They have a good choice in breakfast items. Just have weird timing only til 9:30am but that's OK. Still had a good time :)

Our initial room smelled very bad. A combination of dirty feet, Cheetos and body odor. We asked to move and they were able to get us another room, but check-in was a good 1 hour process. The front office clerk did help us move and apologized, but we had very low confidence that the hotel was clean.

Best staff at any hotel I’ve been to in a long time! They went above and beyond! Hotel was clean. Beds were a little firm, but pillows were great. Breakfast was really good! They had sausage, eggs, white sausage gravy, biscuits, hashbrowns, waffles, and other typical items. Great overnight stay!

Pool was closed

Room has a slight mal odor to it. Breakfast was minimal and the tv there wasn’t working. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The room was ok. Beds were fine, water pressure was good. Nothing exciting, nothing horrible. There are just so many other nicer options in this area now for the same price with bigger beds!

We stayed here passing through on the way to Gatlinburg. The lady up at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming as soon as we came in the door! The room was clean and nice looking! Great place to stay!

Roaches in the bathroom (took pictures but I don’t see anywhere to put them here), staff had me go through three cards which were all from the same bank, very small room, TV did not work (had sound but no picture at all)

They need to vacuum the hallways more frequently and ventilate the rooms. The air conditioning smells musty. The beds are comfortable and the staff is attentive and friendly. The only drawback is that the rooms need fresh air.

Amazing everything, I’m completely satisfied with everything about my 4 day stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The vent in the room wouldn’t adjust. It was so hot and smelled moldy. The kids (two under a year and a half) were already asleep by the time we started being affected by the moldy smell or we would’ve tried changing rooms.

Nice hotel, clean, no weird smells and friendly staff. I was disappointed to find out they use 100% Polyester sheets. For a hotel of this level I was hoping for cotton sheets or maybe at the very least a blend.

Breakfast was good choices. Ckean rooms. A/c died in one of our rooms booked but replacement room was great. No hot water for shower at peak morning hours. Good beds. Noisy on freeway side.

Very pleasant stay as usual, I visit Nashville several times a year for auto events. I've stayed at this hotel in the past, and it stays consistent with friendly, helpful staff, cleanliness, tasty breakfast. Willvisit again in the fiture.

Also, some pretty sketchy people were in the parking lot. As a single woman staying, I did not feel safe walking to the door from the parking lot. On the plus side, bed was comfy and the ac worked great! The room itself was clean.

The hotel was very nice and clean the staff was great the breakfast was okay but we didn't get pancakes because the pancake machine was messed up. The pool was okay, needs to be upgraded though. Only thing that I didn't like was , I think some of the staff or the owner was living there and late at night when me and my husband was outside by the pool having us a drink and relaxing they were walking around watching us the whole time so I was very uncomfortable the whole night that we was there it was people walking around watching us like we was drugs sellers or something. Kind of weird .

Location The property smelled stale air and was very humid and stuffy. I never stayed . I was given the key and I walked to express my dislike with the front desk. The lobby was the same way. I just wanted a refund and they refused. I tried contacting Booking, yet I wasn’t successful.

The staff and location were wonderful. Very friendly. Fresh breakfast and very accommodating. It’s an older hotel but they do what they can to keep it clean.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was great to have a proper breakfast and there were restaurants nearby. Used uber and drivers said a good location to get to. Only issue the wifi was a little intermittent but okay for my stay.

My small dog and I enjoyed staying here. Everything was nice and clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. It is close to many good restaurants and a grocery. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was pretty good too. They had more food than most. I didn't use the pool since I only stayed for one day/night but it looked nice and clean.

Room had a damp smell to it. We were looking forward to using the pool before getting our day started or after a day of outdoor activities but the hours were 10am -9pm. We asked for clean towels and management wanted the dirty towels before receiving the clean ones.

Service was good and the beds were pretty comfy. Found a few spiders in the corners of our room. Really disgusted and disappointed that there were dead spiders in the pool and on the walls by all the seating. You get what you pay for?

