Cedar Grove Inn

This was truly the best stay I have ever had. Not only was this one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed, but the hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful and welcoming. We felt right at home! Breakfast was fresh and delicious! We absolutely can not wait to come back!

Very unique place where you immediately feel like part of the family. The homemade breakfast was exceptional. My husband and I were very happy with our stay!

CGI is very cute, spacious rooms, lots of amenities. Kim and Rich are attentive to guest needs, kind proprietors and excellent breakfast cooked to order!! Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area !

The host was great. She even gave us a large tin of Christmas cookies! Too far from downtown Nashville

Great service and a fantastic atmosphere

The hosts were amazing. The amenities were incredible. She had thought of everything. You literally have EVERYTHING you could possibly need, other than clothes, but, you do have monogrammed robes. The homemade breakfast was out of this world. Everything is personally made by the host, and the eggs are farm fresh. We will definitely come back! We want to go and stay longer. We were in town for a quick wedding trip, but, I’d go back just to enjoy the comfy bed, and friendliness of your hosts! You won’t regret staying here… and it’s super close to Nashville!

Comfortable beds, large room with bathroom. Quiet. All well-appointed. Pleasant hosts, fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast! I didn’t realize when I booked it that it was a bit farther from Nashville than ideal for us (30-45 minute drive on interstate). My goof— but it was a very nice place to stay.

This is a fantastic mini-farm to stay at and feels truly like you are part of the family. Somehow, the owner manages to juggle everything on her plate and somehow keep a very friendly welcome smile! Nothing really.

Kim the hostess was so nice, she let us into our room early, had snacks, waters, in our room.Had so many quality products to use, in the bathroon.. The bedroom and bath were very spacious.She offered us wine and to help ourselves to more, and cooked us a fresh breakfast. The inn owner had a lot of unexpected company so there were more strangers around the common areas, than we like, even though they were respectful and friendly.

The stay was very nice, our private room was beautiful and comfortable for a couples night. The commons areas were a bit ‘untidy’, taking away from what could be a ‘perfect’ B&B.

Room was clean large and comfortable. Breakfast was custom made and delicious.

Kim made an amazing customized breakfast made specifically to my liking since she gave me lots of different choices . She made amazing poached eggs which were made from farm fresh eggs with lots of bacon , toast and fresh fruit .

Courteous host

It was fantastic. Our hosts were very accommodatable and breakfast was a total treat. The room was very comfortable and I loved the big claw tub.

Kim, the homeowner, couldn't have been more cordial. She is ready to help provide anything one can possibly need. She cooks a delicious breakfast every morning. She answers all travel questions; Provides discounts to museums, the Trolley, etc; and is simply the best hostess ever! She keeps a clean home which is decorated in lovely artwork. The grounds are lovely and add to a peaceful stay. Everything was just perfect.i hope to return one day.

Beautiful property, impeccable room. The hostess has thought of everything for the rooms, and I mean everything. The decorating theme is just the cherry on top. And breakfast was fantastic.

Super friendly local TN family welcomed me and I felt very comfortable in their very lovely and active home. Many chickens and delicious eggs! Step out of downtown Nashville and get to know some of the hard working and friendly people who call TN home!!

Wonderful experience at a warm, comfortable, and homey inn. Rich and Kim are amazing hosts and work hard to ensure you have a great experience. It really felt like we were staying with old friends! We would definitely recommend it.

We absolutely love staying at Cedar Grove Inn! We have stayed twice and both times were amazing. It’s not pretty close to Nashville, short enough distance that we went to a concert and easily traveled to the inn after. They also feed you whatever you would like for breakfast! Highly recommend

After arriving to check in. We met kim the owner of Cedar Grove Inn. She greeted us like she had known us all our life. Very caring and welcoming. A positively lovely place to stay. You had everything you needed and more. She and her family are keepers for life. They are precious and dear to us. We look forward to a return stay again in the near future.

This was a last minute booking just for one night but it was unforgettable. I arrived very late and they welcomed and treated like a family member visiting. Many perks not enough time for me to spend in the property, I would definitely recommend it and I look forward to stay here again when I visit Nashville.

Stayed here for a night while driving back to New York, the place is extremely clean with comfortable bed and amazing hosts. They made us feel at home, prepared fresh breakfast for us and everything! Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our brief stay here. Our garden room was very spacious and full of every kind of amenity you would think of. The bed was comfy and everything very clean. We had a delicious breakfast. Hope to come again sometime.

