We stayed one night and it was quiet and clean.

There were ants throughout our room and crawling around the pool area as well. The overall cleanliness of the hotel felt very poor and made the stay uncomfortable.

The staff were nice. The beds were rock hard. The room didn’t feel like it was actually cleaned between guests. Charging a 50 dollar early check-in fee when a room is ready, is wild.

I went with my wife and 3 kids. The receptionists were so supportive and professional. The room was neat, the breakfast was wow. If you have younger kids, it is a place to stay with warm indoor pool and self parking. I will definitely come back again!

We stayed 2 nights with our family with young children. We would stay here again if in the area. The rooms were clean, staff was nice, and we were impressed with the breakfast. The second morning many of the items at breakfast ran out but staff worked to get them replenished. Our only other complaint was the carpet in the room needed a good deep clean. Our son's bare feet were dirty after he ran around on it. The bathroom and beds were clean and comfy though.

The rooms decor is old and stained. The hot water isn't that hot and the hotel was very noisy and you could hear the person in the room next to you when they talk and when their toilet flushes

The gym was small, but nice, rooms clean and comfortable. Kids were enjoying the pool. The biggest advantage to this property for me is location. It's walking distance to a number of restaurants.

The customer service here cannot be beat, but the actual facilities are in need of dire repairs. My room was not clean, it was dusty, a cleaning rag was left in it, and there was just a lack of cleaning. The shower and bed were clean, so I did not make a fuss because I was exhausted, but this room was not worth the fees they charge. The hotel is in need of dire upgrades. It looks like they've updated the main facilities, but the guest rooms are in dire need of upgrades and repairs.

Clean Nice size room, and amenities was convenient as well great staff at the time of my stay I asked for a late check out and was upgraded to that appreciate it a lot…However the bed was not totally comfortable very hard/ Stiff and no bounce to it at all, also the breakfast provided could’ve been better options:) But Overall I would recommend and stay again myself for a short stay

Our room was not cleaned and apparently, the temperature of the shower can be adjusted. The first time I took a shower, the temperature was lukewarm at best, even when left on for 10 minutes at the highest setting. Turns out, they adjusted it to be cool, so I called in the morning to have it fixed. Without that adjustment, the shower was miserable. After all, it is February and cold outside.

The front desk associate was extremely pleasant. Location is great with lots of restaurants and stores close by. Room was wonderful and extremely clean! I’d prefer queen beds over double but that’s purely a preference. Breakfast options were plenty. They are doing some updating but other than a few things I noticed in the lobby area the hotel is otherwise wonderful. And huge thanks to the breakfast attendants who let us help ourselves to breakfast even though it was a few minutes after closing hours. We came back from a hockey game and they were kind and helpful. Truly thank you!

The room itself was very nice, spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable as well. My main issue was the noise. I could hear everything going on in the room next to mine (I believe they were speaking at a normal level and the tv was a reasonable level) and could clearly hear all the yelling coming from the pool below my room. Also given that the pool was one floor below me, the scent of chlorine was noticeable in the comforter and the room overall.

Bathroom was in need of some TLC. Not hotel’s fault but the smell of marijuana was horrible in our room, coming thru the vents

The coffee make in our room didn’t work. And k e of the pillows had some blood stains from previous customer.

The location was very good: we had quick access to stores and major roads, so we could quickly get where we wanted to go. The breakfast was nice. I usually chose a biscuit and a turkey sausage, but the eggs and the oatmeal were top notch. I could make myself a satisfying peanut butter sandwich, too. We could *not* figure out the thermostat. It would return to "auto" (both heating AND cooling) mode. So if we lowered the temperature one degree, the air conditioning kicked on! We didn't want that in the middle of winter. We only wanted the room to be not quite as warm.

Booked 2 doubles but they were full, so smaller than double. Room was small, missing closet door but track was still there, fridge with microwave on top just sitting oddly by themselves in room, dried sticky stuff all over the desk, carpet stained and dirty looking. Breakfast was decent, coffee in lobby was fresh ground beans so that was good. Just needed for a place to sleep so it was fine for that.

The staff are so wonderful here. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

When I raised this issue with the front desk manager, her response was not satisfactory. Additionally, communication with the cleaning crew is very difficult, as most of them do not speak English. Instead, they rely on a device that translates everything into Spanish, which creates further inconvenience for guests.

