Pool was not available for guest only to prepaid event ticket. Not cool. It was a beautiful hot day in June 2026
- 5/5
Clean, nice, great price

Everything
- 5/5
Great location, never sleeps. Beautiful and clean hotel. The food on site and in the area is nasty. Order Uber or go out to eat.
- 4/5
No bar pool open in March. No restaurant open on weekend in march. Price for drinks to high.
- 5/5
Clean room and great casino
- 5/5
didn't use pool but it looked cool. great area, easy parking in garage and close to fun stuff and good eats

Hotel Is going down hill
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel for a fantastic price. Highly recommend especially if majority of your time will be spent downtown.
- 5/5
Great absolutely would stay there again
- 5/5
My stay was during the week and it was great. No noise or loud partying people. The pool was not crowded, plenty of places to sit near the pool. I highly recommend going during the week.
- 3/5
Hotel elevator was broke no gard rails and the lobby smelled of sewage
- 3/5
Cheap food No tub
- 3/5
Room extremely spacious and clean Gym clean and had a variety of equipment Free self parking across the street Across from Fremont Cons: Mattress hard Towels cheap quality Shower did not have a full glass door to avoid water splashing on the floor Hot water temperature is limited Swimming pool area:Cabanas a bit pricey and lacked a variety of music Noise level: high at night (ask the front desk for earplugs) Would I return... no. My expectations were not met.
- 4/5
Location was better than expected - nice and quiet, but close to attractions such as the Mob Museum and an entertainment strip on Freemont, plus god quality restaurants. Free parking adjacent to the hotel was really handy. The woman who served breakfast in the main restaurant was surly, rude and unhelpful. We went there twice, but changed to the continental breakfast in the Art Bar, purely to avoid her. The air conditioner unit in the bedroom as really loud (and switching on and off overnight meant it woke us up quite a few times). Our room had a fridge, but the room our son and his girlfriend had did not have a fridge. Our expectation is that this should be a standard in any room. Finally, we treated ourselves to a day by the pool and paid a lot of money to reserve a cabana so we had some shade (no way you could be out there very long without this). Whilst the US$250 fee included food and beverages to that amount (not including a 26% service fee mind you) 4 of us struggled to spend this in over 5 hours - so not a viable option for groups less than this size. We never saw more than 3 of 12 cabanas in use at any time, so the hotel really needs to rethink this, as it is a great pool area. We couldn't understand why they wouldn't offer 3 or 4 hour booking slots.
- 4.5/5
It was nice stay. Games were tight.
- 5/5
Very Clean. Right in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas.
- 2/5
The front desk staff were nice. The room looked like it was partially remodeled but the furniture was old and dated. The bathroom was definitely remodeled and very nice. There were holes in the wall where the outlets were. The most horrifying part of the hotel was the parking garage. The elevator was broken and the stairwell was filthy. The entire parking garage was disgusting.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Clean rooms. Walkable location.
- 4/5
No fridge in the room. Not enough supplies in bathroom.
- 4.5/5
Really nice hotel, just off Fremont Street, which having stayed on Fremont before, I actually thought was better just being slightly away from the main street / area. The price was very reasonable for our 2 night stay, nice large bedroom with 2 beds and nice bathroom. Good outside pool area with bar and bars / eating areas within the hotel. Would highly recommend and would happily stay here again on my next trip to the Vegas Fremont area. If any negative, the aircon was loud but still appreciated since it was 40plus outside during our visit.

Great location, staff was very helpful, has a cool vibe. I wish the pool stayed open a little later

- 5/5
great! per usual
- 4/5
I really wish yall had microwaves because a few times we had food we wanted to take back to our hotel, but couldn’t heat it up and it’s only good when it’s hot. I do understand that some incident happened to where y’all took all the microwaves out but most hotels have microwaves. So that’s like the only issue I had. No microwaves. I will not be back because that just really sucked when I wanted to heat up food that I brought back from going out having a good time in Vegas. there are just too many hotels with microwaves. so the room just did not feel complete without that because this is something you mostly expect in a hotel room.
- 4/5
Everything was good but very noisy. We used earplugs every night.
- 5/5
Great location, not overly crowded, employees were great, access to Fremont is awesome. Some things are dated...but to be expected in that part of vegas. Thank you again for being great hosts of our military reunion
- 5/5
Everything, this is my go to spot in Vegas N/A
- 5/5
The location is everything! And the staff made it special with an upgrade for my birthday! A corner suite with a beautiful view! The pool vibes are just right and the restaurant on site right next to the casino area! And walking distance like right across the street from the Fremont experience! N/A

Coffee in room is a plus
- 5/5
The person checking us in gave the woman ahead of me a bunch of free food vouchers but never offered us a thing. Maybe should have been more discreet so we didn’t hear it, and we were standing back waiting our turn.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 4.5/5
Nice room, and even though it is located in a busy area, you hardly notice it; you do hear music from the surroundings in the room, but that stops at some point. However, it didn't bother me and I had a good night's sleep; actually five stars +++++ Great comfort for a good price. In fact nothing
- 5/5
Needed a place to stay while my AC got fixed and I loved my stay except for the pool. We got in thinking it was going to be a nice way to cool off since it was like 108 but the pool was very hot. Other than that the beds and pillows were comfortable, the hotel is very clean.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, room was a little dated but clean. It would be great if they could provide more shade at the pool. All in all we had a great time at a very reasonable rate.
- 5/5
The room looked a little old. Needs to be freshened up paint and deep cleaned especially around the tub and bathroom floor to walls. It looks like your maintenance only does repairs to get by.
- 5/5
Excellent stay off downtown to avoid all the noise but close enough to get anywhere easily. Room was clean, bed comfy, sheets soft. Staff was excellent and casino wasn’t too packed.
- 5/5
Hope at check in was an amazing experience I’ve never had such great customer service at any Las Vegas hotel.
- 4/5
I didn’t mind the location, staff were friendly and informative and places to eat Would have liked a fridge in the room and the ice machine didn’t work on the floor
- 5/5
Staff was super nice and very helpful. Will com back and stay again
- 4/5
We stayed in the new tower, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, if you get lucky you get a view of the pool.
- 5/5
I had a great time on my solo trip! Clean room, great pool, great location! Loved the staff and they made me feel safe
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Close walking distances to everything Fremont .
- 4/5
My only complaint about the hotel was it had no restaurant. So you had to leave the hotel to eat. There were plenty of places around to eat but sometimes you don't want to venture out. I did enjoy the beer and hot dog or beer and pretzel options and did eat that for dinner a couple of times. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
Overall, it’s a good hotel, especially if you want to stay close to Fremont Street. It can be a bit noisy, but it’s generally not disruptive, even until around 3 a.m. Most of the staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
- 3.5/5

- 5/5
Buena atención
- 5/5
This hotel was fairly clean for an older hotel. The staff was great. They were always very accommodating any time I needed anything. Cleanliness in the common areas were great. I think they certainly need to invest some new sheets but overall very good experience

