem bad at first after checking out and grabbing my key card went inside the room notice couple things wrong . Bed was dirty ended up sharing one bed because of if . There was tape on the shower rod the flooring and was nasty . You could see bugs coming in from the door . Almost got charged by a dog when going out side to my car . I don’t know if this true or not but it look like a hotel for people who don’t have homes . The place is extremely outdated . Customer service was great but everything else was terrible thinking about doing a charge back because it was not worth the money or time . Bed was extremely hard as a rock . This place is for SINGLE PEOPLE and NOT FAMILYS
- 3/5
Room was great, but parking for handicapped was not that close. I waited for a half hour at 3:00 for a receptionist to arrive. They had me scheduled to check out after 1 night; I paid for 2. My key was cancelled after the first night.
- 2/5
Said they were a three star hotel had hot breakfast LIED!!!
- 3/5
I don't require much. Clean and comfortable. The room was clean with Laminate flooring instead of gross carpet. The AC system worked great and was quiet. Now the bad. The threshold was so beaten down there was a 1" gap under the door for the noise of the nearby freeway to get in. I put the chair cushion in front of it. The water from the shower leaks out all over the floor with only a thin mat to soak it up. The "breakfast" was two kinds of cereal and some granola bars. But worst was the front desk clerk. When I checked in I said a cheery "good evening" He replied "Its evening"
- 2/5
Hair in the room like on the beds and in the shower.
- 5/5
Not very clean but decent for a night. And it right next to the highway so you do here cars and trucks passing but it didnt bother us much.
- 2/5
Nothing much to say about this particular hotel. Their continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal, coffee and yogurt. Staff was not friendly nor hosptitable.
- 1/5
Broke down and gross
- 2/5
Housekeeping was lacking - hair on the floor and in the shower. Breakfast was choice of two cold cereals, and there were weevils. Beds were reasonably comfortable, and the rooms were cheap.
- 1/5
We refused to stay. This place place was in a terrible area, the room window were broken. I will never stay here. Ever
- 5/5
It was a good and convenient space!
- 2/5
Very noisy due to others fighting outside our door most of the late hours into morning and got even scarier with all power going out at 3:30 am for couple of hours. Felt like we were in scary movie and gun shots would come next. Thankfully that didn’t happen
- 4/5
The room seemed clean, except in the bathroom there were black pubic hairs all over the floor. The value of the room was good!
- 5/5
Very professional
- 5/5
It was great for a quick stay, for graduation day. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable
- 4/5
It was close to main road and we could hear traffic noise. Overall it was very pleasant experience staying at this property.
- 2/5
My stay was not good.. I my room met and the roof had whole above toilet .. Lamp shade at door looked like it had been squeezed .. My room had a odor.. tried to get a refund and she said I couldn’t because I’d been in my room 30 minutes already.,
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not very good. There was nothing hot available.
- 3/5
N/a
- 2/5
The room was filthy, it was noisy right next to the freeway. The floor was covered in filled I had to mop the floor. Bathroom was covered in hair they were used wet towel hanging on the back of the door we had to check our beds. I left a very lengthy note in the room after the condition of the room there was thick dust covering everything in the room it clearly had not been cleaned
- 1/5
Customer service is bad at reception. Cockroch in the sink at night and they charge you security deposit and never returns that amount. If you call the hotel no body picks up the phone. Booked through Expedia and they told to deal with the Hotel.
- 4/5
The bathroom needs a little TLC recaulking and such. The front desk was helpful and kind. Housekeeping was friendly.
- 4/5
The room was clean and in good condition. It was a good value for the room rate.
- 2/5
Beds was hard as rocks and couldn't get extra pillows or blankets
- 2/5
We arrived around 3:00am to check in after completing the online check in process, and we still had to give a separate card on file and Ids a second time. We were then given a key to a room that was already occupied and there was a man sleeping in the bed. It was traumatizing. The front desk lady just kept repeating that there shouldn’t be a man in the room and eventually issued us a new key for an unoccupied room. The room was fine, but we could hear snoring through the walls from a different room. You can’t use the bathroom or shower if others are sleeping as the fan, toilet and shower are all extremely loud. Overall we were just staying for 5 hours to sleep and would not do it again.
- 3/5
It was average no pool
- 3/5
Inexpensive
- 4/5
It was clean and comfortable enough. Would have liked more towels and an extra blanket. It appeared worn down and out dated. Overall adequate for the price
- 3/5
There was a crack along the bottom side of the tub and the office chair back was broken. Other than that the stay was uneventful.
- 4/5
The breaker for my room switched off but was fixed within 30 minutes. There were people outside using drugs. As I was traveling alone, I didn’t do anything. Could smell marijuana if I step out of my room. I don’t think I would stay there again. The furniture was pet chewed at the refrigerator door cover. When asked if I cared which flirt, I did mention I was handicapped and would prefer a room on the first floor, got second floor instead overall it was a clean bed and bath for the night but not good for me on a longer stay
