Great breakfast every day. Large, clean rooms. Has a washer/dryer on property. Chose a non-smoking room and it was great.

Dulce was so friendly and helpful at the front desk. She was a breath of fresh air and gave us directions to a great Mexican restaurant.

It was a nice, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. I had an issue trying to keep my room temperature cool. It got warm in the middle of the night. This seems to happen at a lot of hotels which is frustrating. Also, the hotel sits right next to a freeway so I could hear some of the traffic noise. But overall a pleasant stay!

I loved my stay at the Hampton! The staff was friendly and helpful with all my needs! The room was large and very clean! I would highly recommend the Hampton for your stay & I will stay anytime I visit Summerlin again!

The breakfast is included. Always a good selection, lots of parking for free. Good location. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has lots of room for my toiletries. And the lighting in the bathroom and main room are great! I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. They are kind, friendly and very helpful. They kept my 2 ice blocks in their freezer for me. As a member of Hilton rewards I get a drink and snack upon my arrival. I love this hotel!!

Everything is good. The room was clean, and the water pressure was much better than other hotels. The staff were especially friendly, and I was really impressed by how warmly they greeted everyone during breakfast. The breakfast menu lacked a bit of variety compared to other places, but overall, I had a really great stay.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, with hot options such as omelets, potatoes, and sausage, along with a variety of continental breakfast items. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would do differently is rent a car, as the hotel is about a mile from restaurants and shopping areas.

The room was clean and I never woke up in the night. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good. Cheese omelet. I will stay there again. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

The location was decent, once we found the small driveway off the main road! It was relatively close to Majestic Park. The freeway noise and cop sirens are noticeable.

Everything was great, the property was clean and well maintained, even though it was a full house it was quiet. Even the day and evening staff. The only time there was an issue was the overnight staff that was working. He was very rude. I wan s to buy something from the gift shop and he acted very put out. Luckily he probably has minimal interaction with guests being he works overnights.

My husband said to bring your own toilet paper unless you like single ply sandpaper.

The hvac system is terrible. It's loud when is on and keeps waking me up. For my last visit, i set the ac to 69 and went to dinner. When i got back i turned it off and opened the window. They was some traffic noise but it wasn't as loud as the ac. But this won't work during the summer

The room was always cleaned well. The AC worked well and quickly, even when i had it off for a while. Bathroom facilities were also great. The room was nice and quiet, even with neighbors in both sides, and being in the ground level. They were upfront about not having a shuttle to the airport. That's the only thing, I feel world improve it. Transport (Lyft) to and from the strip is a bit pricey, but right now gas prices are very high.

1) Upon arrival, the guy in the next room was playing and singing. I could hear him perfectly through the walls. I matched his noise level with the TV and his sound stopped. 2) the mattress are soft. I need a hard mattress. 3) The A/C is noisy and woke me up quite a few times. It also was blowing directly on me when sitting at the desk. I wasn't able to work.

Room was clean. Outdoor spa was broken and roped off. Staff was friendly and helpful. Road noise in back of hotel was bad. Air conditioner helped when it came on to white noise out the traffic.

We asked for a short late check out from noon to 1:00 pm and were declined. With my Hilton Honors membership this should have been a non-issue. Also, there was a lot of road noise. We won't ever stay there again.

Comparative to similar hotels, this was one of the best. The staff were very friendly. Clean room, bathroom, beds, etc. The only complaint was that the mini fridge was not cold enough. The breakfast was very good. We came for a kids’ tournament. A million times better, safer, and cheaper than staying on the Vegas strip. But close enough to visit the strip. I would definitely stay here again.

The noise from the highway outside and the heater inside woke me up 2AM. Otherwise everything was fine.

We went for a soccer tournament and the room was perfect location to get to all the fields. The staff was super accommodating and we enjoyed the comforts of the room, breakfast, and parking. The price was high and after we paid, it went down so bummed that we didn't get the lower price.

