No better place to be. I wish I could live there.

The bed was actually pretty comfortable The hotel is tucked away between buildings. The pool and spa were not maintained. Looked as though they had people living in the motel not just staying. Mosquitos were abundant because of the lack of pool cleaning. The bathroom was very small.

Close to my granddaughters. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Pool looked like the walls had not been cleaned for a few years and the Jacuzzi looked the same. I wouldn't use either in this condition.

Nice room, good AC, nice pool Jacuzzi was not working properly. First time I had to pay for ice! Glad I had quarters. Another guest told me, not the desk guy.

It was very peaceful and quiet The pool was closed and the ice machine was broken. There was street construction so it was hard to enter and exit the hotel.

Stayed in rm 112, very spacious, clean and comfy. It had a mini fridge, iron, ironing board, clean set of towels and small closet rack with hangers. Staff was pleasant aka greeted very nicely by the front desk and booking online with booking.com made check in a breeze. The bed was a king size bed, comfy with modern motel linen/blankets, love seat with coffee table, dresser and mounted TV. In the lobby area there is a microwave to use and drink vending machines which both really came in handy to heat up our late night meal. The pool area looked clean but we didn't swim and fun fact it's surrounded by plumeria and hibiscus flowers. Plenty of on-site parking in an open parking lot (which also was clean). I like the fact that the room isn't on the street it's actually tucked in the back of the small shopping center. Which also attributes to the quiet. Very quiet and peaceful, made for a good night's rest. When we visit family, we will definitely stay here again.

When I arrived at the hotel at 8:30pm, the pool and hot tub gate was closed and locked. I had the employee open it and of course the hot tub was not heated. “Sorry, it’s not working” was all I got.

Wonderful motel situated off the main road. Quiet and very well maintained. Have stayed here multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. There are many conveniences within walking distance and I highly recommend. The pool and jacuzzi are well kept and a lovely addition to the property.

Lovely place, clean, facilities nice looking & in order, very pretty landscaping.

Very simple hotel, looks like it’s been renovated recently.

Love that the room didn’t have carpet. Non smoking is non smoking. Thank you for iron and ironing board

Great place to be, family with kids friendly, pool was clean and the staff was very nice

This is a solid little motel. The grounds and my room were clean and the courtyard, pool area is beautiful. If you want luxury this isn’t your place. But if you want a clean economic stay, this is excellent. Yes, the bed is firm but I like that. Yes, the pillows are very firm, it would be nice to offer some softer ones as well. The gentleman at the office was kind and polite.

Design of rooms modern and was clean. Bed was hard and the walls were thin, heard everything from surrounding rooms and outside

For the price, it’s pretty good for a one nighter but it’s no honeymoon destination.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and very helpful, I would recommend Azusa inn motel to my friends

Furniture was dirty. And blanket was burned, even the room was none smoking!! There wasn't Owen!! It was expensive as compare with Motel 6.
- 5/5
I liked that it was quiet and private

Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check me in. But overall it was about what I expected, a clean room with a bit of a noisy AC.
- 5/5
It was a bit far from the road so it was very quiet, it was also a little hidden as a result.

Hidden paradise, great place, rooms are spacious and very affordable. The staff is friendly and very inviting. The Azusa inn is where it's at. No matter what the occasion.

Expedia website showed the motel as "pet friendly" but when a maid saw me carry in the cat carrier, she told the manager and she called to inform me that they do not accept animals. I explained why I thought they did and they did allow me to stay since it was just one night. It would have been very distressing to arrive and be told to leave with no other place to find a room.

Rooms are nice, bed was extremely comfortable just a little expensive

The tenant was very rude. I asked for a late check out they said no.

This was an excellently comfortable stay. It had the amenities that we needed and the experience altogether was very luxurious. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Good place a little crazy about having a guest over but a good stay none the less

My stay was quite short. When booking wasn't aware i booked for the day till next day. It was already 4am and i asked if i could check in then and would leave at 11am check out. The clerk says "ok" and says to check out at 11am or i would be charged. Felt as if front desk clerk just wanted my sale. Just didn't feel right but i stayed.

The problem we had was that the handicap parking was too far from the room and walkway was slanted and not even which made it difficult for my to walk with a walker to the room. The bed was way too high for us to get into. I had to help my wife by lifting her legs up on the bed. It was very difficult for us. The roon also did not have ant table lamps or lighting by the bed. The only lights were overhead lights that were very bright. The bathroom had no vanity or place to put your bathroom items (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.). So everything had to be left on the floor.
- 4/5
I liked how tucked back away from the road it was and the pool looked great. I had a strange knocking sound coming from the wall some of the time but I turned on the fan and slept really well.

Table Fell Apart. No TV. Cable & Programing Off. Not Good At All.

Horrible to get to hotel. Hard to find and very poor sine age
- 4/5
this hotel is ok it's just a shame that when you stay your room should be in great condition they only had one set of towels and a tiny bit of toilet paper the carpet was dirty this hotel need to keep up with the maintanace so people would enjoy there stay
- 5/5
The outside may not look good but the rooms are pretty good for the location. Worth the money.
- 5/5
I was very surprised by how quiet our room was considering it was on the second floor, near the street. The room was large and clean. I would recommend to anyone.
- 1/5
It was the worst experience for me the shower was broken and I slipped on the floor I didn’t even stay the full night I checked out within the hour was a waste of money
- 3/5
For $100 per night I expect a box of facial tissues, a backup roll of PT, a light bulb in the reading lamp next to the bed and bar soap bigger that two Chiclets glued together. They AC worked fine but had a terrible odor. Likely mold from a lack of maintenance.
- 2/5
The Hotel on the outside was really nice. Then I opened my Hotel door! it look like a low graded party room. All light fixtures were broken.Fridge Broken the Room smelt BAd. In the middle of the night I had to use the restroom. I could not find the light switch. i ended up cutting my finger open and had to use the bathtub because I had to use the toilet so bad the light would not turn on. until I was done and then it turned on. So I was half asleep and ended up having to take a shower. So the room was all broken, Headboard all carved into. Dirty room and Bad Vibe feelings all around. Do not think I will be staying there again unless its for Free next time. Sorry!!!!

beds were hard, graffiti on the headboard, pay to use the ice machine

Was looking for a relatively cheap place to sleep for the night while on business. Clerk at the desk was nice, but nothing special. Room itself was outdated. Furniture was old and a little banged up. Bed was much too hard for my taste. Overall just a okay room at a cheap rate. You get what you pay for!
