HOTEL WAS LOOKING NICE MAYBE RECENTLY REMODELED OR UPDATED. THE TRASH AND POOL AREA AND CHAIRS NEEDED A GOOD PRESSURE WASHING OUTSIDE. OTHERWISE IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR US. I WILL ADD THE ELEVATOR WE HAD TO USE FOR 2 NIGHTS NEEDS MAINTENANCE HAD NOT BEEN INSPECTED SINCE 8/2025. I WOULD SUGGEST THIS HOTEL FOR SHORT TERM FAMILIES FOR SUITES

The room set up was perfect for us having a separate bedroom, but the place is in serious need of an upgrade. The toilet didn’t flush right the sink didn’t work properly. Just minor irritants, things that can be easily fixed should be fixed.

Not having the right handicap bathroom. I told them when we booked the room.

Breakfast was ok. The sofa had torn cushions. The floor was terrible in the kitchen and where the sofa was. The tiles were uneven and wavy. Looked lke a child put them in. They didn’t lay flat. Some were torn. I would have never expected this from a Hilton partner. Stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping came.

The sitting space was much smaller than any 1 bdrm suite I've stayed in. They also didn't have blankets or pillows for the sofa bed

Saw waffle makers in the pictures, yet there was none for breakfast. Bathroom door in room wouldn’t lock. Other than that everything was good & everyone was nice.

One of the doors in the rear of the property for some reason when we were using the digital key would not work, but then our Apple wallet would appear. I thought it was strange and maybe did something on my phone, but then it happened to my wife as well. We ended up going to another door that worked without issues.

The breakfast was virtually the same every day. Also, our stay was for 6 days. Every time needed trash emptied or clean towels, we had to call and ask for it to be done. Should be automatic.

The breakfast was fresh. I wish they didnt put cheese on all the egg omlets ... could have done somenwith cheese and some without for those who are lactose or just didnt care for cheese. Everything was well done! The rooms smelled really really fresh and were super clean. The rooms were large sized and didnt feel cramped. Staff was friendly and prompt. Grounds were well lit and felt safe. Excellent stay!

Very clean rooms. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. I felt very safe in the area.

Everything was great except my room. It was a little run down. Both phones in room was not working, one of the lights on the side of the bed was not working. Air conditioner was loud. It was also leaking water on the floor I didn’t notice till I went to grab things near the air conditioner and it was all wet.

Room was clean, quiet and spacious. It suited my wife and I perfectly. The Staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our requests.

Getting the room cleaned seemed to be an issue. During a 10 day stay had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper. Property is exactly as described. Clean and safe if a little bland. Pool area was nice but always had to ask for towels

Hotel is always short of trays

Cons - the refrigerator in my room (321) did not work and the one and only ice machine in the entire hotel was out of order.

Everything was great except they never cleaned our room in the 5 days we stayed there even after asking multiple times.

Yes it was very welcome too pea had a gym and a pool and breakfast was good too we go back!

The property was either under construction or not being kept up well with. When we questioned the condition, we were told to call the 1-800 number

The hotel was OK, but nothing has been done to repair the damage from the huge plumbing leak they had some years ago. The hotel is definitely dated and needs renovating. We had no problems with our pets, did not use the fitness center.

There were a few renovations going on, there was no ice available in the vending area. The bathroom door in our room didn’t lock.

What a great property. Our family was comfortable in the suite. Facilities were clean. We even noticed that the smell wasn't bleach-clean like some hotels. It was pleasant! The breakfast was wonderful. Enough variety for our picky eaters. The eating area was big and comfortable. It never felt cramped up. Loved our stay!

We stayed a week and the last three days the room was not serviced at all. Had to ask for towels 2 times. Elevator right beside our room was out of service for 3 days. Other elevator was down the hallway quite a way down the hall. Breakfast was mediocre and most of the time several items were cold.We will not be staying there again and would not recommend it to anyone. Eating places are too far away from the hotel.

The room was HOT. And the ac unit was extremely loud, and would kick on and off all not making it very difficult to sleep. The side of the unit was covered in an inch of dust.

The listing mentioned a Hot Tub on site, however there is no Hot Tub. We booked a King Suite but only received 2 double beds. The bathroom was in horrible condition - the light didn't always work, the toilet didn't always flush and there were blood stains on the wall and tub. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Location was great, everything else was just ok. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never serviced. Breakfast was just ok, need better options.

