This location would be 5/5 if the walls weren't so thin. There were noisy people throughout the night and it was difficult to sleep.

This hotel was clean from the parking lot to the lobby to the room. The mottiff for the hotel is cheerful and colorful. The lobby is thoughtfully furnished with multiple lounge areas and a pool table. The hygiene amenities are more than adequate and are of good quality. The included breakfast provided a gammit of options from cereal and oatmeal to omelets and pancakes. They even have a little food store in the lobby that offers snack items, beverages, and convenience items. Coffee, tea, and cocoa are complementary around the clock. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. The beds were supportive, a little hard for my liking but I've definitely slept in worse hotel beds. I liked that there was no carpet in the rooms. There was a mini fridge but no microwave.

The proximity to our event was as advertised If you want a cheap hotel without a sign that says “Motel 6” or “We rent by the hour” this is the place for you. We were appalled that this hotel used the word “Hilton” in their name. I don’t expect my coffee cup to be so cheap that it leaks out before I am done. Don’t hide under the umbrella of “ Environmental Friendliness” when I had to ask 3 yes three different times for someone to collect the garbage in our room because the trash cans by the elevators were overflowing. I expect a minimum level of service when booking Hilton….not here!!!!

This hotel is centrally located to tons of activities and restaurants. It's reasonably priced which is good for me on a single mom budget. The breakfast was good but I wish they had more options. We absolutely loved the pancake maker.

The breakfast was good. But as a diabetic so it was hard to find items without refined carbs and sugar. But overall, it was good. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. There was a lady name Letecia, I think, that was very helpful in giving me a different kind of egg that she made when I told her I was diabetic and allergic to nuts. Super nice and caring. The housekeepers are very loud. Thay talk on their phones on speaker like really loud. One day a housekeeper was standing at the door of the elevator talking loudly on speaker. I could hear from my room. When I got to the elevator she pushed her cart out of the door, let the elevator door close and left with the elevator while I was still standing there so I had to wait for the next elevator. Another day 2 housekeepers entered my room while I was getting dressed. They did not knock. They apologized and left but I was very embarrassed for two strangers to see me in that state of undress. I also realized that they came into my room the day before and only changed the towels but did not make the bed or anything else. My body wash and shampoo were empty and were not replaced. I have stayed here before, and housekeeping was better in the past. There was no microwave or kettle in the room. I had to go to the lobby every time I needed to have hot water or to re-heat my food. As a diabetic I bring my own food and sometimes had to eat it cold if I don't have the energy to go downstairs. The Hot water in the kettle downstairs is not hot enough to make my cereal or property steep tea.

We have stayed at this property four times and each time is easier than the last. This is our go to hotel for any concert or sporting event we attend in the area. Rooms are consistently clean and well maintained. Amenities are perfect for us. This is a great choice!

The staff are very helpful and daily breakfast was good. The only one issue we had was the AC. It is loud and it interrupts our sleep in settings medium and high. Everything else was good! Thank you!

The staff was all very polite and helpful, and incredibly kind especially in the morning. The room was very well maintained, and overall the other guests were also respectful. The parking was accessible, and those blackout blinds in the room were absolutely fantastic.

Other moons okay, however is much smaller than I expected and the bed were horrible. The bed itself was very thin sitting on a hard wood frame that anytime you moved even slightly it was creaking and groaning so it felt like it was going to break.

This was our second time staying at the property and it was impeccable. The cleanliness of the common areas and room was superb and the staff very friendly and helpful. It’s close to many dining options and has plenty of parking. Will always come back when in the area!

Great breakfast variety. Loved the new hand activated pancake maker. Oatmeal with a variety of toppings was my favorite. Juices, fresh fruit, pastry was also available. Loved the pool table, lounging chairs, and decor in lobby. Queen/King room was small but comfortable. Clean, nice smart TV, mini fridge, spacious bathroom. Only downfall was our neighbor left their tv on all night and sound penetrated through to our room, causing me to not sleep well.

The rooms were nasty. The bedding is cheap. Walls paper thin. I couldn’t get any sleep. Neither could my 11 month old son. Music was being played extremely loud nearly all night! I called twice up front and complained but they said they have to give them 3 chances before something could be done. I will never bring my family back to this hotel!

