Black mold in shower walls, exhaust fan detached, carpet entering bathroom badly stained like never shampooed. No blanket had to use 2 bath towels to keep warm, one good thing NO ROACHES. Garbage strewn entering parking structure. Area full of undesirables and to charge resort fee give me a fn break. Stay away for any hotel that is charging resort fees. Still waiting for my deposit to be credited back. Will I stay here again? HELL FN NO.

This hotel needs a remodel, new mattresses paint power washing. It’s disgusting. They don’t provide blankets because they say people steal them. I had to go and buy my own at Walmart then, in the middle of the night a different staff member brought blankets after I was told they didn’t have blankets. Just really sad that she used to be a cool place to stay and I thought we were going to swim with the grandkids they advertise the pool on Expedia. The hotel has Itold Expedia to take down the pool. Because it will never open. I think the mattresses are about 50 years old. I would’ve got my money back but they don’t give refunds. I should’ve paid more for a better hotel big mistake.

Our Room on 5/23 -3103 was dirty. There were towels from the previous guest hanging behind the bathroom door and garbage under the King Bed.

This place is a dump. No covers on ceiling lights; just light bulbs. No blankets on the beds. When I asked about a blanket, j was told that they could get me a couple extra sheets. Buttons missing on the phone. And none of the buttons dial the offices/desk. It’s been a few decades since the rooms were renovated.

The room was not cleaned. Bathtub not cleaned. Hair was all over the floor. There was only a sheet on the bed with no blanket. Renovation needed badly. I will never stay there again. The Agent needs a attitude adjustment.

They said the pool was not open, but there was people swimming in. It got video of them. The room was nasty. I would never stay there again.

Stayed in building 2. I appreciated the separate living room from the bedroom but that's where that appreciation stops. The carpet was soiled, the mattress was very worn, the mini fridge ran warm and the bath tub was black. I felt that if any part of bare skin touched anything in the room I would surely catch something. I was told that the hotel was entirely booked so switching my room was a no go. I went out of my way and got a shower mat for the inside and when I checked out I left it behind because I did not want to even touch the bottom of that tub let alone take it with me. The hotel took it as an opportunity to deduct 40 dollars off of my deposit just for that bath mat... super reasonable right. In addition the mattress was so old you can place your knee on the bed and with a little of your body weight push it down so far it touches the underside of the mattress. To say the springs were good would be generous. Needless to say I slept on top of the sheets with a sweater, sweatpants, and socks as the linen was very stained to a condition where I couldn't tell where the new and old stains stopped and started. Overall terrible experience. Your a casino hotel in Vegas do better.

It was terrible. We didn't stay there even for an hour, even though we paid for three days. The pictures don't match the reality. The area was dirty, the rooms were dirty, the floor was covered in animal hair. And when we wanted to cancel and asked to keep the first day's payment, they said they would keep the second day as a penalty, but we had to contact them again the next day, and the next day they said they wouldn't cancel the second day and kept the three days' payment.

Was given a total on Expedia then informed it was an extra $200 due at the property not mentioned in the original quote for deposit. We stayed for 3 nights no one ever came in to clean or drop off clean towels or anything. Room had no blankets only sheets. Multiple outlets did not work making charging devices a hassle. Overall not a good experience and will never stay at this property again

First we shows up and front desk takes 20 minutes to check me and m family in due to them training. Okay didnt say anything just patiently waited, when we walked into our room 3514, not sure if it was still occupied or didnt get cleaned but it was a disaster in there. Went back to the receptionist and the manager stayed we will get one of the suites as complementary but couldnt offer me a refund. So we went to the "suite" and lord if was dirty stains on the floor stains on the bed no trash can in the restroom trash buildup behind the doors. And not to mention how bad it is outside, so unsafe for kids definitely not a family oriented hotel. Too much going on outside! Definitely dont stay here!

On my next visit to Vegas, I will again be staying at Arizona Charlies (Boulder).