Room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the additional counter top with sink which allowed me to cook for my food allergy kid. We would stay here again. We had some loud neighbors after midnight but that would be my only complaint, and not the hotels fault.

Hotel is very clean; three floors nicely maintained. Hot breakfast with a variety of items and different choices daily. Two queen room large, nice view, wall thermostat that worked and was accurate, APP-enabled TV (Prime, Netflix, YouTube). Great bathroom - plenty of counter space. Great Value. Free parking with wide spaces. Secure.

Simple breakfast was perfect. We had requested a top floor, corner quiet room but the hotel claimed that they had not received the message from Booking.com. Therefore, no such room was available to us. They gave us a ground floor room in the middle of the hallway which was noisy with roudy teenagers. Refrigerator did not work but hotel staff replaced it with functioning refrigerator.

We stayed here three nights, including Christmas Eve and Christmas night. Aside from the lovely, spotless room, the staff was absolutely fantastic. So sweet and attentive, even though they were working on the holiday.

Additional $75 pet fee was not clear in Travelocity app.

Suggestions: 1) Please offer healthier bread such as whole grain, sourdough, and rye, instead of white bread. 2) Please make sure fitness center has towels. The first two days we used it, there were none, even after I informed the front desk that there were no towels. 3) Please ask guests at check-in if room by the side of the freeway (obviously noisier) would be okay. We would have slept a lot better if our room was on the other side away from the freeway noise. Thank you.

My room was impeccably clean. It smelled clean when I walked in, no chemical cleaner odor. Great sheets, thick heavy towels and full size shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion. All amenities needed with a comfy well corner. Breakfast area near and clean with a good variety for breakfast including waffle maker. Highly recommended!

We heard a cyclic noise ALL night long and got very little sleep. We asked the front desk what was going on and she said she would check into it and never got back to us for a resolution or room change.

So tired of folks smoking in their rooms. The stench is so thick and really hard to tolerate. The cleaning staff does their best to steam clean, but it makes the whole experience so unpleasant.

The fold out couch was the most uncomfortable bed - springs and a bar across my back - unsleepable - had to sleep on the floor instead... When I brought it to the attention of management (that night) they made no effort to help and no accommodation for the worst night's rest - not even late check out. Management handled it extremely badly.

What a lovely surprise the Hampton Inn Summerlin was. We didn’t have high hopes but the facilities and staff exceeded our expectations. Besides some smelly plumbing in the bathroom, that was remedied the next morning, all was very well.

The freeway was extremely loud. Otherwise nice and convenient stay, close to the hospital.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast option is amazing! We enjoyed having the microwave and mini fridge in the room. We were happy we were able to bring our dogs. There is a pathway parallel to the freeway where we walked our dogs. They also have small grass areas and provide poop bags for dog owners.

Managed big group of young soccer players very well. Looked like all were enjoying themselves.

Hotel was in walking distance of hospital, clean and comfortable, fairly quiet, and plenty of area for walking. Area is safe. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable bedding and I like that they supply nice quality shampoo/conditioner/ lotion so it’s one last thing I need to pack. Breakfast was ok - only because it was not very warm at all. Good coffee and also nice hot tea selection. Would have loved to try the waffles but too many kids allowed to make their own and of course throwing lots of it away and 1 Kid took at least 10 hard boiled eggs ate 2 and threw the remainder away! That’s the only downside.

I asked for an ADA room when I booked with Hotels.com but somehow that was not communicated to the hotel. Hampton Inn said none available when we arrived and since booking through hotels.com they wouldn’t accommodate us. I was not able to shower for the 4 days we were there as I was afraid of falling. We are in our 80’s and it was very inconvenient to say the least.

Great little place to stay. Super clean and always smelled delightful.

We always stay at a Hampton Inn when possible. The chain should upgrade their toilets to 17 inch. For older adults it's difficult to sit on low toilets. Vacuum under the sofa for a cleaner room. While picking up an item I dropped, I noticed crumbs under the sofa! Come on Hampton!