- 4/5
My stay was good, room was acceptable but not updated and not the best condition but clean. The winner for me was the shower…hot water and amazing pressure! The bed was very nice and comfortable.
- 3/5
Good: Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Water was hot bathroom was clean. Bad: At night hallways smelled like marijuana, felt unsafe due to males hanging out 2nd floor at 2am making noise. If you are a light sleeper the interstate noise is unbearable. The walls are paper thin you hear doors slamming and others conversations all night. Do not get room 210 you will hear every step of people going up and down the metal stairs.
- 2/5
Service was fine but not friendly. I was on the second floor and heard a motorcycle start up in the parking lot at 7am. Sounded like it was in our room. The free breakfast was all prepackaged stuff except for the fruit. Even the orange juice tasted off. Would definitely go elsewhere next time.
- 2/5
The floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet before I put my socks on. They were black on the bottom.
- 2/5
Bottom of door had space underneath it. Mice whatever could get in
- 3/5
The water was pretty hot and there was a used food covered plate in the drawer. The staff was nice.
- 3/5
Rooms face the highway and they are very noisy. Hard time sleeping due to the highway noise.
- 5/5
The manager was very polite and helpful in our check- in. Room is comfortably.
- 3/5
Although likely clean enough, bath towels need to be bleached, as they show unsightly previous use stains. Although less expensive than other hotels, recommend this place be used for only the most basic accommodations.
- 1/5
Roaches in bed. Called to speak to manager and she was “not there”. Do not stay here!
- 4/5
Loved the shower. Nuce and quiet!
- 1/5
Everything about this hotel met or was above our expectations… We highly recommend for anyone needing a stay in this area.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Beds for a comfortable. Cookies at front desk were delicious..
- 5/5
The hotel is right off Interstate 40. There are many restaurants & gas stations nearby
- 3/5
it was close to the highway and priced reasonably. had a few fast food places close by. it was hard to see at first because it was hidden behind a gas station.
- 3/5
This property really could have used an elevator. The room smelled a bit bad. Beds were really high off the ground.
- 5/5
It was nice, and easy to find our room
- 4/5
👍
- 1/5
Did not refund the deposit. I cleaned room before i left and they kept lying saying it takes awhile.
- 5/5
Nice location off of the highway.
- 1/5
Desk attendant was not friendly, bathroom was filthy
- 3/5
When we got there the smell was awful, it smelled of smoke and weed. The fridge was turned off and water went everywhere, when we went to clean it up with the towels the floor was so dirty the white towels turned black. Only thing really decent was the bed and it was close to the interstate and Waffle House was across the street.
- 1/5
Gross
- 2/5
This place had dirty bedding and roaches.
- 5/5
Our stay was nice but some of the other people staying there were less desirable
- 3/5
It was quiet
- 3/5
I stayed at this hotel two nights. The place is old. There were stains on the sheets and towels. The shower faucet did not work properly. I only saw one cockroach compared to other reviews I read about this hotel. If you decide to stay here, bring earplugs for the night. It is right next to a freeway. To sum it up, you get what you pay for.
- 5/5
Great property and clean room
- 1/5
This place is so old and GHETTO !!!! You couldn't even see out of the window. This place needs to come off of your website immediately!!! I don't want anyone booking here and immediately upon arrival had to find another hotel !!! I would love a refund. We drove all the way from NJ to Tennessee for my cousins funeral
- 5/5
Great customer service, fare pricing, very nice rooms.
- 1/5
Got there the dude at the counter and the dude couldn’t understand me. There’s a deposit that was not previously stated and it takes a week to get it back. Got into the room and the was a hole in the shower wall. The showerhead was falling off and the ceiling had obvious signs of water damage. Killed a bug right before we went to bed… unsure what it was at the time. Extremely noisy outside until well after midnight. Woke up feeling itchy and with dog hair on my pjs (I’m allergic and don’t have a dog). The free breakfast was cereal and that it. Went to get my stuff to leave and found roaches and roach eggs. Showed the manager he said he would refund the stay. Expedia called them and they lied and said we agreed to a new room. Didn’t stay the second night there went to another hotel. Oh… and no pool it was closed.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and helpful, property is a tad ruff
- 1/5
Pics can't be real. Hotel was terrible. Dirty, mold, leaking water, no service for the tv and no electricity when we first arrived. Moral of the story... You get what you pay for. Should have known better.
- 1/5
EXTREMELY NOISY- not only the highway but you could hear everyone walking around. Towels didn’t match, one had a hole, and the white color wasn’t very clean white. The picture on the tv was poor too. But the room was inexpensive so you get what you pay for. My mistake trusting the photos.