La limpieza,muy bien;
- 5/5
Great place to stay downtown! I will definitely be back!
- 5/5
I liked the hotel was close t Fremont but far enough away it wasn’t noisy. The room was clean the bathroom was clean we had a handicap room so the counter space was limited I’m guessing that’s for the wheelchair access. I’m guessing the regular rooms have better counter space. The only complaint I have is the lack of plugs to charge things. There was a charge station for plugging in accessories but they did not work well. Minor inconvenience. Overall it was a great room the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
- 1/5
Rooms were not cleaned daily
- 5/5
The hotel has a convenient location next to the monorail.
- 5/5
From them moment we checked in, Gregory at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was nice and clean and the pool was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy some R&R. The bartenders at the pool bar were engaging and the service was top notch. We will definitely stay at The Downtown Grand again!!
- 5/5
It was clean and the staff was helful
- 4/5
Helpful staff, easy check-in, nice pool, rooms need some updating. You're a block off of Fremont St, so be prepared for loud music until 2am.
- 3/5
Pool area is clean. Room was excellent. I had a good view from the 18th floor. They did forget my wake up call and I missed my flight.
- 1/5
This experience was the most disgustingly they give us a room so disgusting, smelling like a drenched mess, cigarette restroom dirty everywhere was dirty even we have. A towel from the person who was before us. I when backstage to the front desk and telling them that they said we are completely full so you have to take it and tomorrow we will try to move you out and give you a better room
- 4/5
While I was sleeping i felt something tickle my arm
- 5/5
On site restaurants have minimal hours. Pool area is nice but closes too early. Casino is low key but the PBR & hot dog or pulled brisket specials are a plus.
- 5/5
Location
- 4/5
My family and I stayed mostly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooftop pool and gym were nice and easy to access. Although our room was dusty in various spots, it worked for the few nights we stayed. The location is within walking distance to activities and good restaurants! However, since it’s so close to the Fremont walkway, it can get pretty loud at night (10pm-2am).
- 3/5
Great location at 2 blocks from Fremont st. Hotel is a bit dated but still very functional and clean
- 4/5

- 4/5
Rooms were okay, just a little outdated. Staff was a bit rude but nonetheless if you’re staying for a short period it’s good.
- 1/5
To stay with horrible the reason why I say that is numerous different reasons when the pool closes at 6 that unbelievably early no one replaced my towel and washcloths no one ever clean my room same bed sheets every night for the entire day of five days no toothpaste refrigerator the elevator broke down twice within the two days man as far as far as amenities none of them was offered if there were any the hotel overall is very much dark and gloomy the fob used to have elevator access works on and off 9×10 it did not work for the room I had the coffee was good but I prefer a glass cup rather than plastic cup or paper cup new to say a room should be spotless each and every given day I walk in my room that did not happen with the 4 to 5 days I stayed
- 3/5
The room was clean, but was a little bit outdated to our liking. Majority of the room is carpet, this matters to me as I loathe carpet (I’m sure it does to others). It’s very close to Freemont, but it was decent for a night stay. Casino has a variety of slot machines too. I was very pleased with that too.
- 5/5
Clean room and very helpful staff
- 3/5
The room was clean, staff very courteous. I did not like that the parking was across the street and elevator was not working. We parked on the fourth floor and it was a real inconvenience especially when you’re carrying luggage.
- 5/5
Clean and cheap. No complaints
- 5/5
Not sure
- 3/5
Confusing breakfast charges, not sure what’s included and not
- 4/5
This hotel was pretty nice and clean loved the restaurants around the area and the coffee shop inside. The pool and the bar were a nice place to go out and chill and have a drink. The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 is because the rooms don’t have refrigerators which I think it’s a must for every hotel, it also didn’t have a microwave. Another thing the pool closes way too soon it should probalbly open a little later and stay open till atleast 8 or 9. And maybe adding some more shade in the sitting area will be nice. Other than that this hotel was a nice and wonderful stay.
- 5/5
Easy check in process. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Easy Lyft/Uber pickup spot outside front desk. Walkable to Fremont street and can pick up quick needed items at the walgreens or ABC store. Stayed during EDC weekend and have heard other hotels do safety checks and interrupt you during your sleep. No issues here, just put do not disturb outside door and smooth sailing. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Clean room great staff
- 4/5
When i booked it showed me a kitchen an when i got my room i had no refrigerator or a micro wave an i had to pay extra
- 5/5
Had such a great experience very close to fremont street would definitely book again
- 5/5
Lovely and amazing time. Atmosphere and environment was everything for me! Close n convenient assess to everything. Just magnificent staff altogether to make you come back!
- 5/5
Everything was cool security, clean room, casino, pool amazing
- 1/5
The hotel did not honor the price that Experian quoted. They charged over 100 dollars more at check in and was told it was not being refunded.
- 4/5
As dog owners, we felt truly welcomed—not only by the staff, who provided special doggie accommodations, but also by other guests. The dog relief area, equipped with baggies, was a thoughtful touch, though it could benefit from better upkeep, a spring-loaded gate, and perhaps a bench or chairs for added comfort. Our room was comfortable, though there were a few minor maintenance issues like a broken sink faucet and night lamp. These didn’t overshadow our overall experience. The hotel grounds and surrounding area were kept clean, which we appreciated. The gym was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, while the pool was especially pleasant thanks to its salt-water system. However, we did have some trouble accessing the pool due to a malfunctioning key card, and it was disappointing that the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. Additionally, the pool hours felt a bit limited, and there was an extra charge for after-hours pool parties. A few small improvements, such as better signage for amenities like ice machines, would enhance the guest experience. We were grateful to be accommodated for a late check-out, which made our departure mo

