Stayed for seven days to begin with but added a couple extra nights due to job not ready. Want to commend the staff there. Rita & Leondra were exceptional. Very professional and friendly. Breakfast was always on time and fully stocked. Housekeeping was available everyday and respected privacy when needed. Price to comfort at this inn is such a rarity. Highly recommend. Thanks for an enjoyable relaxing stay.

The person who was at the front desk said that we don’t have any reservations I show the email to confirm my reservation but he said is not in the system so we was unable to to stay in that hotel we when to rent another room at Wyndham at fort Myers because he was so rude and Racist and it seemed like he was under the influence of drugs, and we didn't want to argue because he was aggressive so o when away he was very aggressive and rude I’m not happy about it

The breakfast has no variety. Microwaved eggs, canned corn beef. Honestly gross. The bagels we fresh. The remote was broke. To the television and the rom was hot, but cooled after the ac ran for several hours. I checked in late after my floght was delayed and the night auditor was not very personable.

Rooms and hallway smelled like mildew, okay room overall. The bathroom tub was not clean. There was a discrepancy between Expedia booking and the hotel, they canceled one of the rooms I booked which led for us to have to pay for another room at a higher cost. Staff was nice and friendly though.

Out by the pool there was a group of "Guests" that were loud and obnoxious. Our group was a coed group and one of the obnoxious guests apparently was to lazy to go inside to use the restroom so he chose to urinate on the building. The females in our group were very offended. One went to complain to the desk clerk about the situation. 30 minutes later he walked out to see who the group was and proceeded to tell us that they were staying there for 2 months and we were only there for a short time so he didn't care. Very poor taste.

Largest complaint was that the bed was listed as a Queen and it was not. It was a double size. We could not sleep well at all. A/C did not work well either. I would have stayed elsewhere if the bed has been listed correctly as a double bed. Room was not cleaned well and breakfast was a cold disappointment. Staff was friendly enough and polite. Check in was easy.

Very bad front desk and maid service! I had to ask for basic things (shampoo to be filled) multiple times. The front desk late night person was argumentative when I questioned why he was making a copy of my driver's license and did not display the professional demeanor that I am used to at other companies.

I would not recommend staying here. We were supposed to stay for three nights but left after one night because it was so bad. Lots of things broken in the room and in disrepair. Very dirty. Very gross! We only stayed the one night as we got in at 12:30 am from traveling and were very tired.

This is a budget hotel and suitable for a short-term stay. The property and rooms are clean, though the building appears quite old, with several lights not functioning. The parking lot in front of the hotel does not have a boundary wall, which made me feel a bit unsafe leaving the car overnight; however, there were no alternative parking options. We stayed for one night, and I would need to think carefully before choosing this place for a longer stay. Breakfast was a simple American spread with limited hot food options, but it was good for the price. The breakfast seating area is quite small, so it may be more convenient to take the food back to your room.

When I check in the room smelled like urine, I asked to be change the seconf room smellef musty. The real horrors were the beds they were so uncomfortable, yo sink in the middle like in a hole, my back hurts. The bathroom soap was really the one cheap that I needed to buy 😩 I mean I understand I paid 100 but even in miami a 80 dollars hilton gives better hotels. For sure that was a bad experience

Food was good for breakfast, nice lobby. Rooms are clean. Coffee was bad, also internet so bad could not listen to tv, or complete many tasks on laptop.

Well, it’s great hotel to stay for this area, great staff, clean rooms, breakfast in the morning. We had to spent 1 night on our trip and this did the trick.

The service was good. The medican restaurant adjacent to the hotel was good. It is a decent place to stay in the city.

Our room smelled like Mexican food for the two day stay, we were above the taqueria located on the first floor. I brought this up to staff and only received a "sorry" which is a nice way of saying "tough luck".

The lady at the front desk seemed to be the only employee and was away from the desk so I waited about 15 minutes before I could check in. The pool was locked up but she unlocked it for me. It was filthy, no maintenance. So I spent 20 minutes cleaning it before I began swimming. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast kept running out of supplies.

Our room was clean and the employees were friendly. A shelf in the bathroom near the vanity would have been nice. Items on the buffet had to be replenished, we had to mention it to staff.

The room and bathroom are very clean and nice. The bed is satisfactory for my back. The breakfast is good. The elevator is handy not having to carry our baggage to second floor or higher. The hotel seems to be out of place. The view from my window is the commercial property.

My reservation was given to another person. That person checked in without being correctly verified. Christian Ramos the front desk manager was able to accommodate us.

My only complaint is that I requested three separate times to forgo housekeeping- I was visiting for a wedding and my room was full of jewelry and personal items and I like to have some privacy in hotels. Also, there's no need to waste resources for a five day stay. I realize they may need to poke their head in to make sure I'm not wrecking up the place, I get that, but I was kind of annoyed to return to the room several times to find things moved around, new towels I didn't need, etc. I just wish my request had been acknowledged, that was frustrating, but otherwise a great stay.

The dirty room, I talked to the receptionist and said that I had to talk to the owner and then the next day they said the opposite of what was said. Anyway, the whole room is dirty. The lobby did look clean.

