Price Dirty, smelled horrible, rooms aren’t cleaned throughly, shower floor felt like it was gonna fall in.. room smelled like stale smoke.. no fresh breakfast or coffee, muffins were stale that they had to offer, coffee was watered down. Someone off drugs was screaming in his room for two days straight for hours at night. No elevator so you have to carry heavy luggage up a lot of stairs. First room I had the fridge didn’t work properly and all of my food I bought spoiled. They didn’t offer a new room until I asked and didn’t offer a discount atleast for my troubles. I will say the manager did move me to a suite room which was much better than the last room after I explained what happened to him. So the last three days of my stay were a tad bit better. Staff was nice but quality of rooms and establishment needs a lot of work.

The front desk staff members were very nice. It was not handicapped accessible. The room was not the cleanest and there was a dead bug in the bathroom. The drain in the tub was broken, as well. The tub was unstable, and the exhaust fan was also not working correctly. Very disappointing stay. Also, no ice was available. Do better! We will avoid this brand next time for sure.

Property shown was nothing like it was in person. Damaged bathroom door, mold on the ceiling of the shower, stains on the bed and over all unsafe feeling. We did not even stay an hour and after contacting Expedia with the complaint and that we were not staying the property was notified. While we were trying to gather our bags and dog to leave the woman working the desk tried to barge in with out knocking. Then proceeded to yell at us when I locked the door while we got out things and a leash on our dog. When following us out to make sure we were leaving, like we had done something wrong. I can not say how much I tell someone to avoid this property.

The room was what we were expecting for the price which was perfect! The only disappointment was when I came down for breakfast they only had 3 small muffins left and some oatmeal. There was also a line behind me. It was a very basic grab and go breakfast on one small table with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. I’m assuming more muffins would have been brought if requested, but I just wanted to note my experience for anyone who seeks out breakfast options with their hotels.

I had a kitchen The kitchen didn't come equipped with anything. Management gave me dirty cooking/eating supplies not even enough for 2 people and I had 3. The pullout couch had ripped cushions and the bedding was dirty. There was no way to separate the bed from the other living area. The room/bathroom in whole was dirty. There were drug deals being made in the parking lot. The side entrance is not locked and there were pillows in the stairwell where people had been sleeping. I felt this location is not a safe area for my family.

The hotel had a lingering smell of weed and the rooms smelt old and musky. We were in a room at the end of the hall by the exit door and people were going in and out all night until 4 am and you can hear the door slamming. The bed was hard and the pillows are very flat so I didn’t get a good sleep. There was also an outdoor spotlight by our window and it looked like the sun was peeking through all night. Its just a very outdated and uncomfy stay all together.

I don’t know how this hotel got such a high rating. High point: the staff was friendly and helpful. Worst: our nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, as did the entire nonsmoking hallway. The room itself was not very clean at all. The mirrors had been wiped with a dirty cloth. There was visible dust on the furniture. I expected the outdated finishes, tiny pillows, and thin towels, but there’s no reason for a dirty room at any price. We cancelled our second night.

It says breakfast but it’s just granola bars and coffee. The rooms aren’t updated at all. We paid for a queen bed and pull out saga but when we arrived the pull out sofa was broken so they gave me a roll away bed and still charged full price. The staff did not seem to care that that there was not an elevator and would not answer me when I asked what they would do if I was wheelchair bound. They did not seem to care about the drug use either. The man that helped me switch rooms was accommodating to the best of his ability however there was a language barrier. If you were planning on staying there more than a few days and want to use the kitchen to cook food instead of eating out you will need to bring your own pots and pans and dining ware. Or rent it from the hotel. I do understand why they rent it out because they have to make sure that it is clean properly after you leave. Their on site breakfast options are coffee, oatmeal and granola bars. But there are plenty of places to get breakfast in the area. I would consider staying here again if I need to go back to Knoxville.

Well, I get in my room and there is piss and pubic hair that isn’t mine, all over the toilet and what I can only guess is semen along with burn marks on the sheets that haven’t been washed, so there’s that. Not to mention the homeless roaming the parking lot looking for things to take so I won’t be sleeping much tonight and instead watching my vehicle. I want my $84 back. This place is worth $35 a night MAX.

