    I booked a total of 7 rooms and almost half had issues. One room reeked of Marijuana and she had to be moved, one got checked in at 4pm with a dirty room which didn't get cleaned until 8pm, another discovered dirty towels in the sheets. To credit the front desk staff, they worked hard to resolve all the issues and maintained complete professionalism. Overall the property is old-feeling and the shine of the property is definitely not there any longer. I can get a better experience at the same price point at other properties on the strip.

    The room was okay, but the staff kept telling us they would give us coffee pods for our room, but never did. Room comes with a coffee maker, but no coffee...? We also had to have them come up and unlock our fridge in one room, and replace a fridge in the other, upon arriving. Our biggest complaint was we got there right after the pools opened for the season, and there was only ONE pool open. It was totally packed, we couldn't even swim, and there were no chairs or spaces for us to sit. We tried the hot tubs, and they weren't even hot! Plus, the security guards wouldn't even let us bring in water or our own snacks into the pool - I have NEVER had that experience at any hotel pool in Vegas. We have stayed at many Vegas hotels, and this is definitely one we will never stay at again.

    The pearl and ghost bar. At check in was given room key. Go up key doesn’t work. Come down given new key. Go back up key works, walk in door and the room still has people in it! Go back down. Get new room. No room upgrade. No waive resort fee. No food or drink comps. No nothing. Just a “oh I don’t know how that happened”.

    Unfortunately, after upselling me and checking me into one of their larger suites, we found it to be dated.Couches were broken down.Also, the televisions did not work in either one of the rooms for longer than fifteen minutes . I called them and asked him to fix it and they never sent anybody to resolve the issues. They did call about eleven thirty at night and apologize and said that they would deduct resort fees.

    Other smaller issue was when ordering pizza, I didn’t know I had to go back up with my receipt to get my food. My family and I ended up standing there for an additional 15 minutes not aware of that small detail. What was frustrating was that the two employees saw us standing there with the box of food just sitting there. Would’ve been helpful if one of them got our attention instead of letting us stand there all that time. Besides all that, I’d stay here again! I love how it’s less crowded than the Strip and their craps and blackjack minimums are $5, not very common nowadays. The food court has familiar restaurants, like McDonald’s, and the overall property felt clean. Parking is also free, which is a HUGE plus given how many hotels charge now. Palms is a great choice if you don’t care too much for quick access to the Strip!

    The smell in the hotel (except for the cigarettes). Let's start with the room: our room was dirty, with black hair in the shower and all over the bathroom, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, when I moved the puffs, I found trash, the table next to the puffs was dirty and sticky, the fridge was broken and empty. The mattress was, I think, broken or old; it was like lying on a blow-up mattress, the pillows were uncomfortable, and it was just really bad. The curtains didn't close all the way; the top part was ripped. Pool: We went to the pool around 11 am. They have only 12 available chairs for the whole Palms casino quests, which was ridiculous. The rest, if you want to sit down, you have to pay, or just sit on the floor... I wouldn't recommend staying at Palms.

    The Palms is our spot. We had the best experience from arrival to departure. We come to Vegas for work monthly and junk between hotels who are all good but now fantastic. This place has a family feel and it doesn’t feel overwhelming. For the amount of space they have they utilizes every inch with options I don’t know I needed. Several food options, multiple entertainment options, a movie theater and pool cabanas at a rate that is ridiculously affordable for what they offer. The rooms in the fantasy tower are much larger than your standard hotel strip sizes for a fraction of the cost. A+++

    The location is why I stay at the Palm, The staff is great. I have stayed here many times in the past and was pleasantly surprised that the place has new owners when it was Station it was terrible happy to see the change. The bad for me is they only have 8 deck shuffling machines on the floor not one table offers a card shue.

    We travel up to 6 times a month and are always in search of our forever hotel. This is the first time we have stayed off the strip and we are glad we did. The rooms are so much larger. At least in the fantasy tour we are in. The resort has so many food options considering the space of the casino itself is much smaller than other hotels. Movie theater inside made it easy for us to go catch a flick and the pool is not bad. We got an upstairs cabana 2 times with our own little pool for a fraction of other hotels we’ve stayed at. We even extended our trip. Definitely our Vegas spot when in town.