I had no hot water late night. Walls are extremely thin, can hear neighbors whole conversations, and the Mexican restaurant Music was extremely loud. Also had a very unruly guest in the room above us. It appeared he was dragging furniture across the floor and throwing things across the Rome till after 11 PM

Before we called, we had already been running our water It was not working front desk that he checked the building and everything was working. We should have hot water to run the water again and we did still no hot water. Came downstairs at around four in the morning front I said apologize about the hot water situation and he said the hot water should not be working. We be able to take a shower. We were about ready to check out at five. I explained to them how come somebody didn’t come check my water in my room just to make sure that the water wasn’t working and said wealthy. You’ve got reports at 3:30 about 10 reports which was about the time we started hearing a bunch of pipe and stuff rattling. It seemed like under our room. He said well I know you hadn’t know your neighbors, but you couldn’t have heard that the heaters that we were just turning on But I can’t explain this why the front desk didn’t come up to my room when we reported it at 10 thirtyish that we still had not have hot water and he waited till he got reports at 3 o’clock to actually have somebody come look at all the waters heaters This was a horrible stay

We had some issues with our room. Refrigerator was bad smelling up the room they gave us a new one. The smoke alarm battery went and started beeping at 2 am and nobody could help they moved us to a new room just to sleep. We were given a very small room for our long stay instead of a suite, which that's what we originally asked for from the beginning. The staff and cleaning crew were amazing.

The room is good but the pool is not heated anymore unlike 2 years ago during winter time so my kids weren't able to enjoy the stay.

The breakfast was ok the property was clean the 1st night had an issue with guess making lot of noise above and they started again early in the morning again. Had to call the front desk twice. They checked out that day and problem solved.

Staff was very friendly. My wife and I needed a bed for one night before the Caloosa Fest 50k and this place was perfect. We checked out before breakfast is served at 630 but were able to fill up the yeti cooler with ice. Air conditioning was adjustable to 60°. The rooms are small but clean and beds comfortable. Just enough room to stretch out on a yoga mat.

We stayed in room 205 which is right over the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. The music was crazy loud from the restaurant and lasted until midnight. The hotel was supposedly full so we had to just put up with it. The breakfast was limited but tasted fine. Rooms were fine. We had driven 20 hours from Wisconsin to get to this hotel. Last thing we wanted to deal with was a bunch of loud music.

Y subio los hombros diciendo. No es mi problema. Soy una persona mauor con problemas de Firbomialgia. No puedo subir escaleras. Cuando hice la reservacion no decia en ningun lugar tenian fuera de servicio los elevadores.

On top of that, our room was placed right next to the stairwell, and the door slammed loudly all night and early morning, making it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, there’s a bar downstairs that played extremely loud music late into the night, attracting a rowdy, unpleasant crowd. The atmosphere felt unsafe and unclean. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

All staff that I dealt with at this facility were top-notch… Helpful, courteous, and just plain old nice. However, strolling around the outside perimeter of the building, I found broken pallets and various garbage strewn about… The pool was very small and looked murky… The room walls are very thin and Noise is a problem… I had to be moved on my first night because the neighbors next-door were so loud… Room doors closing are horribly loud… Many construction workers staying in the hotel we’re constantly loitering outside in the parking lot drinking beer… Not at all a good look… next time I’m going to spend the money on a different hotel.

It is quiet and nice to relax and unwind with friends around.

The reviews I read were quite high but our experience was not as good. The AC in our room worked but not that great. We slept in the bed closer to the AC in order to be comfortable. Breakfast was ok. There were some hot and cold choices. The overall look of the hotel inside is that it needs remodeling. The room was small. Check in was slow due to the employee being trained to check people in. However, both young men were pleasant and willing to help us in the business center.

Booked last minute due to a family emergency and it was great! The pool was a little dirty from previous people leaving small liquor bottles but that’s not the hotels fault. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was too small and appeared to be unfinished. There was no place to sit. The plug in the room did not work. It was a multi charge cord attached to a piece of wood sitting on the night stand. My phone was dead by the morning even though it was plugged in all night. The toilet from the neighbor could b be heard each time it flushed. The room served its purpose, but I would not recommend the room I stayed in to anyone. I saw other rooms which appeared much better. I only gave a three because the receptionist was very nice.

Diane and Leonora were so helpful, nice and professional. They both had exceptional customer service. I exchanged my dirty towels with the housekeeping staff, then came back to my room in the early evening and they had taken every single towel and washcloth! Even though mine were all clean!

Ok for the value. The smoke alarm was too sensitive just with blowdrying. Other than that the staff was nice a accommodating. Clise to where i needed to be. Overall i would say it was good.

The service of this place was actually really good when we got there. The room that we went into didn't have the best smell and it was not an issue for me to switch rooms which I really appreciated for. The customer service was excellent at this place

Room and entire hotel very clean. Enjoyed the outdoor pool. Breakfast very good with good variety from ceral to waffles. Staff very friendly. Very good experince and pricing was fair.

Didn’t really enjoy the property. Our pillows had stains on them and there were bunch of men who had came from work sitting in hallways. As a single mom with girls- it just was uncomfortable. The best thing about this place was the service desk ladies.