Breakfast was repetitive, eggs, sausage patties, and potatoes. They put too much water in the cranberry and orange juice, and the oatmeal was undercooked. Every day was the same. They only have one waffle machine. and my family and I were there for 6 days, eating the same thing for breakfast. I was very disappointed. I'm not sure if they were supposed to clean the rooms, or at least sweep, but they only took out the trash 3 days.

Breakfast was OK. Food was mediocre. Waffle maker didn't work properly and juice was extremely watered down. Bathrooms needed updating. Chipping paint in the bathtubs. Flavored creamers for the coffee would be an added improvement

Room was ok. Obviously a very old hotel, but they seem to be upgrading a little. Staff at check in was nice. Checking out staff was rude. I left a day early and he basically told me I’d be charged anyways.

Never received any housekeeping from January 2-5 , 2025. We had to take our garbage outside ourselves because we had to much garbage due to no house keeping.

Everything was wonderful. Riom was clean and staff were friendly.

We book this hotel because it said that they have a hot tub we was looking for this amenities especially for the cool weather when we arrive and ask for it they said that they do not had it but was posted in their page

The room had a pee smell in the bedroom that wouldn’t go away and finalize the experience with a tick in the bed. Breakfast look good, sadly 1 hr before it was suppose to end there wasn’t much left and according to the lady running it, she wasn’t allow to do more food since the “quote of the day” was gone. We only had few options of bagels and oatmeal.

Delay check in, none clean or make the beds the next day, poor breakfast due to delayed delivery of the food… hotel is under staff. Very disappointed. The staff should be overwhelmed.

Except for the toilet and bathtub, both of which need replacing, the room was excellent.

Very clean, great location

Rooms were patched up all over. Closet door fell off nearly cut my finger. Paint and walls were mismatched paint and it was not Hilton level. Amazing area which surprised us. We wanted a place close to stay after the parks close to the airport in Sanford for an early flight. Luckily we were too sleepy and tired to notice the details with much care.

Staff was great. Ice maker in room didn't work and floor ice machine didn't work either. Had to go to the kitchen the next morning. Showerhead didn't work well.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. What ever we needed they helped with.

When we checked in to our room about 4 pm, someone had set the thermostat to 60; as we were expecting cold weather that night I set the system to heat @ 74 while we were out for dinner. When we returned about 9 pm the room was still less than 70 so I reported it the front desk, no action was taken. We retired about 11 pm and the room was still not warm so we found a blanket in the closet and added it to the bed. The following morning, the room was only 70 so I again reported it to the front desk - "We don't have anyone on duty to check into it". There are no instructions on how to use the cooktop in the kitchenette, never did get it to come on.

Clean room, and spacious room that accommodated 4 adults and 3 small dogs. The food can use some upgrades but it was good for avoiding having to spend more money.

Kristin the front desk rep was very polite and professional. The tub was disgusting. The inside of the bathroom door look like a dog chew on it. Then last night at about 2 AM the elevator was not working and we had to walk up 4 flight of stairs. There was hair in the corners in the shower.

My room was sold to someone else, so never stayed at the hotel.

The icemaker did not work, the bed was not very comfortable at all, and it was not as clean as I thought it should’ve been. However, the person working the front desk was very nice and really tried to help with any issues that we had.

The location was excellent. The one bedroom suite was very comfortable. There were loud noises like maybe a washing machine intermittently throughout the day and night. It was tolerable but someone else may not agree.

Room was beyond dirty. Hallways and elevator were also filthy. Elevators buttons are broken , walls are damaged, carpet is in need of replacement. All over in despair. Was moved to another room due to dirty conditions. The second room was in the same condition. This is a one star property.

Clean Hotel quiet and peaceful with very nice pool and BBQ area.

I enjoyed our stay but the AC did not work properly (room 222) and the bath tub needs to be replaced. We did enjoy sitting outside at the pool area but the outside key devices did not work properly either.

Our room was nice. However, upon entering the room we noticed a door handle being broken on the bedroom door and the toilet was running. We called the front desk as to not be blamed for it. He sent mantanence to fix it right away. The room was clean but the pillows were flat. The bed was not as comfortable as in past visits. The quality of the food at breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were crumbly and cold, as well as the cheese omelet the next day. Bread was stale and there was no bakery choices. This hotel is a good value but it's just different from past visits and I hope it's not going down hill like so many others.

