    Staff were good. The room & kitchen net was clean but the floor was not even/ or leveled up. The chair with wheels kept rolling over to other side of the room. Plus all the water in the bathroom while taking shower did not lead to the drain it went to the other side… had to wipe it off immediately with towels on the floor. Bad experience!!

    When I checked in, I felt like I was disrupting the employee’s FaceTime conversation. He didn’t once look up even when asking for my ID and skidding the key to me. I would be embarrassed if I owned or managed this property. I have traveled very extensively and this one rates as one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. The ONLY positive was that the lady preparing the coffee was very friendly and communicative. I believe you have the wrong employees in the wrong positions.

    was told by staff when i called to reserve a room and that they still had a few availible at 112.00 but when i arrived and exlained to the staff member that i couldnt proceed with the reservation cause it wouldnt allow me to enrer how many people will be in the room.The staff member then stated when i arrived that the room was now 156 which was in no shape,form of fashion worth that price nor my fault that the price changed.After telling the member that the sister hotel said he could have did the reservation for me and i should have paid the previous 112 and only to pay and find out the room i had wasnt worth it

    Staff was amazing. Christina, Adam and GM (sorry forgot your name) as well as maintenance and house keeping have always been great. Was only supposed to stay 2-3 nights and ended up extending a week due to the great customer service and care. Even recommended a friend who also booked a room stayed a night! We appreciate you! This team works hard to make guests feel welcome!

    No issue at all with the location. I originally booked a queen bed room for just 1 occupant. I was told that there was none available except handicapped rooms… which was fine. when i got to the room, the bed was maybe 2 feet from the ground. Thought i am not handicapped, i can imagine that would be super inconvenient for someone in a wheelchair. I wore white socks which shown how dirty the floors were. but outside of that and the cigarette smell lingering throughout the halls, it’s not bad for a short stay.

    It was horrible. It’s not maintained and even though we requested non smoking room the room wreaked of smoke. We were not able to check in until 3 am due to our red eye flight delay and had to walk up 2 flights of stairs due to elevator being broken. Will never book an Extended stay in any emergency situation ever again. It was awful but front desk staff was very nice. The only thing nice about this place was the front desk staff.

    We had to over come a lot, the shower barely work, the a/c unit was replaced on the second day. The half way through our stay the elevator broke down, and my wife who can’t do stairs well was stuck on the 3rd floor. The people were nice but the place was falling apart.

    It looked clean, but you had to request all the kitchen utensils because they were kept in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get them since they took too long to bring them. The hotel does not provide a coffee maker because, according to them, they didn’t have one. The breakfast was horrible; I didn’t eat or drink anything there. They don’t clean the rooms every day—I think it’s only every five days. They do not provide shampoo or a hair dryer.

    The hotel was clean and convenient for my needs, especially given my handicap. I wished there were real coffee cups and drinking cups available, but the housekeeper helped me by providing plastic cups. The TV had multiple channels, and the bathtub was clean, while the room itself was generally tidy. I want to express my gratitude for this decision; it has been a positive experience. I even decided to extend my stay for an additional night.

    This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The pictures are from room 346. The shower rod that was literally falling out of the wall and the refrigerator. Went to go speak to management multiple times to see about getting a new room and could never find anyone finally gave up at 11 PM and just stayed in the room for the night.

    Smoke alarm kept going off upon entry, staff member was not very helpful due to having no knowledge of anything other than informing her manager of our concerns, previous attendants smoked in room and tampered with smoke alarm, elevator was inoperable, and someone HAULKED a big glob on spit in the stairwell that we had to use to travel to and from 1st and 2nd floor.

    room possibly left with a damaged door lock so I took it since it was at the last minute and I was extremely exhausted after working 24hrs. Well from.the inside, the door locked fine.     Stayed there for over a month was charged money for reservations on friday 06/27/25 for the week of 06/28/25 - 07/05/25. Was awaken by who was said to be general manager at 11am on 06/30/25 and said the room wasn't paid for. I tried to show her confirmation and receipt and was extremely rude she said she didn't want my money and had to vacate premises immediately I am 60 yrs old and disabled and had 30 minutes to pack up a month of accumulated items including my dog . It was unreasonable and now in hospital I check with my bank and they had charged me for the week already Contacting corporate $$$$$

    Check in was great. The young man at the reception area was cool. Explained everything. Told me the elevator was broke and I’d have to take the steps. For me, i didn’t mind that. The room was cool. Comfortable. AC was working good as it was very hot and humid out. Went to bed. Woke up around 4am to use the bathroom…. I was greeted with a roach. I said alright it’s a hotel, I’m not gonna overreact…. Until i saw about 5 more. I couldn’t go back to sleep after that for fear of them crawling on me now. So i got up and checked out around 6am by leaving my card in drop box. It was going well until the roach party showed up. In a pinch, just off of the service and room, I’d come back but they need to exterminate/bomb that whole thing for insects.

