Overall, this place was a good stop, especially for the price. Our keys stopped working an hour before checkout and I had to have them redone. This was a nuisance so I didn't give them a perfect score. The people running the hotel were very nice, cordial, and helpful

It was a smoking room after we asked multiple times for a non smoking room
- 4/5
Clean except first night the loveseat was filthy and tv was not working well.. pictures green screen . The other nights different room. Breakfast was fine. Cool room AC great. Price great, nice shower and bed. One night there was some disturbing argument going on in room next door or right outside that sounded like domestic violence! But that was not the motel’s fault…parking nice and overall seems like safe area.

It’s an old property. No frills. The AC worked, the hot water worked, and the TV was fine. There were loud cars revving their engines that woke me up multiple times during the night, but don’t know how much you can blame the hotel more than the area. For a one night stay traveling through on a roadtrip, it’s fine for the affordability of it.

Looks like they added a $10 charge after we left…thought they thought we stayed after 11AM… but we were out of the room by 10:30AM…

Motel is in poor shape and rooms dated. We requested a non smoking room and the room we had smelled like it had been smoked in for years.

Door of room lacked a proper deadbolt.

The hotel was ok. The site offers late check out but they don’t honor is. Like why yall offer it online. Breakfast was nasty but Waffle House right up the hill.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, hot water, and good breakfast with waffles, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Great for a quick stay! Stay on the front side of the hotel if you want less road noise.

Construction was loud in the morning starting at 8:30 am preventing sleeping in Both front desk staff (morning and evening) were cold and unhelpful. I would never stay here again.
- 1/5
The room was nasty smelling. Someone had been smoking in it. I was supposed to have a non smoking room. The couch and chair is nasty. The bedspread had a big hole in it and was dirty. The window is dirty. The dresser has a broken handle. The lamp shades are ripped. The carpet is nasty. The desk attendant came to look at the room. He didnt think anything was wrong with it. He did say we could leave!!!
- 4/5
Check-in went well, the room was nice, but breakfast was minimal at best. I don’t know why but this is the forth or fifth hotel that advertises a pool, but they don’t even bother to open the pool.
- 4/5
Not at this time
- 5/5
Great place!
- 3/5
I have stayed at five different median- priced hotels in the past 5 days across the country, and this location by far is the least acceptable for the amount of money I’ve paid. It’s ’clean enough’ and the location is convenient, but the room is very much like other Super8 properties I’ve visited: worn and tired, showing little or minimum upkeep. Would a few working light bulbs break the bank? I think I’m through with Wyndham properties.
- 2/5
The room was clean but in need of maintenance. I had a quiet night which surprised me since there were a lot of people standing around in the parking lot. We were pulling a utility trailer with a tractor and personal items and did not feel safe leaving it in the parking lot. So my husband slept in our truck. Not why we booked a room… but we were able to get showers. And I was able to sleep only because it was quiet and because we have a very good watch dog.
- 3/5
Found mold checked right back out with no compensation
- 5/5
What a lovely room. A modest, economical hotel, but recently updated bathroom, carpet, and bedding. Clean and fresh. We will be back.
- 3/5
It was not quiet since we were right next to the pool. There was screaming until 9-10pm from kids and adults. The room was NOT clean. The carpet was sticky, the tub was dirty and had hair in it, and there were bugs as well. Not to mention the paint peeling above the shower.
- 4/5
Good place to stay for the night
- 5/5
Great service and rooms were clean. They are in the process of renovations. Very quiet area. We stayed 2x in 1 week with traveling from Texas to Gatlinburg. Would stay again
- 2/5
The a/c was on high when we walked in the room. And it felt like 76 degrees! contacted front desk asked for a fan to help keep cool. They said they didn’t have a fan. But offered me another room, but I was so tired. I didn’t feel like moving to another room so I stayed in this room. The AC finally cooled the room off by about 3 o’clock in the morning. The room was overall clean not too shabby. But the bathtub hot water was super hot. There was no cold water to be found on the bathtub valve and then the sink faucet was backwards. The hot water was on the right cold water on the left. Overall the hotel room is being remodeled, and this all could be fixed during the remodel I guess but I will no longer be staying at a super eight hotel ever again.
- 1/5
The room was non smoking with cigarette burns on the tub. Dirty washcloth with pube hairs on it still hanging on shower. Doing construction on room upstairs from mine early in the morning and it was loud and very disruptive while trying to sleep. Would not recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
No welcome or conversation when checking in, did not inform us there was construction being completed hence the noise. Breakfast choices very limited was not kept stocked. Room appearred to be ok upon arrival but loose outlets, remote had no backing to cover batteries, tv quality terrible, limited channels.in rooom phone did not work. Carpet was dirty so much that our feet turned black after one day.

