The room and in-room amenities. Due to cold and windy weather at check‑in and later that night, we bundled our infant in a blanket while walking into the hotel. The following morning, I discovered a pet fee had been added to my invoice without notification or documentation. When I questioned the charge, front desk staff stated they had “confirmed” we had a pet bundled in a blanket. Despite explaining multiple times that this was my infant daughter, the staff remained insistent and removed the charge only as a “courtesy,” which was both unprofessional and accusatory

The room had great furniture and great floor plan. We had a separate bedroom. The bathroom was large and roomy. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was a delight.

Clean room, courteous staff at check in, and good breakfast.

Bed was fine. Pillows great. Wife woke me out of sleep to a small bug crawling near the bathroom mirror. She believes itnto be a roach, but couldn't confirm. Went to shower and hair was all over shower floor. Not ours. Couch stained with some substance I don't wish to think about.

The hotel was maintained really well. It was clean and overall a good value. The only complaint i have would bee the staff. They weren't very friendly. But maybe thats due to them not being welcome to people of color sraying at their hotel. I would want to come back but would not as i would want to feel welcomed and comfortable where ever i stay.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the checkin was a pleasant experience. As for the room, everything was fine but the bathroom. The bathroom was spacious, but there was a stinky smell from it, and the sink was not draining well. I would visit again when I travel to this area.

It was clean their was small issue their was clothing in room 315 from the previous customer two pairs of pans and some boxers on the floor in the closet other than that it looked super clean They were nice rooms and looked clean and the staff were so generous

I had an awesome stay last night 9/25/2025. The reason I’m leaving a date is important because there was a power outage in the city of Lake Worth BUT Ms Judy went above and beyond her job. Through it all and I do mean ALL , she still had a smile on her face, remained at peace. I saw her accommodating every request for every guest. Taking the stairs up and down like a champ. Thank you Ms Judy for all you did for me!

The property was clean and the staff was friendly, but the power went out and we couldn’t use the elevators or air-conditioning for many hours.

The lobby smelled lovely when we first arrived. Room was clean. Elevators were fairly quick. Pool was small but nice. They didn’t kick us out of the pool area at closing time which was nice bc we were having drinks and being quiet. Walking distance from a few restaurants and driving distance to stores if you needed last minute items. Highly recommend.

We were in the area for a weekend training. The training was long and late. It was so nice to come to a very clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel for each night. Great size room with kitchen and couch. Very clean and slept very well each night. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool and the amenities were my reasons for picking this hotel. The pool was nothing like what was pictured...i fact it was closed. The beds weren't very comfortable. I'll be scheduling a massage probably when I get home to help my back. The people and breakfast were the best part of the stay!

The staff are amazing and so helpful. We had a studio with 2 beds and it was perfect for the weekend that we stayed. The kitchenette is way beyond what you see in other hotels. I'm glad we chose this place.

This hotel property was clean. The breakfast decent. However if you sleep during the day. Know that there is a Naval Air Base close by. And the planes flying are loud & disrupting. It feels like bombs are dropping.

Great walking distance restaurants. Cheddars, Outback’s, On the Border and Texas Grill. There also a movie theatre. Breakfast lady is awesome. What a personality.

What a refreshing experience from our first night and motel in the area. Everything and everyone were very professional and extremely helpful. The laundry facilities were amazing as we’ve been on the road for over a week and needed to use them. They have options to pay other than just coins. This was very helpful. Coffee and breakfast were fantastic. We are very health conscious and were happy to see cage free eggs and real sausage. The room was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. We downloaded the app and will booking again for our annual visit. Thank you Townplace Suites Marriott for all your work in creating a fabulous experience for travelers.

There was nothing I didn't like. Breakfast was better than most hotels who offer precooked food. Staff was exceptional, parking was really convenient, room was also exceptional.