The rooms were beautiful and had almost anything you could want when away from home. The hosts went above and beyond to assure that we enjoyed our stay. If you are in the area, you won't go wrong staying at Cedar Grove Inn. We will definitely stay there again whenever in the area. Kudos to the host for taking such good care of their guests.

This property is absolutely stunning! I spent over an hour in the kitchen with the owner having a nice chat when I checked in. And, even though I had to leave to catch a flight at the crack of dawn, she was up to cook my breakfast. Eggs from their own chickens! The room and bathroom was so very comfortable and spotlessly clean. During our chat, I learned the extent the owners go to to keep everything insect and microbe clean. Absolutely amazing. I most definitely will stay here again, if space is available. I can't say enough good things about this property.

It was a homely environment and each room have their own separate bathroom and they are very tastefully decorated.

Cedar Grove Inn is FABULOUS! Kim is a phenomenal host who will make sure your stay exceeds all expectations! This is a true BnB w delicious made to order breakfasts! Rooms are cozy and include all the snacks you could ever ask for and the home is clean and looks totally renovated. Peaceful and calm, away from the congestion of Nashville, but the city is only about 30 min's away. You CANNOT go wrong staying here, it's a gem and you won't find a better bargain!

Kim goes above and beyond for her guests. This B&B has everything you could ask for or want. Very friendly, welcoming and extremely clean. This will not disappoint. They even make a wonderful fresh breakfast in the morning for you.

What a nice place to stay! The owners were super friendly and the Inn felt clean and safe. They went above and beyond making you feel right at home and so many little “extras” in your spacious room were included. Kim made us a big breakfast that was just wonderful! Would highly recommend this Inn!!

2nd stay there. Very welcoming. Room had everything one could want or need. Breakfast made to order and excellent.

Cedar Grove Inn is a gem. It was a perfect refuge for my daughter and I to escape to while visiting family. Our room was comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. We had a basket of snacks and a fridge full of water bottles. Breakfast was cooked to order every morning with farm-fresh eggs from the hens that lived on property. This is a true Bed and Breakfast and we really enjoyed it! We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Bed was comfortable and the room was so quiet. I enjoyed talking with the hosts and seeing their chickens. They had fresh coffee bright and early and aimed to please with breakfast offerings.

The hosts, Kim and Rich welcomed us at our arrival. The premises and room were very clean. The room was well appointed with a recliner, snacks and other comfort items. Kim took our order for breakfast and it was cooked while we talked to her. Cedar Grove is a great bargain.

We stayed in the Nautical Room while there for our overnight stay. The Inn was so nice & spacious. Very clean & the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a very nice size as well as the bedroom. The "extras" in our room were so nice as well. I have never stayed anywhere that had so many things available in case you just needed them. A big basket with all kinds of snacks and bottled waters in the small refrigerator. Just felt like being at home. The breakfast was amazing, made to order right in front of you! We also enjoyed our visit with the owners. They were so gracious and kind. I would highly recommend the Cedar Grove Inn if you are ever in the area. We even saw several deer in the front yard the night we checked in! I would give them a 12 star rating if it was available. Thank you for letting us stay with you! Greg & Lisa H.

Absolutely the best place ever.

Enjoyed visiting with our hosts. Very accommodating and the room was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was made to order, so you can't beat that! Fresh eggs from their chickens and a great choice of fresh fruit.

This is a lovely Inn and you will be treated like family. Snacks & water in your private room & a country style breakfast. A fantastic stay, only wish I could have stayed longer.

Wonderful, beautiful and restful spot with kind hosts!

This was a welcome change of pace from the typical interstate motels that we have all grown accustomed to. It was very pleasant and charming with a high level of comfort and great attention to detail. Just like the nice New England inns we are used to! It's a bit off the beaten path but very easy to get to. Our hostess Kim made sure our needs were met and our made-to-order breakfast was fantastic. We hope to stay again when we are traveling to/through Nashville!

This location was quiet and restful and away from the busy city but close to be able to access the city and other attractions in the surrounding towns. Very nice friendly hosts! Felt like home!

Very nice accomodations. Kim is very attentive. Only suggest a recycling container in room. (could be a reason for that) & for the rocking chairs on the front porch, there could be a small table between them.