    Slots let us play for a while didn’t take my money right away. It was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. I say the only bad thing was there was leftovers in the fridge and looks like someone wiped their hands on the curtains which of course I didn’t want to complain but my daughter was like absolutely not. It gives off a vibe as to what else wasn’t cleaned in here. And internet was slow on tv. Waiting for the shows to load. My coffee maker didn’t work

    Low budget experience. The room was sub par and the locker room towels were a terrible customer experience. The hardest and dingiest towns I’ve ever had at a hotel. We left and found another place to stay with proper accommodations. If you’re just looking for a bed to sleep in this is your hotel. But don’t expect one thing more. Not a dresser, not a stocked fridge. Expect absolutely nothing! Don’t attempt to call for any service. You will left on hold.

    The rooms were decent. Clean but a lot of amenities were old or not working. The fridge didn't work so we couldn't keep our waters cold. Very little outlets except for the bedside lamp and in the bathroom, the others didn't work. And the drain in the sink went down so slow, so did the toilet. We were only there one night so it didn't bother us too much. Definity would've sucked if we stayed longer though.

    We reported these issues to the front desk and were told that housekeeping and engineering would come by to address them, but no one ever showed up. The lack of follow-through and poor maintenance made the experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, because of the condition of the room and the lack of service, we will not be staying here again.

    My only complaint was that the front desk I talked too told me that my room wasn’t ready yet. I arrived during check in time and asked front desk when my room would be ready. He told me 30 minutes to an hour and sometimes even longer than that. He said he would contact me as soon as it was ready. I dropped my bags off and the bellman seemed annoyed at how much luggage my group and I had. Even dropped one of our bags without apologizing. I then wondered around aimlessly for 2 hours without a call. I finally went to approach the front desk once again and they told me my room has been ready. I waited 2 hours without anyone notifying me. I was only staying for one night too so my stay was cut even shorter. Was pretty dissapointed considering how nice the hotel actually was, the interactions with the staff just ruined it for me. Would rather stay at Planet Hollywood.

    Room was very clean. Maintenance was constantly cleaning. Didn’t try the buffet at all, although there were always very long lines to the buffet and what they advertised about what was being served sounded amazing. I don’t eat enough to get my money’s worth at buffets. The pool has a lot of rules which is fine. During the weekdays when we were there the 3’ pool was opened. Weekend days the 4’ pool was also opened. Ate at McDonalds for breakfast and Panda for lunch at there food court. If I was ever to go back to Las Vegas I would definitely stay there again.

    The room was ok but the bathroom was dirty. There was a lot of hair and dust on the perimeter of the floor. You can tell that housekeeping does the bare minimum. They do not mop, sweep or vaccum. The sinks were clogged so it took forever for the water to drain. Terrible.

    My stay at the Palms Casino Resort was relaxing, fun, and honestly one of the best Vegas experiences I’ve had. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale without being overwhelming. Breakfast was very good with several options to choose from. You could enjoy the buffet or eat at the restaurant located near Starbucks, and both were worth trying. The resort also has a McDonald’s inside, which was perfect for quick breakfast runs. If you are a McGriddle person, you are all set. The Starbucks coffee provided in the room was surprisingly good too. We brought Baileys to add to our coffee each morning, and it became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The absolute highlight, however, was the spa. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT stay at the Palms without taking advantage of the spa. It was top tier — clean, calming, luxurious, and extremely relaxing. The staff was wonderful, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire experience. The spa alone made the trip worth it, and I would absolutely stay here again.

    Service issues made the experience even more disappointing. By day two we needed fresh towels and attempted to call housekeeping using the clearly marked phone button, but after 20 minutes with no answer we finally called the front desk. The front desk informed us that housekeeping calls are supposedly routed there, which clearly was not functioning properly. The pool experience was equally frustrating. We had reserved daybeds in advance, yet it still took nearly an hour from arrival before we were settled and able to place our first drink order. I understand the property has changed hands over the years, but the overall experience was a shocking disappointment compared to what this resort once represented.

    This was my second time staying at The Palm, and I loved it just as much as I did before. I got a great room with a view of the mountains. The food and drinks that I had onsite were amazing!!! The Ghostbar was FANTASTIC!!!! Just overall, a treat experience.

    The room is spacious and offers great views. At check in the attendant was rude and despite arriving past the 3pm check in time we were told our room wasn't ready. We could check our bags and walk around. No apology or offer of compensation for time in our room that we were paying for.