This hotel is listed as 3-3.5 Stars, so I understand it to be a more budget-friendly Mariott option, especially for last minute trips when other more preferable hotels are too expensive. The exterior of the hotel is very nice, and there are two BBQ grills and a fire pit out front for socializing. The lobby is nice, but you will smell a horrible industrial strength air freshener that is distributed through mist by a wall-mounted dispenser. There is substantial seating in the lobby. The staff are not very customer friendly, and not as attentive to customer needs as you would expect at a Marriott hotel. When asking general questions, you will feel like you are being a bother. I had a drainage issue in my bathroom sink and it was not a priority. After asking several times about a resolution, I was told that they only have one maintenance guy who travels between all of their locations. The general manager, Lynda, finally came up with a plunger to fix my issue. When I called back down to let her know that the water was still not draining, and she told me that she could bring me some Drano. I ended clearing the drain myself, as she was too busy. They seem understaffed. The electricity was cut off from 10a-4p on my last day due to construction. The beds are comfortable, housekeeping is nice. This will be my last stay here, still a borderline 3 Star.

The attendants and housekeeping staffs were very attentive. I love the friendliness they showed us when we arrived through the front door. Even upon entering our room, there were signs that offered extra amenities the hotel has especially if you are a grill fanatic (they have a grill for guest to use, or if you need slow cooker, rice cooker etc). They room, bathroom and hallways were clean. Its definitely family friendly, but no bar. But they do have Chedddar restaurant across the street!

2 things that were less than ideal: 1)There was a nasty sewage smell in the main lobby at ALL times. 2) Housekeeping decided to remove all of my personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body wash, toothbrush, etc.), my consumables (water and snacks in my fridge), and my phone charger right in the middle of my stay! That was definitely frustrating but the front desk staff was very apologetic.

We liked that we could just walk to Cheddars for dinner, it is pretty much in the hotel parking lot. The hotel itself was just ok, they did not keep the coffee station refreshed, and there was just some small things missing in the room. Nothing big, overall a nice stay.

Had a good experience

The lobby was constantly being sprayed with some sort of air freshener that was so strong and unpleasant that it made it uncomfortable to be in the lobby, at the elevators or at breakfast. The glassware in our room was dirty ( fingerprints and lipstick on them still). They were out of ‘do not disturb’ signs for the doors. And be warned that the sofa bed is extremely small (like feet hanging off the end) and the mattress is more like a 2 in piece of flimsy foam.

We arrived for a late check in and were given the accessible room. It was nice but the layout was not thought out in terms of of the details. The outlets weren’t near the mirrors and the bedding wasn’t complete for the pullout. The rest of the room was set up like others I’ve seen. The staff were very nice.

We have always stayed at LaQuinta as they are pet friendly but their properties and management of properties have declined in recent years. Towneplace Suite by Marriott provides a great experience all around. Hope I can find more of these properties throughout the US! The property was well lit and very clean. Bravo!

Tried to check in and no rooms were available despite having paid in advance. Desk clerk was extremely rude and it was hotels.com’s fault. Had to drive all the way home after midnight. Now I’m trying to get in contact with hotels.com and cannot reach anyone to get a refund.

I liked that it was quiet. Cons - housekeeping never came to our room any of the days that we stayed there M-F. No AC in the hallways or elevator. It felt like a sauna.

I will start with i lived the property and location and washer and dryers. What i didnt like. Customer service was not good had to verbally request to get their attention numerous times when standing right next to you. Lack of eye contact to acknowledge you. Not enough employees. Service lady in food court would not speak or answer you when spoken to. Reported dresser drawer broken and they didnt seem to care. Requested for 3 days for house cleaning. Was told on 4th day. Dont know why but were not on the schedule. Then they reported to front desk we had a pet! For which we did NOT. The last issue was our fold out couch in front room was so broken in could not sit on it. So could only sit on floor as there was no chair. Had to ask for a roll away so my Granddaughts could sleep as the couch was so horrible. So praying 1k for a week stay was the worst experience i have had at a hotel. However the location,and grounds and amenities were gteat.
