Nothing If I could give negative stars, I would. First of all, when we areive the staff at the front desk mentioned their system was down and they were not able to charge the card used for the reservation, so they needed a copy of my ID and a copy of my credit card. I asked how would I know they do not keep this information, to which they said THEY WILL SHRED IT AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT. (Which did NOT happen at all). They said the system was down at checkout as well and had to keep my information; which is so sensitive nowadays to have your info floating around anywhere. But what was I going to do, when were checking in at 11:30pm, tired and wanted my room to sleep with my family. After we checked in at 11:30pm - we parked and went to our room. We were tired and about to go to sleep around 11:45pm when someone started POUNDING at the door saying HOUSEKEEPING!!!! My husband and I looked at each other and said Who does housekeeping AT THIS TIME??? - We said NO THANK YOU!! - And the man yelled IT’S THE FRONT DESK!! OPEN THE DOOR, WE NEED TO SEE WHO IS STAYING IN HERE!! - I was so scared!!! - I asked my husband to put on a shirt and open the door. Thankfully he was there because if I WAS ALONE, THERE IS NO WAYYYYY I WAS GOING TO OPEN THE DOOR TO A MAN POUNDING ON MY DOOR LIKE THAT.. IF I WAS ALONE I WOULD HAVE CALLED 911 IMMEDIATELY. My husband opened the door and the guy said who is the guest staying in here? - I told him my name, he said OK OK - IT WAS THE SKETCHIEST AND WEIRDEST THING EVER!! - In my 44 years of life and all the time as an avid traveller - I have NEVER experienced something like this. FRONT DESK POUNDING AT YOUR DOOR TO CHECK THAT YOU ARE THE PERSON THAT CHECKED IN WHEN YOU JUST GAVE ME THE ROOM KEYS - 15 MINS BEFORE??? - UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! The rest of the night I had an uneasy feeling and was not feeling SAFE AT ALL. Overall, the floor was dirty, thankfully I carry flip flops everywhere to avoid catching any fungus. The bathroom sink was clogged.

The convenience of the location it was close to my destination. The room was outdated. The TV looked old and did not have any updated channels. The staff was rude; I was clueless when it came to ordering food and front desk was not helpful. We had to give a deposit without notice, I called prior to check in and they did not mention anything about giving an extra deposit. I asked about breakfast and they said 6:30am and when I arrived they said 7am.

Good location, our room 101was next to exit way and was noisy . Wakes you up from 6am that noisy. The breakfast poorly but ok. The pillows in the room are terrible. Left the Hotel with shoulder and neck pain. Cleaning was good. Thanks to the ladies who cares our room.

The mattress in my room had a sag on the right hand side and i ended up sleeping horizontally across the bed (which ended up being comfortable). The room was clean and breakfast was good.

The noisy refrigerator very slow elevator had to go to next floor to get ice. We did not have ice machine on the fourth floor. And the hallway was ice cold on the fourth floor.

Check in was easy and the extra sheets for the sofa bed were brought right up to our room. We had an issue with noise in the middle of night and it was dealt with efficiently. Breakfast had a good amount of choices and Shay could not have been nicer or more accomodating. It was a pleasure to see her each morning and she made sure every guest was taken care of. Would definitley recommend to others in the area.

Staff were not friendly. Woke up to the maid vacuuming outside our door, figured I’d get breakfast. Opened my door and the maid almost hit me with the vacuum then proceeded to vacuum near my feet so I couldn’t walk out of my room. I stood there patiently and wasn’t even acknowledged. Staff didn’t look happy to be there at all, possible management issue? I don’t know. For that reason alone, we won’t be back.

Overall, we have nothing to complain about. It was a good value and clean. Staff was kind and helpful. No complaints!

After check in we went to the room. Upon turning down the bed sheets, they were covered in stains and we had to call for clean bedding. A bit of noise in the hallways from doors slamming closed all night but nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel. Breakfast in the morning was from 7a-10a. We went down at 9a and there was very limited seating. They ran out of most of the food and upon asking if they were bringing out more, I was told that they would not be making any more for the morning, as they had already used the amount allotted for the day. If you are going to offer a breakfast buffet, you need to make sure that you have food to feed everyone that is there. Over all it was a good stay, just slightly disappointed for what we are use to from the IHG line.

Our stay was fantastic! Incredibly affordable, very nice clean room, clean bathroom, clean and comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and very helpful. Our apartment AC went out a day before Thanksgiving and we needed something last minute, I expected to pay a ton but no! Thank you so much for helping us! We really enjoyed our stay.

We are here every other week for my husband's medical proceedure. This hotel is our #1 choice as it less than half a mile to the hospital, It has a Publix nearby, and the breakfast (complimentary) is fabulous. The staff are very kind and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

The room was to my liking. Ac nice and cold. Room wide, shower was big, bed was comfortable. The only small nit pick was the moni fridge was lacking in the cold department, but other then that 5 out of 5. Good job. I will definitely be returning back.

There was shopping nearby, and so was Largo Hospital. The air conditioner vibrated, but kept the room cool.

I wanted to note an employee named Helene who seriously was a great help during our stay. She went above and beyond for us and we can't say thanks enough. Never once did she give us attitude for any of our requests and she always had a smile on her face. It's the little things like this that make customers want to return. We will definitely be coming back for our next trip to Florida and would highly recommend this hotel to those who are wanting to visit Largo. Close to lots of stores/food/the beach!