Staff were very nice and efficient. The property was clean and I loved the colors. The rooms were nicely laid out and felt spacious. The lobby entrance is a little tricky; it isn't where you think it is, but that was just minor. Parking was ample and well-lit. I didn't check out the gym. We got in late, went to bed, and left early the next morning. They have a water filtration station (like in the airport) so nice that you can fill up your water bottle. Although we didn't eat breakfast, the options seemed nice enough for something quick. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was very small, much smaller than the pictures. It's not just about proportional pictures, it's clear that the pictures they use were generated via AI because that amount of space just is not exist. The weirdest thing to me was that, in 2026, the room did not have a coffee maker or a microwave. What hotel room doesn't have a coffee maker or microwave? They have a breakfast.. sort of. It is incredibly limited. There were these microwaved egg patty things, which my husband liked well enough it reminded him of eating an mre, they had sausage patties but they were chicken sausage which is probably the cheapest sausage type product you can get on the market. Weird texture, not the right flavor, they could definitely do better. The coffee in the lobby was mediocre at best, and even though we went down at about 7:15 right after breakfast started the coffee was room temperature. With all of the prices in the area being fairly comparable I would probably pick a different hotel if we stay in the area again. For the record, I spent the last 5 years working at a hotel with lower rates than this one and the rooms are larger, there's a microwave and coffee maker in each room, and there's a better breakfast selection. They could definitely do better

Clean and modern. Bathroom and room were updated and made excellent use of the available space. Loved that the TV let us use our own streaming services. Lobby was great, complimentary coffee and tea 24/7. Great little snack stand at the front desk. Very clean rooms and facilities. Loved that the floors had no icky carpet. The blackout shades were top notch - first and only hotel stay where zero street lights came through, and the next morning we had no idea it was daylight outside. The beds were HORRIBLE. Unless you enjoy sleeping on an extremely hard mattress, I do not recommend. Considering how great the rest of the hotel was, we were very surprised at how very uncomfortable the beds were. They were clean, but hard as a brick. I recommend bringing your own pillow, that probably would have helped the comfort level.

The property was great and so was the staff. They were very welcoming. The 3 starts are because the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up the next morning sore from how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were. The pillows were very soft even with two it felt like we had nothing. Despite those two things the hotel was very nice, clean in the lobby and the room. I wish I could give it more stars.

The property is very clean and convenient to things. The mall is within walking distance. I would stay here again if they had better pillows. They're not very comfortable. Bring your own pillows if you don't want neck cramps the next day.

Checked in with family of 4 on a Friday with a scheduled checkout Monday. Sticker on bathroom mirror says housekeeping services the room every other day. We never received service, when requested no housekeeping on duty- requested extra towels at least- never got them. Last day of stay, we find a roach in our room. No surprise there when we had 3 days of trash piled up in our room. Never heard of zero service in room for over 3 days. Overall, not impressed with stay and wont be returning to the hilton hotels.

I booked two king rooms for two nights. I wanted to change one of the rooms to a room with double beds. I was told it was "impossible because i booked through a third party" I know its not impossible. So that was definitely a turn off. However, the hotel was nice, staff was friendly and the area had lots of things to do. Also, the property is close to the highway which is a +. Free breakfast and a free parking lot. The rooms are very small and does not have a couch or microwave. I personally would not stay here again because i would prefer a bigger room. The hotel however is nice and clean.

This is a nice, clean room, but….The room is tiny and no coffee in room available. I don"t know the last time i had a stay without at least the coffee pods. You have to dress and go to the lobby for coffee. This is a deal breaker for me.

My husband was racially profiled. My husband was going to put bags in car and the lady at the dedk on Fri 830am. He left again to get me and she lock doors again. Now I watch other people come and go with no problem. My husband was very offended. She was very rude to say the least if in 2025 we still treating us as if we were in the 60's.

This place is great! We were a large group traveling for a wrestling tournament. The games and lounge area was perfect. Very convinient location for the convention center nearby. The rooms were clean, good breakfast, and friendly staff.

I asked to be distanced from other customers due to sleep troubles, I was told that nothing was available. Then I find out my brother got a floor above me? Happen to be surrounded by families who were clearly celebrating graduation and there was a lot of traffic in and out the rooms and the best they could do is call the customer and ask them to keep it quiet (which was not what I asked for). I think they’re very strict with whatever guidelines the owners have in place and not as accommodating to customer’s needs. But that could be said for all hotels when asked to be distanced from others patrons. But they weren’t rude just matter of fact of it they were overall nice. And the room was well designed. But wouldn’t stay there again, am a locally from the area.

I was surprised that they offered free breakfast and it was very good.

We like staying here. Convenient and near family. Second time we stayed, the first time with the dog. It was perfect for what we needed. They were accomodating and had a crib for us to use. I guess my only thing is that my husband left his CPAP power cable and we were hoping that maybe someone had left a power cable we could use... and they were like, we don't allow others to use lost and found items. I literally have never heard of that anywhere. We have never had a hotel say we couldn't use something from the L F. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We would stay there again.

Overall, it was a good hotel. I wish TRU would change a few thing to make it more convenient. The hand soap in the rooms are to difficult for kids under 12 to use without asking for help or making a messing on the counter. All rooms really need a microwave and amd bathroomfan.