Also be warned, there is a resort fee that is extra. Not sure what the resort fee covered but if it could cover security in parking lot as you avoid the drug dealers and other questionable persons that would have been worth it. I'm afraid you're on your own there. This is not a family safe place to go...circus circus may be a better option.

I wasn’t invited to breakfast. The casino was nice , unfortunately the room was nasty , the shower was gross . It had rusted drain and moldy bathtub. The carpet was stained . My daughter wouldn’t even take a shower due to nastiness.

The room was in pretty bad conditions. The carpet had so many gross stains on it and the entrance had a giant black sticky blob. The mirrors and bathroom were also dirty. There was only a thin sheet as a blanket. Very dingy inside.

I booked on Expedia and I called the resort before I booked it and asked if it comes with refrigerator ( because I use insulin and the receptionist said yes it does. I read the decfiption of the doom from Expedia When I arrived and checked it I confirmed about the fridge and Julio the reception person said no it doent Had to pay 25 dollars for a fridge. It’s false advertising. Expedia should look into this !! Will not rent from Expedia again

The staff were helpful and professional during check-in and checkout. When told about my plan to visit the Vegas Strip, they were able to suggest area to get free parking. The property including the assign room was clean. It was refreshing to come back to the hotel and rest during a full day out hiking in the nearby state parks.

The room we booked is for 4 people, however they only provided has two sets of towels. I kept on calling and asking that we needed more towels, we did not receive any. That is why our stay was terrible for us. The bathtub looks like it is going to be broken very soon.

When I brought this to the attention of the reception they responded with "so what" Upon calling to the manager they informed me that they would be in at 3pm, calling back at 3:30 , now he would come back at 4:30 and began arguing with me that the refund I am looking for had to come from hotels.com in spite of the fact that it was Arizona Charlie's who charged Mr. Never got a callback either. It was an ok place. Pretty much what I expected for the price. Under the bed never gets vacuumed, it is very dirty and food reminents underneath. Overall it was satisfactory though.

After walking into the dark dingy smoke field Casino to get a room key, it took less than an hour for me to watch the cleaning staff break into my room. Inside the room, taking your shoes off is not recommended due to the black carpet and the smell. Being approached by homeless asking for money and favors was the next step in what is definitely an unsafe place to lay your head. Do not expect anything fancy. Keep a chair in front of your door and take all of your belongings with you when you go. This was our last, worst option.

Three good things about my stay, first seeing this place in my rear-view mirror when I left, second it had very hot water, third…… I guess two good things. The room was terrible. The ‘carpet’ was stained and oily dirty, the pictures do not do it justice, it looked dirtier in person. It obviously was not vacuumed after the last guest, because their nail clippings were still by the beside on the floor. The bathroom sink was very slow draining, the floor in the bathroom was uneven and ‘soft’ in spots, when standing in the shower the floor would creak with the shift of your weight, we felt like we were going to fall through it. The cable system stopped working- so the TV would turn on, but the service was ‘out’. The beds – the sheets seemed to be clean, and we did not see any bugs, but there was only sheets on the bed – No blankets. So you got to sleep with a sheet over you. The outlet next to the bed - I sleep with a CPAP and plug it in, I used the same one that the lamp was plugged into, the bottom outlet worked, the top did not, and the entire outlet would push in. (Not secured) The grounds were dirty, with trash and cigarette butts along the steps to the second floor. Each step had at least one butt on the side of it. Did not dare use the fridge or coffee maker in the room. I stay in Vegas about 10-12 trips a year, and look for different places to try, this one is now on my ‘never again’ list to stay at. My recommendation – do yourself a favor and just stay away.

Carpets were dirty and with steins all over, toilet was sideways as if you were low riding sideways, bathroom shower knob was not working properly, vent cover was missing, paint was falling off. I had to check out earlier than scheduled. They said they were going to refund my money but have not seen the refund yet. I might have to go through my credit card in order to get my money back. I will give it a few more days. I've been to cleaner motel rooms. Stay away.

