    When I went in to check into our 2 king rooms was argued with for almost 2 hours until after 2 am saying I had only booked and paid for 1 room and I had proof of conformation and my credit card where it had charged me for the 2 rooms I had booked and refused to refund me after 2 hours he finally FOUND my reservation then sent us on our way. After getting into my room 1 was a queen double which again I paid for 2 KING rooms, I again went down and said this is not what I paid for and he said there was no more king rooms and after I had again said this is not what I paid for then give me back my money he came up with another king room. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NO LONGER BE USING BOOKING.COM EXPECUALLY AFTER i CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND GET A REFUND FROM YOU GUYS AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AIGENT HUNG UP ON ME.

    Breakfast was great, rate was good, easy check in and out. Maintenance man was very helpful. There were several rooms where the units did not work, we were moved to another room and everything worked. Not hotels fault, but there was a strong smell of weed on 2nd and 3rd floors, children being loud and unsupervised in rooms.

    Room smelled musty. I was on the third floor, and the elevator broke, the advertise having hygiene products that you can buy they have nothing. We went down and asked him if we could borrow a pair of scissors and they didn’t know what we were talking about. My partner looked over the desk and saw a pair of scissors. It was the person who was supposed to be helping with the food was on their phone the whole time

    Clean room, good location. Person that checked me in gave me someone else's prepaid room. I booked through here and assumed it was being paid through the app and I only had to.pay for the deposit. Around midnight I get a call to my room that I have to go downstairs so they can fix it and charge me. Then their internet was messed up and charges weren't going through so, he ran my card 4 or 5 times... I'll watch my account now to make sure I wasn't charged every time. Unnecessary stress while traveling is always a bummer.

    My family and I stayed for a week in half and the customer service was okay. I was overcharged twice on my daughter debit card and her card was no longer on file at the front desk. They didn't explain the despoit fee until I was charged 150 dollars for a despoit. When I asked about the fee I was told afterwards that it's a few when you change reservations. So I'm still waiting on a refund from this hotel for over 200.00. the breakfast was never good the eggs was running and had to much water. Was outside by the pool area one night at 2am or so was never told we couldn't be out there. The following day my family and d some other tenants at the time was enjoying a nice evening with bbq and light music and was told we wouldn't be out there after 10pm which it states the pool is closed at 10 pm not the sitting area with the bbq grill. The housekeeping staff was rude and didn't once come clean the room up on my request Thur the front desk after spending a 1 in 1/2 here at this location I will never book again here.

    Until our apart is ready. Clean comfortable, only two problems the breakfast sucks it's not good no selection of different options. And the so called store is way to expensive for there to be not a lot of options as well a can soda is 3.00 when up the street the same soda is only a 1.00 extended stay is to feel like a home away from home not a super super broke getaway

    The sheets to our beds were disgusting. I went down to the lobby to ask for clean sheets and was told house keeping was gone and she offered me a flat sheet. Room curtain was dirty, shower was dirty, AC had what looked like mold in the vents. We were told housekeeping would clean our room the following morning and provide us with clean sheets which they did not. I do not recommend staying here.

    The breakfast is limited and not started on time but it ends on time. You have to constantly ask the server to put things out. They only offer the worst oatmeal flavors. Nothing is cooked to satisfaction except the biscuits and bacon. The sausage is hit or miss and put out pink.

    I really like the hotel but the breakfast makes me dislike everything else. The food is policed by the preparer and you have to ask him to refill things. It's not done automatically. I would post pictures but the app is not allowing me. When I asked for juice at 928 he stated that the breakfast was closed. What's so hard about allowing a guest to get juice? Closing time is 930. This is the worst choice hotel I've ever stayed at. Where is the manager at?

    I was really disappointed by the breakfast service. The male staff that cooks the breakfast in the morning said that his boss was complaining about the amount of people eating the breakfast. Well today when I went downstairs the meat was not cooked completely. My children got sick 2 days ago from eating the breakfast. It's crazy that someone would put out food not cooked thoroughly. The boiled eggs were set out frozen. They do have a cool pancake machine❤️ the place is very clean and smells nice.

    The staff was attentive regardless the few staff available. The facilities are in not good conditions, there is smoky and humidity odor in the hallways. The towels were very limited, the small refrigerator was not functioning, there was no blackout curtain in the room so we needed to ask a room change. Then in the other room there was no desk chair and so on. They limited the amount of service available during the breakfast so you need to ask for the folks, the syrup, more bananas, etc. The staff try the best on their hands but the fault resides in the general manager or the owner of the hotel. Not good option for the rate.

    The check-in was a nightmare. The girl at the front counter couldn’t find the reservations to start with and said we were free to book another room at $100 more. We went outside because there’s no Wi-Fi inside to rebook a room and when we walk back in, she had found the reservations at this point it cost $90 to cancel the other reservations she made us do. We asked to speak to a manager, and she said no one else was there, but her when clearly there was a man in the back room behind her. He did not come out at that time. We saw him later. The next morning we asked to speak to a manager Who turned out not to be a manager, but said she would resolve the issue by the time we checked out. When we went to check out, she was nowhere to be found. The breakfast was minimal at best and the coffee was terrible. The hotel water pressure was also not good for the shower

    Whatever you do don’t get a room at this place. The service is terrible. The sheets have stains on them. They replace them with more stained sheets. I had to use my own personal sheets on the bed. There is never a manger on property to speak with.

    I give this hotel a 8 out of 10.....the wifi is horrible and All the rooms doesn't have mirrors. The room we had at first only had one mirror so it was kinda hard for women to get dressed with only one mirror but I explained that to the kind lady at the front desk and she switched us to another room with a mirror with no problems but other than that our stay was great and it was a very reasonable price and they kept it pretty cleaned but please do something about the wifi but other than that I will be staying there again.

    We arrived on a Thursday evening and checked out Sat morning-we had NO HOT WATER the whole time we were there they were blaming the city for having some gas issue. I requested the toilet seat to be tightened and for the toilet paper holder to be fixed…there was a big hole in the wall. They made no attempt to make those repairs. The room was clean, AC worked very well. Breakfast items were poorly stocked.

    The customer service I received was absolutely horrible. I was never greeted never felt welcomed. When you walk in, the staff have a look on their face as if you just walked into their home uninvited. When asking for my ID to verify my debit card info, the lady acted as if she had to double and triple confirm my identity. I’m not a criminal and I don’t appreciate being treated or reacted to as such. I’ve stayed here before, before the pandemic. And I have never been treated like this.

    During our recent stay, the room was immaculate. No complaints whatsoever to our room. However, the free breakfast needs more TLC. We looked forward to eating breakfast before our journey back home. The pictures on the website showed a totally different story. There wasn't waffle mix, muffins, bacon, eggs nor coffee. We went between breakfast hours that were provided from 6-10am.