It was as advertised. Nothing good or bad about it.
- 3/5
Not so good the comforter had a tear in it. The room was hot when I got there., the bathroom floor was not the cleanest, and the light fixture was broken in the bathroom, and the baseboards were coming apart!
- 3/5
This is a motel in the process of rehab. Some things are done well, eg breakfast area, sleeping room. Other areas not so much. Ceiling above shower shows multiple leaks, hot water in shower intermittently hot and cold. Asked for extra blanket and was told they don’t have any.
- 4/5
It’s ok. It’s cheap. You get what you paid for.
- 4/5
I usually avoud Super 8 because of poor quality in the past, but options were limited. This one was better than expected. Lots of traffic noise in the morning, but otherwise clean, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff. Ice machine didn't work.
- 4/5
Rooms are good if your looking for a quick inexpensive place to stay. Do yourself a favor and just go eat breakfast at the waffle House next door
- 3/5
I think Wyndham should review cleaning procedures/regulations with the franchise owner!
- 1/5
The room was dirty, had 1 lamp worth the light bulb hanging off it and a broken lamp shade, another lamp flashed on and off. There was goat on the pillow case, the ceiling was sagging due to water damage, it smelled musty, there were urine stains around the toilet, the toilet paper was damp, there was damage to the walls. It was horrible. Manager did refund money without problem. Is happened between 11:20 pm and 12:30 am. Couldn’t get booking of my account and second Hotels.com agent did not know how to help me find another room. Tried calling more hotels, but my card was blocked for hotels reservations. Finally got a room at 2:30 by drinking up to hotels on I40 and seeing if they had rooms. Was HORRIBLE. Wish agents would escalate problems when they don’t know what to do.
- 2/5
The room we had was filthy we told the staff member and they said they will review it and get it fixed, hopefully the next guess had a cleaner room.
- 2/5
Bed clean. Walls dirty all over. Needs to be scrubbed or painted.
- 2/5
The rooms were old and rundown. It smelled bad. A unique oder. The bathtub looked like Walt and Jessie dissolved a body in it. I wanted a hot shower but decided to pass. I would have raised a fuss but I had driven for 9 hours and just needed a place to sleep for the night. Don’t be deceived by the pictures. This place is really rundown.
- 3/5
Crowded area.
- 4/5
Adequate
- 2/5
Breakfast consisted of waffle maker, two cereal choices, coffe/ juice and bagged honey buns Never had much lick with super 8 hotels
- 2/5
Won’t stay here again
- 1/5
This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in ! I would have not stayed if I had seen it before I payed. Slept in out clothes and wore shoes in the shower. The place is a dump.
- 5/5
I just checked in and it’s about what you would expect for the price we paid. I don’t have any particular complaints at this time.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Good value for the money!
- 2/5
I reserve a room with a king bed and a couch in the room @ $90 dollars a night but when I got there I was given a room with 2 queen beds and I saw several rooms like I requested available and I have stayed here before and I have noticed that there is no one ever staying in the ground floor rooms they are always putting people on the 2nd and third floor rooms
- 4/5
It was clean, hotel staff was friendly and the pool felt wonderful.
- 1/5
The internet was absolutely terrible it kept kicking us off line. The pool had trash all in it floating on it. They were charging me 90 bucks a day somebody came in there and they charged him 69
- 1/5
no water pressure. take the toilet 10 minutes to refill, the internet at most you get 1 mg but it goes in and out..
- 3/5
Good I just forget to give the key back I’m sorry
- 5/5
Employees were nice and professionl
- 2/5
Poorly maintained hotel. We just needed a place to stay. It served that purpose but i wouldn't recommend it.
- 1/5
I have nothing good to say about my stay here
- 4/5
The staff is friendly and will go above and beyond to meet your needs.
- 4/5
Just stayed one night solo. Staff is friendly. Room was ok
- 3/5
It was ok but smelled of marijuana and air freshener to cover that up. We booked late and left early so it worked. The bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Mold in the bathroom. Outside was unkept and not clean. It serves its purpose for a night stay.
- 3/5
Comfortable bed no bugs that's a plus
- 2/5
I have come to expect better overall property conditions when staying at a Super 8. Condition and cleanliness of room, especially the bathroom, was poor.
- 4/5
The bathroom door was broken, the water pressure wasn't that great, and the hot water didn't last that long. Breakfast options were cereal, waffles (with an iron that was semi-broken), toast, and yogurt. The service was great and friendly. Ice machine worked. Room was clean. Price was decent for the central location. ($95 a night on a weekend.)
- 3/5
When I got there after 12 hour drive the restroom in main part of motel office was not working
- 3/5
Room was clean, but cobwebs and spots on ceiling. Couldn't get extra pillows for king bed. Bath and shower were fine. One room light was out and shade was torn.
- 3/5
It was fine
- 1/5
No door on bathroom.
- 2/5
We were traveling and did not know for sure where we were staying and so booked this online. The King room looked clean, the bed and sheets were nice and clean. I did find a child's toy behind the bed which I left. The sink leaked as did the bathtub ( which leaked very badly). The shower did not work. The handle went round and round. The outside of hotel also looked dirty. Maybe they save the rooms which are not so nice with online reservations??! I did tell the man at desk in morning who acted shocked. When asking for our receipt when we left, he said he cannot give us one since we booked online. Honestly, I would not book online except you rarely can get the hotels themselves. I would never stay here again. On the positive note, my husband loves honey buns and he was able to pick one up for breakfast 😁.