Location
- 5/5
Love that it was a cute hotel, very close to fremont just a block over, many food spots around walking distance. The pool was nice, just wish they had a little more open seating near the pool without paying.
- 4/5
The location is great as it is close to Fremont. During our one night stay we did have issues with our shower water which the pressure would go from high to low. The room was spacious for 4 people. The elevator for one of their parking structures was not working.
- 1/5
Best Location near Freemont St., older building but clean and inviting.
- 5/5
For a single night stay, the hotel had exactly what we needed. Clean restroom, fresh linens, AC, and complimentary water bottles. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Everyone was very helpful & pleasant! But you could tell the rooms were old. They need to paint, the carpet was very very old & no mini fridges in rooms. No liner bags in garbage cans or ice bucket. Lights were dim, could use more, need more towel hangers in bathroom also. Curtains were torn, dirty, very outdated & the air-conditioning is set a very warm temp you can't adjust it we all were very warm when we slept. The pool facilities were beautiful though
- 5/5
We have stayed at the Grand a number of times and it has always been comfortable and enjoyable. This was wasn't any different. The front desk staff was fast and helpful. Mirabel, the housekeeper on our floor was super attentive and took very good care of us and our room. We always had plenty of water, towel etc. The pool staff were friendly. We were "upgraded" to the Gallery Tower from the Grand Tower. I actually prefer the Grand Tower. This is the first time that I would say the bed at the Grand was too soft and the pillows to big. They did bring us new pillows, but even the "smaller" ones were too large. For the few small things we didn't love our overall stay was great and we will be back.
- 5/5
enjoyed an overnight stay
- 1/5
Had no AC all weekend! As soon as I checked in I let them know they sent someone over and they said they would be back but never came back. Again let them know and didn’t do anything about it
- 2/5
If you are going for work. make sure that you get a room on the quiet side of the music that plays all night to 3am.
- 5/5
Very good experience thank you
- 4/5
Great property, great staff, only thing that was frustrating was the parking situation since it is open to everyone, but being hotel guests and seeing “lot is full” sign and having to wait and drive around for a spot wasn’t very pleasing.
- 3/5
This used to be one of my favorite hotels. It has really gone down hill.
- 5/5
Good food deals
- 5/5
This was our first time staying in Lad Vegas and I chose the Downtown Grad based on reviews and I was not disappointed. The staff was very warm and welcoming and it was so conveniently located to all the fun yet just enough away for a quiet restful night. Overall, excellent stay!!! Will definitely be back!!!
- 4/5
We like the pool it’s was cool vibes
- 5/5
Quiet , clean and convenient
- 5/5
The hotel is clean and well located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. Freemont is only 1 minute away. Definitely would stay again.
- 3/5
Cons: no coffee pot, no white noise machine as advertised, no fridge, no microwave, staff was not friendly, restaurants had very limited hours, bed was lumpy, people yelling & dogs barking early morning hours, high resort fees, no one in our group of 4 felt it was worth the costs. Location was good if you don’t plan to leave freemont. Uber & Lyft were $20-50 to go to the strip one way.
- 2/5
The suite we were given did not match what we booked. There was no tub even tho the listing showed one. The hotel rented out the pool nightly for a “pool party” the music was so loud it was rattling the windows. There was blood stained handprints on the ceiling. Crumbs and debris on the floor. The whole place was really out dated and the water pressure was not good in the bathroom either. The restaurant options were not good. Just avoid this hotel. Not worth the money. We left early.
- 3/5
Disappointed about the pool being closed to guests by 6pm Friday and Saturday to open to the public for a pool party. Waking up the next morning seeing how cloudy the pool was due to being shocked was gross. Walked into the pool area Saturday morning and saw a lot of filth on the floor. Definitely did not want to spend my Saturday morning sitting in the previous night’s shenanigan. If I’d known this would occur I wouldn’t have stayed at this hotel. Lesson learned for us.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
The restaurant used to be open late now it’s only until 2. So only food option now after that in side is the vending machine or hotdogs. Idk. Not my favorite maybe anymore.
- 4/5
Clean friendly staff close to freemont and walking distance to Nacho Daddy we're they have an amazing selection of food. Nice pool and quiet rooms for restful nights. Free parking or $20 Valet will be back. Very low odds everywhere if planning to gamble. Would be better to spend money on sight seeing and show😀
- 5/5
Ive always stayed in this hotel and have never had any problems. The only thing is the parking garage will get full and youll have trouble finding parking.
- 5/5
New
- 2/5
No maid service throughout the 4 nights stayed.
- 1/5
Noise from elevators was unbearable
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 3/5
No restaurant for 3 days and no room service. Delays in getting parking ticket stamped daily. Parking garage trashed out by homeless
- 5/5
The room itself was clean, spacious, great location and the amenities were great. The check-in process was smooth, even if I did book through a 3rd party, and locating the room was easy with the welcome package they offer: a map, some hotel info and coupons. The food options below were great! We had lunch one of our days, great sandwiches and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The location of this hotel is amazing, right across the Mob Museum and about 1 1/2 blocks from The Fremont Street Experience. We were ably to grab dinner, then walk the area and enjoy the nigh life, no uber needed unless you plan to go towards the actual strip for the clubs or night life. I had asked on my last night if I could extend my check out time and there was no issue making it happen, they truly go above and beyond to make sure all their guest feel comfortable and safe.
- 5/5
Tv remote didn’t work, but over all it was great.
- 5/5
Very helpful when asking for a later check out.
- 5/5
We stayed for 3 days and arrived around 2 PM. The front desk was friendly and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to book here again the next time we visit Vegas.
- 5/5
Great time and the staff was very friendly and helpful
- 1/5
Old ran down
- 5/5
The staff were all very kind and helped with any accommodations needed. Check in was easy and so was check out.
- 5/5
We loved it here and will stay here again
- 5/5
Everything was way awesome. Affordable, clean and fun atmosphere. The pool was great
- 4/5
Full transparency: Fremont (Downtown Las Vegas) is a dump. Got into unilateral verbal altercation with a guy who was clearly inebriated as I was leaving the parking garage. Saw multiple fights near and around the area as I checked into the hotel. But the hotel itself is "fair". Casino area feels very old school Vegas. Walking from the lobby to the tower was no treat when you're carrying bags. But the staff was friendly, venue itself was fine. 10.00 blackjack tables downstairs and just an overall easy, chill vibe. The room was beautiful: clean floors, remodeled bathrooms, the whole 9. There were a couple service quirks, no housekeeping. No temperature control. So I'd give it 3.25-3.5/5, it wasn't stinky, it didn't smell like cigarettes, weed or rancid bodily fluids in the hallways, but the price does match the amenities. I got the room on a steal of a price because of the EDC festivities from the weekend before so, prices were elevated. Could have been worse, could have been better. If you're traveling on a budget and just want to take a no-nonsense trip to the strip, Downtown Grand works. Again "balling on a budget" emphasis on the "budget".
- 3/5
I did use the pool this stay but the last time i stayed here it was small and crowded

Casino floor was clean

Customer service was great the employees are really nice and helpful. Our stay was great no problems at all while we where here everything was great.
- 4/5
All the added charges, resort fees, taxes were not
- 5/5
The hotel was great. Front desk personnel were fantastic and super helpful in finding places to eat. I had no complaints at all - the only thing I didn't like was the shower in our room which was because it didn't have a door or a curtain on it. Whenever we'd shower water would splash all over the bathroom floor, but otherwise, the water was warm quick and soaps and lotion was included. The pool was also refreshing and clean.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, not very user-friendly..No fridges or micrwaves in rooms.Very limited seating around pool, wasnt busy, had plenty of empty cabannas that had to be rented out for a crazy expensive price.Great location.
- 5/5
Room in tower was good and great pool
- 5/5
Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay in Vegas.
- 5/5
All facility was clean. Rooms in excellent condition. All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to Fremont Street Experience. Will definitely go back!
- 5/5
The room was great with a view of the pool. Bed was comfortable. Only wish the pool was open later. Closed at 6:00, but there was a lot of daylight left. Enjoyed how close it was to Fremont.
- 4/5
room was clean. I like staying here. quieter than most of the Fremont Hotels. the only real complaint I have is the elevators dont seem to get any attention and generally are not the cleanest. Same with the parking garage stairs. Parking was nice and easy, stairs and doors were not clean
- 5/5
Wonderful, highly recommended
- 2/5
The pool was small, only had a few free seats that were not part of the cabanas. Ended up having to set up on couch’s to try to relax. 2 out of 3 elevators worked most days. The last day only 1 elevator worked, they did have a tech finally on site the day we were checking out. Would not stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
Staff and hotel was excellent
- 3/5
We stayed three nights. We had hoped the room would be cleaned after night two. It was not. We were out of the room all day. We got back at 10pm. Called and asked for towels. The never arrived. Other than that the place is okay. No on site little store for any missing items you may need
- 5/5
I stay at the Downtown Grand every time I go the Vegas. The staff is fantastic. The proximity to Fremont Street is perfect walking distance. The rooms are everything that you would hope for and the pool area is great.
- 5/5
We love staying here. It’s low key and laid back. It’s a block from the Fremont experience, has everything we need close by, fairly priced, clean and comfortable rooms. You can Uber yo the strip easily.
- 4/5
There is not a lot of lounge chairs with umbrellas over them! It’s very hot out there and the hotel is very big. There’s not adequate lounge chairs with umbrellas.
- 5/5
Perfect location! Super close to the Fremont Street yet away from all the noise. Very clean hotel, modern rooms with coffee makers. Not many hotels offer that really. The staff was amazing, professional and always ready to help. Greg and Tanya provided excellent service. This was my second time staying here and I will only stay here next time I come back.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Staff very happy and helpful. Free parking, easy safe walk to Fremont street. Excellent restaurants across the street, Pizza Rock and Triple George.
- 5/5
Great location for downtown Fremont and close to the mod museum, which was amazing.
- 5/5
Room was old, and bathroom was not the best. Old toilet like one in a school. No plug to charge your phone. Other than that was great! 👍
- 2/5
The person who checked me in was amazing. A young man wearing glasses, possibly Caucasian. I don’t recall his name. Any one else we encountered were rude, didn’t seem like they wanted to help at all, and they were unprofessional.
- 3/5
We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean room & property. Excellent staff.
- 4/5
The elevators didn't respond well to the key cards, but other than that it's a great stay for an affordable price.
- 2/5
Charged us more for our room than the price we were given through Travelocity. The lobby and escalator area smelled heavily of sewer. There was a huge dead roach in the bathroom and the shower head was broke.
- 1/5
The lady staff wasn’t helpful at all.
- 5/5
Very clean only issue was no house cleaning during our stay
- 5/5
Pool was amazing, friendly staff, clean rooms.
- 5/5
Loved it clean, friendly and so close to Fremont street!
- 3/5
Beds are ridiculously comfy. Everything is within walking distance.
- 5/5
Great room, staff, restaurant and location. Loved my stay there!

