N/A Why confirm a reservation if you aren't going to be able to honor it? I have never seen a hotel that didn't have an overnight desk. I have asked for a refund to the card from booking.com and have not heard back. You closed at 11pm and I was there to check in at 11:05. I was traveling and tired and didn't get to use the room that I reserved.

As soon as I opened door several roaches scrambled as light turned on. My employees room reeked of cigarettes (in a "non smoking" facility). Went directly back to front desk and asked for a refund. Staff said that she could not issue a refund since room was booked through Expedia, and called her manager to explain the situation. Manager stated that they would issue a refund the next morning. I asked for a email conformation (or some proof of above conversation) and they "weren't able to do that". I messaged with a Expedia agent explaining the situation the same night, they said they would reach out to Extended Stay Lithia Springs in the morning to get everything figured out. The next day I get an email from Expedia stating "After multiple attempts to contact the property on your behalf, we were unable to obtain approval for a waiver. Based on this, the original cancellation policy will apply.". Will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay America again in my life. I honestly do not know how they have good reviews. Aside from that, the lobby wasn't very clean and had a terrible smell that I cant explain. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS!

Have someone at front desk for check in and don’t have to wait 20 minutes. Also be my respectable when answering the phone and helping a customer out

Hotel was dirty. Looked like they hired some monkeys from the zoo to come clean. Breakfast consisted of crusty coffee and a few dried up granola bars. Overall Hotel smelt like a hot noodle fart. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean , bathroom was clean, bed was comfy, and it was dog friendly. I’d say there again.
- 3/5
They don't make the people pick up the dog shit I have a dog and I would never leave hers i pick it up with a bag like most places you could not walk your dog anywhere it was everywhere even on the sidewalk going to the door very bad worst I have ever seen

The night attendant was very friendly, the beds were mostly comfortable I was traveling with a disabled veteran and we were roomed on the third floor. The elevators had been down for about 3 weeks. Once we got onto the third floor there was a heavy smell of alcohol. In our room the smell was even worse. Smelled like someone left meat to rot in there on a hot day. We tried to air it out and left the window open while we were gone for the day, it did not help. We were told there were no other rooms available. There was mold on the ceilings, stains on the walls. The vinyl chair seats were peeling. This brand of hotel is known for having the ability to use a kitchen to cook if you want to. In the room there were no silverware, cups plates etc. no hair dryer or coffee maker present either like other locations. The “breakfast” consisted of packaged muffins (stale) and packets of oats. When asked about it the day time staff were very rude about pointing to the “breakfast” area and saying yeah we have breakfast. I planned to get in a workout however the gym was taken up my a mattress and a box for an air conditioning system. No cleaning staff were seen during our 2 night/3 day visit. In our room, the halls or around the property. Outside the property wasn’t much better with the parking lot being littered with trash and beer cans.

We had the essentials (hot water for a shower, A/C, television with decent cable). Early check-in was not an option (this is normal for most hotels today); the elevator didn’t work, we insisted to have rooms on the first floor; the room smelled like “wet carpet” and mold; the window was left opened and bugs were in the room; the bed was uncomfortable; dogs were barking and you can hear the neighbors conversations; children were running up and down the hallway throughout the night.
- 4/5
I didn't take breakfast at the hotel.

No elevator
- 0.5/5
Elevator broken, street lights out in back, dark parking area, loud business district, a lot of traffic, no parking. Room was dirty. There was a dishwasher, but no dishes, no cups, not one fork. I called the desk to ask about dishes, but got no answer. The dishwasher had food in the bottom. Hair in bathroom, dirty walls, dusty TV with smeared screen. There was an empty soda bottle on floor under the bed. I had been in the room just a few minutes when my phone alerted me to a charge on my debit card. The desk was trying to charge me again for the room, which I paid through booking.com two days prior. I had 5 nights booked, and I paid $125 for a pet fee. When I couldn't get anyone at the desk for a second time by phone, I called the after hours number. Still got nobody on the phone. I left the hotel and went elsewhere. I called the next morning to speak to a manager. Someone took my message, but no manger ever called me. I had photos of the dirty room plus a video of my bedside lamp which blinked like a strobe light when turned on. I decided to send that to customer service via email, and I asked for a refund. One month later, I did receive a refund.

