Nice clean rooms with friendly staff and a great location

Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I used the gym but several pieces of equipment didn’t work. The hot tub was empty when I got there. It was filled the next day but I was only staying overnight.

Great location, ample room for a suite with plenty of sleeping space. Air conditioner was not working super well- luckily weather wise was not super hot all the trip.

Hotel was okay but the room we stayed in was terrible broken bed which was only a topper mattress on a low frame the headboard was way higher than the mattress and the frame was busted in the middle I couldn’t believe what I was seeing especially for the amount of money I spent. Disappointed

Check in was super fast and the staff was friendly and very welcoming! Hotel is easy to get to, parking seemed plentiful, and it was included with the stay. The walls and floors are definitely thin, the footsteps from neighbors on both sides shook the floor. The room was not spotless but the bed and any high traffic/high use areas were good. For the price and location it was a good deal. Would definitely recommend especially for solo travelers, the vibe overall was welcoming and safe. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was extremely polite and friendly! It looked like it could use a little polishing. It wasn’t dirty by any means, but definitely could use a little bit of extra attention.

Walls are SUPER thin. You can hear EVERY footstep and voice and the plumbing in the walls (which is quite loud). There were a couple of questionable stains on the white linens and the heating/air-condoning unit's thermostat didn't work.

Loved this place! The staff was a friendly and the restaurants on was clean. And the bed was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend!

Close to relatives we were visiting. Dirty room. Surfaces not cleaned. Mattress has huge visible stain. Carpet dirty. I always wear socks on carpeted floors and the socks were so dirty after a couple hours walking around. Couch had visible stains. When I mentioned to the front desk some of the issues , the desk person just said they ‘were going to rip the cleaner a new one’. Not my intention. The cleaner should have cleaned bathroom and surfaces, but the whole room needed to be cleaned. Room was price surged to $250/night due to middle school basketball tournament that we weren’t aware of. More than twice the rate. That’s on us since we didn’t know.

Staff in general was great. Loved the breakfast staff, very helpful. Thursday night check in lobby clerk was making weird jokes, I was not a fan. Room was a little worn but it was clean, had everything we needed plus extras like Kirkland coffee pods, comfortable heating/cooling. I would stay there again.

The floors in the hotel room were VERY slippery. I walked across the floor in my socks and it was like a skating rink. I slipped and twisted my ankle.

Location is great. Swimming pool was working. Breakfast was decent. Room is not that clean. Shower faucet was not working well. Water was not draining well during showers. Weird thing about room service ( You need to let them know you wanted the room clean before 9am and if you need additional towels). One staff was dismissive with our request, good thing another staff did above and beyond with the missed room clean up.

Our room door didn’t even close fully, didn’t feel safe. Bedding was so light I wish I would have brought my own blankets, room was cold and to hot when you would bump up the temp. Breakfast was fine besides the hairs our kids found in the eggs and fruit. This was my 2 time staying at this location so I guess lesson learned.

Hotel is worn, it shows aged.

Did not try breakfast. Parking was fine. Check in was trash. We had drove several hours, and were looking forward to a large bed and soak in the hot tub. We arrived at our room, which was super clean. The king size bed wasnt in the private room, it was in the main part of the suite. And the hot tub, did not work, nor were we informed of this while checking in. In fact if we would have been told this at check in, it would have swayed our decision to stay here. Staff did not inform us of this. The real winner of the trip is house keeping. They were always polite and professional. Perhaps the staff at the front desk can take some notes and advice from them. The bathroom shower was a total let down. The shower head was loose and the adjustment handle for the water temperature was loose. The elevator needs some attention.

The bathroom was very dirty, hair in the tub, brown stuff on the walls. The parking lot door had broken but the staff did not put a sign on the door to tell you so. We sat in the rain for way too long attempting to enter. When I asked the front desk about it, she laughed and said oh yeah we know. Way would you not tell your guests. The hot tub was broken for an over a week at the time we stayed. Not our favorite.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. There is very little entertainment or stores/restaurants around the property.