When we returned later that evening, well past check-in time, we were told that our room type was not available. The young woman at the desk (Kristin) was confused why we were told what we were told earlier in the day, stating that Josh should have recognized this? She did everything that she could in terms of making things 'right' with us. She booked us into two rooms, but they were not connecting, which defeats the whole purpose of our booking a Suite. She also went on to explain that often times 3rd Party Sites (such as Hotels.com) do not recognize the TRUE rooms inventory of what is actually available. I do not understand this! When I booked the reservation, the Hotels.com website stated that there were 2 of this specific room type still available. I selected one of those available Suites.

Had a room reserved for four nights. Due to circumstances we didn't arrived until the third night. Got to the hotel and found out we were a no show. Was very pleased with Kristin at the front desk for assisting us with a room. Great job! 👍

The room was ok, probably the worst pf all the Homewood properties we've stayed in. The room was old and the tile was coming up throughout the unit. The cleaning staff only serviced our room once in a 5 day stay, even after questioning the front desk about it. I was told and have been told at all locations that the room is serviced every other day, the front desk tried to tell me it was every third day, however it was even serviced every third day.

Air conditioning did not work in room, did not have us switch rooms. Very uncomfortable night. Could not sleep.

I would definitely recommend this property. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean. The pool was very nice and the outdoor courtyard was lovely. I would stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the whole entire stay went. Hiltons are nice hotels, this one was no exception. From arriving, the area felt safe. The front desk were ALL very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great, plentiful. The entire place clean. Rooms sufficient, everything I needed. And just so people don’t think this is a fake review. I DID have one problem with connecting my door key with the app. But the front desk was able to fix it and I was on my way! Overall GREAT experience, I’ll definitely book here again.

We enjoyed this spot before heading to the local springs the next morning. We were down graded in our room I’m assuming bc we arrived later in the evening but it still worked ok for our family size.

We visit here frequently and our stay is always pleasant, peaceful and staff is very professional. This our hotel of choice when we visit the area.

I do not recommend staying here until this hotel overhauls it rooms with a remodel. The only good thing was we had plenty of space in our suite for our family of 4 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Very comfortable 2 bedroom room with 2 baths. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious and clean. Pool was nice and lobby was inviting.

Low scores for the breakfast - no flatware and empty food containers . . certainly not what I expected from a Hilton property. Low scores for maintenance - room AC inoperative when we arrived, broken door knobs, no place to hang towels and a bathroom night light that could not be turned off. Worst of all - failure to enforce state law regarding handicapped parking without proper ID. If the staff does not want to offend the guests parked illegally, the local police would be happy to issue citations or tow the vehicles.

Good overall but ac not cold

The room I paid for my family of three adults and two children was not the one they gave me, this one had only one bed and one sofa bed.

We were not able to check-in until 4PM, the room was very nice. The bed felt good at first but was quite FIRM. The rooms are quiet, we had a room in back facing I-4, it was quiet but you could hear the traffic slightly. The breakfast buffet was pretty sad. The waffles were good though. FREE Parking was a plus!!! Was charged $3.50 additional per day when we checked out. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY, didn't notice until after we drove away...

I really love this hotel. Our room was like a little apartment with a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Everything was clean and smell well. ( I chose a non-smoking room and I always bring scents from hime just in case). I just used a little bit on this hotel. The pool is small but it was clean and they have towels and balls for the kids to play. The breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels I have been in ( with hot food). I really lived the experience here... and I would definitely return.

I got to the property early to check in and was greeted by a man and was told there wasn’t a room available and that he would call once it came available I never received a call whatsoever. The lady that worked night shift Isabel was excellent she made our stay better. Hotel was ok AC in the room seemed like it wasn’t working properly and there was dirty dishes left in the dishwasher when we got to the room.

Fantastic hotel. Super clean. Pool was great. Very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond for us. We arrived early and they got our suite ready so we could check in early.

Front staff upon check in had top notch customer service! I feel awful for not remembering her name, but I would’ve gave her 10 stars if I could’ve. She saw that we had 3 younger children, and automatically moved us to the bottom floor for convenience. She went above and beyond the required service and even hand delivered a misplaced piece of clothing that we had left behind at the pool. As far as the room, it was spotless clean and big enough for our family of 5. The only spot for improvement is the outside patio furniture, as the glass top for two of the tables were cracked. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The place is rundown. Wallpaper coming off the walls in the hallways. Looks like attempted repair to the tub with Painter. Something similar. The beds suede in the middle. Two of the three dispensers in the shower were empty.

