Always a good time at the ole reliable. Santa Fe Station. My room was nice and clean no issues at all. Never a dull moment at the Poker tables where I usually play No Limit Texas Holdem.

I went to the hospital nearby for a procedure so I needed something clean, comfortable, and reliable, and a place where I could get adjoining rooms and easy food. This fit the bill for me and for my caretaker.

The room was fine, staff were friendly. The elevator operation was odd. Many of the amenities of the property shut down at odd times.

After first night, I woke up and there was a dead bug in my bed. Housekeeping did come and change the sheets immediately. Housekeeping overall did a good job, but it would take a phone call which would get me a computer named AMY, which would then transfer me to another operator and then another operator and then the front desk who told me they couldn’t order Housekeeping etc. etc. On top of that after arriving home, I saw my receipt and I’ve been charged $35 a day for some kind of service fee that I have was never informed of nor have any idea what it was for. I was told valet parking was complementary and we only used it once. The room is a nice size, but there is no safety bar at the tub and the bottom is quite slippery. The oddest thing is no towel rack on the wall by the sink so no place to hang a hand towel. There are three little hooks by the shower for towels. The worst is to walk in the hotel lobby and be assaulted by cigarette smoke. The hotel hallways and rooms for the most part were smoke-free. no instructions in the room about housekeeping. Old mattress and hard lumpy pillows.

It was a wonderful stay for my granddaughters graduation. The staff was the very best. Everything was perfect!

Where do I begin to start I had a king's size bed, which was flat at the foot, and on the side of the bed It was sunk in. I couldn't watch the local channels because it said that their system was down but you could pay for movies. The bathroom had a big sliding door and the shower head, It looked like from the 70s and on the elevator it sound like it was about to stop working, to me I think the place it needs a lot of upgrades, especially with all the competition that's around it.

Elevators all out of service. Somewhat disabled they said have to walk up to third floor to the room. Key would not work so had to walk back down to get another key before walking up again. Worst ever.

It is close to where we need to be each time we go there. Always great customer service food is good and just a great time. Also easy to get around. It literally has everything we need for a great price. Nothing bad to say at all.

This is our second time of staying at Santa Fe came in on a Tuesday night for a one night stay with the I booked through Hotels.com and it said the check-in would tell us ask us what kind of a room we wanted or they would assign us Tuesday night they weren’t that busy got up to the room and it was two queens which I don’t like. I prefer a King ass went back down and asked for a King and I was told they didn’t have any kings. This was not a busy night. This was not anything else. The bathroom was extremely small. You got bumped your elbow trying to get the toilet paper out other than that, it wasn’t a bad place to say.

The pool was nice and clean, and our kids enjoyed it, but getting to the pool back around the building was not ideal. It made us feel like we couldn't trust our kids to safely walk back and forth themselves.

One has to take into account this is a casino so the lobby area is pretty hectic with noise and flashing lights from the machines. Once I got to my room it was clean, quiet and all I needed for the night.

This is an older casino that’s been remodeled and updated. Pillows were small but bed was comfy. Lots of places to eat. There was only one working elevator to the rooms which created long waits. Overall pretty nice just old I would stay there again if I had a meeting or convention at the hotel.

The Santa Fe pool is another issue. It had to be built after the fact. Another reason why I stay at the Aliante. Pool side drink and food service and easy access to your room.

I booked this hotel because it was near the wedding venue that I was attending. What a great choice it was! I arrived late because of airline delays, but the front desk person, Johnathan, instantly made me feel like I was at home. He is a great employee and very good at his job! The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. They have a 24 hour restaurant, and the food was so good! I feel fortunate to have found this "off the strip" hotel/casino. For gamblers the casino is as good if not better than the big downtown or strip ones. Next trip to Vegas will be here for sure.

I always stay here when I come to town. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and there are so many options for food and entertainment you won't have to leave if you don't want to

How I was made to go up to my room to call for a bellman then made to come back down to get my belongings. When all I wanted was a cart to take my belongings to my room. The price of the room for what was offered. There should have been a breakfast to go with the room for the price.

We always go on the weekdays, so for me it was productive enough, unless you are going with the reason to party, I would suggest to go on the weekends, where it is booming with lots going on, but I could see Stoney’s club was happening with country music and dancing it looked fun enough to go in and enjoy the evening.