Pool area is only open until 6pm, which is a bummer!
- 5/5
Amazing stay
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and attentive and hotel offered great options for dining. Rooms were clean as was the Casino.
- 5/5
Pool staff and waitress were hurrendous and not helpf at all, we was treated like we was an inconvenience probably cause we was not one of the beautiful people but nevertheless we had to help ourselves. I love the downtown grand - I’m a returning customer but this time ehh gots me thinking about finding a new property to explore.
- 5/5
Nice room, close to Fremont Street. Staff very pleasant.
- 4/5
The property was surprisingly updated as far as the gallery tower was concerned. Good food clean property. I’ll definitely go back
- 5/5
This is great
- 2/5
This hotel is well located but unfortunately our room was dirty and smelt. The room felt dark and dingy with a dirty carpet and a musty smell. The lamp did not work and there was no mini fridge or way to make hot drinks which was disappointing considering the room was advertised as a grand deluxe room. Then location was very noisy and the elevator in the parking garage was broken so we had to drag all our luggage up and down a multi storage car park.
- 5/5
We stayed the new tower, it was clean, rooms were n bathroom good size, plenty of room. Will definitely come back again!
- 5/5
Being just a block away from Fremont is amazing. Because I enjoy my rest and you can be very comfortable at the Downtown Grand
- 3/5
This is admittedly a low/mid range property and the casino staff likely has to deal with problem customers but they were absolute A-holes who seem to prioritize tasking over guest experience. When a floor attendant makes sustained eye contact with you and keeps walking…you take a deep breath. When they make the contact and walk away a second time, the frustration builds. When they come by a third time and you say “excuse me” and they reply with “I’ll get to you when I can”…I’m drawing the line.
- 4/5
It is nice to get a cheap hot dog and drinks are reasonably priced. For the most part, the staff was nice.
- 5/5
It was a great stay
- 5/5
The room was clean and staff were friendly. We had a great time there
- 3/5
Free parking. Small showers decent towels.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Check was easy. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Reasonable pricing, the staff was so very nice and accommodating. Pool and gym are lackluster, but decent. I regret not trying the restaurant, but the Art Cafe was *chefs kiss* delightful. I did like the location and will most likely stay again
- 4/5
Hotel is nice ..the room could be cleaned alittle better..walls had stains, restroom had some mold.
- 1/5
- 5/5
Convenient
- 2/5
Cheap hotel thats it no on site aparking so if your guy with family be prepared to walk alot to the parking lot very noisy but they offered ear plugsac was very slow to cool if you on a budget its ok walking distance to fremont but im personally not stay here again i would rather spend a little more and stay some where else
- 5/5
Park in the check in hotel parking fort to unload before parking the vehicle
- 3/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Line to check in was about 20-25 people around 3pm. Shorter when I checked in though late at night. Medium size casino. Small compared to others in Fremont. My only gripe was the constant bass I could hear from my room. Not sure of the source. It caused me to check out a day early.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were nice. The room was clean. We didn’t go to the casino or bar, but it was easy to navigate and stay at with kids.
- 4/5
I liked the dog area, since I brought my dog. Though I recommend using simple green outdoor for the odor in the dog area
- 5/5
Everything was great except that my room didn't have a refrigerator.
- 4/5
We had a very nice stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, we couldn’t hear Fremont from our room so if that’s what you’re looking for this place is great.
- 3/5
The ice machine wasn’t working had to to go to another floor to get ice. someone’s blood that was on the wall in are room that needed to be cleaned off kinda gross but other than that we had a good stay
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Would definitely stay there again, only gripe was that if your wanting a good nights sleep you probably won’t get one, the noise from strip is quite loud at night, but let’s face it who come to Vegas to sleep. Definitely preferred downtown to central strip. Fremont is a 2 minute walk. Night life down Fremont is superb.
- 5/5
Very clean and put together room close to Fremont. Recommend for couples cheap table games down below
- 5/5
The Casino is very nice friendly and very helpful staff however I did experience the Bar
- 5/5
Brst place to stay Near Fremont Street!
- 5/5
Staff is great. Rooms are spacious. 10/10
- 5/5
A great time, every time. We love staying here.
- 5/5
I highly recommend people just stay there
- 3/5
Can still smell the smoke from cigarettes in a nonsmoking room
- 4/5
Im handicap and the put me in the furthis tower not fun...to walk that much extra
- 5/5
Did not use pool or pool area this trip
- 5/5
Everything was great. 10/10
- 3/5
DTG has seen better days.. just a lot of minor scuffs n scratches n tears throughout the hotel. Elevators were pretty bad.. missing panels.. lots of stains. Noise doesn’t bother me but be prepared if u have a room on the fremont side of the hotel you will have noise from the stages til 1am. My room was decent sized and If it had a mini fridge n a microwave I would stay all the time bcz the price is not bad compared to similar rooms
- 4/5
Liked the convenience of being within a block of Fremont.
- 4/5
good
- 5/5
The Casino and hotel rooms were great and the location couldn’t be beat. Just a quick walk to Freemont street. Definitely staying again.
- 4/5
The hotel room was nice and clean. AC is very loud. Check in was easy and welcoming. They let us get into the room at 1pm. Unfortunately, parking structure elevator didn't work. Perfect location to explore Downtown Las Vegas, despite minor issues.
- 5/5
The accommodations were excellent; the rooms were nice, clean, and provided the perfect environment to stay productive. I really appreciated the attentive service and the effort to accommodate my needs.
- 5/5
We love staying here. Staff is great.
- 3/5
The room was clean but I wasn’t a fan of the mattress, far too soft. Pool was nice.
- 2/5
The pros: they let us check in at 9 am for a very reasonable fee. It was also on the cheaper side of hotels in the Fremont area. The cons: We were stuck in the elevator 4 TIMES. It just stopped at floor 6 and wouldn’t let us out for the first day. The room itself was alright. The beds were comfortable however, I was bit up by something all over my feet. Also, the water takes forever to heat up (a good 15 minutes) for a shower and there isn’t a working vent fan so it gets very steamy. The absolute worst part of my stay was being harassed by the hotel’s security lady. They don’t treat their paying guests well and that says a lot to me.
- 5/5
Everything was great tbh, just had small things to complain about and that was things like it took 15-20 mins for the water in the shower to heat up an our air in our room didn’t work, so it was a little stuffy but all in all it was a wonderful stay and I’d stay again!
- 4/5
Nice clean rooms but the parking structure smells like urine and we shouldn’t have to request house keeping a day before I even requested house keeping and they never came the restaurant inside the casino is terrible and over priced

- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
It was fine
- 4/5
We stayed there for 3 days for a wedding event. Hotel was nice and clean. In walking distance to Downtown, downtown hotels and Fremont St. The only negative I would say was that our AC kept on turning off throughout the day/ night even after we had turned off the automatic turn on/off function. So it made for an uncomfortable sleep as the room would get muggy very quickly. Also no air vents or fan in the bathroom. Other than that the stay was good.
- 4/5
Pool is barely heated....
- 5/5
the hotel clean and friendly. only thing is wish their restaurant was open more then thursday to sunday. we wanted breakfast on a Monday and didn't want to walk around find a breakfast place. but all and all the stay was great and will be booking again
- 4/5
Casino lively!
- 3/5
It was a typical downtown Vegas stay. Nothing special to be honest. I was disappointed about the parking situation.
- 5/5
Pool seating was nice, lots of activities.
- 4/5
Pool was nice. Good amount of chairs.
- 4/5
The rooms are reasonable and super clean, and quiet.. Bed was comfortable. No smell of cigarette smoke whatsoever, which is unique for a Vegas hotel and much appreciated. If you are staying in Downtown Las Vegas, this is close enough to the Fremont mall for easy access and far enough away that you do not have high noise volume. A refrigerator in the room would have been a plus and was really the only thing that was missing.
- 4/5
Mini fridge would’ve been nice
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
.
- 4/5
Everything turned out great. The pool was fun, the gambling was a fun attraction! THE wrestling at the Expo building was close to the hotel and not far to walk to, so it was the right choice!
- 5/5
A+...