Illegals all over. Trying to break into rooms. Called front desk they sis nothing. Horrible breakfast.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast on the other hand was flat terrible. This was the sole reason I chose this hotel over the others. The reviews said breakfast was to notch. I do know if it was an off day or what but it was not good at all. Other than that it was nice and I would stay again but would just eat breakfast at Waffle House

Just an average room for a high price of $150 per night.

Decent hotel for a night stay. My room smelled like smoke even though I had requested a non-smoking room. I also asked for a room away from the highway (for noise) and was denied. The air conditioner cooled the room ok but did not de-humidify it so,the room was cold and moist feeling all weekend.

The room was amazingly comfortable. Great shower pressure. The breakfast was not as I thought it would be, but not horrible the bacon was like eating paper. It literally crumbled when I touched it and was like eating air. It was also not covered so it wasn’t that warm. We had family come to say goodbye and couldn’t get in the Building at 6:30 and had to wait till the front desk finally came to let her in. We also had the same problem ( but someone let us in) when taking our luggage out.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the Gyro place which is next to the hotel.

I had got my original hotel reservation screwed up (wrong date, my fault. lol) I panicked & started looking for another room close. Sleep In had a room & was a very short distance from where I was to stay originally. I get to the hotel & the lady behind the desl knew I looked tired. She.got me checked in quickly & allowed me to.check out at noon instead of 11. Her name was Mohini. When I checked out the next morning, a gentleman asked me if I was the lady in room 121...I said yes & he aaid that Mohini told them to be sure not to bother me! How sweet that was because I was so tired & my anxiety level was about thru the roof! We will definitely stay there again if the need arises! Commend Mohini for me & let her know that she blessed me that night!

The smart tv made it hard to utilize. Everything else was average in comparison to the price for a night stay. If it had included dinner it would have justified the expensive room

Very nice place to stay, plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

The room was spottless and cozy. My children enjoyed the warm indoor pool, and they had a variety of breakfast options. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was fine and clean. Great place to stay that is pet friendly. Unfortunately there was a bright light outside my window all night and the curtains don't close tightly to block it out and there was noise outside all night which made it difficult for me to sleep. But that's on me for not planning better with a sleep mask and earplugs.

I stayed here for a work trip and was thoroughly impressed based on price point, cleanliness and convenience. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve been in for a while! I would definitely recommend this! Hotel!

The hotel was decent. It had a very odd smell in the lobby. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room (209) had some signs of wear and tear. The breakfast was also very good with eggs, bacon, waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, and bagels etc. Would definitely consider staying again.

For 60.00 it’s fine but the 2nd night was 110.00 it’s not worth it. It’s pretty clean and quiet !! Definitely ran down the carpet was stained and fraying. The bed was not super comfortable. The toiletries are next to none. The towels were super thin and very rough!! So if you want a very basic with zero frills hotel and the price you can get is well under 100.00 this is your place !!

Poor water pressure in shower. Floors were stained and dirty. Rooms were extra small. 3 nights 2 adults no storage for clothes. Raccoons in garbage can on community patio. Construction across the street.

The hotel was quiet and the bed was very comfortable our room was very clean except for the chair that had stains on it and the carpet that was ragged and pulling up by the seams. The swimming pool was ice cold. The kids were happy to play in it, but we My husband and I did not get in it because it was just too cold for us. Multiple other guest were also down there complaining. I relayed this to the staff, but they didn’t seem to care. Staff was not very friendly or accommodating. Breakfast was a good Selection in the morning and we were really happy to get crispy bacon. Overall, the hotel met the needs that we had for the night, but this is not somewhere I would typically book. As a hotel offering an indoor pool option, they should know to have the pool heated and keep the room where the pool is heated.