    The elevator didn’t work so me and my family had to walk to stairs each time we needed to get our belongings and when we went out to come back in. The staff said the elevator was broking a while they need a piece to fix it and also the other entry door my card didn’t work to open they said the door was broking as well. So we had to walk all the way around the building. It was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Couldn’t enjoy the entire luxury of the stay without being tired

    When you first walk into the property, it’s nice. You have to ring a bell and wait 2 to 5 minutes to someone helps you when the workers are just starting their shift if they are five minutes early, they will not assist you with anything not even opening your door because you left your room key in there if you have already been in your room and you need assistance, it takes 2 to 3 minutes to get assistance. The property manager was nice. It’s a lady named Miss Christina that works here. She’s also nice. It’s a young man that works here. He absolutely goes above and beyond to do his job right everyone else is very ignorant. You tell them things are not in your room and they ex can they come and look in your room instead of just taking your word for it I have been here since the second and I have already paid $1000. I think the rooms of pricey and for the staff to be rude and ignorant like that, I don’t think it doesn’t know justice.

    The elevator smelled like they used a old mop, the room floor was so dirty that my daughters white socks looked like she played in the street. I killed 3 cockroaches and the guest next to me was smoking cigarettes and weed in the bathroom all night long and the room smelled horrible. I will not ever go back to that hotel again.

    Upon arrival, you have to push a call button for an attendant. Was told very adamantly that there’s a strict no smoking policy. When walking to my room, the hallway was filled with the smell of cigarette and marijuana. I entered to a rusty fridge, dirty bathroom and tub. The bed looked clean and the tv worked though. After 8 hours of driving, I just wanted to sleep. I called the front desk at 9:30p to complain about the feet stomping around above me. The floors and walls are super thin. I could hear my neighbor’s tv as well. At 2:30a, I visited the front desk to request to be moved bc the people upstairs were now arguing along with what I assume was children running around. I was told they were fully booked. I went back to my room, put in earplugs and could still hear all of the commotion. At 8a, I went to get some complimentary coffee. They were out of real sugar. At least they had creamer. Went back to my room to find my key didn’t work. Back to the front desk to get my key reactivated. Back to the room, used the toilet, it wouldn’t flush. I checked out and found another hotel.

    It was ok I didn't like being in the first floor by they elevators and the front desk and front door. All I heard was people talking loud and coming in and out. The elevator door open and closed.     As soon as I exited the elevator, the hallway smelled like someone cooking beef & onions. This offended me because I’m a pescatarian. I entered my room and was greeted by the unpleasant odor of a dog. To top it off…I was awakened in the middle of the night be a stink bug crawling on my arm. If I had not been so tired, I would have checked out in the wee hours of the morning.

    I reported to a worker at the front desk, there was a roach crawling in the kitchen area of my room in which I killed it. In the bathroom, the shower head could not adjust. It looked like someone tapped it up but it was still leaking. If your sitting on the toilet you actually have to move your legs to close the bathroom door.

    The fire alarm for the buiding went off at 7:40pm and was not turned off ( false alarm) for about 20 mins. Guest gathered in the parking lot with little information from management to understand the situation. It happens. Otherwise, AC & shower worked, water was hot , and the bed ,while firm , was okay for the two nights there while my own home's interior was being painted over the weekend.

    Yet when I arrived I later learned they were overbooked!! However this was not revealed until next day when attendant tried to convey what manager had said. I was concerned when it was not even mentioned that our room was for handicap room. I was led to believe booking a room for another would be comped by the person when I checked out once talked to manager. Next morning new person told us to book another room because we were leaving at 9:30 next day for church and we couldn’t return until late in the evening to resolve the matter. I left phone number to be called but received no call. We were surprised when we returned the lady at the desk acted like she didn’t remember us from previous night. Ironically a gentleman in front of us expressed he couldn’t stay there due to the conditions of the hotel and poor service from attendant.     Arrived here and to my surprise discovered this place is a shelter! The rooms are filthy, smelly, dark and dreary. The other hotel patrons and surrounding area is sketchy. The front desk staff (aside from management) is ghetto. No common area amenities aside from "breakfast" which, according to staff, is supposedly grab and go bars and juice pouches from an end table near the entrance. I checked in and checked out of the property within 15 minutes of each other. Would not recommend, do not stay here.