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
Great place. Very clean
- 1/5
Room was dirty. Bed spread and sheets were stained.
- 4/5
Very minimal breakfast options parking is kind of tight very those who travel with larger vehicles shower in room would never get hot will probably give it another shot convenient location for those working around the area
- 1/5
Nasty, if it wasn't so late would've found something else only stayed 4 hours couldn't stand it.
- 1/5
Very spotty WiFi, cable was worse. No water pressure at all. Hot water ran out very quickly
- 1/5
Sheets had dirt and sand between them so obviously not clean washed. Multiple pubic hairs in the tub. Very nasty place for such nice town.
- 3/5
I chose this hotel because it was convenient for my overnight trip to the area. Would I chose it again? Probably not. It is "barebones" and needs updating. The toilet rocked when seated on it. The room had an antiseptic smell - not very pleasant.
- 4/5
There was a great place to walk our dog the next morning a short drive away.
- 2/5
Toilet rocked/loose. Bathtub fawcet ran constantly. Stains on the walls
- 3/5
While the property was run down the cleanliness was even worse. They used heavy perfumes to cover up smells and the bed linens were very poor quality.
- 5/5
It was in a quiet area. What I didn't like is the handle on one of the night stands was loose.
- 2/5
We expected better for the area. We were very disappointed..
- 2/5
They said the pool would be open. It wasn’t. They advertised a continental breakfast. It wasn’t. The door handle on my room door was about to fall off. I felt rushed to get out of my room each morning for the cleaning service.
- 2/5
Room smelled horrible. Went down for breakfast in the morning, The lobby and so called dining area smelled like a gym. Available food choices were scant and looked awful. Checked out and ate elsewhere.
- 2/5
Dreadful area! The entire property was filled with foreign people working on trucks in the parking lot, talking loud all night and wandering around! The room had a horrible lingering smell, the offerings on the TV were subpar. I stayed at a Microtel just the previous 4 nights and could hardly believe that this was also a Wyndom property!! Will never stay there again!
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and very welcoming. Rooms were clean. Only downside was that tub/shower had a slow drain. We did not bring to attention of staff. Only stayed a 3 nights.
- 5/5
Gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. Had knee surgery and he was considerate putting us on the first floor. Nice clean room . Need to have more towels in room please. Toilet needs to be grounded better. Rocked . Toilet seat loose. Pool nice. Wud def come back. Love that the motel is near Cracker Barrel
- 5/5
We've liked staying here
- 3/5
Ok
- 2/5
Room is so old and worn down and patched up it can’t really ever be clean. It’s just dirty and gross. Towels are thread bare. Parking area is full of trash. Pool water has gross stuff floating in it that looks like bacteria. They use some floral scent to try and get a clean smell. It’s nauseating.
- 1/5
BED BUGS!!
- 4/5
Great location, excellent price.
- 3/5
This was disappointing. The room was in serious need of updating. It also wasn’t as clean as expected… hair left on the shower wall, something sticky on the counter near the sink… all little things but enough that I would not book another night here when passing through in the future.
- 4/5
Easy parking.
- 1/5
Dirty, dirty, dirty. Cats running around parking lot. People smoking and drinking in the pool. Room was trashy and smelled like cig smoke.
- 4/5
Clean room, most importantly, a comfortable mattress
- 3/5
Room clean,very limited breakfast
- 1/5
This place was very dirty
- 1/5
Had issues with the room and the manager kept lying to me this went on for two hours
- 2/5
No place to walk dogs, back of property was full of broken glass, bags, trash thrown from the interstate. Place was a bit rundown.
- 5/5
The staff were all wonderful, the desk clerk put us in a handicap room because my grandma being 91 has trouble walking and he suggested helping us out. she loves staying here. I didn’t get to swim in the pool but it looked refreshing and the breakfast was pretty good too.
- 4/5
Clean good service
- 5/5
Bed was very comfortable . I had to walk my dog and I felt safe in the parking lot and nearby sidewalk.
- 1/5
Power went out and no accommodations were made. Expedia and hotel property was real nonchalant and unhelpful. I am highly disappointed in my stay.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast. Friendly attentive staff. Room was nice.
- 2/5
The best part of our stay was getting in the car and driving away. Marijuana smell coming out of the checkin window. The motel is a dump. Don’t waste your money. Pay a bit more and find another place.
- 3/5
It was the usual cheap hotel. Phone in room didn't work. Needs updates. Bed sounded like it was going to break apart.
- 2/5
Hotels.com revered me a king bed with a sofa for $80 + tax but the front desk guy gave me no sofa, when I asked repeatedly told to contact the Hotels.com agent over the phone. Then he charged me another $10 for the couch. No bed could be formed by using that couch. It is a total hell type of treatment.
- 5/5
This is probably one of the cleanest properties I've stayed out for this price. Very quiet as it's away from the highway. Pleasant stay!
- 4/5
Our first stop in Gallup NM charged me even though I paid for it through Expedia she said that I had to pay them So I am very disappointed for that location and the person behind the counter