Great hotel for the most part. Excellent breakfast as well. Only issue we had was not being able to take our breakfast and eat in our room. We have a fridge and microwave for food, but was forced to throw our breakfast away. We had a sick toddler and went to grab food in order to go back to care for them. We got yelled at , and was told it didn’t matter if we had a sick child or not, we couldn’t eat in our room.

Good location to access all the area has to offer. My biggest complaint would be the road noise from the interstate. I was on the side of the hotel facing the interstate on the highest floor. If the noise is not something you are use to it is noticeable. Free breakfast was one of the better ones i have had. Will.consider this property the next time i am in the area.

The hallways were pretty noisy up until midnight or a little after, but the staff was cheerful and welcoming.

Check in was easy, room and beds were clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. We recommend more blinds to keep the light at night as I had to keep my hand over my eyes to sleep. Overall we had a good stay for the price.

It was quiet and check was simple. They cook a good breakfast and have a waffle iron which makes really good waffles. The staff was very nice and polite.

Property i guess works fine for an overnighter. No real issues other than the smell. Not sure how to describe the smell other than all of our belongings still smell like the hotel. The a/c unit was extremely loud and the curtains do a poor job at blocking out the exterior lights.

My stay was overnight on the way down to Florida. Plus was that the front desk staff and breakfast host were extremely friendly and the pet fee for my dog was reasonable. Cons were the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke and putrid garage in the hallways. 3 rooms on our floor had full garbage bags in the hallway overnight which reeked of rotten food and the carpet in the hallway and room was filthy. My white socks were disgusting after walking around in my room and there was visible dirt and stains on the floor. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean, bathroom though was minimally cleaned with dirty floor tiles and clogged shower drain. It was quiet but the hallway smells permeated into the room and I would not stay here again.

Place was nice but very loud hearing people around you. People upstairs stomping around all hours and could hear conversations of those next to us as well. Anyone coming down the hall was heard. Also the TV in our room did not work nor did the bathroom fan so it was very muggy after showers.

The staff here were most pleasant, attentive and accommodating! Vraj and Vatil went out of their way to help us with a Surprise birthday get-together and made our stay very special. The location is perfect for running into Nashville for a great evening at the Grand Ole Opry; with only a half hour drive or just a quick run down the road to groceries.

Ours was a short notice reservation. The location was easily located to highway. They were quick and helpful. Beds were comfortable and The breakfast was fantastic.

This hotel was clean and the room was nice. However, the a/c was not working well and the curtains did not block the light from the security lights outside. I would definitely give the property another chance.

The room was extremely hot the air unit did not cool properly. Beds were definitely not queen size but comfortable. Room was very dark even with all the lights on perhaps bulbs need to be changed or up the wattage. Just over all the rooms need cosmetic touches to improve

We arrived at 2am after a 7 hr flight delay to a well lit and secure hotel. The desk clerk was great and welcomed us. They didn’t have late checkouts, so we grabbed some breakfast at 9, went back to sleep and checked out at 11. Very nice day staff.

room had a do not disturb on the door. cleaners entered anyway when we were gone and removed the sheets and towels. we saw this when we returned then we changed and stopped at the desk to inform them but there were 3 people in line so we decided to call in about 30 min. later. so we called and told what happened, she apologized and said it would be taken care of. when we returned about 9pm [6 hours later] no sheets or towels!!!

The room was clean and nice. However we had a knock on the door at 8:30am from housekeeping asking if we were checking out so they could clean the room. I thought that was odd being check out was at 11:00am.

Unhappy, front desk personnel was good. The a/c wasn’t working at all, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed very well, and 1 night we were getting ready to go to sleep and 2 gentlemen knock on the door. They never mentioned who they were and showed no credentials. Supposedly there was a leak from our tub.they started doing work on in the unit below us right after they left our room. For over $300 between 2 nights, not worth it at all!!

I loved this hotel. It is clean, safe, and relaxing. I felt comfortable and cared for. If I ever needed a hotel in this area again, Sleep Inn would be my first choice.

The manager was great and checked on our room himself as well as allowing us to check in early.