    The bathroom however was not great- sink was clogged when we arrived and the design of the half shower door and half toilet door makes the bathroom not feel private. Also the water from the shower hits the floor easily and makes a mess. The music in the casino is so loud that it’s hard to talk to the person at the machine next to you in a normal voice. We had to talk very, very loud in order to be heard.

    The room was very comfortable with plenty of space and a nice large couch. Very clean and the staff were friendly. Didn’t love that people can smoke inside in the casino downstairs (maybe the same with all the other casinos as well?) but we had requested a non smoking room so no issues in the room itself. Nice little gym and the pool area was great too. Free parking. It was a bit further from The Strip than we realised so had to get an Uber there.

    AC wouldnt cool the room enough. There was a loud screeching noise off and on all night that sounded like it may be coming from the plumbing. The pillows were uncomfortable- about 10” thick and all 4 of us thought they were very uncomfortable. They only give you one 8 oz bottle of water per person in the room per day - for our almost $50 resort fee per day it seems like water would be given freely. Overall, the resort was nice enough, the room was okay but it was too hard to get any sleep.

    I also gave this place a Google review under the name David Napoleon. It was a 3 star experiment for me. This was my second time in Vegas, the first time I stayed at circa and that was a 5 star experience. So comparing it to circa this place was 3-4 stars at best but a 3.5 for me. Their pool situation sucks, it closes at 6pm. The parking situation wasn't the best in my opinion for guests that are staying there. The place has potential to be a 5 star experience but it’s currently not.

    I genuinely enjoyed the vibe of the Palms! There is a more authentic, fun atmosphere here. The pool was awesome and had plenty of room. I wish I could be here when Common Kings will be on stage soon. Isabel at the front desk was super nice, real, and took care of us so well. I will be back!

    I really enjoyed staying at the Palms. The room was clean and comfortable the restaurants were all very good too. (We did get to hit all except the buffet) Being that the hotel is not on the strip you are a little bit isolated but that was okay by me. The reception desk was excellent. We arrived early and got to chexk in early for a small fee. Overall a great stay!

    I generally enjoy staying at Palms as it’s off the strip but not far from it. My room had a refrigerator that was free to use, but it was an old minibar and was locked. It was very busy that weekend and it took a few calls before I got any assistance. They ended up having a stand-alone mini fridge sent up, so that was helpful.

    You need an area where people can sit and socialize without being in their. Try to do this at the pool, pool closes at six o'clock and we couldn't take our drink with us. Which was just coffee that we just purchased. Would have love to try the buffet, but you had to have reservations, nothing was available for the four days we were there. I think you should leave space for people that are staying at the hotel. But other than that nice place.

    The pool was closed (no reason given) any of the times we tried to go during the open pool hours. Also, we tried to go to Tim Ho Wan, it was closed for a private event. Also, we tried to go to the Ghost Bar, it was closed for a private event. Also, we asked if we could do a later checkout and they said no. Very unhelpful, very unfriendly. Would much rather have paid a little more and stayed on the strip at a place with more options since everything we tried to do here was closed. Worst Vegas hotel experience in our 13 trips to Vegas. Would not recommend.

    All the employees that we ran into were very nice. The hotel is very clean, rooms are, and it does not smell like an ashtray (unlike other hotels in the downtown area). We're close enough to the strip without being on it. Far less traffic to deal with. On every trip, we always make our way to Chinatown for some massages and shopping. Took us about 5 minutes to drive there. Can't beat that. The two things that we really enjoyed were the movie theaters on property and how generous the Palms is with their promotions on the players card. They also appreciate the many different dining options they have on site. This will definitely be our new hangout spot the next time we come to Vegas

    Great room. Was there for a couple nights to have a medical procedure done with my Dr. Had to stay extra night for just mild recovery. Room was very comfortable for the whole thing. Got room service…food was excellent! I miss the days where they served room service on real dish ware and utensils, but this was great nonetheless. The front desk man was amazing. Luckily the same man who checked me in was the one who checked me out as well. I misunderstood the bill at check out, and was a little frustrated, but he was extremely patient and explained it all to me. I WISH I could remember his name!!!

    The room was nice, but little things could have made things better. I understand that many people come to Las Vegas and don’t spend a lot of time in the room. We had plans that left a lot of free time, which were spent in the room or in close proximity. The refrigerator barely left room for guests to use for drinks personally purchased, the TV remote needs new batteries or a new remote all together was the bathroom has no ventilation which leaves the mirror and the floors wet (slippery) for a long time. The shower head shoots water out EVERYWHERE the bath mat was soaked the first day.