The bed was sooo low to the ground. We could barely get out They were also vert uncomfortable. The pillows were like a big brick. Called for smaller softer ones, they are all the same. Bathroom sooo small. You couldn’t move and no counter for toiletries. Bathroom door broken. View was of the parking garage and roof. Won’t ever stay there again

We were glad to see that there was a gym. We don't usually stay in a casino, but would come here again during vacation trips. a map of the casino layout including restaurant hours would be good.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and the check-in is always easy although they do charge you $25 if you want to check in before 3 o’clock. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and at the Brass Door and the food quality of both places was decent. Enjoyed our meals there. They were painting our floor elevator lobby, so the smell was quite strong as our room was very close to the elevators. Not much that we could do about that though. The gambling was fun and overall, it was a great trip.

This place is nothing short of amazing. I had my doubts as it is way off the strip and much further out than I have ever stayed. But we were here for a soccer tournament and the park was close by. This place was pleasantly surprising and it exceeded expectations. There is something for everyone here, for us the adults, for my teen and for the littles they had an indoor playground that was drop off and my kids loved it!!! The food at sit in restaurants was delicious and affordable, and they have a few fast food spots like panda, wing stop and starbucks. One stop shop we didnt need to go anywhere and also very important valet parking is a breeze Thank you for excellent service.

The room was very nice and the housekeeping staff very friendly and efficient. The only one issue I had is that our room was 130 yards from the elevator and my wife is handicapped so I got my exercise pushing a wheelchair 130 yards two or three times a day other than that I would recommend a Santa Fe hotel and casino. Sheets came completely loose on bed, TP holder in very awkward position, kids running up and down the hall and then the man in the room next to us literally talked ALL NIGHT LONG whom we could hear quite clearly. The lobby stunk of cigarettes and was loud with all the casino slot games noise. When we arrived it was hard to locate the hotel registration desk and the parking g was not convenient. Only one elevator was working to guest rooms. Terrible hotel - not worth the money and we will never stay here again.

The beds are very uncomfortable especially in room 446 feels like there’s a hole in the middle of it! At very least should be able to upgrade your mattresses and bathrooms have some shelf space make them bigger come on Santa Fe you can do better.

The key card never worked and we got woke up at 4am by a guy banging on the door asking us to be quiet when we were asleep. Got charged wrong at the cafe

For the price, the room was great. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly bartenders at at the iguana were extremely friendly. I gave it a four because the carpets could really be cleaned in the hallways in rooms.

When you see a person in a back brace (Shattered disc.) using a cane to stand up, don't don't make them wait in line nor do you deny them early check-in. I tried for days to call in but there is no way to get a call through nor was there a way to extend my stay in the same room so I had to move to another hotel after one night

The beds were not comfortable there are no box springs so the mattress just sits on a wood box only a foot off the floor!

Great overall experience

This room is definitely overpriced. We had asked for a one bed and we got 2 twins. The pillows on the bed were extremely hard, and very big to the point where our necks were at a 45° angle all night. There is no complimentary water and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Additionally, the room had a bathroom that was definitely not designed correctly. The toilet is extremely close to the sink. And if you don't watch it, you can hit your elbow on the top of the vanity, the toilet paper was in such an awkward position that it was extremely difficult to reach as it was extremely close to the toilet To the point where you needed to uncomfortably position yourself to access the toilet paper. Overall, the room was overpriced and extremely uncomfortable.

Room was okay, clean and safe but there is dented walls, chipped paint, no place to hang a towel or put soap in the showers. The site has everything you need and prices were really good especially given normal Vegas prices. I’d stay again for proximity to family, but the pool area is a two star, closed Oct to May and there isn’t any type of spa etc that makes the resort fee worth it.

This property is very dated. If you are not a smoker, don’t stay here! The smell of cigarettes is in EVERYTHING. Our room stunk so bad. I’m very sensitive to smoke, I was struggling. This is NOT a place for a younger crowd. I’m 45 and I was 25 years younger than most people there.

Do not stay at the station casinos unless you want to be incorrectly billed for smoking when you have never smoked a day in your life! We were charged $250 because their stupid sensors went off one time during our short stay. On top of that, it was 78 degrees in the room and was colder in the hallway. I would never stay at a station casino again and would highly recommend that everyone reconsider going there! This has never happened to us before and they are not willing to remove the fee from our bill!

My wife were unable to stay, due to being uncomfortable. It smelled as soon as we got off the elevator. It was creepy and i think that the registration head person i dealt with could use a refresher on customer service.