Expedia was AWFUL!!! Expedia miss handled my reservation. Made to I had to book outside of my booking. Expedia canceled my room without my permission when all I wanted was a date change when called to correct the problem Expedia was unwilling and incapable of changing or helping rectify the problem. Which intern me having to book straight through the property, which I will do from this point on always. This is the first time in 15 years I’ve ever had this problem with Expedia and their employees everyone was incompetent and no one was willing to go the extra mile to help accommodate or rectify the problem. And when asked for a supervisor, I was informed they were not allowed to give that information. My entire experience was negative, unprofessional and negligent on their part. Expedia part the property was amazing.

I was there for two nights just to sleep, but what I loved most was the breakfast. There was a lot of variety, that was fabulous.

The staff did an excellent job in making sure our stay was fantastic. Kudos to the Breakfast and Happy Hour staffs for providing food and maintaining dining supplies.

Room didn't not have a pleasant smell. There were stains on the side of the bed. Mystery items smeared on the ceiling.

Was unhappy that the tv channels did not work and that the hot tub was not in service. Nothing about these amenities not working where mentioned on the website when booking my stay. Our room door was hard to open and would not open or shut without force. Breakfast was good, hotel staff was helpful. There was no complementary cookies at any time of our stay just a sign and empty case.

This our 2nd time staying here, wish we had more time to play pool or to swim, but it was a quick stop. Multiple dinner options within walking distance. Tesla dealership next door caused a crowded street, but parking lot was easy access.

The breakfast was great with hot selections like scrambled eggs and hash browns and waffles, as well as cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, and tea. The room was spacious with the sink outside of the bathroom, which was great when two people are getting ready in the morning!

Checked in Saturday, There was no maintenance on site to repair our toilet until Monday. husband had to repair. Hotel is in need of a refresh and deep cleaning. Our room didn’t feel clean. Linens had some stains. They also ran the wrong credit card at check out. Location is good, and their “family” room was great for us, but with everything else, would likely not stay again

Property was clean and breakfast was yummy. Complaints were the window did not properly fit so it was open a bit. Also the noise from kids running up and down the hallways and the ice maker was broken so we had to go to the first floor to get ice each time. We were there 4 days and no one cleaned our room. It didn’t need it but they could’ve changed our towels and sheets.

Pool and hot tub were advertised but were closed. Staff indicated they had been closed for renovations since May 2024 but no work was being done. Elevator was incredibly slow! One washer & dryer on site for guests. Washer was quick and good but the dryer took about an hour to dry. 4+ people in line when we washed our small load of clothes and still had to hang them to dry after 40 minutes. When we arrived at 9pm and entered our room someone else’s stuff was inside. Front desk had given us the wrong room. Thankfully no person was inside at the time we walked in. Also held a $25 incidental fee that was not mentioned at checkin but was not charged for it in the end. Asked for a printed receipt but their printer froze up. Seemed to be a lot of small issues all over.

The pool/hot tub is closed for repair, apparently for the last 10 months! That wasn’t disclosed via Expedia at all, and unfortunately the pool was partly why we chose this location. The room was clean enough and fine, though there was a tear in the curtains, so that was kind of ratty. Overall, the stay was OK but I wanted to leave a review because this was our most unfortunate hotel experience on our 10 day trip.

My family experience was safe. However, I’m not sure if I would ever choose a family suite with Best Western again. My complaints were out of the control of staff onsite but they were fantastic and maintained their composure and professionalism. Every employee who was present during my stay deserves recognition for how well they handled the situation. The lobby was packed with customers who were voicing their complaints and I stood and witnessed their ability to handle the things that were beyond their control. I have sense enough to understand that my problems are with the Corporate level and their decisions on staffing levels and marketing.

Very disappointing as the pictures showed it - Expedia should remove pictures that are not representative of the property during the time you are booking.

Room was not the cleanest. 5 or 6 long black hairs left in the shower from previous person. Lots of room for improvement, even for a low coat hotel.

Our stay was comfortable and conveniently located to several businesses (food, grocery, banks etc.) Check in was quick, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, hotel was clean, and the location was clean and safe. I would definitely recommend and will consider staying here again.