This was my 2nd stay at this property & I was hoping that by contacting the Front Desk ahead of time to inquire about the issues we had on our last visit, maybe we could avoid them this time BUT that was not the case. Even though they assured me via email that blankets would be provided, and the room we had would be poolside... No blankets, only 1 mini pillow for each guest (no extra pillows were available). The mini fridge didn't work & even after reporting it, they never came to address it. Thankfully we traveled with a cooler. The pool is also closed (was last time also) and no mention of that when we requested a poolside room. The rooms are filthy & left your feet BLACK so we kept our shoes on in the room. The toilet ran all night, but only halfway flushed. The traffic/other guests are very loud & wonder around ALL night! I will never stay here again when Sam's Town is only $20 more per night! Not worth a dime to stay here!

The room was clean and staff was co-operative and please note that the break fast was not served in the morning but can be purchased as needed. Casino was good but has some cigar smell. I recommend them to have separate place for smokers and non-smokers to make it as a family friendly!

The internet barely worked. The shower head had a crack and sprayed against the wall. There were holes in the walls. The beds were like sleeping on straw. The pool and hot tub needed to cleaning and they look nothing like the pictures. You're better off staying at the other hotels with 7 and 8 star ratings. Their prices are comparible

Everything went well. However when we got to the property there are no signs of where to go to check in. We parked in the front and opened the door to the casino but didn’t see anything so walked out. I had to call to ask where the registration desk was at. We went to check in and it took about 20 minutes just to get our keys and a map that was so confusing to find our room. The stay was nice. Once we were ready to check out we got to the desk around 10:50 thinking it was going to be a fast check out. There were 2 employees at the front desk and about 4 customers trying to check in/out. The guy in front of me told me to take a seat because they were taking forever. It took about 30 minutes just to get to the front and another 5 minutes to check out. One of the employees should be helping only guest that are checking out as it takes less time than the ones that are checking in or finding a room to stay. Other than this our experience was ok.

The room table was extremely dirty. There was one working ice machine that I had to walk around entire outdoor property to locate. The door did feel secure when shut and deadbolted. The extra security latch was broken off. The room was directly next to the dumpsters in the back that were loud when dumped daily before the sun rose. Several homless that wonder in and around the property.

Room had a distinct smell and did not meet my expectations. I canceled after viewing the room but 3 days later I'm still waiting on my refund. I will never stay at this property again.

I cannot believe the condition of those rooms first of all the first room we went to we were there for a day noticed some ants by the couch went to sleep the next day we were getting ready to go out and we looked at the bed and there's ants all over the bed so I take a video of this and show it to the front desk of the hotel registration in the give us another room and we stay there and the next day we see ants on the bed there too and she got bit and in my book that is very unacceptable for a hotel to be having an ant problem and then we did some research and looks like they've had this problem before because there's other reviews that have had the same problem so somebody needs to do something there they need some pest control or whatever they got to do to get them rooms back up to standard and also might want to get some better housekeeping because we seen a lot of articles of food and different things under the bed and the couch so that tells us you know that they're not doing a very good job cleaning. Just be warned today you might be answering your room if you go there

I don't like or understand the hidden 14-day staying policy, I don't see why it matters how long a guest stays as long as they continue paying for a room and folllow rules on the property. It was incredibly inconvenient to rebook through Expedia only to be told by Arizona Charlie registration staff that I can't stay for another week. I had to vacate my room and have security make sure I left because i wasn't allowed to be there any longer, it was incredibly inconsiderate and inconvenient... needless to say, I won't be back now.

The place is not a 5 star hotel. Then again, if you expect it to be a 5 star hotel at the price you're paying, then you have issues. Overall, it's safe, clean, quiet, decent appearance all around, parking has never been an issue, the staff are actually friendly and helpful. It's off the strip for those who prefer it. You have gas stations, fast food, other casinos within miles.