I was quite disappointed in the room. It did not have any streaming services as the website advertised. Had I known this ahead of time, I could’ve packed my fire stick so that I didn’t have to watch everything on my laptop. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work and neither did the stovetop. The sink area in the bathroom smelled heavily of mold. The WiFi kept dropping. There were filthy handprints and smears all over the windows. And when I was returning from lunch one day I find a couple of the maintenance staff sitting outside of the side entrance smoking weed. Not that I’m opposed to that activity, I just find it highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of the people who are paying good money to stay at this establishment.

Prime location for everything!!

Only two things to note. The garbage truck comes at 5:30 each morning and is very loud, especially if you're on the back side of the building. It was our alarm almost every day. Second, housekeeping didn't come until we asked. Even after we asked, they only came once and we had to ask again. We had to ask the front desk for towels and take out our own trash several times.

The room was missing a remote control for one of the TVs. They didn't have one. Bought popcorn at the Little market in the hotel and the bag was opened and yet they still were trying to sell it. At breakfast, there was only 1 person who was stocking the food. The hotel was sold out and so one would think more than one staff member would be working the crowded breakfast. Milk was warm, food was not restocked, normal breakfast items like juice was not available, silverware and plates not available. The worker just kept pulling 2-4 plates from the dirty dishes and would only put them back after she cleaned them. Since we had a problem with our room, I asked for documentation of the difficulties and was told I would be reimbursed points for my stay. 8 was rudely told no - we don't do that. As a Hilton Honors member for many many years - poor service. Would look to other places to stay next time.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient area . My suite was sparkling clean and provided what I needed during my stay. Would return and recommend .

The smell was so strong and horrible in the bedroom, I called to see about switching rooms but they did not have at available. I had to prop the windows open all night but I got such a headache from the room, I felt awful. The lobby also smelled like sewer. The bathtub was destroyed. The flooring was rough.

Staff always made sure I was okay and all needs was meet.

It’s nice for what it is. I particularly liked the bedroom separation from the living area. Feels like a small 1 bedroom apartment.

The hotel was clean, but we are overall disappointed and feel like we didn't get what we had reserved. We reserved a king suite, but when we checked in they gave us a double Queen room. They said their King suites were overbooked. Not really sure how that happens, but we're used to sleeping in a queen bed so it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The first room they gave us smelled of smoke even though it is a non-smoking hotel. However, they moved us and the second room was better. Overall the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was the normal hotel food. We were disappointed there was no hot tub or spa tub as the hotels.com listing lists "spa tub" in the hotel amenities. This was another disappointment, since we had chosen this hotel because we thought it had a hot tub.

The elevator was extremely dirty the entire time of our stay. Our room also had at least 1/2 the floor not glued down. Those were just 2 of the many issues with the hotel

Close to airport

Nice, clean and quiet area. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

We checked in the 31st and I mentioned to the front desk if the coffee could be replaced because it was cold, to my knowledge that wasn’t done and then the next morning there was no coffee or breakfast at all, it was a little disappointing because I chose this hotel because of the breakfast instead of staying with the rest of the family I travelled with.

Booked this hotel specifically for a king bed. At check in was informed that they oversold and now have a queen. I complained and was asked if I still wanted the room. I said yes because I had already driven across the state and didn’t want to find another hotel at 5 pm. At any point prior to this they could have communicated this and I would have gone somewhere else.

Expedia had a listing for a hottub, there isnt one. We booked a nonsmoking room only to get moved to a smoking floor. The entire hallway smelled so bad the entire time we were there. The elevator buttons were lose and seemed dangerous, along with it not being clean inside.

Beautiful modern decor. Front desk was helpful. Hotel seemed super clean. Beds were comfortable but small. ( full not queen) everything seemed pretty new. Only problem is like with every hotel the a/c goes on and off loudly all night waking me up.

The property is very clean and the location is very good to nearby amenities.

We stayed at the hotel across the way, which is almost the same layout, but much newer. This was nice, but it needs a little updating. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room the first night because they spilled my name incorrectly. The next day we were able to get through. It was a pretty quiet hotel, and we enjoyed our stay.

I arrived late due to my flight being a late flight. I called the hotel the day before to notify them of this. When I arrived at the hotel there was no one at the desk. There was nothing posted to call to contact someone. I had to walk around and knock on several doors and finally a gentleman came out with a mouth full of food.

Front desk staff was excellent and room/amenities far exceeded expectations!

From check in to check out the experience was perfect