I am shocked at the positive reviews from this hotel but I can see it being nice for smokers or people who are solo traveling or young ready to party, so this review is for families or people who care about cleanliness. So to start the front desk read my room number aloud to me which is so uncomfortable and unsafe. They never informed me about house keeping protocol having to be requested. Next, we overheard them allowing people to smoke in their NON smoking hotel for a charge. We booked this hotel due to it being smoke-free we could smell marijuana and smoke in all the hallways in the hotel which is unfortunate. We ran out of towels and we let him know they brought us up some towels that had pubic hair on them. The room was pretty gross. Important for heat sensitive people they program the air to go off after 1.5 hours we had multiple people on multiple floors confirm and you cannot keep it on in settings to be prepared to wake up HOT we felt sick and dizzy. Entrance to the accessible tower is through the casino floor so once again smoke riddled. I wouldn't be able to eat anywhere on this property because the ventilation is so old and not functional that you're literally just getting pure cigarettes smoke. We looked at the air vents and the filterin the room and it was filthy, definitely an additional lung hazard.
- 4/5
Clean room and staff were friendly
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Smoking is allowed in the casino that was unfortunate, but the room was great
- 3/5
Room was huge and the bed was comfortable . The staff were friendly. But more cons- blinds were bright. Paid for resort fee to have water daily and no go. The elevator was loud. Hallway smelt like sewer.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The staff was helpful.
- 2/5
Not the greatest stay we had. Likely will choose something else for our next trip. Arrived on a Friday room had a bed and small desk, no other furniture to sit on. Big empty space in room which should by your pictures online have a table and chair to sit on or in some pictures a small couch. Called and notified the desk and they said wow that’s strange we will contact housekeeper and get something up. Well 7-8 hrs later nothing! Called again and asked where it was and they said we will send it up. But told them it was too late (1am) and wanted it for the morning. Well noon the next day rolled up and still nothing. Called down and was told rooms don’t come with chairs - really what the heck. Anyway told them that was ridiculous and they said they would check. About an hour later somone showed up with a chair from a banquet room. Really not what I expected but at least a seat. Also fan to air conditioning never shut off. We had to shut it off to sleep or watch tv. It was so noisy.
- 2/5
Additionally the restaurant has completely changed and the food is not great. We found hair in our food
- 3/5
Positives- the room was clean. Public restroom areas clean. The elevators worked. The staff was attentive. The space felt safe. Great location for Fremont.
- 5/5
Staff was great and room clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Great staff and location. Clean and convenient
- 5/5
Clean and nice
- 4/5
The front desk staff was consistently wonderful. Room was clean
- 5/5
Clean room and hotel. Staff was pleasant
- 5/5
Room was clean and the bed was amazing. Very comfortable stay.
- 3/5
The room was great, the staff was also, just felt that the lobby and casino was pretty warned down since we’ve been a while ago
- 4/5
Front desk staff were very nice, especially Lynn. We liked the location which is one block off Fremont Street. Limited early morning breakfast restaurant other than a coffee stand. We asked for coffee cups in our room but only got plastic cups so the coffee maker was useless. Bartenders can be hit or miss. We had one who was a complete jerk but another who was excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a quick fun trip.
- 4/5
Staff was very attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
My room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly, even tho I had issues with my room key and the elevator and felt like I was bothering them.
- 5/5
Wonderful downtown hotel with great food and drink deals
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous
- 3/5
Staff was great and extremely helpful.

The room was absolutely disgusting, I would never stay here again.

My shower took 30 minutes to get hot. Was quite ridiculous. Tables closing early and opening late is a no no.
- 5/5
A lot more chill than the strip.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic. Check in, extending our stay, cleaning staff, front desk staff was all amazing. Coffee is also delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and the location is prime for Fremont street and is very walkable to other things.
- 1/5
I have been a loyal, returning guest at the Downtown Grand for several years and have always enjoyed my stays, which is why this recent experience was very disappointing. During my stay from February 20th–22nd, I accidentally left my jacket hanging in the closet when I checked out. I immediately contacted the hotel once I realized and was told Security would check the room, especially since family members were still onsite and available to pick it up. Unfortunately, I was later told the jacket could not be located. Housekeeping was working nearby at the time of my departure, which raises concerns about what may have happened. I was also disappointed with the response I received, as the situation felt minimized rather than addressed with urgency or accountability. As a long-time guest, I expected better follow-through and customer service.
- 5/5
Muy bien
- 4/5
Ice machine needs to be fixed in the 17th floor
- 3/5
I booked a Grand Tower room. That tower was closed. They put us in the Casino tower. That tower is vety run down, deteriorated and smelled badly like smoke. I had them move us to newer Gallery tower, but they charged me an additional 20.00 per day. The room I booked w Expedia was not available. I should not have had to pay the upgrade. I would appreciate a refund or credit to my next travel.
- 4/5
Only 2 towels in the room. Restaurant has terrible hours. Never open when we went by.
- 1/5
I was over charged, and the room was not clean! Unfortunately I didn’t think to take pictures! When checking out I asked for a receipt because it was booked through Expedia they could not give me a receipt when I got the charge on my AMEX card my deposit was not refunded Amex said I had to take it up with the hotel and the hotel said I had to take it up with Amex no one is taking responsibility for this miserable stay I would at least like to get the overpayment refunded!
- 3/5
No small refrigerator
- 1/5
We found a crack pipe in between the folded blankets in the little closet..
- 5/5
I've had several stays here and it never disappoints. I'll definitely be returning.
- 4/5
Yes
- 2/5
Room was ok. Poor view. Shower has no enclosure. Lots of noise just too close to freemont. Bass hits all night long. Parking garage is a bit of a walk. No crosswalk and very Sketchy walk. Homeless people everywhere and I was actually afraid and I’m 6’ 190lbs. Traffic in general downtown is not good and I would definitely not recommend staying here
- 5/5
The room was clean and everyone was very friendly. Close to Fremont Street and plenty of restaurants.
- 5/5
I always have a great time here

