The check out time of 10 AM in Las Vegas is a bit too early. The rates on Hilton app are higher than Expedia. The staff is super helpful. However Valets park the car in the Vegus sun. Better off parking yourself in shaded self park.

We had not had a family vacation in a few years and Elara made it worth the wait! Our rooms were spacious with comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and bar— adding to our relaxation. The location is close to the Vegas strip to enjoy but far enough to feel like you are at your own private resort. Overall, it was the best experience during our vacation.

Check in was quick and easy. Lexi was very helpful with our room request. Standard check out is 10am so a tad early. Grounds were very clean . Valet was friendly and very quick as well .

The suite was very clean and staff were pretty helpful. The room had a projector but the dvd player was not in the same room and only played on the bedroom tv. Pool is only 3.5 feet deep at the deepest. As a 6'1" man that kinda sucked. Parking first night was a pita because we didnt valet. Go to Audrie Street to easily find self parking park on 3rd floor, the sout west corner is entrance to elara checkin. Loved the place otherwise very good access to strip the miracle mile shops.

Will recommend a stay here as I would choose this hotel again. Everything was spacious and clean. One of the beds was hard. In the middle of everything and across from Cosmo

The swimming pool is only 3 ft deep. The side of the building I was on had a view of a parking structure. The advertisements made the place look nicer than I thought it was. I've been there 2 times now, the first and last.

Love the location of this hotel, attached to a mall that brings your straight to the strip. No casino at the lobby, making it less crowded and much more enjoyable. Removed 1 star because I asked twice to have the sofa bed ready, and no one came. Overall a great experience.

The property was beautiful and very well kept. Super clean. The rooms are very spacious. We had the 1 bedroom jr suite and it was perfect. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities.it was centrally located to everything I. Walking distance. The only thing that was off putting was when you first arrive they try to sell you on the timeshare.

I would stay here again, this hotel was very nice and updated, it had a pleasant smell when you walk in. The staff was very friendly and I love how you have to scan your key before getting on the elevator.

We had the best experience staying at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The ease of the valet service in addition to the Tesla charger allowed us to enjoy the amenities rather than having to go outside of the hotel to supercharge. It felt like a home away from home. It felt safe and very well designed. The rooms are beautiful and clean. They come stocked with everything we need for our weekend getaway. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, had excellent view of the Sphere and fake Eiffel Tower from my room. Exits right into the indoor Miracle Mile Shops. They give you two bottles of water free per day with voucher at check in, which is great. I was there for work so don’t get to try the amenities. Overall I would recommend it.

I loved this hotel, it was connected to the miracle miles shops so there was a lot of food options near by. We were able to do an early check in for $75 but it was worth it. Staff was friendly and we had no issues.

Nice having a junior suite. Needed to pay $50 extra for early check in but at least got a higher floor with a view of the sphere.

The pool is fine but the food and drinks are extremely expensive. The hotel dors not offer any complimentary breakfast or refreshments, and the Starbucks on the premises charges $15 for a large iced coffee. There are much nicer places to stay in Las Vegas that will give you a lot more for the amount you’re paying.

I was pleasantly surprised. This is a great property at a very reasonable price. It has shops and restaurants in the tunnels that are all in walking distance. It's very well kept and non-smoking.

We liked the kitchettes- making breakfast quick and easy. The pool and poolside food service was very convenient. Also the availability of affordable parking in the nearby parking garage was very helpful. The room was very quiet during the night...no loud noises to wake you up. The workout center was well equipped.

The bed is very comfortable. The hotel is pretty new. A little noisy at night. I can hear loud ambulance or police siren during my three nights stay.

They stay was great, it was the timeshare sharks that attack you and make your trip aggravating as hell until you agree to visit the timeshare.

This is a very convenient area, some places are even in walkable distances. The staff is really friendly and helpful in providing all we need to know about during our stay. Higher floor rooms can see the Sphere. Would want to stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

We had much better luck at the pool this year and were able to find open chairs to lay in, we even got chairs poolside. Last year we struggled to find a spot to lay out, chairs were either being used or 'saved' by someone putting a towel on them. Great experience, would definitely stay here again.