Our room was somewhat clean and the King size suite was huge for 2ppl. We stayed for 1 night on our way from California to Utah just to stop by for rest since we were stuck in pretty bad traffic for the holidays. I loved how rooms were separated from the casino

We had breakfast at McDo. Because the hotel does not have a restaurant. There is however a Panda Express and a taco shop. They are slowly renovating bedrooms, but ours was not. They do not change the sheets everyday and tou have to ask for a blanket, there is none in the room. All in all its a 2 star hotel so do not expect more.

I asked them to clean my room 5 times, they didn’t till the last day, homeless people in the room next to me. They made me walk to the front desk 8 times, I was put on hold for 28 minutes then the front desk person Jazzman said her manager was dealing with another unruly, angry guest when I wasn’t, I told her I wasn’t being angry and she hung up on me. Roaches in the room, construction outside my room all week, and the workers were aggressive and got my car dirty. They did nothing for me, honestly I don’t have enough time, the rotten lemon that was behind the chair was a nice touch too….

After I received my key, I walked from the Casino to the room 2 separate times because the key did not work, this resulted in being assigned another room.

Dirty, no blankets, on top of this charge for the room from Expedia they charge a 100.00 dollar deposit plus a resort fee of 33.00.

Light switches did not work. Tried to turn light on by hand, bulb burnt out. Checked in early (3PM) to ask for room close to lobby, but was stuck all the way in far back next to dumpster. Clean room but did not feel pleasant experience.

The phone did not work The TV remote looks like it had been in the trashcan. I had to put a baggie over it to use it. I added an extra day talk to the manager he was gonna make sure housekeeping came in I got home from work and nobody had been there he was gonna have the fridge looked at. So I had to wait over an hour to get towels and coffee and a new ice bag. Not sure if the manager didn’t relay the message or if the housekeeping is not that good Lots of very dirty carpet I usually stay at a different hotel the hundred plus times I am here for work. There is a Denny’s moving in so that is good The stay was OK. I have stayed there before at least this room had better TV on the last. There are very limited lamps or lighting. There was a guy at two in the morning yelling outside the windows, but I couldn’t call the front desk or security because my phone didn’t work and I wasn’t gonna call 911 but that is the kind of area of town it is in there are a lot of homeless people that wander around all the times I have checked in the check-in is usually a very long wait at this hotel all in all I knew what I was getting and it is one of the two cheapest hotels in Las Vegas Metro so you have to go in knowing you’re not gonna get a high-end classy room, but it was acceptable for what it was

Broken light. Staff walked into my moms sleeping area without knocking. Poor lighting. Bed was uncomfortable.

Price on the Internet was not accurate. They added a substantial tax and $100 security deposit which was unseen on the Internet original room was not made up second room. I was given there was no blanket on the bed had to sleep in my clothes with a hoodie to stay warm.

The room was very raggedy looking, and it had a wet smell, also I didn’t get any house service even though I requested for my room to be cleaned and also to get new towels and sheets change no one ever came. Also, the curtains fell down and no one ever came back to put it back up. It was a very terrible stay for me and my daughters and they really need to remodel that whole place. Staff I arrive and there was nobody at the front desk waited for like there is something minute for the lady with the attitude show up then she gave me my room keys. The keys did not work. I came back to front desk the lady with the same attitude check in on her computer and she realize the room keys that she gave me and the room was not available and then she gave me another room. It was just a waste of time. I think they should have somebody always at the front desk because there was like a three more people beside me waiting for that lady that was on break.

Walking in the room wasn’t as clean as I expected it, the mirror was dirty and so was the sink and the bathroom. You pay for what you get, it is outdated. We called room service to tidy up and replace the sheets and towels and they only left them in a bag hanging on the door outside and obviously didn’t clean. The sink kept clogging. Air conditioning wasn’t reliable, the staff was nice and breakfast or lunch isn’t included.