- 5/5
Clean, comfy room
- 3/5
The bed linen had several long black coarse hairs. Didn't notice it until we were already laying down
- 5/5
Great value for this room! Clean, comfy stay.
- 3/5
interstate traffic was noisy
- 5/5
Very quiet and clean, the breakfast selection could’ve been better but other than that my family has no complaints!
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and felt very safe and in good hands. The staff was friendly, very helpful in everything. My check out was fast. Their room was and smelled clean. Towels and beddings were clean and white. None rug floors which I appreciate exponentially. The commodes were clean.
- 2/5
Smelled funny and was nasty
- 5/5
Good price
- 1/5
Disgusting bathroom I already had my daughter asleep when the cockroaches started to come out. We brought it to the staffs attention they didn’t care.
- 1/5
the night we stayed, the room smelled bad. Got up in the night, killed 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The road noise was all night long. Bad start to our trip, really disappointed
- 5/5
This is my third stay at this hotel. Extremely pleased .
- 1/5
Roaches
- 5/5
🙂
- 2/5
The front desk cclerk tried to charge me even though I’ve already prepaid. She then tried to charge me $200 deposit even though I was from Nashville 189 miles away and it should’ve only been $50. When I got to my room the door was open & I had to check and make sure there wasn’t somebody in the room!
- 1/5
My husband said he killed 3 roaches within minutes in the room, the shower drain was clogged and he wasn’t getting hot water so he couldn’t shower. There was dirty hair in his bed and he was just disgusted the entire night. Overall an awful experience for him and I am sorry I booked this for him on his cross-country roadtrip.
- 5/5
It was a easy on and off property from the eway
- 4/5
It was nice
- 4/5
When i first got into the room the left bed looked like someone had laid on it. The banket was untucked and ruffled. The heat was out. They had me move to another room. The next room was nice. Wish they had waffles for breakfest though.
- 2/5
I could not sleep. There was a tree company that was staying there. They were very loud. Then my dog would bark because of the noise.
- 4/5
The room as comfortable, friendly staff. Mu only complaint is the level of cleaning less, I ve found some hair in the bathroom but nothing that a pair of sandals woudn’t fix. Overall good balance of price and value.
- 1/5
took more than half an hour to check in. sound of cars outside will wake you up a few times. cockroaches terrible coffee and a few few kids items are called breakfast
- 2/5
For a quick stay it is acceptable. In the first room offered the sink was leaking and there was a cockroach. The second room was OK, but the sheets were not 100% clean (there was hair) and it seems that maintenance is not done. The air conditioning when turned on gave off a burning smell. If you have few options it is OK, but overall I do not recommend it! Very poor breakfast.
- 3/5
It was what we paid for. It was inexpensive and that is what we got. Really cannot complain.
- 4/5
Adequate. Clean beds. Nice front desk staff.
- 4/5
It was good. Pet friendly was a must. Could use some cosmetic touch ups. But was a good place to stay.
- 3/5
Some more time needs to be spent cleaning and maintaining the rooms. In need of some remodeling.
- 4/5
Passing thru and it was a convenient place to stop for the night.
- 3/5
It was very clean, well worth the money
- 3/5
The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The "breakfast" consists of coffee, yogurt, and prepackaged muffins. We opted to go across the street to Waffle House because we had a long drive ahead of us. This was very adequate for a quick stop en route to family for the holidays.
- 3/5
It's a convenient place to stay for a short overnight
- 3/5
It was ok, nothing exciting. Needed place to stay and they had availability. Office staff was not friendly at all. didn't tell about any offers like breakfast if any. Didn't even tell us where our room was and when asked he acted like it was a issue and pointed on which side the room was. There was only 2 towels to dry off with, I usually use 2 and my husband needs 1 so I used 1 towel to dry off with and used it to for my hair. Would request another one do to how they were when checking in.
- 5/5
There was a roach in the bathroom but generally the room was clean and nice.
- 1/5
Absolutely trash won't ever stay there again
- 1/5
The phones don't work the shower was broke and had to switch rooms 3 times over two days, the heat was broke in the first room the cockroachs were dead in the toilet and crawling all over the place.
- 1/5
The room served its purpose for $66 a night, but the problem is the charge a $200 CASH deposit (with their lobby ATM out of order) for all local residents. So if your address on your ID shows within 100 miles of the hotel, their policy is to charge over three times the room cost for the deposit.
- 1/5
Very normal cheap hotel room. My only complaint was that we found many roaches during our 1 night stay. Other than that, it would have been fine. With all the comments about bugs, I’m surprised they haven’t gotten an exterminator.
- 1/5
Cockroaches everywhere. Do not stay here!!!
- 1/5
Do not stay here. Killed a cockroach crawling up the wall.
- 2/5
No frills. Two beds. Roaches throughout the rooms crawling on beds. Kinda like camping...
- 5/5
Satisfied
- 1/5
Infested with cockroaches. Got a new room and it was also infested with cockroaches.
- 4/5
I had stayed there before. Convenient and felt safe.