The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. The faucet to turn the water on was broke off and just sitting in the side of the filthy tub. When I pulled the lever to turn on the shower head, mote water came out of the faucet than the shower head. It was bad enough I even wrote to corporate. Random, small issues aren’t a big deal, but this property is clearly neglected.

Checked in ok. Went around back to go to room, open the door to the hallway and was hit with the smell of cigarettes and some pungent food smell. Supposed to be non smoking hotel. Went in room smelled like straight up cigarettes. Bathroom had mold in shower. There was no hair dryer. The furniture was old and worn out. The pillows smelled like cigarettes. The door leading out back did not have a lock so the building wasn't secure. All night long things were moved and clanked on the floor above. Couldn't sleep because of the noises. Had the leave the fan on full blast just to stay cool. Don't stay here.

The only good thing was the clerk that checked me in. She was very nice and fast at checking me in. All the rest was bad: There was no toilet paper or holder. The sheets were stained red and brown. The sink and bathroom mirror had toothpaste residue. The toilet seat was dirty. The bathtub had a large pink mold ring around the drain, mold all over the tile, and soap scum on the tile walls. One of the side doors wouldn’t open at all (BIG fire safety hazard!) and another side door wouldn’t shut and lock. The property is dated which wouldn’t be so bad if it was at least clean and doors worked properly.

However, THE ODOR WAS HORRENDOUS. It smelled like stale smoke, which made me sick to my stomach and triggered a migraine. Even my dog refused to eat. On top of that, the mattress was so thin, springs dug into my back. Even if I managed to fall asleep despite the smell, I was woken up being stabbed by springs. I was directed to a back door and felt hidden away, as I was not even permitted to walk down the hall with my pet. Pet friendly? They shame you for having a pet.

I felt the property didn't advertise as it truly was. The exterior doors that led directly to my floor were locked until a certain time of day while the reception staff acted as though it was fine all the time-I guessed the time when they were unlocked. There wasn't an elevator that I could find. Everything that I assumed would be in the room was not, such as a coffee maker, etc.--those had to be requested. When we entered the lobby a woman was upstairs on a couch & I guess we interrupted her nap? She got up & muttered f***, loud enough for us to hear. The gentleman that actually checked us in was friendly however. As for the room … we paid almost $100 for a room that had not been cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, crumbs on the TV stand & the floor was filthy. The rooms also have an odor however I attribute that to people cooking in their kitchenettes. We checked in around 8pm & after being on the road for 13 hours we tried to suck it up to just get a few hours of sleep & get back on the road, but we left a little after 1AM & NO sleep & briefly showering (reluctantly). Sleeping in our car at a rest stop was a better experience than we had at this establishment. I wouldn’t pay more than $40/night for this place.

The environment outside wasn’t any better. There were people hanging around late into the night, drinking beer, which made me uncomfortable. The check-in process was equally disappointing. The representative wasn’t friendly, and to make matters worse, they charged my card a day before I arrived when they were supposed to charge me at check-in. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Stayed here w/ my daughter while touring UTK. Never have I stayed in a more disgusting place in my life. Linens and towels were old and stained. Floor was littered with hairballs, and there's no carpet in the rooms so you can hear your neighbors to the left, right and above. At night, it acted as some type of crackhouse. People yelling, playing music IN the hotel at all hours and outside acted as some sort of "crack house" with people hanging out in the parking lot all through the night. If you care about yourself and your family, I suggest finding another place to stay. Also, the staff at the front desk seem to never be around. @hotels.com - do yourself a favor and unlist this place as a place to stay.

Stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping never came to make bed, empty trash or check on towels. Hair from previous occupant was on the floor. One of the towels had stains on it. Bed was clean but very uncomfortable. “Breakfast” was coffee & granola bars. Not close to downtown Knox or UT, especially if during rush hour traffic. (20 min on highway). Would not recommend

Upon checking in, I get to my room. The air wasn’t running, as expected. I try to turn it on. It does not work. I push all the buttons, nothing happens. So I call the front desk. Tell the assistant I cannot get the air to turn on. He tells me I’ll be right there. He gets there, works with it for about 10 minutes and finally gets it to come on. After explaining they do not have a maintenance man right now he just up and quit?! So that doesn’t explain why The complete front parking lot was blocked off upon arriving and almost all of the back except for one tiny area. I had to wait 10 minutes to park. Back to the room. I should have snapped some pics. I wasn’t going to be in that area more than 24 hrs. Cuz I was leaving the next morning, after checking out. Or I would have The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. It looked cracked all the way down. Maybe someone got mad idk? The shower was a nightmare! I understand the water filling up/not draining with the tub part running, and not the shower. But this time, even with the shower on it wouldn’t drain it all it either needed Traino or a plumber to look at it. It didn’t even start draining until you turned the water all the way off it just filled up and filled up with the shower running it felt so nasty just standing there with the water filling up and you’re trying to shower, I was trying to get out as quick as I could! The bed hurt my back then the next morning they were hurrying me out. Checkouts always been at 12, not 11!

There was a wet towel left in the bathtub and an unfolded towel on the bathroom floor, which made me uncertain if it was clean or not. Additionally, the floor near the door was white and powdery. Upon arrival, the first thing the receptionist asked me was about the score of the ongoing soccer game, which felt unprofessional.

Room was a bit worn down for my liking. Bathroom was a bit dirty and so were the towels and bed linens. The floor was a bit slippery and sticky at the same time. The lobby and hallways of the hotel smelt like smoke. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Entrance partially blocked by pile of dirt. You have climbed up the steps to get to the rooms. No elevator. No coffee maker or hair dryer (yet they have kitchen with microwave). No closed captioning on tv and it said on the door in the room that it accommodates hearing impaired. Few ants in the room and got bitten. And AC was noisy and kept cutting off and turning back on on it own. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable but could not sleep bc of AC unit. The room is also spacious.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Pull out couch was broken. My husband had to sleep on the floor so our kids could have the bed. The kitchen is empty. Nothing to use in the cupboards. There was a disgusting claw of an animal on the kitchen counter. Breakfast was a joke. I had to ask for coffee. It was all empty. Furniture was so uncomfortable and dirty.

This hotel was close to lots of shops however I won't book this one again. I asked the front desk at the time of check in if I could get another pillow delivered to my room. The answer I got was no because they only had enough pillows for the rooms they have and no extras. Second the shower floor was very noisy anywhere you stepped. You could hear any walking or talking on the floors in the room.

Eventually they were able to track done the person on duty, she came out and gave me attitude as she was in the bathroom. I asked “ isn’t there a sign to put up then you leave the desk” and she said yes but I didn’t put it up. She then started to read the Sign to me (seriously passive aggressive ) instead actually just start checking us in. At no point did she take ownership and say “ I am sorry I needed to step away and I should have put the sign up”. How can I help you. She then had to redo the registration 3 times for the second room because apparently an email was required but my dad didn’t have one. Conclusion. Rude, passive-aggressive, untrained and unable to take responsibility/accountability

This place is more like a motel. Came in and there is no lobby. Initial room had a STRONG smell of fish. Toilet also looked like someone had used it to go #2 and had not flushed well. Got moved to another room, kids screaming outside of it after 11pm. Stained carpet through room. Walls paper thin. Breakfast incredible disappointing- just packaged muffins, and a granola bar.

Our first room was stinky like 1000 dogs. We then got a bottom floor room. At 2:30 am, someone with super loud music in their car decided to park right outside our window. Lyrics with the F word were in every other screaming word. So when you get a room to rest because you have a long drive ahead, waking up startled at that is not the ideal situation.

The place is rundown, no elevator, no one even greets you as you come and go from the place, no outside trash can, no trash can in bathroom, no hair dryer, no hangers. Rap music and partying late into the night. Walls are paper thin. When you step into the tub it creaks and groans like it is going to collapse into the floor below.