Some the most rude, inconsiderate, loud people that had no concept of time wars so ever. Got woke at 2am every night kids running up down the halls music blasting. It was the shittiest stay I have ever had anywhere in the United States
- 4/5
The TV was not working, no maintenance staff on the clock and the front desk clerk was not able to fix the TV , the elevator was non working , we were on the first floor which all rooms were booked, my husband was in a wheelchair post bilateral ankle and knee surgery thus no way to go up the stairs to change rooms.
- 3/5
Elevetor is out for about a week now and Iam on the 4th floor, I have knees problem up and down the stairs is killing me special after 12 hr shift standing on my legs then I have to deal with the stais after work. The price is still high per night even with no elevator. Management can do better to accommodate the customers. 1 or 2 days is understandable but a week?
- 0.5/5
I had to wait 30 mins to get service after driving 5 hours. Then the elevator didn't work...the breakfast wasn't good everyone don't drink coffee....the tub was dirty...had to clean it out myself got products from the front counter. How am I cleaning out a room I paid for that's terrible ³

The worst staff ever. Cassidy acts very mean and miserable. she treats women guest terrible. Constantly is seen calling the police and escalating non confrontational situations with pleasure of having paying guest removed, with children pets etc knowing they wont get a refund for a week. Extended stay you need to remove this very aggressive confrontational mngr and her asst Sean. They are terrible!!!!! Sean made our bed w a plastic mattress cover and one thin sheet over it. He has no place in the space hes in. Thats why hes no longer managing apts. How do you have people in mngt who have no self control and create dangerous situations for your guest cause terrible reviews etc. Its sad when the police wont help them any longer…. They are aware of the BS

once the Sgt advised Kendra Sean and Cassidy that I did not have to leave. I pd for 1 month and had a 30 day contract. He told them i had to be evicted. Casidy refunded my money anyway and was at the door by 8a banging and disregarding the law telling us to get out. Challenging to fight me etc. Once I told her and Sean I was staying because Sgt of the police they callled said I could. They repeatedly called the police and gave false reports of threats to try to get me trespassed from the property. Ghetto! Dont stay

My experience with this hotel was terrible, and I doubt if I ever stay at an Extended Stay again. Who ever heard of not having a bathroom in the lobby, Because my plane was delayed, I could not check into the hotel. There was no person on duty at night, but I was informed about the phone that they said I should have used.I spent the night at a restaurant in the area because I had nowhere else to go. on my return at 6 the next morning, I was not able to check in because they had me as a no show. I can't call when I have my phone on airplane mode after being diverted to South Carolina instead of Atlanta. I tried two other numbers that only told me that I needed to call the hotel directly. So, I am very unhappy about this experience. My travel experience was ruined by the experience at this hotel.

Stay was ok. I don't like the face when stay if you not staying longer than a week your room isn't cleaned. Then when asked you are told that it would be the next day and nobody ever comes. When needing to exchange towels was told by the receptionist that they wasn't doing it at that time. Mind you he was just there doing nothing and it was only 9:30-945 pm.
- 3/5
The room smelled weird. Not as cozy or welcoming as the others in the area. However, you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
Stay was ok. Don't like the fact that you only get room service to come clean your room once every 7 days when your staying for a long period of time. Then we had to hunt down someone for 3-4 days by complaining to the front desk that whoever was suppose to clean our room still didn't come.
- 4/5
The accommodations were good. I enjoyed that there wasn’t any odor-trapping carpet; definitely a plus! The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful.
- 5/5
Kind and helpful staff. Clean room.
- 1/5
Neither manager nor anyone else has followed up with me. Frustrated and unprofessional response when i was trying to speak to manager. Poor experience to stay in this hotel.
- 1/5
Couldn’t sleep because of a continuous beepin noise right below my room window, which became a little worrisome for me when I went downstairs, outside to notice the noise was coming from the Mechanical Room/storage that also had a faint smell of gas or propane… I was going to call until another guest said they not going to do anything. I immediately went downstairs to move my car which was parked right in front of the mechanical room, I ended up sitting in car try to decide if this was safe or not but honestly I was exhausted from my own personal stuff.. On top of dealing with all of this and going through my own life situations my room key wouldn’t allow me in my room but I could get in the building. I attempted to get my key rekeyed but Unfortunately I had to wait 2 hours to get back in my room, thank god I took my asthma pump with me because that would have been another layer to the nightmare unfolding…. I’m just extremely disappointed and flabbergasted by this experience and the hotels staff lack of empathy and respect for paying guest who keep them employed.