The entire facility is rundown and sparse. The elevator system is extremely loud and you hear it day and night in your room. The higher floors are the worst when it comes to the sound. Imagine a leaf blower going on and off all day and night. Miserable. Mattress in my room was rock hard. Glass covers on the countertops in my room were not clean when I arrived. Smudged food. $39 resort fee is outrageous for the level of service and quality they provide. Upon check out I wasn't even asked if I enjoyed my stay. Do not recommend.
- 5/5
Helpful staff at check-in. Good instructions for finding the room and parking garage. Updated room was clean and decorative. Bed was large & comfortable. Space was quiet.
- 5/5
Location was great for access to Fremont street. Rooms were nice, clean, the coffee cafe was good. Pick up at the hotel from Uber was great and very easy. Restaurant at the hotel was not open during the evening.
- 4/5
They never returned the deposit !
- 4/5
Clean room, staff was welcoming, easy access to everything in the area. Check in was smooth.
- 3/5
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a pretty simple straightforward hotel room with no frills. Staff at the hotel were quite nice and very helpful. There are a few things that anybody staying there should be aware of however. First the noise from the Fremont Street Experience can be heard very clearly in the rooms until 3:00 a.m. on the weekends and I believe 1:00 a.m. on weekdays. It is loud enough to keep you awake. I did find out that the hotel offers the cheap disposable ear plugs if you want them but that's not really comfortable to sleep in. Second the elevator made a lot of noise to the point where it sounded like someone was vacuuming outside our door all night long. Another couple was discussing this after our first night so their room which was further down from ours was also bothered by it. The pool is not heated. My kids wanted to spend some time in the pool but it was ice cold and it closes at 4:00 in the afternoon so they didn't get a chance to do much there. My only other negative, and this is a nitpick, was the toilet in the bathroom is more of a commercial toilet than it is one that I expect to see in a hotel room.
- 5/5
Newly remodeled & very nice. Stayed in the Gallery Tower-large corner room which was awesome! Great rooftop pool area for lounging in the lovely spring weather...too cool for swimming but perfect for fresh air & sunshine for us northerners in February. Great location 1 block off Freemont (so noise from there was no issue) and located across the street from The Mob Museum (highly recom their Speakeasy bar!!)
- 4/5
Great location, staff was nice.
- 5/5
We had an amazing view from our room, Wesley upgraded our room and was able to give us a mini fridge at no cost. We asked for a room away from the elevator and on the quietest side of the hotel. It was as quiet as one could expect in Las Vegas. The staff was AWSOME and wound definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
water was cold in the shower. Room wasn't very clean. Breakfast was awful.
- 4/5
Room clean, Staff is nice. Restaurants need later hours(at least one that's 24 hours) and better breakfast options than just the Continental breakfast. Also did not like the open shower concept. I prefer to have it enclosed .
- 5/5
Muy buen hotel
- 5/5
Staff was awesome. Check-in was a breeze. Location is good. Room in the Gallery Tower was small, but clean and quiet. The only knock was the bathroom. It's pretty tiny, and the shower has no door, so water gets all over the floor near the shower opening. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Pro tip - take advantage of the hot dog deals at Lucky's. Brunch is $5 for a sausage and a Guinness, and lunch/dinner is a $3 hot dog and a PBR.
- 5/5
Location and staff were friendly
- 4/5
Everything was good but only the sinks was tuck
- 5/5
Jessie at checkin was the best! The room and all the linen’s were fresh, clean, nicely decorated and the property was well maintained. I will definitely recommend this property and stay again.
- 2/5
Great location to freemomt street but horrible experience. First room key card didnt work it would not open the room door. Went to front desk to notify and they put us in a different room. Got to the new room, tv didnt work put in a request for service and no one ever came to check the tv. Our new room was right by the elevator and you hear the loud noise all day and all night. The shower had to be super hot for good water pressure or you can take a warm shower and the water pressure barely comes out. I would never stay at that hotel again.
- 4/5
The staff was very nice andwelcoming!
- 5/5
Room was clean and very nice. Gregory checked us in and was so nice and accommodating.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and quite comfortable. Very clean and quiet space to relax.
- 5/5
The Bobby’s and KC made our stay SO FUN. Casey and I had an absolute blast, the crew in the casino treated us like gold. The room were comfortable and the location was so convenient. We will definitely be back.
- 4/5
Room clean. bed hard.
- 5/5
Staff was great.
- 1/5
The front desk is very unprofessional and non-accommodating. They should take responsible of their staff not being clear about certain issues. When being checked in I wanted to confirm how many people were put down for free breakfast and the front desk agent confirmed it was 4 people. Then when being checked out I was told it was actually only for three and would have to pay for the fourth person, paying is not the issue it’s just being told one thing and thinking you are okay until check out when you were give 4 slips for breakfast every morning is not okay!
- 5/5
The room was great. Clean, open layout with lots of sun light. All the staff members we encountered were amazing. They were all fun and enjoyable to interact with, very helpful and accomodating.