The staff was nice but I was disappointed that the pool was closed and nothing was mentioned about it so myself and other family members that came for a funeral especially the kids were disappointed. No other pool arrangements were available to use a different hotel.

The low score is because the jacuzzi/pool has been out of service for 7 months. They should tell you that before you book.

Personal very helpful

Once we checked in, the front desk staff advised that the pool has been out of service since August of 2024. The following morning, we learned that the fitness center was also part of the closure.

Nice place to stay, especially friendly front desk person (Noah I think his name was). However we may have just had bad timing...but pool and gym both closed for maintenance, and our TV in our room also did not work. :(

Nowhere online did it say the pool was closed for renovations. Part of the reason we booked was to have a pool for the kids. The elevator doesn’t work, which stinks since I’m disabled. The bathroom had no shampoo in the dispenser and the entire place is run down and falling apart. Not yo mention their was a loud party in the lobby when we were trying to sleep and a team of basketball boys running up and down the halls and knocking on doors. Horrible stay.

Rooms were super clean, everything was comfortable and big. The man that checked us in was extremely nice. The room was out of order so we didnt get to try that out. Close to our event we were in town for. Big breakfast served.

They moved me to another room, where the spigot in the bathtub could not be turned off. I was too tired to move rooms again. It was not a drip...it was constantly streaming. I wrapped a towel around the spigot to quiet it down so I could sleep. I was told that the manager would reach out. Nothing. They should be embarrassed.

Chose this property for ease of access to the freeway, done and for the fact that there was a bar on the property. THERE IS NO BAR

The front desk was great. They need to lower the prices while they remodel. No pool or hot tub. The happy hour is gone as well. Others in the area for less are able to offer more.

Upon arrival the pool, jacuzzi and Fitness Center were all unavailable. The room had hair balls from previous guests. The toilet had to be serviced by us and the towels were so thin, rough and small it made a shower unpleasant drying off. Don’t intend to go back.

The whole staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from too. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room fridge was huge and had an actual freezer part at the top so we could freeze our ice packs for travel each day. We were in town for a convention and decided to book a hotel further out from the city, hoping to have a nice place in a safer part of town. This hotel was exactly what we wanted and were extremely pleased with our stay. 10/10 would stay here again. ☺️

Online they advertised pool and lounge/bar. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and lounge closed due to new ownership. They offered no discount or upgrade at checkin and told us if we didn't want to stay, they would refund monet with no cancellation fees. Since it was holiday weekend we decided to stay anyway. The room was well appointed but the phone did not work properly and the drain in the tub would get stuck. Included breakfast for 122/nite was excellent with many options. They had a pool table and board games available at no cost, nice touch. Customer service was excellent, very nice young gentleman came to our room to answer questions. Overall satisfied except for amenities not available. Close to freeway exit and downtown.

Our room smelled of poop and when we went in the bathroom we found someone had already used the toilet with diarrhea. And on the base of the seat as well! I tried to get another room and they had none available. I had to then ask, as it wasn’t offered, for something to clean our room with. Very gross.

V clean rooms. The bfast was just ok

I practically needed to go to the front deak everytime I left my room because the door would not read the key. They said it was keeping my phone to close to the key buy I have never had this happen before. Similarly the hottub was broken. And the staff attitude was happy to recharge the key but clearly management needs to invest in some updates.

Made a reservation last minute at 10pm. The pictures on here definitely do this place way more justice than what you actually get! I wish I would've taken photos but it was just a quick one night stay. They were hosting a kid's soccer league party there so there were kids running around like it was a chuck e cheese in the lobby and event room after 10pm, the hotel is more run down than you would expect for this area, outdated really. The room is definitely outdated but had a refrigerator and a big flat screen, bed was not that comfortable, woke up with a sore back and noticed what looked like a blood or makeup stain on the sheets the next day that wasn't from us, dirty towels left in the bathroom upon arrival, could hear the ice maker all night right outside the door, the people above us were up all night and we could hear every step they made, like being in a crappy old apartment! Kids were screaming and running in the halls late at night and early morning. The breakfast in the morning was decent but have had better at other locations. Won't stay here again based off how loud it is to stay here and they obviously don't value cleanliness.