Instead, pool staff told us our children were required to wear life jackets because it was supposedly "Nevada state law." We explained that our 4-year-old is a strong swimmer and that both children were under constant supervision. We also observed several other children, including infants, in the pool without life jackets. At one point, I briefly stepped away to use the restroom while my husband remained within arm's length of both girls in the shallow beach-entry area, which is only about one foot deep. After I returned, we continued closely supervising them. Despite both parents actively watching our daughters, staff told us we had to leave because our 4-year-old was not wearing a life jacket. After researching it, we were unable to find any Nevada law requiring children to wear life jackets in hotel pools. We fully support pool safety, but policies should be communicated clearly and enforced consistently. Being singled out while other families were allowed to remain made us feel unfairly targeted. To make matters worse, after previous stays we continue to receive constant marketing emails encouraging us to return.

There is a $40/day resort fee. Parking mid week is $20/day, weekends $25. Checkout time is 10am. People are trolling the lobby with ipads trying to lure you into their Vacation Club. EV chargers are located only in valet parking which is $35/day. Its all a huge $$ scam. If you look closely, you can find all these extra fees. We are unlikely to be back.

Very nice resort, clean not cramped, huge picture windows electric shades, sophisticated elevators and lots of new shop on Miracle Mile. Very satisfying.

The proximity to all the places on the strip was a real plus. Especially direct entry to the Miracle Mile shops. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful especially the man where you show your room key before entering the elevators. We had a problem several times with the room key opening our door. Later after getting a new key fob we were advised to hold it in place for a longer time and it worked. We should have been given that information upon arrival.

I loved that there wasn’t a casino. The lobby was quiet and not overcrowded. The connection to Planet Hollywood was great because we didn’t have to walk outside to get to some of the shops. The suite we stayed in spacious, comfortable and clean. I also loved the projector screen tv option on the window. I’ll probably never book a room ant any other hotel while in Vegas.

Overall I love Hilton to the point I am a partner. I enjoyed my staty at the Elara. my disappointment is with Expedia. when I booked I asked for a hotel that had breakfast included. I did not realize it was going to be a starbucks(I do not like starbucks at all) you had to pay. when I book I always book for free breakfast which I thought that was what the app was asking me. Elara does not provide free breakfast. They do in fact have a starbucks. This is not any fault of Hilton, I see it as false advertising by Expedia.

The 1 bedroom suite has most of the comforts of a residence and a great view. I really appreciate the washer/dryer, the jacuzzi tub, the kitchen, and the view is awesome if you are on a decent floor. mattress was kinda hard and a little uncomfortable.

Great stay at The Elara. Clean, well-staffed, beautiful pool. Only thing I’d improve is the lighting in the rooms. During the day you get plenty of light through the windows but other times it’s lacking in light.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself felt classy, clean, and lovely in every way. Our room had a great view, and everything felt calm, comfortable, and well cared for. One of our favorite features was the fabulous jacuzzi-style deep soaking tub in the room - it was perfect after spending long days standing in lines at a gaming convention. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which made a huge difference after such exhausting days. We also loved having the cozy kitchen setup. We ordered Instacart from Sprouts Farmers Market and were able to enjoy all our favorite foods from home, which made the trip feel much easier and more relaxing. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back.

My only complaint is, to me, it seemed they restricted the water flow on the in room jacuzzi to discourage people from using it. I still did it, and got pots of water boiling on the stove and tea kettle and it may have taken an hour but by god I took a soak !

Perfect for family with children. Amenities and space were perfect.

They do not value customers from Hotels.com highly. My initial room was facing directly to the parking lot and fairly dark. And they did not provide the upgrade, even though they had plenty of better rooms available online. After going back to the front desk, they told me that upgrades and rooms with views were for their "own" customers. The lady at the front desk was not at all service oriented. I finally did get a room at a higher floor. And the room itself was excellent. But no upgrade. It is all about setting expectations. So if you are not going to provide an upgrade, if you have a room available, then do not promise it.

My only complaint was the noise level in the room at night. Poor widow quality.

If you want a quieter place to stay in Vegas, this is a great choice. No machines, no smoking and no loud music... especially by the pool, which is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the building and rooms are clean. The rooms with the kitchenette are really great, especially for breakfast!

Beautiful apartments. We liked the floor to ceiling windows and the light blocking shades that worked very well. In room jacuzzi was great, except we never saw how to turn on the jets (which wasn't a big deal to us, and there's probably one more switch somewhere we didn't check). Large swimming pool and hot tub.