I wasn’t able to use my reservation and I’m currently awaiting an answer in response to getting the money I spent booking the room credited back to me. The front desk attendant, a larger man whom had one day of his career at Arizona Charlie’s left made an executive decision that my temporary state id would not make the cut. This temporary id is a valid Utah state id and good for six months from the date printed. I often stay in hotels and this exact id has worked at numerous establishments. I had recently been a victim of a vehicle fire and couldn’t provide them with my old copy in hand but I did produce a picture I had on my phone of the id. This man’s decision was completely inconsiderate and incompetent. I was out of a hotel to stay in for the evening and possibly the bill for the nightly amount I had issued to the third party for the cost of the room. My state id came from the DMV and I have never had an issue prior to this. My fiance and I were sitting outside, trying to come up with a new plan and waiting for a ride share service to retrieve us. We were harassed by security stating that we couldn’t sit on the property in front of their electric box and was told we had 15 minutes longer to wait for our ride or we would need to exit the property. I’m unsure why we would be treated in such a foul way?! These people are IDIOTS and this establishment needs some help!

The people around that place oh my Lord. I went to Arizona Charlie's on Decatur and it was so pleasant! But this was almost a nightmarenon Boulder. Mold and mildew. The only hi light was the waived resort fee and PTs Express.

Dirty and not a safe place to stay

We could only find 1 power outlet and 0 usb charging ports in the primary bedroom. The free wifi was unreliable. The toilet was very low to the ground with no bars to give aid. I called ahead for a shower chair and was told just to ask at check-in. When I asked, I was told that they were all broken. The best things about our stay was the pillows (and there weren't enough of them) and Gerald, the person at the front desk.

This hotel does not have blankets. I don't mean "no extra blankets". I mean I booked a room with a king bed and that bed didn't have a blanket. I called the desk to request one and was told that they did not have any blankets. To the staff's credit, they provided extra sheets, but.... WHAT? This shouldn't need to be said, but if I'm paying you for a bed, that bed should have a blanket. I will not be returning.

Staff was amazing, some of the best most friendly service I’ve had. The homeless encampment in the back and multitude of stains on the carpet were concerning. Room itself was very spacious and well laid out. Appliances all worked except the coffeee maker put out dirty water.

We stayed there for four nights and was thoroughly disappointed with the condition of our room! It was one of the dirtiest rooms we have ever stayed in! There was no room service,which they did not offer and said there would be none during our stay, They had two towels for two people for four nights plus we didn’t have a blanket for our bed and froze half the night. Do not stay there you will be disappointed!

Room was dim and poorly lit. Only 2 lights in the entire room worked. The telephone did not work so was not able to call maintenance or front desk. No blanket on the bed and found out that you have to call the front desk to request one. It was a no smoking room but past visitors smoking in the room with current visitors smoking in theirs. Overall the staff was great but the room was disappointing at best. Should have stayed somewhere else since the “resort” fee did not make this any better priced.

The whole place should be condemned. My room wasn't even cleaned. The TV was on. The was a Mountain Dew bottom the couch, a soiled towel on the guest bed and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. Ridiculous.

Where between a table and a sofa, it smells like someone puked on or something and on the tv remote control there was something on it not sure it was food or what but look so nasty.

Horrible experience. First room was unable to get into as it was in the 2nd floor and the elevator was not in service. 2nd room provided was very dirty and run down. The bathroom toilet had feces in the rim of toilet, no toilet paper I don’t think the cleaned before giving it to us. When we went to the check in area they explained that the cleaning lady were gone for the day. We were given toilet paper and a rag to clean it ourselves the king size bed was broken on one of the sides. All night we had random people knocking and trying to open the room. The room was clean but in fair condition. I did not interact much with the staff but no one was rude to me. 😊 There's a restaurant inside and it's open 24 hours. The pool area seem to be well maintained. The hot tub was being serviced at the time of my visit. It's on the outskirts of town but you can get to the strip within 25 minutes or so. I would stay there again.b we don't spend a lot of time in the room when we go to Vegas so a lot of these amenities and things didn't really matter a lot. Enjoy your stay and enjoy Vegas.