Building was locked down by the time I checked in. Once I got in I had to call someone to come check me in. At 3 in the morning the door/ flap from the window AC shot across the room. Literal 15 feet!
- 1/5
Looked like blood on the counter, dirt on the floor and bedding looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months!!!
- 2/5
Dirty room with cobwebs and dust and a sticky red substance in the chair and microwave not clean. Men loitering outside and at night and corona bottles left at the front door. Horrible smell in the hallways and filthy floors.

- 5/5
I came to this hotel because of an emergency, and I asked to see it before booking and I was amazed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff is great and the price is great. Very impressed with this hotel.
- 3/5
I smelled cigarette smoke
- 5/5
But I wasn’t offered anything. It was basically deal with it. I won’t be staying there again.
- 2/5
About as good as you can expect for an extended stay, there are better options for the price so do your research before settling on this establishment. Was not allowed to stay full reservation because the manager claimed I didn’t check in on my extension and this was 2 days into my 3 day reservation. Again, there are better options for the price being charged here so do your research.

I didn't like anything about the property. My worst hotel experience ever!
- 5/5
It is what it is
- 3/5
Property seemed okay enough at check in, but when we arrived back at the hotel after dinner there were multiple people hanging around the doors loitering and smoking. This was the case for our entire stay. When I checked in I inquired about if they allowed pets and they do. I only inquired because I’d made other arrangements for my pets. When I checked out, I find out that I was charged $25/day for a pet fee. I’m still trying to recover that fee. Beds and room was just okay. Because of the location may be the reason for the overwhelming smell of weed but there’s no doubt in my mind that there was smoking going on not only outside but inside the hotel as well, even though it’s a no smoking property.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
Waited 20 minutes with my pet for front desk clerk to show up to check me in. This property needs more staff. Saw a handwritten sign later at the front desk stating no staff for next 30 minutes since he was on break. Not a good look for the hotel.

When we got there it took about 20 minutes for someone to come to desk...the first night wasn't bad if you have thing for hot showers and really good power washing water pressure then this your spot! When they say grab and go breakfast they mean that it's muffins or granola bars and get there early for the coffee or get left out...the second night we came in round 6 and they had a roll down door closed at front desk which I can say never seen anywhere else I stayed but we were tired so went straight to room ...round 10/11 someone decided we all needed a party and bumped music till after midnight outside...finally turned fan on the AC and crashed out ...next morning turned out key to front desk lil after ten of course nobody around and I'll be damn I sit round another half hour waiting so stuck them on the desk took picture as proof and headed out....I guess it's what you pay for type place... positive great water pressure to point it rip skin off your back and gets hot as devils butt beds were comfy and had basic cable and fridge and if your lucky you get a parking lot party !
- 1/5
I made the reservation and was charged with not tell me a deposit we be due upon arrival. The room was rented for my sister for a family emergency. Although the room was fully paid for they would not let stay without deposit. So it was a wasted $100 because she had to drive all the way home.
- 4/5
The room amenities were A1 and the pricing is fair what I didn't like was that there were too many people hanging around the back entrance of the building throughout the entire day
- 2/5
Room had bugs in the bathroom, hallways weren't vacuumed. Staff was slow to respond and inattentive. The parking lot was busy with people smoking marijuana and loitering.
- 4/5
There were roaches in the bathroom. The first couple of nights we only saw a couple small ones, but the last night there were 5 or 6, all different sizes. Also, be aware that the breakfast is only oatmeal and granola bars. There is no space for eating downstairs and we were uncomfortable eating in our room with the roaches.
- 4/5
Room wasn't swept, and the last guest groceries/leftovers were still in the fridge. Hallways should be vacuumed daily as they were very dirty.