We stayed for 7 days so we did make use of the free laundromat but had to pay a few bucks for detergent and dryer sheets. One of the dryers seemed to not be drying clothes as well as it should. Staff were notified but dont think they fixed it. Housekeeping was actually the worst part of our trip. There was water leaking out of the shower so we asked for towels. We even got engineer to come in and fix it..which did help but there was still small leak. Major issue was out light for Housekeeping was on and they said it was on 'do not disturb'... We came back to the room multiple times with no Housekeeping done at all. Pool was nice and conveniently located but it was cold at the time of our stay. Security posted by elevators made our stay feel safe. Checking out was a breeze... I Wish I could remember the guy who asked how our stay was but more importantly what was the best part of our stay... that would almost make this a 5 star stay.. Overall, room for improvement but we would stay here again. Thank u

The stay was overall pleasant, however our stay started off on a sour note with the pushy timeshare sales staff. We had no idea it was a timeshare when we booked and paid for our room. We chrcked in as normal then was ushered over to the "concierge". So after having a long, stressful day of travel, being bombarded with people telling us to schedule a 90 minute presentation to get free gifts that we didn't want and confused if it was something required. Since we paid for our stay and didn't sign up for any kind of discount if we participated in the presentation, it was not required but they were not forth coming about any of that information. I was feeling overheated and exhausted at this point and after expressing that, I was handed a bottle of water and they still kept asking when they should schedule our time, they would not let it go. We had to walk away at that point. The room was comfortable and spacious. I just want people to have transparency when they book this hotel so they can have more information on what to expect and can decide if they want to participate or not in the presentation.

Our stay was amazing!! We will be back shortly, honestly this might be our go to hotel when in Vegas! The staff was great from check in to check out, the place was clean and beautiful, in a very convenient spot just all around amazing!

Right on the strip. Had a great time.

Being non-smoking is a plus for me. Housekeeping didn’t come to my room for the four days, although I had left the do not disturb on one day. We had a fire alarm incident and like other guests I used the fire stairway only to end up at the rear of the hotel with no hotel employee to in attendance to advise if the hotel was safe etc. I’d say that’s a real letdown for fire safety. Overall I’d stay here again.

Everything up to Hilton standards!!

So glad we found this place in Vegas to stay. Never realized there would be one without a casino and that was a huge plus no have to deal with smoke for a home base. Clean , great staff , amazing view . Wish the pool was larger as there were a lot of people. This is now our go to place to stay . Being connected to the miracle mile kept food options affordable and convenient for my family.

Also, I did not realize till the last day that the bar in the hotel is less expensive than other places and the drinks were delicious, (try the “Blue Elara”,so good!) All the staff from the front, to the bar to the security, all fantastic! This was a perfect stay. Highly recommend!!!

Location was great, with access to shopping right there and casinos a short walk away. Rooms were great, clean, and spacious. We were on 32nd floor with a great view. Our adult children were on 7th floor that looked right into parking garage, but they didn’t mind.

The room was horrible, the view of the room was a roof of another structure and construction. the staff were incompetent. After asking them many time that we brought tourists from Europe, we still didn’t get what we asked. I would not recommend anyone and would never go back.

After being told Sphere tickets weren’t available, another staff member later said they were and invited us to “breakfast” as a thank you. This turned out to be a timeshare sales presentation. It was described as 90 minutes with “no pressure,” but ran over and felt far more pushy than implied. As UK visitors, we also only learned during the presentation that many options aren’t practical for European customers. Being on holiday, it felt uncomfortable pushing back strongly. Great property, but we won’t stay again.

The location of the Hilton is great. The staff is very friendly and the facility is so clean and modern.

The room was beautiful, clean and had great amenities. All the staff we encountered had amazing attitudes. The only downfall was the pools, and hot tubs had been closed for the season, and we did not get informed of this before our trip.

There are zero amenities here (no pool, no restaurants, no room service) and customer service is non-existent. Its relatively run down and nowhere near as close to the strip as i thought. You can walk a sketch side road at night or through an empty mall to get back at night which was creepier than it sounds. Not worth it..spend the extra and stay somewhere better

Our one bedroom room was amazing. We had a breath taking view of the strip including the Eiffel Tower and sphere. We were given a room in the 51st floor so the noise was minimal. Our room was clean and had so many amenities like a washer dryer, full kitchen and even a projector to watch a movie.