    The room was spacious, but the room was very stuffy and hot. The air condition was not cooling the room very well and was also very loud. The thermostat controls were limited to off/on, hot/cold, with a lever. When the fan was on, it sounded like a washing machine cycling. When inquired about a mini fridge for the room at the front desk, we were told that the room should have came with a mini bar fridge in which we could use to store our leftover food. After 40 minutes of waiting, no one responded or came to our room; as we were told one was going to be brought up to us. We also inquired about a later check-out time and was told we had to check with the front desk the morning of. This request was also denied, even though the hotel was not busy at all. Lots of communication issues and very unhelpful staff.

Security guards keep asking for ID every time you try to get in the elevator even though there are sensors in the elevator where you needed a room key to use the elevator. (apparently they don’t work), toilet looked terrible (scratches in the bowl), phone didn’t work and they have got to have the cheapest mattresses.

    Checked in, room wasn’t available so had to switch rooms for one night, toilet was clogged in my new room, and last day there my water wasn’t working at all, not in the shower, sink, or toilet. When I spoke with a manager she just hung up on me and said either wait it out or check out.

    I upgraded and paid for the upgrade just for the room not to work as it should. The tv did not work and was trying off and on by itself. Lights were flicking, outlets not charging and so much more. The only thing they did was change our room on the last night and took off 90 dollars.. I expected a better compensation since I paid for a lot more to upgrade to a room that is more expensive

    The room does need a few upgrades but it was still a nice room. There are no robes, drawers, or refrigerators. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work so I had to go to another floor for it. The tv didn’t work well and the tv stands was wore down. It wasn’t as luxury as I expected.

    So considering that the BASE rate (the rate I paid for the hotel) was $215 for two days was a steal, not a bad rate right? if you factor in all the inconveniences and chipped or peeled linoleum on surfaces in the room, it's less than ideal. Let's dive in. So you might be wondering, what does he mean by "base" rate? This rate is the initial amount I paid onlinebfor the hotel before any unintended gambling due to how the layout of the hotel is. The cheaper rooms are located conveniently at one side of the hotel, all the way up to 21st floor where you can view the splendor of Las Vegas and the strip. Pretty sweet, right? Hahaha, sure it's pretty sweet. until you realize that to get to your car where the "free" parking is, you must travel clear to the other side of this MASSIVE hotel. The only way to do that is all the way through the casino which is the size two Walmarts in length. and the temptation to smoke all of your savings in less than 5 minutes is pretty tragically tempting. Which we absolutely did just that in about 48 hours. We knew what we were getting ourselves into though. Don't they have free valet? Oh yeah, of course they do, considering that you provide a tip (which is absolutely not a problem by the way - those are some hard-working people.)

    Got sick from products they used in the room next to me had to move rooms set off my asthma so couldn’t do much the first day they was not very accommodating way too much money to spend with them and they’re not accommodating rooms don’t have microwaves. You have to rent a refrigerator after they wrote their reporttheir reextra cost.

    Nice casino to stay in, everyone showed amazing hospitality except for the room security. They stand near the elevator entrance to verify your room key. ( no problem) The problem comes in when they will almost football tackle you to the ground before you approach the area just to ask for your keys. They need some real training because it irritates the actual guests and I witnessed it several times… happy holidays ❤️

    First tower was ugly and old. Its our firs time yo stay in this hotel. Very outdated. Tv keeps on turning on and off. We requested to move to different but they said they need to have engineer take a look at it and ended up they said no exact time they will come. Requested again to change our room instead.     In addition, guests are charged a $146.50 resort fee on top of a $300 incidental hold. It is unclear what this resort fee includes, as the room quality and available amenities do not justify the cost. Pricing is different from Expedia once you actually arrive for check in. The room itself is mediocre at best and clearly outdated. Temperature control was inconsistent, and the room remained uncomfortably humid throughout the stay. The shower design is poor—regardless of how the showerhead is positioned, water ends up all over the bathroom floor.     Room was on the 12th floor and had a constant food smell, likely from the lower lever restaurant, but was overwhelming in the room. Had already unpacked or would have moved. It was a short stay so low impact. Blow dryer handle broken. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Ate at casinos Serrano Cafe and had great service and good food.

    Dirty. Nasty uncleaned toilet upon arrival. Loud. My neighbors alarm going off at 6 am was loud enough to wake us up Wonky plumbing. They won’t even give you a splash of water in your water bottle. No coffee in the room. Valets are lazy. With so many options in Begas go elsewhere. The Palms is terrible.

