The location is convenient...a short ride to Downtown Nashville but there are also lots of options nearby. The hotel was in a deplorable state. The walls were peeling under the window and in the shower. The bathtub was dirty or stained. There was no way I would have stayed there. I showed the staff the pictures from the website and was told those are old pictures. That is unacceptable. I got an immediate refund.

It was near where I needed 7-10 tiles in the bathroom floor, right as you entered the bathroom, was all broken and made cracking sounds every time you walked in or out of the bathroom. When I spoke to the attendant at the front desk they did not seem to care or indicate something would even be done to correct it.

Didn't like the location and it could use some updating especially lobby area...there were no automatic doors and one wheel buggy for luggage...room was ok but it does need to be painted alot missing paint throughout the room. Shower noise was extremely loud and toilet seat needed to be tightened kept sliding sideways

Sketchy part of Memphis. The room was cold and had burn marks in the comforter. We won’t be back.

Front Desk was very nice. The hallways, elevator, and room was nasty. Crumbs on the floor, handprints on the shower walls, used soap bar left behind on the sink. I had to walk down to the front desk to ask for a new bar of soap. There was a massive "liquid" stain on the lamp shade. The refrigerator was rusted and had been drawn all over with pen. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was not a pleasant stay. I was very disappointed in the condition of this hotel.

I would not recommend this place to anybody when we walked into our room there was a roach on the wall also the top blanket had stains on them. We were moved to a different room and let me know also had a different roach in the sink in the bathroom and real bad smell in both rooms we did not stay there and they kept $80 of our money what a waste of money never again.

Breakfast was minimal. No Orange Juice and out of waffle batter. No workers could be seen refilling anything either. Will not stay here again.

Breakfast and employees were excellent. For the money it was a good deal. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The TV didn't work and the front desk manager didn't know how to fix it. A dirty rag was left in the bathroom-guessing from housekeeping. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation.

Just an overall great stay. I didn’t have time to eat breakfast but the premises was clean inside and out. The staff I encountered were very friendly and seemed happy to be at work honestly.

The staff was nice. Check in and out where easy. Beds nice. Breakfast was good for a hotel hot food. Clean rooms but could use some updates.

Only issue we had was the cigarette smell everywhere in the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel or the staff; I am sure they handle inconsiderate guests the best they can. Staff was super friendly and the room was clean. We’d stay again.

Check out time is 11am. Cleaning stuff knocked all the doors before 10am to be hurry on check out! Have you ever seen such a situation before?

Room was good. Staff was nice. I do wish there was sanitizer in any of the dispensers. Please note if not familiar with the area, around the hotel is industrial area not much for dining and things.

The shower wall was horrible, the tub so stained didnt look clean, the room smelled musty, bed felt like sleeping on wood, the desk chair was so dirty it should have been thrown out. There was nothing quality about Quality Inn

Bad smell

Great welcome staff. Fantastic value and great location.

Where to start…walked in to turn lamp on in between bed and pretty much fell over. Asked to have a new on e placed in the room, was told it would be taken care of in the am and came back to the room with the same lamp sitting there. Went back to deck and asked again and had to follow the desk clerk to multiple room to find a lamp that was not broke. Tv well lose tv no signal, ac sucks in room 320. This was the worst experience at the chain hotel. The breakfast was a joke and what was there well I wouldn’t feed to my dog…I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The carpets are a bit worn in areas of the building as a whole but otherwise the rooms appeared fairly up to date. I noted a bit of a musty smell when first walking into the room but didn’t notice it afterwards. We slept well and the breakfast was good in the morning including hot items.

Not worth the money, very dirty, very used up and noisy. Even though it says non-smoking it is still smells like smoke in the room. Do not recommend.

It was disgusting, I have no idea why anyone would rate this hotel over 1 star. See pics. It’s dirty, there were stains on our linens when we arrived, hair in the sink, mold, and stains everywhere.

Friendly staff and very clean throughout

The staff was friendly but the hotel itself was dirty. The floors of the elevator were black with crusted on grime. The floor area around the trash cans in the inner hallways had food and trash droppings all around it as if it was in a park and not inside a hotel. The room itself smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. I even checked the door to make sure they didnt accidently put me in a smoking room. The little couch had stains on it. We were only staying there a few hours to sleep before our very early flight so I didnt request another room but I thought 'this will be the last time I stay in this place'.

Weather was good. We were in town for a funeral and the staff were very accommodating.

Rooms are spacious and property is clean. Besides oneof the lights not working everything else so far has ben good.