The room was great - very large, clean and fresh. Our only problem was trying to find the parking garage and the lobby for check-in. Not well marked. No street front lobby.

The room was great. I didn’t like someone came into the room while the red light was on and I was still in there. I liked the fact management showed concerns for me feeling uncomfortable with one particular front desk staff.

Rack in the microwave sparks and I took it out for my stay. 2 The ice maker needed my attention to dispense ice. 3 The projector did not turn on. 4 The sink in bathroom drains very slow. 5 coffee maker does not keep coffee warm. That's why I used the microwave. I will stay at your property again, It was very nice. room 2916 I have owned and operated a few hotels. There was some hair on the bathroom floor and entry way. Staff was friendly and helpful. View was great of the sphere. Location excellent. But the hairs on the floor is a no for me!

There was a fire alarm testing in the middle of the day without any warning… the bed was not very comfortable

The location is great...you can easily get around. The room was clean, and housekeeping kept it that way every day. The staff were great, and a particular shout out to the Valet Parking crew...thank you. Our room on the 23rd floor had a wonderful view. The room charge was extravagant and tricky. The daily resort fee was outrageous when we did not use the "resort" facilities. The bed was somewhat hard, but tolerable. Parking sucked, so we used the Valet Parking option, which was totally worth it. A word to the wise: don't take your car if you are going to locations on or near the Strip. Driving in that area is okay (many impatient drivers), but parking is costly and difficult. Use Uber (I recommend this option), Lyft, or taxis (expensive).

The rooms are very large. Decor is modern. The building in non-smoking which is a welcome break from the casinos.

We had some bad experience with the front desk. People are not very kind and nice. The property is pretty close in the middle of everything while I was taking a shower. Somebody came in to our room and cleaned kind of weird and the day before that somebody came in my son was asleep. I asked him to leave and they got on the speaking loud loudly. The property itself is pretty nice. Our room was nice as well. They can definitely do better with customer service in the morning. We called to take the bellboy and there was no bellboy in sight so we had a take our luggage all the way down by ourselves and when we got there, nobody greeted us and take our luggage upstairs. We had to take everything ourselves. There’s much better service at other locations for the price I paid you would expect a little bit more disappointed, but this is the second time Hilton has failed for us so no more Hilton.

As I got the room and started to unpack my suitcase ,I smelled strong cookinh from the other rooms or through the vent I dont know ...so I wnt out ant came back late midnight and as I opened the door the smell was so strong like dead fish.in the morning I woke up with the smell of cooking that was horrible 😩 I called a cleang lady to check my room an she said I have to go downstairs to change my room and i did but this time they gave me a room with the parking view that was more embracing the cars just in to my face ..worse experience ever .

Great location! A peaceful oasis mid-strip. No lines, nice lobby bar and large, well appointed rooms.

Trusted the group, who worked for this property, to sign up tour. The fellas lied in our face multiple times. The promise was a hoax and all they did, including "managers", were to cover up the lies. The numbers of lies I heard in 2 hours is more than I encountered in the last three years. Waiting in the lobby for the sales manager right now. I hope I don't hear another lie.

Great place to stay. Attached to the Miracle Mile shopping mall with access to shops and eating. No casino which made it much quieter than other establishments.

All other Hotels are walking distance, the only hustle is the Parking, difficult to get close to the hotel especially if you have luggages.

We travelled as a family of 4, and so having the kitchen was handy for breakfast. There was an issue with the bathroom in that it had a bad smell - maintenance came but couldn't do anything, so that made it hard to rest at night. Overall though it was great

The room we were given looked on to the top floor of the car park. Clearly we were considered to be less important than other bookings of a different “type”.

The rooms were clean, everything worked and we had no issues until the last day when the dishwasher leaked water onthe floor. The staff was great.

The staff is stellar, very professional and friendly. They really do try to make your stay the best possible. The housekeepers were also great. The rooms are luxurious. My niece joined me on the second day and she was stunned at how big our 1 bedroom was. She said it was bigger than her one bedroom apartment in Houston. The place was clean and just simply beautiful. I loved having the jacuzzi bath in the bedroom. What a treat. The one bedroom has a kitchen with appliances and dishes. I have been coming to this property for years. It really is the best place to stay and worth the price.