    I usually give the palms of Five Stars, but I had a suite and a couple things 1)when housekeeping came in they didn’t replace the minibar and I’ve stayed in the same type of suite before, but it was a different configuration and the TV was about a foot off the end of the bed and the chords were loose on the floor. I didn’t trip on them, but I could see that as a hazard going forward if somebody would trip on him and you know that TV credenza has sharp corners.

    Our overall experience was amazing, very nice rooms and the food was great! They also have movie theater! And the restaurant choices is crazy. So nice! The only issue i had was that there were no seats in the lobby or outside for seniors and kids to wait and kids can’t wait in chairs in casinos or bars they need some seating areas thats the only thing i noticed was missing but i would still recommend this Hotel!! It was great!! Thank You!!!!

    I’ve stayed at this property three times over 10 years and every single experience has been really awful. I understand that there’s new management and it hasn’t improved at all. I will never stay at this place again and I would recommend that you probably look elsewhere. I was in the ivory suite, and it is in dire need of a remodel. Also, you have to rent a refrigerator. There’s no microwave and if you use the K cup for the coffee maker that’s going to be $3. I would expect especially in a property Vegas that’s a suite I could at least get free coffee…..

    The room was nice and clean, I would say the casino interior is more convenient then others as it does not force you to walk through the entire casino floor to get to the rooms. The only reason I would not stay at the Palms again is the fact it was not walking distance from the strip. I did walk to Caesars once and it took 42 minutes having to cross the bride over the busy highway.

    Room was not in good condition. Blood stains on one of the table legs. Broken curtain wand, and a TV that was falling off its mount. The manger removed ONE day of the resort fees. The pool was closed, no clases offers in the yoga studio, and the gym was tiny. I don't know what the point of the resort fees were if you couldn't use any of the resort features.

    The hotel was comfortable and seemed clean. Do not waste your time or money with the so called penthouse. We stayed one night in the penthouse. It was bigger but that was about it. Its right under the roof top bar and bumped and vibrated until 2 or 3am. We changed back to our original suite the next morning. Be aware, there is audible noise from the traffic and bars at night.

    We did not have breakfast there, but we did have the Friday night buffet. The food I had was tasty, but I found the hot dishes to be barely warm, meat was a little dry. The hotel overall was comfortable and welcoming.

    We got our room almost 2 hours late. The front desk staff was rude and not very helpful. The hotel (casino) area had a very strong perfume smell to a point it gave us a headache. Room was clean. No complaints there.

    i did not use the parking or the bar. my room was very clean. just a thought,,,,in this case i was staying two nights in a row. i do not wash my bedding every night at home. i happen to shower at night which mean i got to bed clean. iit would save so much time, water, electricity,wear and tear on the fabric, detergent and more. please consider this. thanks, lynn b

    Do not stay here. If you do, don't expect a microwave, fridge, working phone, toilet that flushes properly, a staffed concierge desk, a wake-up call if you are unable to book it by 5:00 p.m. and a good night's sleep. The soundproofing is ineffective (booming base from music on the ground level made sleeping on the 12th floor a challenge) and be aware that the bottled water and snacks on the counter are part of the mini bar.

    I played a lot of Black Jack while there-not a fan of the auto shuffler they use. It heavily favors the dealer. The property is nice with lots of food options and it’s very clean.

    Palms hotel exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained the hotel is. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The security is very active on the premises. My room was quiet and comfortable, it had a nice view of the strip. Very close to the strip. There are good dining options and free parking. I’ll be back.

    The service was excellent. My first room had a defective tv, i let and staff know and he moved me to another room right away. There was plenty of security keeping the guess safe. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was delicious and there was a walgreen close by for things i forgor to bring

    Property claims to accomodate requests and overcharged me/put me in the complete wrong room. Total downgrade vs. the room i paid for, When i contacted them they never answered over email , messaging, and my hotel phone was broken in my down graded room.

    Great place to stay and for being close to a Casino. The rooms were okay, but no refrigerator for use in the room. Just one with drinks to purchase (expensive). Overall though a good place to stay.

    As we checking in they asked if we wanted to upgrade our room. Said oh absolutely. After we got to our room we learned that the tv in the master area wasn’t working so then they moved us rooms again. Which turned out to be amazing. Would definitely go back. They were really pleasant.