Was, quiet and clean,was good for a night’s rest. The toilet seat was loose, the hooks on back of the bathroom door were missing, shower curtain bar sagged in the center so curtain slid to center, and the luggage rack was broken. Room needs a little work!

Easier to get to. Toilet leaked from the bottom when I took a shower.

I appreciated the receptionist Destiny! I was very nervous about finding the Old Depot event center! She accommodated me by printing directions for me. That relieved my anxiety! She was extremely friendly, kind & professional. The room was comfortable & the price was good! I had to be moved to another room because the first room smelled like smoke & old whiskey! The property was clean and welcoming. The staff members were really nice, especially the one at check-in. The breakfast was the typical fare, nothing over the top or fancy. The beds were comfortable and the blankets were nice and warm. The only issues I had, the bathroom door had a hole in it (which didn't really take much away from the stay.

The room was in very bad condition. The hotel needs a capitalized investment. Mattresses uncomfortable, sheets and pillow cases not very clean. The cigars smell is really awful. It summary, it is not in good conditions.

The room smelled, the carpet was damp, they had child size pillows on the king bed and I cleaned the dirt and mold of the air-conditioner.

It was a great hotel. Definitely older, but well cleaned. The breakfast was better than expected. The indoor pool was warm. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were all friendly. A very pleasant couple of nights.

Our room was not cleaned everyday. Our keys kept getting deactivated.

Great place to stay for a quick overnight on our way to arkansas. Bed were firm but comfortable, the A/C worked, and everything was very clean. The hotel had all the amenities we needed and served its purpose.

The person at the front desk was very kind and thoughtful. She took into consideration the special needs of my oldest child and did her very best to accommodate her. The hallway leading to the room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it actually gagged me. Thankfully the room itself was okay. Still had a faint aroma but you could tell they did their very best to make the room smell better. The beds were not very comfortable. We kept rolling to the center of the worn out mattress and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Great options, just none of them tasted good. Waffles tasted funny, sausage and eggs were either over or undercooked, and the orange juice was clearly old. It was brown. Just gross. We at cereal and oatmeal. Overall would not recommend.

Destiny checked us in and did the best she could with what she had to work with, as far as the property was concerned.

Good place to sleep

The check in was great the gentleman that checked us in was excellent. Now for the main review the hotel was not clean at all. Walls were dirty, walking into the hotel the carpet was so nasty you could see the dirt. The room the bathroom door had holes in it. The iron board cover was so dirty there was no way we were using it. The carpet under the air conditioner hasn't been vacuumed in I don't know how long it was so much dirt under it. The bathroom sink water dripped all day and night. The breakfast was just ok food was not hot at all. The side door where you can exit out of as a guest door doesn't lock behind you and also u don't have to use your key card to get back in which is dangerous. I booked for 2 nights we left to go get food the next day came back out key card didn't work apparently they didn't pay attention to the fact that we paid for 2 days. Overall wouldn't stay here again to many things wrong 😔

Uncomfortable beds, small pillows, holes in doors from poor room design/layout. Called to ensure pool was working before free cancellation ran out, was told it was, but when we arrived the heater was broken & sign stated pool was ice cold. Breakfast had a surprising amount of choices, but all the juice was water.

Conveniently located off the highway, the bed was quite comfortable, and the staff was friendly! The shower was terrible due to the lack of water pressure and cold water. This location definitely needs an update.

I liked the separate living room and bedroom as well as the separate bath sink. The bedroom door had an issue with the hinge which prevented it from closing. The mini refrigerator was also not working and was actually quite warm inside. The bed was nice though.

The front desk person was very polite. However, the sink was stopped up and the tub wouldn't hold water. Noone came in to give fresh towels and wash clothes.

The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was not as good as I expected. Orange juice was bitter and eggs were bland and watery. Furniture did not match, mattress extremely uncomfortable. Curtain rod in shower was falling out of wall in both sides.

Room 104 has a crack in the shower stall floor. The front desk person was shocked telling me nobody ever even reported this before. The toilet seat was loose there were holes in the shower stall wall and room doors. The AC unit makes all sorts of noises in the middle of the night. The mattress was completely uncomfortable. The front desk lady was nice.

First room smelled of mildew so we asked to be moved. The beds we’re comfortable but something in the bedding/pillows caused an allergic reaction for my husband. Guessing down pillows and comforters but don’t know for sure. Also, the shelf the refrigerator was in was broken. See picture.

The room smelled horrible it like urine. I had to spray the ac unit every hour or the smell would return. The vending machines was broken and the front desk woman doesn’t know how to use the system. The pool looks filthy and disgusting. Looks like there is dirt on the bottom.