Very convenient to the shops mall didn’t have to walk so far fast service great places to stay

After booking a room in June we arrived on a late flight Nov 7 and were checked into a room facing the garage. The next day we requested a room change they told us they were no rooms. They stated that the suites were not guaranteed to have views and they would not reduce the price. We moved to another nicer hotel on the strip for similar prices with views for the the next 3 days of our stay. It is unfortunate as we had stayed on 2 previous occasions and enjoyed our stay there but we moved as they made no effort to make our stay more comfortable.

Check in was terrible, took 30 min waiting and there were only 2 people in front of us. They only had 2 workers doing check in and there were some sort of issue. They didn’t apologize or anything. They were crabby toward us when we finally got to our turn. And then we never got our room serviced even though we were supposed to. When we called down to housekeeping, they said our room wasn’t even in the list to do. Probably connected to the issues at check in? Anyway, they came and cleaned the room once we contacted housekeeping. Other than those things, the room was wonderful!

The pool and hot tub were closed because of F1. I know F1 brings a lot of money to the city however, it ruins the Las Vegas strip experience for anyone visiting during the months leading up to the race and the months after the race. The strip is 99% a tourist funded area and the tourists are the ones that lose out when F1 has to race on the strip. Really would be nice if they moved the race to the Vegas speedway instead of the strip. I know Elara has no control over that decision just mentioning it in the off chance it would help. I doubt the city cares what the reviews are but figured in the slight chance they ask the hotels and casinos the feed back from people regarding the race, this would be a review you could add.

Yes great space and very clean!

We stayed at the Elara for my husband's 70th birthday. The pool was closed due to the Formula 1 race - it wasn't supposed to open until spring. They did provide another pool across the street to use. When we checked in the staff asked us if we would be open to a ADA compliant room. We said yes, not knowing that there were no drawers to put our toiletries in. We had to put them on the floor. That's the only complaint I had - otherwise the staff/location was great.

The Elara is just off the strip but connected to the Miracle Mile shops and eateries. It always smell lovely when you enter as there is no smoking or gambling. Which we like. Our suite was wonderful and clean with full kitchen. There is a Starbucks in the lobby area. I do wish they had a restaurant other than the pool bar and grill, which was closed for the season while we were there. But there are places to eat within the Miracle Mile Mall. We have stayed here many times and have always loved it.

When we checked in the clerk asked us if we were ok with an ada compliant room. We said yes but we didn’t realize there would be no place to store our stuff- there was no shelving in the bathroom or places to store things. We ended up using the floor to store our stuff.

Desk staff couldn't answer our questions. We called a couple times before we arrived and even in person, they didn't seem to know much about the rooms or if towels were at the pool, were there plates, bowls, silverware in the rooms. Pool was closed so we had to walk 10 min to another property pool which had very little ambience compared to what would have been at the Elara. Clean and modern, no complaints there. Good beds, great view.

The elevators at the elara were always on time and never too busy. I was a bit disappointed that they shut the pool earlier than advised. Also the gym was not accessible and we had construction noise outside our window from 7 am. The room was spacious and comfortable and the whole complex was well maintained and very clean.

They were prepping for the Formula1 race, so a lot of sidewalks were shut down, causing miles of extra walking and in some unsafe areas, not sure how long that is going on but there was a LOT of construction. Property was fantastic and clean and the amenities were great! Very convenient with a Starbucks and direct entrance to the Miracle Mile shops, so that ended up being the safest way to get over to the strip. Kitchenette was very convenient. Property was a bit further walking to the strip than it appeared on the map, so take good shoes!

The room was spacious and well equipped. The elevator was always fast never waited. The 1 bed suite had all amenities and washing powder and dishwasher tabs were replenished. Access to the strip was very good. Food court in the miracle mile was handy. Our only complaints were the construction noise and no pool.

The room was great as was the staff. They gave a lame "off season" reason for the pool being closed (Bellagio's pool was open as were a couple other hotels). No room service at this "resort", but thankfully Planet Hollywood's Mile of Shops was close by and had several decent restaurants there. The strip was setting up for the upcoming Formula1 event so getting around was tough. Next time I go I'll stay at a casino hotel.

Our two room suite was perfect for our group of five. Very calm (and no smoke or casinos!) inside the hotel and a nice break from lively Los Vegas strip. Would absolutely stay again when in Vegas.