The room was super clean! We had a king bed with a sleeper sofa. Sofa was clean, no stains and comfortable. I've never stayed in a hotel room that tall ceilings and wood floors (no carpet...yes!!!)! It was amazing! Easy free parking, the breakfast is included, convenient and safe location, grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby. We were about 15 minutes from Indian Rock Beach. I will be staying there when I visit Clearwater/Largo again.

Washing machine and dryer needs attention for cleanliness. The shower floor needs replacing, either dirty or repaired too many times.

We have had a very bad experience with the beds since having slept in them we got bitten by fleas, which is quite horrible to happen. Since the bites of fleas or bedbugs are very painful.

I would recommend this hotel. It is clean and the quiet time after 10 pm is nice. I slept great on the beds. Very comfortable. Had small issue getting the room I wanted. The lady wanted to give me 2nd floor but i had requested 5th floor and paid extra for it when i booked the room. The guy behind the counter fixed me up. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is usually very good - no generic tasteless cereal and muffins but real food like eggs prepared in various ways. Sausage, bacon, yoghurt, bagels, muffins, pastries, pancakes! Real cereal, and, best of all, biscuits and gravy! The only negative is the nonrefundable pet fee of $75 per pet.

I stay here often. It's always clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's very convenient to the hospital where my husband has treatment every couple of weeks. Shopping and groceries are a short drive and walkable for some. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. You can have a great stay at most places once but this hotel performs consistently, time after time.

Deceptive! Booked based on many references to being pet friendly. NOWHERE was it mentioned a $75 pet fee. I understand that a pet may cause extra expense but $75 is a surprise.

Stayed here for a wedding in Clearwater Beach. Was less expensive to stay here and rent a car than get a hotel in Clearwater. Great value and exactly what we needed!

Very disappointed. Internet was spotty or didnt work. Rooms were nice. But very limited TV and since internet wouldn’t work couldn’t stream. Also no ice on floor level.

The staff were excellent .. the only thing, if I may, were the corridors/ hallways were just ok but the inside of my room was good.

Towels were stained and shower floor was dirty. I sat in the lobby and heard the phone ring and ring. I called Travelocity and they tried to call Holliday Inn twice but no one would pick up.

I've stayed at that place a few times. It's usually quieter than this time.

This was a good no-frills stay. The bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffy, & linens were soft & clean. The room appeared clean, although my washcloth turned brown when I wiped up a spill on the floor. Bathroom was clean & had quality bath products available. Shower water pressure was not very high, but it was nice & hot. The wall a/c kept the room cool without being noisy. The curtains kept it darkened in the morning. Unfortunately, we were awakened early by people’s voices outside the room. Very thin walls, I guess. Breakfast was pretty good for continental, with the exception of the milk, which was not expired but came out curdled. We were allowed an extra hour late check-out, which was super nice after being out late the night before. All in all a good budget option.

We had to book last minute for a funeral, and were able to get a room at this hotel, which was only 2 miles from Family. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, and something for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel, and hope to stay again sometime.

I stay at Holiday Inn Express whenever possible. I absolutley love their breakfast with real eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruits, youghurt and muffins! No tasteless economy brand english muffins and stale fruit loops. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We are often traveling for medical reasons and usually a Holiday Inn is nearby every hospital we've been to. Love that convenience!

My family and I stayed for 5 nights. Staff is amazing,helpful and friendly. Breakfast was satisfying.Bathroom is quite old as the drainage is slow. Over-all we had a pleasant stay.

The room was clean with a personalized welcome on the tv. The bed and closets are spacious and the floor is nice and quiet. The front desk staff is helpful and thorough. Toilet didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work

I tried to cancel my reservation because I was no longer going to that area. Expedia is the most difficult vendor to work with. I got a hold of no one at expedia. I was change for a room O did not sleep in. And to put icing o the cake Expedia change my credit card for another reservation O never made. Reservation was 2/28/25 it’s 3/16/25 and I still have no contact info for Expedia. Complete rip off

It was conveniently close to UNC Charlotte and there were plenty of food options in the area.

I cannot say enough about the service that we received when we arrived at the Largo hotel. I mistakenly reserve the wrong date and there were no rooms available Hotel manager stepped in and was able to find me a room at the sister hotel in Clearwater. Their willingness to help was exceptional.

The only Holiday Inn Express in the area.

We did not enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly and nice though. When we checked in they only had a handicap accessible room, which was fine but the room had a very bad odor, sadly (my belief) from a previous deceased person. There were marks on the door and frame that was indicative of EMS had to force open the room door. In the morning there was no hot water, none, for shower. I spoke with staff who did not confirm nor deny my suspicion of deceased person. Staff was also aware of no hot water and stated they were waiting on parts to fix the issue. We booked thru Expedia for $300 for one night. I asked staff for discount and stated as reservation was booked thru third party they could only give us points on our IHG account. I would not recommend this hotel!

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. However we were given a noise complaint because of our two young children. We arrived late back to the hotel and our children fell asleep quickly. We think they only came to our room assuming it was our children but there were also other families staying here.

Room was comfortable, fairly clean, front desk staff was friendly, housekeeping staff was rude and disrespectful… repeatedly knocking on my door with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, even attempting to enter the room twice, with the sign on the door. The door was deadbolted with the privacy latch on and they unlocked the deadbolt and still attempted to enter. They later even took my do not disturb sign off my door, leaving me without one for the remainder of my visit. They also seemed to enjoy LOUD conversations in the hallways while working, all mornings. Wouldn’t stay here again because of this level of disrespect.

The music from the outside was so loud it kept us up all night. You would think they would turn the music off from 10pm-8am to be respectful but it was so loud. Also the smell of pot was so overwhelming!