Fridge and microwave spot on.
- 5/5
Clean rooms Quiet considering we were close to the action
- 5/5
The room was clean. Not many amenities, no shower caps, mini fridge, microwave
- 4/5
Had small basic toiletries and gave minimal towels, no mini fridge. Staff was incredibly friendly and provided great assistance when needed. We would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Great experience, clean, awesome staff!!! Thank you ! We’re planning our next vacation 😊
- 5/5
Rooms were great. Beds were comfy. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Vegas.
- 5/5
Clean and amenities
- 1/5
Drink specials but the liquor was not available. Terrible restaurant hours. Rude customee swrvice from an employee in the casino.
- 4/5
Could use more deep cleaning
- 3/5
Parking situation is okay. We got upgraded to a floor that did not have a working ice machine and the card reader to use the elevators was not working and everyone had issues with it. No refrigerator in the room. Will definitely be getting an Airbnb next time to avoid hotels like this.
- 3/5
The room smells so bad, like a mouse is dead in the room. I have advised the housekeeper and she sprayed a refreshing but the smell was still on and she advised me that they must do a deep cleaning cause they had a pet in this room previously
- 5/5
Staff very nice
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
Clean property good access to everything. Only complaint is the elevator not taking my key card so on several occasions i had to get off or wait for another guest to hitch a ride with
- 5/5
Great staff, clean rooms, modern decor with a great price.
- 4/5
The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous
- 5/5
Clean, great location
- 3/5
When booking this hotel you need know what hotel side to book one side is newer and the other side was older so when I got there I had to change to the grand side instead of casino side.
- 3/5
Room was ok got no extras service was ok
- 5/5
For the few cons, the pros get extra credit so I’m giving 5 stars. Cons were minor like there might be noise from area party spots in the neighborhood, the light on the makeup light wasn’t working, fridge in a room is extra $. Pros, great design, amazing bathrooms, generally cool, chill neighborhood, you’re near the arts district, people are nice.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and rooms were clean.
- 3/5
Decent for a value stay. Ice maker on our floor wasn’t working. Our room has an iron but no ironing board. Had to switch rooms because first one was shaking from concerts on Fremont St. Staff was pleasant and professional. Nice outdoor pool area for downtown.
- 5/5
Clean Rooms,Friendly Staff....my go to Hotel to stay at while visiting
- 5/5
Give it 5 stars!
- 5/5
Room was spectacular quiet and clean
- 5/5
Clean.
- 2/5
Room wasn’t even close to what the pictures showed. Not sure if they even put us in the suite we paid for or just a normal room. Valet was great and quick. Little coffee bar was great . The restaurant was ok . Overall staff and service was excellent but room was a let down.
- 4/5
Room was great and a deal for the price paid. The casino is pretty dead for a Friday and Saturday night and then restaurant inside is only open for breakfast and lunch. I also didn’t like the open showers.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff, great location
- 3/5
Staff and amenities. Check wasn’t has friendly as in the past. No complimentary waters were given like before. Freedom Beat changed their menu and was not that great.
- 5/5
Exceeded my expectations
- 4/5
The staff curious the room a bit tired. And ice machine did not work (room 701) also found the constant text about restaurant texts when I was working all the hours it was opened.
- 4/5
The location was great. Our room was clean but desperately in need of some repairs. The paint was peeling off the doors and trim. It was nice that they offered us earplugs because the music from Fremont Street was pretty loud until like 2:00 in the morning. I’d stay there again.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 4/5
Location so close to tons of things
- 3/5
The Last night I was there, The TV was not working. Staff said they had power outage, but it was not working when I left in the morning at 11 AM. They didn’t really seem to care.
- 4/5
Good clean room
- 4/5
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was decent. Mostly clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Nice loacation close to fremont but not on fremont.
- 5/5
Always a good time at the Grand
- 2/5
The room and the entire hotel were smoky. Their restaurant opened up late for breakfast and no longer serves dinner (8 AM - 2 PM).
- 5/5
Evan at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue and he solved it without hesitation. Would absolutely recommend this place.
- 5/5
i like that this is in walking distance to freedom street, the rooms are clean, the pool and workout areas are great
- 4/5
The room was pretty clean. It was a quiet place to stay in the staff all seemed nice.
- 2/5
Loud elevator. Louder than music n tv. Keys had issues 30-45 min to fix I had to walk to lobby from room twice to get replacement key
- 5/5
Most definitely will return,
- 5/5
Clean, great location
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was great. We got there early and room was ready and got upgraded to early check-in. Only one block from Fremont st!
- 5/5
The restaurant had excellent choices. Food was very good. You have to try the chicken tinga tacos!
- 5/5
Only negative thing was we had
- 4/5
Everything was good except bed and pillows were not good.
- 5/5
Great staff!
- 5/5
Exactly what I expected
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and comfortable. What really stood out was the proximity to the Fremont experience, located maybe 100 yards away. The restaurants across the street were great as well. Definitely would recommend.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
I love how it had free parking, so close to downtown, $3 beer and hotdog! And it was amazing! Nice and clean as well
- 5/5
Room was bless but shower was leaking on floor like crazy and the floor shakes too much other than that 3 thumbs up
- 5/5
Clean room, staff friendly, easy for dining, free parking.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The rooms here are always above standard, Maid service was great. Front desk was a little rude, and lack of information regarding pthere were some maintenece personnel outside my window late at night that was a bit frustrating.
- 1/5
Yes it is very neglected. My bed had what felt like a hole in the center of the bed causing me a lot of pain and getting no sleep over night. They did however upgrade me the next morning.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Clean, walking distance to Fremont Street yet far enough not to hear the noise
- 5/5
We used and enjoyed the bar, the coffee corner, the bell man storage. We did a walk thru of the on roof pool and patio area, very nice, just wrong season. The whole place was very clean, casual, and comfortable.
- 5/5
I would go back again.
- 5/5
Stay was great
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
Our first night the music from the bar was SO loud. The next day we changed rooms/towers; the staff was great about it-especially Wesley and Gregory. Room was comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Cool
- 4/5
Casino was nice, very smoky. No coffee in rooms or refrigerator. Had to pay $20 every morning for coffee or walk to the casino across the street for cheaper coffee.
- 4/5
The only thing I didn’t like were the “gallery rooms”. They do not have a view and just face a concrete wall
- 4/5
Elevators did not work in parking garage long walk with luggage to check in
- 4/5
Location
- 2/5
The man at the front dest Saturday morning was very helpful in explaining the information the Friday night guy did not do. For that reason, I probably will never stay in your hotel the next time I am in Las Vegas.
- 3/5
Resort fee is too high. What do we factually get ?
- 4/5
Clean rooms with beautiful views. Great location
- 5/5
Room was great! Clean and very accommodating!
- 5/5
Staff
- 5/5
The room was clean and very quiet. The staff was so friendly and helpful any time we had a question.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Good location. Super helpful staff.
- 5/5
Everything was good, only thing is that the AC is really loud when it would kick in. Other than that detail, we enjoyed ourselves. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful.
- 5/5
Very affordable Gambling & right across the street from Pizza Rock
- 3/5
I have never been in a hotel that requires the guest to request room cleaning. We called for extra towels and received them 2 hours later. There was only one concierge employee checking in and redeeming parking tickets. We had to wait 45 minutes in line to have our ticket validated. I will no longer book at The Downtown Grand Hotel.
- 4/5
Room was clean and modern.
- 2/5
Yes. Room leak. Woke us up at 4 am. Almost fell in bathroom
- 4/5
First night I had a handicapped room that I didn't need. When they asked me, I said sure, I don't care. I had made the reservation in June so it seemed kind of odd. (My stay was January 2026) Upon taking a shower, it leaked all of the floor and made a mess. Upon going downstairs, I asked for a new room and they gave me one later that evening. Everything worked out after that.
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel with very helpful staff. It was convenient to what we wanted to do.
- 5/5
Clean room and great service. Casino was fun too.
- 5/5
The room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful! Will stay again
- 3/5
Room could have been cleaned better and the floor of the hallways had holes and bounced and creaked when you stepped on them.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
The Staff was VERY HELPFULL! The Rooms were Clean & Comfortable! Easy walk to Fremont Street! UBER was easy to pick up & drop off from out front the Lobby!
- 5/5
Room and staff where excellant.
- 5/5
The entire staff were extremely courteous. Our room was spacious, spotless and the beds were extra comfortable.

- 5/5
The staff was so helpful at check in and the room was even better than described.
- 5/5
Perfect get a way
- 5/5
Loved the rooms
- 5/5
The gentleman check us in was fabulous, friendly very welcoming. We love the location of Grand but the few issues really bothered us. Thank you Tammy Keith
- 2/5
Air conditioning is very loud. The loud thumping live music coming from the stages downtown can be heard in the room until after midnight or later. Floors in the room feel like you are walking on plywood including some of the hallways. Besides that, you get what you pay for and not sure why there is a resort fee when some of the restaurants are closed most or all of the day.
- 5/5
Everything worked out great. Wesley and Latonia were especially helpful at the front desk. Every associate we came into contact with or were helped by were super friendly.
- 5/5
Mine and my husband, all-time favorite casino definitely will be returning
- 5/5
Yes very lively had a great little get away!
- 5/5
Quiet …. But very close to Freemont
- 4/5
The room was very comfortable and clean. I am only giving 4 stars because of our heating/cooling system was not working properly.
- 4/5
Great location
- 1/5
Not in a good part of town, bordering south eastern part of the city. The incredibly loud booming beat from the street, was so intrusive that I could feel it in my body with my AirPods, or earplugs, in. Went on late into the night. Early in the morning much street noise again from ?, construction? Not the fault of hotel staff of course, who were fine. Little things like bathroom light, sink stopper, etc., not working. Not worth the trip down to the front desk in my jammies. A texted email link to staff, provided moments after check in, got no response for hours after I asked a question. Room was clean, parking good, staff nice…but just not a good place to rest. Maybe that’s not why most people go to Vegas. I was just passing through looking for a bed.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 3/5
Caution , they charge a resort fee on top of room fee , don’t plan on getting any sleep until 2am as noise from local area travels,
- 5/5
Great casino downstairs, and comfortable room and bed upstairs
- 4/5
Nice hotel reasonably priced I was on the fourth floor facing the road it was quiet the room was clean I found a few dirty spots but nothing big coffee sucks in the room as usual they have a nice coffee shop in the lobby which makes pretty good lattes and so forth have a breakfast there I didn't gamble there