Tv remote missing, towel rack broke and laying on floor, stains all over bed, hair all throughout room, loud ac, you can hear everything that passes, door does not seal good. Most disgusting thing was the ROACHES and i mean German roaches....the nastyyy ones. The moment i turned on the light during the night they were everywhere. Needless to say we were gone from here 2 hrs after arriving. Please do not waste your money staying here. Sleep in your car if you have to.

For the price, the noise was to be expected. The AC/heat units are very noisy, causing awakening several times throughout tonight. The bed had a bedbug in it and where there’s one, there are probably more. I saw it crawling on my bed, but luckily did not get any bedbug bites.

Before I book my hotel there, I looked online for a pet friendly motel so I went ahead and paid my room for two days and then went to the office and they asked me how many dogs did I have and I said too so they were gonna charge me $60 extra for each day And I told him no that’s not right it should’ve been written in the policy for the hotel and he tried to call the police on me because I refused to leave until he gave me my refund

Hotels.com gave this a 3 star rating. I give it a 1 star at best. My room faced interstate 40, which sounded like a nascar track all night. I didn’t see any bugs in the room, so bonus for that.

Fair value, clean felt safe. Coffee maker didn't work asked to replace it. They never did. Coffee at breakfast was very good though. Breakfast was good. Obvious hotel is doing everything a cheap as possible

It was a cheap place to stop and sleep… I wasn’t expecting a whole lot out of it. The bed was comfortable and the shower I had was probably the best shower I’ve had in a hotel ever. They call it breakfast, but it’s just snacks and cereal.

Pictures in ad made it look much nicer than it was. The beds weren’t comfortable, the couch looked dirty and worn, breakfast was bad just a small assortment of prepackaged pastries, and lots of highway noise. Price was inflated due to a UT game that weekend. Definitely not worth the price.

This place was in really bad condition. Stains on the pillows and towels, bugs on the floor. Dust on all the furniture. Noisy. I’d give this place a miss if you can