The Oyster Bar restaurant was AMAZING. Excellent food and excellent service!

Everyone was helpful. Clean rooms and restaurants.

I also called ahead of time about the pool, I was told the pool would be closed after Labor Day, I didn’t pack for it, upon arrival, pool was still open. I loved the staff at Starbucks and the food places, the air quality was rough inside the building with all the smoking, unhappy with the marijuana use in the hotel rooms, and the misinformation about the pool. Otherwise, it’s not a bad place for its location, it provided a place to stay, more than likely won’t stay in the future.

Unfortunately the main parking structure closest to access rooms was closed. All guest and daily visitors had to use the other one which was very full. Also this lot caused an excessive walk to and from room carrying luggage or just leaving motel.

Fire alarm was going off on our floor at 10pm , not sure the cause, my only complaint is the ice machine is at the beginning of the hall my room was at the completely other end, can we have 2 ice machines please.

Bed was old. The toilet is to close to the vanity. Over all clean. Smelled like smoke.

It was older but overall clean. There was a sewer odor outside as you walked up to the property that was there all three days of our stay. They offered bargain breakfast and drinks in the casino.

The maid service was excellent. The food was average but not too expensive. On the weekends they close off the parking in the East garage and force the hotel guests to walk through the entire casino to get to their cars in the North parking garage. My trip from my room to the car was about 1/3 of a mile. That was old very fast. Otherwise, my room and the maid service was very good.

We stayed for just one night to have a mini getaway. The staff were all very friendly and kind. The hotel has great food options from fancy to fast. Delicious ice cream place. It’s also very family friendly. Arcade, bowling, movie theater. Our room was nice, bed was ok. Very clean. Bathroom was tiny but it did the job. We didn’t go in the pool but we had a look. Cute little oasis and the gym was super nice. The price for the room was pretty decent although resort fees are a scam but that’s Vegas. Overall we had a great stay and we’ll be back.

No stair access for guests to walk up to the rooms? It’s 2025.

Great place to visit.

The hotel/casino has restaurants, fast food dining and a Starbucks. But there's no other dining places nearby except gas stations. Staff are friendly. It's hard to walk around the hotel without breathing in smoke because of the casino.

Unfortunately we were in Las Vegas on a Saturday night so all hotel prices were up. We chose this one for the price. Now we know it is definitely worth it to pay a little more for an updated and clean room that doesn’t smell like smoking.

The mexican restaurant was really bad with the food

The service was great. Front deck was friendly and efficient. Server for dinner was great. The food was not to my liking. Dinner had a funny taste and desert was dry. I am 5’7” about 170 lbs and did not fit comfortably on the toilet. Kept hitting the sink and toilet paper roll.

it’s been good and quiet to have a good night sleep in and very cozy. It felt so home.

Everything was good except the bathtub was clogged.

This last week, my neice and myself were very uncomfortable, the room, though all the rooms are the same, was off. It was ackward, it was backwards to us, i know it sounds odd. Then there were noises in the wall and around the vent. To top it off, i know you can't control people, there was rowdiness in the hall, adults. Doors slamming hard, making us jump out of bed. Not enjoyable.

Nice place. Clean rooms, the only issues wer, pillows were extremely hard, and only one working elevator at the time of my stay.

It was nice and had plenty to do as well as lots of food options. The reservation desk was difficult to find. If you go park in the east parking garage. I also was sent an email saying I could request an upgrade for 5 dollars but when I asked I was told the rooms were all the same.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room was reqlly nice and clean. We did have a problem with the bathroom sliding door where the latch on the top came loose and locked me from the inside. Maintenance came and resolved the issue.

The amount i had to oay hotelcom and then resort fee was 150 plus anotger 100 that i was supposed to fet back and didnt at tge end off the stay was very pricey. Might just go directly to hotel next time. Other then that it was a great time

My stay was okay. Check in and check out was good, did not take long. My issue is there was some sort of construction going on within hotel that started at about midnight and did not end until around 7am. Extremely loud, with no notice.

This place was easy to find parking was simple. Service was great. Next time I come to Nevada I will stay here again.

We asked for additional pillows, only 3 small ones for a large King and they were never delivered. The casino is not clearly marked for elevators had to ask the staff. Not sure if I want to return to this hotel.

The hotel is nice to stay there everybody’s friendly the only thing they have problems with is their keys you use it once and then you have to go back downstairs when you leave your room to get it redone again