Loved staying here for my business trip
- 3/5
Yes
- 5/5
Clean room and dog amenities, that’s why we love this hotel.
- 1/5
Not a friendly environment nor a safe hotel. I was there a few nights and the amenities and the front office staff did not care. The staff that care for the rooms and the guest comfort were the only stand out service.
- 4/5
Nice for stay
- 4/5
Staff was very courteous. One of the sinks was stopped up.Room/suite was great!
- 3/5
I also found the front desk was very rude when i asked a question. Also housekeeping walked into our room without knock and we had a do not disturb we are sleeping sign on the door. The restaurant was very good and wish it had opened sooner the food was better there.
- 1/5
No toilet paper in the bathroom.Pools were closed.Staff was rude.
- 1/5
Noisy room. Smelly bathroom. No room service for two days. After two formal complaints, they delivered bottles of water and provided room service. But not on the next day. The bathroom situation wasn’t resolved, the room is invaded by the elevator motor noise every 30 seconds. WiFi is deplorable if you rely on it to work. I’m definitely not returning to this hotel.
- 4/5
It was too cold in my upgraded suit so I had to moved to and old suit for temperature delegating. But other than that I will recommend and return agin in the future.
- 5/5
I loved your hotel. The room and the bathroom were clean. There was a (beat up) fridge that was great as well. I liked the staff, they were nice and friendly. I liked your casino floor as well. The price of your rooms were decent. Over all I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 5/5
Clean, nice room. Friendly staff. Good parking. Right where we wanted to be.
- 2/5
Loud, banging music from the Experience from 7p until1a. I don't know how guests from.all these downtown hotels put up with it!
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Clean rooms, staff were amazing and great atmosphere in the casino area.
- 3/5
The room was clean and fine. But they do not clean room unless requested. The toiletries we very small and did not last 5 nights. We had to request more even when we requested the room be cleaned. And the additional resort fees are just another way to get additional money. I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel is so close to freemont street so the music was heard until midnight which was fine when we were out late.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Good stay
- 2/5
The room was not as big as the last time we stayed booked the same kinda room that time the day before we checked out the cleaning person was in our room changing out the room which we did not request to be done she was surprised when i said somthing and then shechad the wrong room..kinga weird feeling.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Our stay was excellent, we highly recommend this hotel. The only negative was the service at the bar in the casino, the bartender was very rude and kept ignoring us even though our service light was on for 15 minutes we finally walked away. Other than that bell men, housekeepers, cafe and front desk was EXCELLENT 💯
- 5/5
yes it was clean and well maintained
- 4/5
Nice locations with multiples options to go eat and visit. The room was clean andit was a pleasant stay. I did not give 5 stars because the housekeeping staff needs to ne reviewed. They Barely cleaned our room everytime we sent a request.
- 1/5
I was completely new to the location. The gentleman Gary at the front desk made it seem as if I was there for a while.I had to tell him, I have never been here.I don't know where I'm going. He seemed very annoyed.. After realizing the room had no refrigerator or microwave.I became just as annoyed as Gary. A microwave is not an amenity , it's more of a necessity , also a refrigerator. Once A Month, we spend time in our room. This was the first time we chose this location and will be the last time. While we do appreciate the service that was rendered. They wouldn't even take out the trash. Shout out to one room service lady who allowed us extra water and coffee cups.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, close to Fremont, room was quiet at night, also hotel updated and trendy
- 5/5
Everything ok
- 5/5
Great!
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Great room great staff! Toilet had a leak, they apologized profusely, upgraded our room at no charge and sent the bellman to help move our stuff. Thanks again!
- 5/5
Very classy place!
- 5/5
OK
- 3/5
The casino and room were clean. The staff was nice. I had a room in the Gallery Tower and it wasn’t a great experience. The room was plainly decorated, the heater sounded like a train or dump truck was right outside our window and the television kept tilting to the side. I asked for another room but I was told that the hotel was sold out. I even said that I would pay to upgrade my room and I was still told no. The rooms in the other towers might be nicer but I would not recommend staying in the Gallery Tower.
- 1/5
The room is ok but the heating in the room is not working. On the third day they moved us to the room across the street and again the same problem, the heating is not working. A very bad experience for which you get nothing but an apology in return. Never again in the Grand, look for any other hotel and avoid this hotel. Never a worse experience, our whole vacation was ruined
- 3/5
Riom was nice. Staff was very friendly. It could use a mini fridge and a microwave.
- 4/5
Great location if you want to be near Fremont. St. Downtown area. Restaurant are great nearby. Value is tops for Vegas area.
- 1/5
Casio small room was freezing called maintenance 5 times due to temperature in the am showed 54 . Maintenance staff had not much knowledge how to remedy temperature. Requested house keeping all 3 days never came to clean room finally last night house keeping brought more towels at 8pm
- 5/5
The casino was well run but the bars were closed by the time we went during new years; however, I’m sure everything was well kept and delicious.
- 4/5
Great location for downtown Vegas. Nice staff, but they seem to be cutting back. Limited restaurants open. Table games closed at night.
- 2/5
Upon arrival, we were told that our room was sold and getting the room you payed for was first come first serve, then we were downgrade to a double queen. In the room the toilets handle was leaking water, the sink was clogged and the AC didn’t work.
- 4/5
Nice room. Very clean. Resturant was closed most of our stay. Small casino, which we like. Very short walk to the Fremont Street Experience.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Clean rooms,nice staff
- 4/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Great hotel for the price, Great location
- 4/5
Great room. Coffee bar service was friendly and welcoming.
- 3/5
The fact that you cannot get your room cleaned daily is horrible. Will not stay here again. Even when I requested the room to be serviced after 2 days, they forgot.
- 5/5
Close to freemont and places to eat. Check in was seamless, room was nice and mostly clean. They surprised us with an early check in which was very kind. I absolutely will stay here again.
- 3/5
A bit more clean and more lit up
- 5/5
The room was fine and quiet. Very small though.
- 5/5
Room was comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Great room that was very clean! Staff was courteous and accommodating. The Art bar for breakfast and George’s for lunch/dinner were great!
- 2/5
We booked a studio king suite for my 50th birthday months in advance and when we arrived were told we’d been “upgraded”. They put us in a much worse room with one chair, no desk area and a fridge that looked like it fell off a truck. Staff kept gaslighting us about the “upgrade” when we asked for the room we’d reserved. Finally the manager told us the tower our booked room was in had been closed. We were never notified and very upset. In our 3 day stay our room was never cleaned. We had to take towels and water from a housekeeper cart and our trash was overflowing. What a joke.
- 3/5
Number one, your point system for free valley parking is messed up. As a hotel guest that put 1500+ points on my about the night before, And I'll be back for two more nights should NOT be charged for valet the next morning when I leave. The 500 points from the night before should count. Most people do not get up and gamble right away. Second issue: because of the above, I use the self park. For some reason, I couldn't get into the garage just south of the casino, so I had to go to the one behind the fremont. That garage is a complete trash heap. There is garbage everywhere, and the garbage cans were never empty the entire time I was staying at your property. ( three nights) for a hotel that is supposed to be the caliber of downtown grand, it makes you look really bad. Not to mention the drug addicts and homeless people you have to walk by just to get to your door. Third issue: my room was never touched up. I never got more water, I never got more coffee pods, no one ever made the bed. Also another thing that a hotel of your caliber should be doing. It is unlikely that I will stay with you again.
- 5/5
yes
- 5/5
Quiet clean room. Just how I like it. Will be back to stay!
- 4/5
Rooms clean and great view from 15th floor Check in was quick , easy and friendly $3 hot dog and beer deals cant go wrong Will visit again
- 4/5
Room was clean. We stayed in the old tower on the 16 th, quiet, good view of the mountains, staff courteous and helpful, especially HK as they helped me get a coffee machine set up here, as they don’t have one in this wing.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly & the location is quiet & close to everything.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, that proximity comes with major downsides for anyone hoping to get some sleep. Even on the 18th floor, I could clearly hear the loud music and bands from the street thumping late until 2am. To make matters worse, my room was right next to the elevator bank. Every time the elevator dinged or moved, I heard it loud and clear. Between the street noise and the constant elevator sounds, I barely got any rest.
- 5/5
Clean room!
- 5/5
Yes, our room was nice and clean and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, quiet rooms.
- 5/5
Room was perfect. Check in staff extremely polite and informative.
- 4/5
decent size space and farily comfortable for a good price
- 2/5
The Person on the reception during the night of the 25th overreacted on my Pet damaging the property and called security on me. Very rude. Not coming back.
- 5/5
Kind staff, great room. We’re repeat customers and likely will be again.😁
- 3/5
No amenities for the resort fee that is mandatory
- 5/5
It was clean
- 5/5
Great, low key hotel really close to Fremont but far enough away to have a reprieve.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful. Rooms spacious and clean