My family and I booked a last minute getaway and chooser to stay here. From the time we walked in to the time we left the staff was AMAZING!! Lauren greeted us with a smile was very friendly, helpful and went out her way to go over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When I noticed she wore multiple hats I was so amazed at her effort and professionalism not to mention she did it all with a smile. The cleaning staff was very nice and respectful as well as the breakfast staff. I have definitely saved this hotel for our next out of town stay. Oo yes and the hotel is super conveniently located next to EVERYTHING! 5 and below, Lowe’s, plenty of food options, highways. 10/10 we will be back! Thank you so much for making our stay very warm and welcoming as well as comfortable for me and my family. The kids enjoyed and so did we.

It actually was a very nice hotel. I'm rating as terrible because I'm still waiting on my deposit to be returned. I checked out on 7/26 and it is now 8/7.

I think this hotel has a lot of good potential if it were to be updated and maintained properly. The front desk staff was amazing. Lauren was extremely nice and helpful however, the rooms are raggedy and dusty. Spider webs everywhere and chipped and broken doors and furniture. We also were excited to go to the pool and hot tub, however it was extremely hot in the pool room, so much that it was hard to breathe and the hot tub was just that. Just a tub with warm water In it. It didn't even work..

Really nice stay with family. Room was clean, (only minor cosmetics issue with the bathroom door but can be attributed to humidity - nothing to worry about to be honest) staff was welcoming and polite. Breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed a really quiet stay.

I came for a quick stay during a 9 hour road trip. I was exhausted and the front desk staff was so sweet and moved efficiently even though I wasn't talkative. The room was a perfect temperature and you could tell it was cleaned thoroughly. The sheets were crisp and clear, sofa freshly vacuumed (you could see the lines) and you could smell that the dressers/desks were wiped down. The bathroom is a bit small in the King Bed rooms, but it is more than enough space for two people still. I would recommend this location!

The breakfast was kept up with and refilled nearly. The only thing is the poop was really strong bleach smell and the bubbles didn’t work for the hot in. It’s definitely a smaller pool then what the pictures show.

The sofas was dirty and stained. Apperance of germs due to the stains. furniture was really scratched made the room loook antiquated and unkept. Bathroom upgrades were good.

It was a very nice and quiet stay. My only issue is the morning we woke up to leave my son was woken up early covered in ants. I tried to call downstairs but no one answered. The lady who checked me in was so attentive and courteous. I was very happy with the check in process after a long drive.

The place is dated, they were pulling up carpet during our stay. The breakfast wasn't anything special, kinda bland and just ok. The room was dingy. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom is tiny but water pressure and temp of water was great. We stayed 3 nights, wasnt really in the room much except to shower and sleep. Served its purpose. The manager (i think) she was a shorter young woman, she was kind. She seemed very professional, prompt, and courteous.

The comfort is dirty and thin, the flat sheet is almost broken. The noisy fan can't be shutdown unless unplug the cord. Windows can't be open, this is VERY STUPID, no fresh air unless keep the noisy fan on. The hotel just can't meet the basic needs, A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP.

Everyone was nice and the room was clean. The pool area did not seem well kept, the handle to the hot tub was wired together and kept coming loose. The walls looked painted over holes but not fixed first. It just looked a little dingy but the actually water was clean and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. Our only complaint about the room was that there was only a sheer curtain on the window and the heavier curtain was just for decoration and would not close over the windows so we couldn't block out the light. Overall the room as great and beds were comfortable!

It was a good hotel, clean too, but we had a fire scare, that gave me sleeplessness, so i couldn't rest well before my return flight. Thank God there was no fire.

A part from the smell of humidity when we entered the room and the dirty carpet, everything was good!

Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to stay at the hotel due to flight cancellation. Myself and the third party I used to book the hotel through tried contacting the hotel several times but no avail. Whenever I called someone would pick up the phone and not address me, however I could hear noise in the background. Not only did I lose my money, but the hotel failed to assist and accommodate me regarding this matter.

Well we’re at this property two years ago and the service was very good, this time around who ever the lady at the front desk was not nice at all especially when we call for extra towel and duvet cover for sofa bed