Very clean and spacious. My only complaint is the lighting needs to be better. Even with all lights on it was super dark in our room.

The hotel was in an area that was easy to access, clean and close to some basic shopping like target. Maybe only complaint was the car noise as our room was facing the busy roadway.

Very modern

This location was clean and easy to find. I love the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions.

Upon arrival to our assigned room, we found the room extremely hot and the sink in the restroom was plugged. When the front desk employee was informed we were told maintenance was gone for the day and they had no other room available. This was such an inconvenience to us as it was extremely hot out and we were required to use the tub to wash up. We are traveling with an infant and two other children, everyone was in so much discomfort in the heat in the room. The staff were not very apologetic about our inconveniences nor did they offer any discount or offer of any kind. We will not be staying at this location in the future.

Our stay started off confusing because failed to mention there’s a hold added to the price. But after that the room was to our liking, clean comfortable the accessories the microwave and refrigerator was helpful.

Staff was helpful in accommodating. The rooms were clean and everything was in perfect condition. In the morning there is a hot breakfast available. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

A nice clean hotel in a good location

The breakfast is amazing

I understand that some properties are pet friendly. However I don’t appreciate people taking their pet into the food area where breakfast was served. Many pet owners freely pet their dogs, wipe their eyes and other areas, then pick up serving tongs. Pets should not be allowed in the food service area.

We’ve stayed here about 5 times over the last year and have also stayed at 4 other locations in the summerlin area. We used to prefer this specific location for the pool and breakfast but not anymore. The pool was warm the first two times we came but since then I don’t know if anything changed on their end (probably not) but we have had it be too cold even for my kids to enjoy. And this when it was 100+ degrees out. And the breakfast used to include those favorite “good” breakfasts (we have celiac so the waffle bar and plethora of baked items and cereals never apply for us) we like the western omelets, bacon, things like that and they are not having that anymore (or we just have had bad luck). Used to be the only breakfasts were always those nicer ones and now it’s the bland frittatas and suspicious “scrambled” eggs. We won’t spend the extra money for this location next time - we can stay closer to the places we like to hang out in downtown summerlin and eat out for breakfast or whatever.

The only negative was that it is very close to the interstate so road noise. We solved it by running the fan all night.

Worked out for a 1 night stay. Safe location, easy to find and the free breakfast was good.

2 night stay with my dog to escape the fireworks. Only partially successful. Hotel was very nice and clean and staff was very friendly. Refrigerator did not seem to work very well, which I reported but I didn’t really need it, as I had an ice chest. The girl at the counter said she would have someone look at it anyway, and I was fine with that. I don’t know if anyone addressed it or not, but it still wasn’t working when I checked out. The breakfast spread was a little disappointing, as they nearly always are, but I would say that this one was better than most, and very well attended by the staff.

For anyone visiting patients at the nearby hospital, there is a great place to stay. We arrived very early, so they saved our luggage and were able to get a room ready several hours before actual check-in time.

We booked several days. We weren't able to arrive until the second day we booked. They cancelled our booking and wouldn't renew our reservation even though we paid in advance!

The woman that checked us in was very friendly. The room was quiet and clean. It was a good nights sleep.

I liked the hotel size overall and not having to walk through a casino to get to my room or front desk. Front desk was helpful and attentive, friendly family atmosphere, great breakfast options; room fridge not being packed with overpriced beverages was definitely a plus.

Clean and safe place to stay with kids!

My family all stayed for a local wedding. We had 4 rooms in total. Our stay was very good. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and check in/out hours were just right for us. We will stay at this hotel again.

The noise from the freeway was loud. The footsteps noise from the upstairs room woke me both days at 6am. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was not happy to pay in advance and upon arrival they said I had a $75 pet fee. I said at booking we had pets. So you take my money and then they charge a pet fee. Not right