    I booked a room for my wife and daughter for a necessary travel. Unfortunately, my wife has had a serious complaint. She complained that the room was smelly. There were bugs crawling on the floor. There were trash everywhere. The room had smokey smell in the room and the hallway. Again, my wife does not complain, and she said "This is a very low grade hotel; it's worse than the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed when she was very young. We will never book Extended Stay again." I've never heard a strong complaint from my spouse in 25 years.

    The hotel stunk when we went up in our room. The room smelled like old mildew. The shower didn’t work so I asked him for another room. They gave me another room and once we flushed, the toilet started leaking. I told them the problem and they told me to come get the plunger to plunge the toilet, I was only there for about two hours and I checked out I never stayed. I asked for my money back no refund. so I left I was only there for two hours. It stunk so bad I couldn’t take it. I have health issues that smell was different. I didn’t have time to take pictures. I was just so exhausted and ready to get out of that place.

    My stay was terrible, thank God it was only for one night. The room was out dated, things where broke in the room and could not be used, the sheets on the bed where brown and dingy, the room had a smell, the nose coming from other rooms was unreal and the list goes on. It took 45-60 minutes to be checked in due to the system being down. Very displeased with my stay, I did not get any rest at all.

    The folks working the front desk were all great. The experience was fine and for $97 a night, I get what I pay for. That being said, the overall cleanliness of our room wasn't great. There were a lot of spots that did not seemed to be cleaned thoroughly. I also encountered a roach in the kitchen area, so that caused a bit of anxiety. I also had to keep fidgeting with the knob in the shower in order to get steady hot water. Overall, the room was nice and has everything you'd need. The staff working the front desk were terrific.

    Someone tried to break into my hotel room while I was in the shower. Thank goodness I stay protected at all times. I had to have my room changed because roaches were in the shower and all over the bathroom floor. The second room appeared to be better until I moved the furniture. Let’s just say NEVER EVER AGAIN.

    Check-in was quick and easy but what I paid for (one queen bed) is not what I received. Get to the room and there is 2 full size beds. When I asked about the size of the beds in that room I’m told all the beds are queen and king size. LIES!!! So next time if you all see what someone has paid for is different than what’s available upon arrival, let them know during check in.

    This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely disgusting!!! Bugs,dirty linen and sticky carpet. Not too mention the awful odor!!! This hotel needs a makeover. The guest of the hotel stood in front of the entrance smoking cigarettes. There should always be two people at the front desk. The customer service was excellent. The problems with this hotel is beyond the control of the employees.

    The carpet was dirty. The room smelled of stale air. The blanket was dirty. My boyfriend asked the receptionist for a tube of toothpaste and was told that the whole facility didn’t have any. Overall experience was average. Wasn’t impressed.

    My last day, I saw a roach come from the tv. The appliances are old and outdated and I didn’t feel very safe as people were able to come and go as they pleased. The staff was very friendly but the photos of this hotel are NOT accurate.

    Stayed here after a flight was canceled. Appreciated that there was a place to do laundry as airline would not give us our checked bags back. Hallway smelled of cigarettes but thankfully room did not. Staff member was extremely pleasant and helpful.

    Since moving to Atlanta GA approximately I have stayed at Extended Stays on numerous visits back to the DMV for business. The price is reasonable and proximity to the airport is convenient. Your staff was great. My one complaint is that on numerous visits there has been some sort of issue with the bathroom. Whether an inoperative shower, or some other plumbing related issue, I have had problems with several bathrooms on numerous stays with you. When I become aware of these issues. I am usually rushing to check out, and neglect to bring the matter to your attention.

    There was mold all over the bathroom. Some nasty stuff on the ceiling of the shower. Pungent odor in the hallways and stairways. Two beds, 1 had several hairs the other had stained sheets. Room is extremely out dated

    The staff does not answer the phone, they just let it ring. The bed was hard as a slab of concrete. The room itself was okay, but nothing outstanding. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but does not offer any kind of shuttle at all. Spent $40 taking a taxi to hotel from airport and an Uber back to the airport.

    Lamp by bed did not work. Website said they had airport shuttle but they did not. Also said they had breakfast, but it was just A bookcase in the lobby with coffee, muffins, and granola bars. Had to walk to another motel to get transportation to the airport.

    They say no smoking but you can smell the cigarettes, and find cigarettes around the property. Through your the night you could hear people stumbling around the hallways, and speaking loudly even though there are “quiet hours” which begin at 10 pm, these noises had me up every hour.