The bed was hard it was on a board. The couch was in bad shape. The jacuzzi tub did not work half the time. The sun came in the windows at all times of the day couldn’t have curtains open. Air conditioner didn’t run to keep it cool. It had a full size fridge and plenty of food and shopping near by

Great location on top of the miracle mile shopping mall close to eateries food court nice restaurants easy walk along the trip to all the main attractions. Our apartment was lovely spacious clean and comfortable. Only downside if I’m being picky is the Aircond didn’t seem to be working really well being that it was mild weather anyway.

We arrived at the hotel early and unfortunately had to wait until 4pm to check in, but we were able to use the pool while we waited The other downside was the 10am check out, most hotels are 11am so we felt a bit rushed There is a lot of building going on as they are erecting the stands for the Grand Prix

Outstanding property with a wonderful staff! Views from the suite are amazing. Comfortable in every way and great elevators. Connection to a large shopping area is really fun. Housekeeping is very helpful and frequency is up to you. Close to the strip but also quiet at the same time. Nice TV setup and the mini kitchen helps in many ways. Beds are comfortable and the shower is a dream. This is a go to location for many visitors and it is easy to see why.

The property location is excellent!

We were on the 32nd floor facing south. We had wanted a north facing room but only really low floors were available. Our apartment was clean, well appointed and very comfy. With a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom (with spa bath). We had good views but mainly of the airport and some of the south end of the strip. We've stayed here before, and always think it's a good sign if someone comes back to the same place. The location is perfect, as you step outside of the Elara you enter the Miracle Mile shops with lots of places to eat, access to Planet Hollywood Casino and out onto the strip. Definitely would come back here again, but maybe not when they are preparing for the Grand Prix, as this ruins access to some places due to the roadworks and changes being made to pedestrian zones.

It could have been a good stay. When checking in the front desk said they would wave the 18.00 a day parking fee for the 8 days. When I questioned it they refused to remove it. It was the principle of the matter. You are already getting gouged going to Las Vegas for everything already. I don’t like when people don't honour their word. Wont go back. EVER!

Great mid range Vegas hotel. Loved the mid strip location. Very busy location. Easy to walk to the fancier hotels. It's hooked onto a mall, which isn't my thing, but some would like that. It was adequate in all areas, just not so many bells and whistles as other places. Also, lots of construction around getting ready for the formula 1 race, so a little confusing driving in and figuring out where to park. Front of hotel was very non-discript!

Great central location on the strip. Some convenient fast food dining options and few decent shops connected to the hotel. Appreciated the 2 free water bottles daily, however, would have been nicer to have a bottle for each person staying in the room - we had 2 adults and 2 kids! In addition, having the pool stay open beyond 8.30pm would have been more desirable, especially for families with kids, considering it is a non-casino hotel. A great place to stay that is close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Love this property. Rooms are large and the pool is great!

I usually stay at Hilton and I'm at hilton honors member. but this stay was the worse experience. Front desk service were rude and not very helpful. I told my friends we got a nice room and thought we booked a nice room but it was horrible. Our view, i asked for a higher floor and thought the room we booked came with that. We were on the 4th floor and i had called to have a early check in but we got our room at 4pm and the one of the worst room. I felt very embarrassed with the room I booked.

Place was great. Check in went very well. Fast, efficient & clean.

Pool area good, limited offer in pool bar but ok. Check-out till 10:00 is far too early. We stayed in the hotel 7 nights but cleaning was done only twice. Each day when we left room (around noon) I asked personally the cleaning lady to take care of our room, she replied yes and when we came back in the evening nothing was done. It was really annoying.

I usually love staying at the Elara but for this stay they had me waiting for check in longer then normal and my bags took awhile to be delivered. But all in all an amazing time lace to stay

Able to be on the Strip via the Miracle Mile mall

I booked a two bedroom corner suite months ago. It seems the timeshare owners get rooms with a view. We got a view of the planet Hollywood roof. It is a 60 floor plus hotel so given price paid expected some sort of view. Awful. And worse they were renovating above us. Loud banging started at 7:25am. Totally unacceptable. They finally moved us 4th night in after I complained but we left 2 days later. The shampoo and lotion bottles were empty and not refilled housekeeping. Pool was terrible. Small and absolutely no shade unless you paid. Right on busy street. I would never stay here again. Huge mistake. And I am Hilton honors member. Didn’t help.

This is my 2nd time staying here and being able to walk the strip inside the miracle mile is super cool. It really beats walking in the heat to shop and hop to other casinos and stores om the strip.
