I would like to say the lady up at the front desk the night we checked in was so nice to us and so polite. She was super! The next morning, the lady who did the breakfast was so nice and polite to me. That morning we checked out was so nice, too. You have a very food staff there. We were staying because I lost my brother and going to his that morning. Your staff made me and not only me so welcome at this time when we needed it the most. Thank you for hiring the staff you have. We Not a thing we loved it there

I called and asked if I could access room early to rest before heading to an event -and they accommodated me. There was a nice large sitting room in suite - but a little odd since tv was accross from bed but no tv across from sitting area (where I assume most would watch TV.

Parking was easy and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean spacious and well designed. The TV choices were OK, but not great. Would have loved Fox Business News available. Breakfast was good altho I threw away a stale English Muffin. The next one was good. Very convenient for our purposes around Lake Zurich.

Nothing about the hotel. The guests next door were rather loud for a couple of hours later in the night, but they eventually quieted down.

We ended up having to travel to the Chicago area twice within a short period of time. We so thoroughly enjoyed our first stay we didn’t hesitate to book again on our second trip up. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and rooms were very nice.

Our stay at this property was top notch. From the minute we walked in and was greeted by. the front desk staff to when we walked out. They were very friendly , courteous nd always helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bed very comfortable and amenities in the bathroom from the pump bottles in the shower to the pump bottles of hand soap and lotion at the vanity was wonderful. Our breakfast had many choices hit and cold and very fresh and delicious. The coffee machine grinder the beans as you made your selection. This hotel had the comforts of home and we recommend it very highly. We loved talking to their delightful staff. Always happy and cheerful with a smile. It seemed a great place to work. We definitely will be back.

If you need a good hotel at a good price with free parking and free breakfast, this is the one. Close to tons of stores and restaurants and just 45 min from the city and 30 min from Navy base.

Nice hotel, room clean & close to many restaurants & tourist attractions, friendly & accommodating staff…the only thing is there is little to no signage to let you know exactly where the hotel is located, so we had trouble finding it!

The bed was comfortable, but that was about it. The tub plug was broken, then I was told it was to be fixed the next day and I could have really used a bath after a long day, then it wa snot fixed until two days in. Super small bathtub and the treadmill was broken. They didn’t get that fixed until two days in either. Eggs were runny and no oatmeal offered for breakfast.

One night stay during a longer trip. Very nice room, bed, linens, TV, internet & bathroom. Clean, comfortable & convenient. When we return to the area, we will stay here again! SUPERB.

Had a decent stay. The night shift staff was sleeping in the lobby one morning. Very clean, quiet depending on who is staying.

It was great for the price, but the pool was so full of chemicals just being in the room stung your eyes. We still tried to go swimming, but gave up pretty soon and all took showers afterwards. I don’t think that’s a safe amount of chlorine. When we arrived, there was a large light roller left in our room And there was many small hairs on the bed. We were also told or shown three different times on the pool times somebody should decide what the actual hours are.

Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and helpful. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathroom was awful, and it just felt like being outside in a light drizzle. The WiFi also sucks. I did enjoy my stay here, though!

Front desk person when we arrived late in the evening was excellent-welcoming and both personal and professional. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, etc. Great start! The downside? People on our floor were slamming doors until well after midnight and before 6am—really interrupted a restful stay. Also, the next day when I talked to the front desk about club member things I could hardly understand him-his accent was so thick.

I liked the convenience of the property as it is near to my family's home and also shopping and dining. They also served a very adequate breakfast each morning. The only thing I did not care for was that they did not service our room daily. They did not make the beds, clean the bathroom or change out the used towels. Also, the grade of the toilet paper was extremely flimsy and cheap.

The staff was very concerned about making sure that their guests were being taken care of. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel breakfast options were very nice. I had an excellent day at this property.

altho the property was under renovation we were never disturbed by construction noise or dirt. The elevator was not working, and staff carried our bags upstairs. Our room was renovated and very clean, with comfortable beds and nice shower. The breakfast selection was very good, and the eating area was clean and pleasant.

Older hotel but convenient location and clean. Staff were nice and welcoming. Costa coffee in the morning was nice.

Only comment is that a non-dairy milk option such as almond or soy milk would have been appreciated at breakfast.

Clean, friendly, convenient and comfortable. I stay each time I visit my parents in a nearby retirement home. It never disappoints. Added benefit of walking trail at Lake Zurich across the road and walkable Starbucks and Dairy Queen.

This Holiday Inn was very clean and very comfortable!

We’ve stayed there for 3 full weeks so far and intend to stay there for another week or two, until we finish the job. The breakfast is hot and a nice option if items each day. It’s easy to stay here and nice to enjoy a hearty breakfast without the added time needed to go to a full service restaurant. The staff is always friends and helpful.

Our trip to the Holiday Inn Express was very pleasant. I can always count on the room being clean. The bed was very comfortable. I slept through the whole night.

The only disappointment was that when we had an issue arise - I was the only adult with 3 teenage girls, was that when we needed an emergency feminine hygiene product, there were NONE in the hotel market, but there were THREE different types of condoms for men to choose from. I would think they would have had SOMETHING but we had to leave early so we could get to a store. Their convenience market was horribly inconvenient. Their buyer should be retrained. There was shelf space for sure!

The hotel room was cold. The heat works off of motion so it stays at 66 degrees not matter how high you raise it. The heat when it did turn on was really loud.

We had been flying all morning and stopped in at 11:45am to inquire if a room was open to check in early. The gentleman was not at the front desk but eating his lunch at a booth in the dining room. He made no effort to help us and only paid attention to eating his lunch and asked us to come back in 30 min. We asked him if he could check his computers for availability but he was not leaving his lunch to help us. So we had to drive back 5 hours later to try again to check in. The parking lots were not plowed the whole time we were there and it was extremely icy. The heat/air unit in the room made strange sounds all night long.

The customer service was very good. All the employees were helpful. The hotel room was large, with a desk and a lounging chair. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location for my needs. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The place was very clean, well kept, and felt like home. The free breakfast was really good and freah. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and in good shape with carpets and wallpaper that were not worn as often happens.

Nice hotel nothing fancy. Room very clean and beds comfortable. The walls are thin and so are the floors so you hear other rooms of neighboring rooms and those above you.

Booked through hotels.com as always. They couldn’t find my reservation or the couple in front of me. The couple was then upgraded free of charge we were not. Check in took 25 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was polite and efficient. Only problem was the smell of marijuana in the stairwell and lobby throughout our stay (smell in lobby was only on our final evening).

The cleanliness was okay and the breakfast did the job without complaints, however it is on a lower level than other Holiday Inn hotels we’ve stayed at. This is an older property. The area is safe and convenient to restaurants and gas stations.

There was a stain in the carpet when we arrived. The housekeeping was hardly turned over. Had asked numerous times for towels and extra coffee while staying there for a longer stay. They also put somebody above us every single night that was stomping and was horrible to try to get any type of sleep. The breakfast was subpar and closed down early. I would not stay here again

Clean as can be with all the amenities. Only negative i have to say is that house keeping doesn't listen when you tell them hold on. I was attempting to get dressed when he tried to barge in after i told him to wait.

We stayed Friday- Monday. The room was spacious with 6 people . Pool was salt water which I enjoyed. And it was nice temp. Breakfast was nice with buscuits and gravy. Omelet, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt and juice and coffee. Would definitely stay again