We rented the room for our 29th Anniversary to use of the pool and the jacuzzi and when we went to check in they had told us the jacuzzi had been blown for two years so we canceled. The hostess at the cafe upstairs even covered the amount on our bill when we were short so we didnt have to run all the way back to the room before the order was put in. What a sweetheart. The hotel rooms are very outdated. For the price, it works in a pinch. Gambling usually on the lucky side, and the food at PT's is great.

This time the bed was all spring no padding, they had ZERO blankets, none on the beds and when we asked for blankets they brought more sheets and said they don't have any blankets. We had a suite the toilet wouldn't stop running the ac worked great but it was loud the bed was old and felt all the springs someone before us put plastic over the smoke detector the people who come there little sketchy but all in all it was a good stay

My stay was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the cabinetry was dirty and falling apart. The bathtub and faucets were difficult to use, and the tub itself was stained. I also woke up with multiple bites on my arms and legs from bugs in the bed. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of old smoke, giving the impression of a run-down weekly rental rather than a hotel. Thankfully, I was traveling alone—this would have been unacceptable if I had been with someone I care about.

Room was dirty and had roaches I requested if I can move room and they refused. Both beds were dirty shower was disgusting and vent was about to fall out

TV was poor quality old cable/satellite with high amounts of noise.

There were multiple things broken in our room. Some of the outlets didn't work. There were burn marks on the counter tops. Their pool was nice 👍 the room was spacious it accommodated my family.

The attendant at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. I was charge additional for early check in. Tv in the room didn’t work, dirty wash cloth was found in the room, carpet is a mess and curtains have seen their better days. I called and reported yet nothing was done. At the time of check out the same Phillipina lady that was rude to me “ there isn’t anything that I can do” I asked for her director. She claimed that she was out until Thursday!

Next time I'll spend a little extra and go closer to the strip. It's very underwhelming. Bed was not comfortable and you could barely walk around it. Area is not good either. Room was large but I would go for a smaller room somewhere nicer over this one. Staff was friendly but the place was not for me.

AC didn’t cool room at all. People fighting outside my room

Carpets were very disgusting tons of stains. Restroom pipe started flooding the Restroom but they came and replaced the valve quickly but wouldn't allow us to move rooms. The floor in the Restroom definitely had mold and mildew very obvious. AC ran well and stayed cool. The couch was extremely dusty and under the beds were extremely dusty don't store anything under the beds. Pull out sofa couch was very worn and lumpy. Mostly the shower and toilet area was the worst part. No microwave not even down in registration area. Elevator to upper floors didn't seem to work so expect to climb stairs it was fine for us but handicapped or elderly should stay on bottom floor.

I always love to come to this location when I want a quick getaway, my only complaint this last time is that my bed didnt have a blanket! Other than that small thing, I love staying in the suite rooms.

The first night we were there a SWAT raid happened in a room, the second night a big fight happened in front of our room and the third night hookers were scream to people for their "Toys". The food at the Sourdough restaurant was way over cooked or way under cooked. I asked for a piece of Apple pie and half of it was steaming out but the other half was frozen.

The stay was good. I was in Begas for some gaming action. I got a good nights sleep.

Will not stay here again. Elevator doesnt go down to the room level, you have to get out and take stairs down to your room. Casino is dirty, a lot of sketchy people hanging around. Room was uncomfortable, no blanket on the bed and no matress pad. Never again, spend more and stay someplace decent!

The property overall was average. The staff i had seen did the bare minimum to keep the property clean. The pool hadn't been cleaned, although the water clear there was a lot of debris and dead bees in the water. Engineering and houskeeping need to put a little more TLC in the rooms and the property.
