Our room was spotless when we checked in, the breakfast was really good and each day it rotated to different hit food. We did have a minor air conditioning issue, but we called the desk and them immediately sent someone ro resolve the issue. Would absolutely stay there again without hesitation

I had to extend my stay due to weather disruptions in NY, the hotel was very accommodating. I had a really nice and quiet room on the 4th floor. I always stay at this hotel when I come down here to visit my family.

Loved the pool; hadn't been swimming in years. The room was super clean and comfy, but what really stood out was the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. I expected the usual itty-bitty bottles that don't hold enough for me to wash my long hair, but was delightfully surprised to see not only full-sized bottles of everything, but they were Dove brand! Full-sized bottles AND a great quality brand! This place really treated me. I don't recall ever having a better birthday!

Staff not friendly the evening and morning staff. Place was beautiful, nice room, nice layout. but wasn't greeted, staff wouldnt look at you when they talked to you either. Asked about My IGH points told it would be on my inoice gave me an invoice and I was like this is not what I paid, I paid more that this, how do you event come up with the wrong invoice. My name is so different, cant be 2 people with same name. And of course it didnt have my points on it, because it was more than likely someone elses reciept. We had to get back to home because we are business owners, I didnt have time to work it out with them, but the amout wa different than what they had charged my card.

We got to the room (had a funky smell) then the pillow case had blood droplets on it? I just threw it off the bed. Gross. I should’ve complained but an over night trip it wasn’t worth it after driving all day with three kids. We were happy just to plop down in silence. But if I wasn’t so exhausted I would’ve complained for sure.

One of the days came to get breakfast at 910 and hardly any food left so we ate out. Breakfast time was until 930.

The facility was well maintained inside and out. Breakfast area was spotless and staff was courteous and quick when help was needed when coffee bin needed to be emptied. My room was perfect and ready for me when I needed to check in a little early. Checkin and checkout was quick and easy.

Night clerk called police in my husband because he wouldn’t show him his ID Although he had room key and told him his room number! Worst night ever and we had 6 rooms booked

I'm usually quite happy at a HIE hotel and this was no exception. The place was quiet, safe and spotless. The best part was that the rooms seem really well insulated for sound. It was very quiet, although I don't know how busy the hotel was. Breakfast was great as usual, no mob scene either, I guess it was not busy.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location seemed safe. Had laundry avail in hotel, retail locations nearby. Only nit for me was pool was a bit cooler than I like and no hot tub avail. But thats not a knock on the hotel, as water temp didn't seem to bother others.

Extremely clean, quiet and well maintained hotel. The stafg is very friendly. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job cleaning our room daily. The complementry breakfast changed daily and was delicious.

Nice neighborhood

I stayed there for my son's wedding at The Southern Oaks. When I got dressed for the wedding, I had no one to help zip me up. I called the Front Deck and the super friendly lady came right up to my room to zip me up from the back. So, thoughtful. The room was very nice and clean and breakfast was great. I made myself a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich and it was delicious since I piled it up with lots of bacon. Lol. Great place to stay if you're visiting Lexington SC as it's close to great shopping and eating places.

We loved this hotel . Our room was so big and had everything we needed. The only complaint I have is that there was a lot of dust on the air vent in our room. I was sneezing all weekend long and was so congested because of it and saw the dust the morning I was leaving.

This property is very clean (and new). My only complaints are that the parking lot is down the hill behind the property and the lady checking us in was not very friendly. All other staff members were great. The free breakfast was good and the room was really nice.

The manager (Hallie) was EXCELLENT!! Best hotel experience we've had by far. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice, the beds were very comfy and the nightlight in the bathroom was a wonderful, unexpected bonus.

The rooms are very comfortable. There is nothing I didn’t like.

The ONLY thing that was a little problem was the area where the coffee maker was. Because of the shelf above the coffee maker, it was difficult to pour the water into the coffee maker and to put the coffee pod in.

Had a great stay until the day before we left, someone pulled the fire alarm in one of the elevators on my floor and woke me up from being sound asleep, when I asked the front desk about it all they would say is they were sorry.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, but there was a wash cloth with stains in the bathroom. We called the front desk and we received more wash clothes and towels within minutes. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return if we’re ever back in the area.