DO NOT STAY in this hotel. I rented for the weekend to visit six flags. The area was extremely sketchy not to mention visible cars broken into. The customer service was beyond awful. They tell you if you’re checking in later to call ahead which I did 3 times and nobody was ever available to answer. Each time I waited over 15 mins to get a live person. Then when I did they assured me that front desk will be there once I arrive and to just dial ‘0’ in the phone lobby. Once I arrived there was nobody working and I waited over an hour and was unable to check in. Mind you I was traveling with my sibling who I managed to get authorized to check in as she arrived before me and they still didn’t allow her to check in. But they sure went ahead and charged me for the stay. The best part everyone who walked by us in the lobby stated this is normal and all knew that the front desk person is probably high smoking somewhere or sleeping on the job.
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel that i have ever stayed in. 1. Not clean. 2. The room smelled like mildew when you entered it. 3. People live here and part of the reason why its so unclean. 4. Someone let their dog poop on the floor 3 doors down from ours. Don't stay here go stay somewhere nice
- 1/5
It had roaches
- 4/5
Renee at the front desk was super helpful . Recommend staying here
- 2/5
Rude manager at the front desk was not present then acted like my boyfriend and i were interrupting her day. Looks like she needs to stay away from the red bulls as she was fidgeting around uneasy as we wer trying to confirm our booking.
- 5/5
It was as okay
- 1/5
There was nothing that I liked about this hotel. I was given 2 dirty rooms. I checked in before midnight and I needed rest so it was very inconvenient to keep going back and forth to the front desk to change rooms.
- 5/5
I found my suite was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
- 1/5
The front desk employee “Mimi” was unhelpful and didn’t know what she was doing. She double charged me for the room and refused to refund me my money. The General Manager was extremely accommodating and helpful and immediately refunded my money.
- 5/5
Virtual appearance in front of the building not inviting and carpets in the lobby and hallways not clean.
- 4/5
It was a good stay I would stay again just the tvs wasn't working so I didn't have nothing to watch

Closer to highways and also to airport

- 2/5
The overall property is really nice and clean! I enjoyed staying. However, the overnight employee doesn’t seem very informed of some requirements for checking in and securing the deposit. She couldn’t explain why I had to pay additional fee, other than stating “I don’t know where my manager put the paper explaining it.” So I was hesitant to pay the 100$ just because scam is so bad. Also, all the cable was out for the entire hotel, so no TV at all. I spent 30 minutes trying to fix it. I just wish I was informed while checking in so I didn’t have that expectation. But look, the room was really clean and nice, but there were fries in the air conditioner vents. This review is purely informational. The girl at the desk was super nice and was really great overall. The entire property was clean overall as well so my stay was not bad at all. Hopefully some of the issues I experienced can be prevented for someone else! Also, had the best price in town for a good quality hotel room.
- 2/5
To Felicia the GM. Customer service goes a very long way. When you are having an issue with the staff assigning people to rooms it shouldn’t be discussed with the client however with the staff . It was not my issue and it shouldn’t have been brought to my attention. The Young lady that checked me in went above and beyond and I appreciate her …. However the GM may need to take a few pointers from her staff.

Outdated furniture, old utensils
- 1/5
There were roaches in the bathroom. The entire floor smelled of weed. The remote for the TV did work. Once we had one that did, none of the channels were available. Overall, not a great experience.
- 1/5
I wouldn't waste your time or money here. There were bugs in all three rooms that bit our kids. The power was out for 3 hours. The hotel says free breakfast, but there was none. The keys didnt work on many of the doors to get into the building. The person working didnt apologize or anything. Im reallllllly hoping it is better when they "officially" change to an extended stay...which seemed to be the reason for many of the issues according to the person working. There is also a $100 incedential fee...which isn't posted anywhere.
- 5/5
It was a very peaceful clean room. The staff was thoughtful as well.
- 1/5
Staff is also rude and very uncaring the list goes on but i will stop there

I had several huge issues with this hotel, BUT the staff made all the difference. They were excellent: understanding and accommodating. Jessica and her manager are who you need when things aren't going well.
